BUT THEY ARE NOT STOP THIS PROBLEM.

AS PER the campaign of Airtel DTH changing allighnment to new satelight direction. On9.6.12 technision approeched me on behalf of Airtel DTH. He disordered my instaletion and i dont have some tools so i will come tomorrow. After many days i complaint to customer care they promised me to restate instalation. Still i am in waiting for that. I want to unsubscribe Live TV alerts and Video alerts but I am not able to do so. Everyday Rs. 5 for Live TV alerts and Rs.5 for Video alerts get deducted from my account. But I get no such alerts. I got an Airtel sim 10 days back. I was asked to resubmit my documents which i did on the 19th of this month. Even then my outgoing was barred 2 days back.

Yesterday i talked to the customer care executive he said it will be activated within 24 hours. Today i called he said it will be activated within an hour.

Airtel is sending SMS from AA-SYCRKT. I have not subscribed, but still they send numerous cricket related text messages.

My phone doesnt have an option to delete without opening an sms message. Looks like they are deducting money because of that.
