My name is Rahul Threja and I had Airtel Postpaid no from last 3 yrs. and due to some critical circumstances I could not pay the bill and after few months I started receiving calls from SURAJ from AIRTEL for the payment of outstanding balance.I agreed to pay that however that guy called me 67 times a day to harras me for the payment.

    hi, every one past 3yrs i am useing airtel prepaid recently airtel launched 97 easy recharge option(ie;1/2paise/second) but my mobile i can't recharge Rs.97 ofter that i called many times to airtel custmer care but could not slove my issue, ofter 3day i vent to airtel outlet they given "nodal officer no" i nodol officer also taken 3days time but could not slove my simple-issue. the nodol officer's are every time asking time and given false commitment Airtel tel saying we are the no.1 service provider in india but i was telling no.1 worst service provider

      I moved to Hong Kong last year, and for the last 4 months, only used my prepaid Airtel SIM[protected] to receive critical transaction sms messages from my banks. A couple of weeks ago I got a message that it has been made invalid, without any prior warning of any kind. When I came to India and called up the Airtel help centre, I was told the SIM is now invalid and will be reassigned. I have been a customer of Airtel for more than a decade, and I expected at least a warning sms before the SIM is disconnected. I'm not getting my banking transaction alerts now, and I'm worried about problems on that front. Please help by making my SIM valid again.

      I m Alvin Pappachan from kerala.my mob no is:[protected].Sir i have one problem in the sim card. That is i am earlier using the handset is 3100 nokia.In that Hand set, i am properly using this simcard. But now i buy new handset nokia N70.But i am not to use my simcard. When i placed and switched on the set, the hand set is hanged. But i have to use another companies sim card properly in the N70 handset. i want this number bcs all details i give this number.Then i visit mobile service centre, they tell some problems of sim card.They promot to take duplicate sim card. pls give me as possible information.if i wanted to take duplicate sim pls mention the airtel offices in cochin .
      My mobile number is [protected]. The outgoing & incoming is off since 23rd May 2008. I have submitted the documents for verification for two times.

      I tried to get the correct reason from the "Customer Care centre" Aundh Pune, but they anable to give correct information. Also the treatment with customer is very very poor.

      Kindly let me know the reason for disconnection.

      I had purchased a Sim card from a local vendor 1month ago and gave all my Id proofs but even after regular follow-ups with the vendor and Airtel my request is unheard. I don’t know what to do

      I had taken the above prepaid sim card in Nerul
      from Pratibha Communication Centre on 8th June,2010.
      Next day I got Blackberry also activated on the same
      number. I left for Singapore on 14th June,2010. After
      reaching there network was there but EDGE did not work.
      I returned to Mumbai on 20th june. After reaching here
      again blackberry services started. I left for Coimbatore
      on 24th June,2010. Till I was in Mumbai I had EDGE
      and network both. As soon as I reached Coimbatore there
      was no network. I contacted Airtel office there and was informed
      by them that it was Roaming issue. They had sent msg to Mumbai
      to resolve the problem but nothing worked. Again when I returned
      back to Mumbai on 1st July my number was ok and I could access my
      Blackberry and calls also. I have recharged the number 2-3 times
      after the purchase. But to my surprise and shock suddenly my number was totally dead. When called customer care I was told the number is not registered in my name and it can not be activated.

      For last 15-20 days due to this I have gone through so much of
      mental torture and purpose of activating Blackberry also was waste. I had visited the Vashi Navi Mumbai gallery but I had a very bad experience there also. There I was told that same number can be given to me if I go for postpaid connection. It looked like as I was being forced to take a postpaid connection.

      Again after contacting appellate officer I was told to go to Airtel Vashi gallery
      and submit the documents, I went there on 26th of July2010 and gave the documents. I was asked to pay Rs 25 and got a new sim card. I was told it would be activated with in 48 hours. Today is 31st July and till date nothing has been done.

      The customer care also don't respond properly and disconnect the line if we question them more.

      Thanks very much for looking into my problem. Could you please recheck whether the issue has been resolved? I'm still seeing "limited service" on my mobile, and when I tried calling the number from a different number, I heard the message "This number is temporarily out of service".

      Dear Sir,
      This is Suvam Goswami. I had a Airtel number,[protected] in Delhi. In September,12, I have shifted to Kolkata. I have requested either convert the number from postpaid to prepaid or close. After several conversation, repeated reminder and repeated commitment till now I have not received prepaid sim card. Once, one of the Airtel verification officer told me to send the documents at their Gurgaon address. However, afterwards I came to know that until and unless I shall not receive the SIM card, no need to send the documents. So she has given me wrong information about sending the documents within 2 weeks.
      Now, after getting several commitment, I am not received any phone calls at my Kolkata number. However, they have failed their all the commitment through mails.
      I need your intervention, since they are asking Rs 100 as SIM charges in every month.

        Earlier I submitted my complaint regarding issuing my mobile number to others. After submitting my complaint here also till now now action from them.Today I received a call from Airtel. They are arguing that they issued my number to other person 2 months ago and they can't give me back any cost. kindly Give me the advice what step to take to get my number back with credit balance. Like me many persons are suffering from this service provider.

Really I am sorry to say that very poor service from them.

        I gave my number to banks, in the court for my legal procedure also to others. Now I am very handy because of this.

        Airtel — Issuing my number to other ones

        I have a number of Airtel Connection and its valid till 2014 but due to damage of my sim , my number has been too other person.
        But how is it possible this number is registered on my name till 2014 but the telecommunication company given my number to other person......
        Please help me out from this problem because i really need my number.........

        i have purchased air tel life time simcard(airtel mobile number [protected]) in padubidri .im working abroad and i use this no in my vacation time. when in my behalf my wife went to recharge, it said that the no was blocked and the said co agent said simcard cant be activated. i mailed to said airtel co and the co representative said sufficient amount and not used for more than 6 months so that it cant be activated and said my no was issued to other person.now my point is if i purchased the above said simcard for life then how they can issue to others? if they deactivated due to insufficient of funds then it can be activated charging some fine. my point is if they sell product saying for life time then how can they sell it to others unless the customer surrender the no or cancel the no. this said no was with my family friends and relatives, co saying that come to the nearest outlet and purchase new one. now my point is if they do so then why they see product saying life time.if there was no sufficient am mount it can be deactivated but not blocked impermanently and sel, to others. please advise me on the said matter

          I submitted documents to reactivate my Airtel SIM in Marathahalli Showroom on 9th July 2012. I was told that the SIM would be activated in couple of days. After waiting till Wednesday evening and when i reached out to 121 (Airtel Customer Care), i was told that the same would be enabled in 24 hours. This delay was due to some backend operations. Till now (16th July 2012) the sim is still not activated and everytime i reachout to the customer care i get a different response and a promise of fix the issue in less than 12 hours. Almost everyday call customer care and today is th 8th day no response from Airtel and the customer support agent doesnt have an answer and they feel it should be escalated to their supervisor now. Airtel is just trying to delay the process of enabling this SIM for no reason.

          Everytime when i reachout to the customer care they would ask the customer relationship form no (518643) and the SIM card no. I am sure this should be tracked in their internal system and my details shouldnt be asked everytime by their customer care executive.

          The SIM is still not active and i have provided my contact no to the airtel customer care executive.

          I have paid Rs500 /- and all necessary documents to the activation. I dont get any response from Airtel or the delear till now.

          The reason for providing my contact no in customer care is because, the www.airtel.in/airtelpresence doesnt work at all. It always throws up any error or doesnt allow me to submit a complaint from it.

            without any reason i lost my balance of 128.90 rs.several times i tried to connect customer care.but it was not get connected.once i got connection.bt the executive who attended my call was unable to speak english.i value my 128 rs.so kindly do the neccassary action to refund the amount.

            I recently got a mobile and a connection was offered to me for free by SUbhiksha mobiles. I furnished all the necessary details and got the connection. For the first few days it was working fine. I recharged with 400 rupees and got full talk value (offer). Then, I recharged with 99 (gprs offer). Suddenly, the connection went blank. Saying, it was unregistered. I had a balance of around 330 rupees in it. Therefore I went to Airtel Relationship center and complained. They asked me to wait. It was around 3 hours and I approached them again. They told me the concerned person was unavailable and asked me to come over again. I went again in the evening only to find out that it was not even the guy sitting in the counter. He was more like a clerk and told me to contact customer service center. I told him already I contacted them and they asked me to go to the Airtel Relationship center. He started swearing at the customer care people. Finally, he made the call to the customer care and told me to wait. Then, a lady at the counter asked me to come over and started to talk crap and I would assume was trying to assuage me with all pity. I felt too awkward, I was there for a complaint and they talk crap to you. I told them I wanted to meet their manager, which they told I had to wait. FInally, I got frustrated and gave them a sound blasting and walked away. DON'T EVER USE AIRTEL!

              Hi,
              I would like to bring my issue which happened with airtel digital tv. I have requested for disconnection for my airtel digital TV having consumer id [protected] on[protected] through mail. Though agent has collected the equipment from my flat, has not completed refund process till now. And as per online connection seems to be active only. What i got to know is they have sold this connection to some one else (Srinivas Raj) without my permission. And hence they are not processing the refund as it is active. I would like to bring it to your notice so that this can be resolved asap.
              Mobile connected to my consumer is also changed. agents and other people involved in this are making use of this and commiting a fraud. I would like to alert airtel people to take action and resolve this.

                Got myslef a post paid connection at BSK 3rd stage Airtel Gallery last month on 17th June 2012 . Number allocated to me was [protected]. Since then the service recieved by me is horrible. First , the service got disconnected for 3 days while i was in pune between 4th to 6th july stating that my address verification was incomplaint. Stargely during the same time , i got a confirmation letter to the same address! I returned back after having no connection for 3 days at Pune to Bangalore and the Gallery person tells me that the person is not to verify the address and he would do it next week.. since i insisted on getting the activation they restored my connection... exactly 2 days later ,... outgoing was barred for 5 hours and again i complained and the same got restored ... now the final blow came to me on 14th july while i was in Delhi that my credit balance was less and i need to deposit some money bto avaoid dicsonnection,,, i deposited 1000 rs online and got a confirmation ... and the same day in the evening at 615 i get a mesaage asking me to go the dealer from where i got the sim to avoid disconnection as the address verification has not happened and within minutes my service was disconncted ... can you imagine the inconvenience caused ... and till date i have not got the service restores despite my visits to the gallery ,,,, the galllery staff has no clue for the ssame and they are unable to fix .. i wrote a letter that i would like to discontinue the service and they are refusing to acknowldege the same as well.... have now decided to take the mater to press and all public consumer forums to tell how bad AIRTEL TREATS THIER REGULAR CUSTOMER( I am an Airtel customer for many years and in mumbai , where i was located till about a months time i had a billing of not less than 3000 rs per month ) ...

                  I was recharging my AIRTEL 3G DATACARD NO -[protected] through Airtel's online portal.But your server responded me that transaction was unsuccessful and if your account has been debited .you will get back your money with 4 working days.

                  Till now i have not received that amount of 98 * 98=Rs 198 (I try two times,every time unsuccessful)and my account was debited,as i got message on my registered no from my bank.

                  Please do check your records for the above mentioned prepaid number and do needful.

                    sir, i am immensly dissatisfied with ur service every day when i am recharging 2 vas r automatically activated on my num as soon the rc is done for example the last deduction took place on 14 july for airtel radio sevice and when i spoke to officials they immediately deactivated vas as it was their own fault and now i am getting ms from AI NTAORT that u sucription will get automatically renewed SIR,I DONT KNOW WHICH SERVICE IS IT AND ALSO IT IS NOT BEING DISPLAYED BY DIALLING OR BY SENDIND STOP MY NUM IS [protected]

Customer care services are also closed.when i complaint with another number every time they say new thing exact reason is not given. i called so many time nodal officer at jaipur they say every day that call us after 4 hrs. i have summited my documents already. but now condition is still same.

                      Airtel — block services without any Reason

                      Dear Sir

                      I have an Airtel connection under ph no. [protected]. company filled up all the formalities at the time of connection Issue. I have give my ID as my driving License Issued by SDO(C) Jind. company Agent In queried my address and Verify all the document. He Meet me personly also. but Now company blocked my Sim card with the reason that ID is [censored]. How it is possible. driving License Issued by SDO(C) Jind. is also [censored] than what is proper ID. this is the only harassments of the Customer. Therefore you are requested to solve my problem.

                      Please help me to unsubscribe the Bollywood Fusion of Airtel Live from my cell bearing the number [protected].I belong to a small town named Dhubri of Assam.The gave me a link for deactivation of the service but it didnt work.Rather, it has been deducting RS.15/ regularly from my Airtel prepaid Account every week.

                        My name is Ruchi Singh, an Airtel customer having cell no. [protected]. From past 10 days I have been experiencing unauthorized deductions from my account. On 8/07/12 Rs. 99, on 13/07 Rs. 35 and on 15/07/12 Rs. 40 were deducted from my account. On talking to customer care people I was told that I have downloaded some games or applications, whereas no such download has been done by me.

                        I also dropped a mail to airtel on [protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.in but there was no response from their side.

                        Kindly instruct the company to look into the matter and credit the deducted amount in my account.

                          I am Vijay Kumar employee of tangence solution pvt ltd. F-298 sector-63 Noida, Employee code -TNGx465.

                          Concern: I had two number of aircel, [protected], [protected] I was using this number in aircel service in june month. Once day your airtel executive came at my company and he advised me to convert my both number aircel to airtel postpaid. There are thousands of your airtel number are running in my company which are free cug to cug. Then I accepted your executive request and proffered to switch to airtel and both number switched after few days.

                          Call Charges :Airtel to Airtel Local @ 10p/m, Airtel to Mobile Local @ 30p/m, Airtel to Landline Local @ 50p/m All STD calls @ 50p/m, Roaming Incoming @ 60p/m, Roaming Outgoing @ 80p/m as per as your executive told that and I was using and doing unlimited calls on my both numbers 82857202, [protected] mail id vijay.[protected]@gmail.com. When I received my bill it was too high on both numbers is because on my number cug plans activated very late and they charged monthly rental and calls as per as 199 normals and still on my numbers [protected], [protected] cug is activated but calling unlimited is not free is because parent id is deference and I was using like unlimited free is because your executive told us sir cug plan and benefits will get as your number will switch aircel to airtel and its common thing it’s happen normally when we take corporate connection from first day our number switch to corporate id we get the befits according to that.

                          What I want now: Please Do a parent id same on my both numbers 82857202,[protected] which I am using so I can get unlimited calls benefits and provide me the waiver in my bills which has been garneted wrong due to your executive mistake Manoj kumar his mobile number: [protected] is because he sent late request to cug plans activation on my numbers.

                          Note: In in waiver do a discount to remember this thing I didn’t get unlimited cug to cug calls benefits on my both numbers due to different Parent id and I was using like a cug to cug unlimited calls.

                          I have called a lot of time your executive but he didn’t resolve my problems and in the end he switched his phone I am a new customer your and very upset with your services.

                            I am a customer of Bharti Airtel Limited,using their cellular mobile services with mobile number [protected].Yesterday 15the July at 1:21 PM,I got a call from [protected] (a voice record tape from Bharti Airtel Limited) about Hello tune.I took a call n listen it for a while.Then I cutoff the call.But after few second I realized my balance has been deducted by apprx. 50 rupees.I have never given any request for Hello Tunes.I have also called 198(Toll free helpline for Airtel customer) for formal complaint registration but theey did not respond me well.So please help me to resolve theis issue.

                              A value added service got activated on July 1st deducting 100Rs without any intimation and it also got renewed today, that is 16TH July. I realized only after I checked my balance and there was a shortage of 100Rs on both occasions. I called up the customer care, and they said it has been activated at my end, all they can do is, stop the service. Such mismanagement have happened before and they should make provisions to return the deducted amount if requested within a small duration of time since service activation.

                                I have been facing continuous issues with the customer care service provided by Airtel.
                                Firstly, they do not answer the calls for hours.
                                Secondly, if they answer, there is no assurance that it can be talked through. Usually, they cut call in between.
                                Finally, They never have a proper response to the customer query.

                                    I had purchase a airtel prepaid SIM card with valid document's like D.L. after using 1 and half month company has bared my outgoing calls , i contacted customer care and come to know that due to not verification of document they are barred my out going service , any ways after providing all the related information on call and too many followups they had start my outgoing calls after 3 days instead of 24 hrs as the promised me many times . on 14th of this month they had start my outgoing service . but after one day AirTel again fully stop my services.
                                    i contacted to Nodal Officer Orrisa and come to know that due to negative verification they had Deleted my number from Database .
                                    I told him all the instaces which i am facing since last one week again he promised me to wait for again 72 hrs,
                                    there is still 150/160 rupees balance in my account .

                                    Airtel/Prepaid mobile service — Amount deduction without concurrence of customer

                                    Many times the service provider is deducting the balance for value added services without any proper concern with the customer. Automatically the services are activated and the amount is deducted from the balance of the customer. Many times the value added services like Java games, Video downloads are activated where as the facility is not supported by the phone model which we are using. If we are complaining to the customer care they are not able to solve the problem.They are saying that the particular service is activated by the us(customer) and they can not refund the money. They are telling "You do what ever you can". If we are not able to contact the customer the same day, they are telling "The amount can be given back in the same day only, the next day it is not possible". Many times they are telling "we are refunding the amount within 4 hours" where as amount is not coming back, i[censored] are contacting again the same person will not come on line and the procedure is repeated and finally the amount will not come back. Because this we loosing our temper and wasting our valuable time mental peace. After of these conversations with the customer care we will be in tension and we are spoiling our relations in the office and at home also. Every time this is being repeated and we are loosing our time, money and health.
                                    This is the same prob thats happening with me too. I've filed the complain with the customer care too. Even after giving the required time of 48 hrs that they needed for action, they failed to do such any. The customer complaint cell becomes useless in this case.

                                    AirTel — Deactivation of Mobile Number

                                    This is a complaint to AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE, MADHYA PRADESH Circle that I had airtel prepaid number [protected] which I had purchased one year back. Now on 2 august they deactivated my number and when I asked to customer care about that then they told me that u did not use your number for 90 days ( may to july) so we deactivated your number. But the point is I am sure that I used that number frequently and I the month of May I used gprs on my number and from 24 july I continuously used my number till august. Not only this I used my number in the middle of it also. Now I do not want again activation of that number but I want justice as I am MBA final year student and my number was in placement brochure of my college and because of that I am suffering now.

                                      I am writing this complaint on behalf of my nephew rahul goel (mobile no [protected]) who applied for port of his mobile no and got a call from airtel retention department. they offered him a plan and according to that his call rate for airtel to airtel was slashed to 15 paise per minute. but he was shocked after some days they he came to know that they charged at a rate of 100 paise per minute and he suffered from a loss of almost 1000. Please take some action against airtel.

                                      This is with reference to CBNRA[protected] that i got call from airtel and they offered me a compensation of Rs 50. For your kind information, i am demanding for the loss which i bear due to airtel not due to my fault. Moreover i am not a kid that you offer me a candy. I suffered from a loss of 1000. So, its my humble request to you to please give me a compensation of Rs 1000. If you are unable to do then let me know about it as soon as possible so that i put the matter in consumer court.

                                        My name is Bharat Meghnani.I have been the customer of Airtel India from last 7 years.
                                        On 15th July 2012 i activated 3g service on my number-[protected] and i recieved a message
                                        that 3g service will be activated on my number within four hours but before actiation of
                                        3g service my balance got deducte and i came to know that the 3g service is still not
                                        active on my number.
                                        When i called up to the customer care and registerd my complaint whose number is [CWRCH-[protected]]
                                        as told by Mr.Abhay Drivedi[Senior Executive].He said that the balance has been deducted because of
                                        the usage of internet 3g service but the service was still not active on my number and moreover that
                                        i did not used internet in between those four hours and Airtel India deducted my balance of Rs 200.
                                        Hence i request you to look into the matter and do the needfu,waiting for your action.

                                        I HAD GIVEN COMPLAI TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE THAT I RECHARGE FOR SMS PACK FROM THAT DAY THE R DEDUCTING 1 RS DAILY RENTAL AFTER ONE MONTH THEY R DEDUCTING 2 RS DAIL SO PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT FROM THIS PROBLEM
                                        Bill Number[protected] dated 06-Mar-2010 there were No SMS charges for Jobs on Mobile service Rs.30/- for 30 days it was already discontinued. Today 13-Mar-2010 surprisingly I received SMS from 121 Customer Service "Jobs on Mobile service has been renewed, you have charged Rs.30 for 30 days of service”. How you are renewing above mentioned facility on your own without my written communication vide SMS or E-mail. I will not accept Rs.30 to be charged in future in my bill henceforth.
                                        On 2nd July night they deducted my 54 odd rupees from my m. No. [protected] and on complaining he was rude to me and directly said you used data and therefore can&#039;t give back money . As I was on call from my Vodafone number from 11:56 to 12:06 of night and after cutting the call I switch off my data pack of airtel and message displayed that you used 54 odd mb&#039;s for odd rupees 54 . I was shocked. My data pack was supposed to end at 12:00 of that night.
