I am using blackberry device 8520. The internet on my mobile is not working since 15 days........I called up the customer care(airtel) service but they gave me a number which they call as a special blackberry no. for the comnplaints (7070).....
I dialled the same no. 7070 and they tell that this service is not available on your phone number.
i have atleast called them up 15 times but they just give me same number and the result...

NEVER BUY A HDTV FROM AIRTEL. THE WORST SERVICE AND IT DOESN'T WORK,

I BOUGHT A HDTV WITH 6 NONTHS PACKAGE WHICH COST ME 6K+ . FROM THE BEGINING THE SET TOP BOX HAD PROBLEMS. I SPENT 1000 BUCKS ON INSTALLATION(THEY SAY IT IS FREE). THEIR ENGINEERS(?) DON'T KNOW THE BASIC CONCEPTS AND TOOK 5-10 DAYS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS AND I HAD TO INSTALL IT WITH THE HELP OF A 3RD PARTY....

I am regular customer of Air-tel broadband connection and our land-line number is[protected]. We were using 75GB data limit plan.
From last 15 days we were facing internet connection problem.

Here the air-tel company in Chandigarh is totally corrupted.
Last time, on 20th June we had checked on air-tel website that our data was left 33GB.
But when we came next day to office, then see that only 0GB data...

When I went on roaming on[protected],they barred my incoming & outing calls plus outgoing messages without any prior information.
Then on my return & my complaint,they re-activated my services on[protected].
On[protected],at 2:00 AM,I was on a call,which was suddenly cut off & my number was deactivated from that moment with a pre-recorded voice...

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid Airtel SIM with number [protected]. On Jan 2012 I moved out to Abu Dhabi in the UAE. From 22nd Jun 2012, my mobile phone is showing Invalid SIM. A balance of Rs 1000/- of talk-time was still there at that time. I am told that since 6 months have crossed without a recharge, the SIM has been made invalid and it will be resold in the market.
I expected that Airtel would at least give a warning...

On june 23rd 2012 i got marketing SMS from HDFC bank number was [protected], I have called to customer care and logged a complaint regarding this executive said that my complaint got register...

My father is airtel postpaid customer([protected]). I paid the bill of Rs 775.82 for March billing cycle against the same. This bill amount is now added back to my airtel billed amount and I got the message on 21st June stating that money will soon be refunded to my bank account. Hi,

I am Jheel Gurjar. I use Airtel Prepaid services. Everyday they are unfairly deducting Rs5 from my account. On questioning they reply saying your sending international SMS when no such sms are being sent. On futher questioning they abruptly cut the call and they block my number so that they dont have deal with the complaint again....

I got a 3g USB data card and its connection on 15th May and I raised issue regarding signal strength on 17th May itself but till today issue is not yet resolved and I received may month bill.
I have sent several email to Nodal officer and Applette officer as well no improvement. One engineer from Airtel came to my home and tested the connection and found no signal, at home eventhough Airtel Tower is just 200Mtrs away.br...

I am a highly dissatisfied Airtel user. I Bought an Airtel connection in April from Aryanagar- Ghaziabad which is their branded outlet.

Airtel customer Service is pathetic.I have been trying to connect the Customer care for more than an hour but no one picked up my call.But I get a confirmation message stating "Thank you for calling the help desk."
