On 31.03.21 evening, i changed my One Airtel plan, after paying all charges as told by executive at Airtel outlet itself and changed from postpaid to prepaid, also recharged for those numbers by the executive itself, they told ur DTH service will be cut shortly, after that u can recharge for Rs 205, like that I recharged for Rs 250 on 1st April morning, once I checked at Airtel thanks app, it shows my primary balance as Rs 46 valid till 6th April, when contacted through 121 or 12150, prepaid executive told the deduction is not their side, u contact oneairtel section, getting connection to executive is a tedious process, when contacted one Airtel executive, they told there side no issues, you contact prepaid section again, this play goes till today
I had a bad experience of automatically closing of tickets raised for poor net connectivity 4 times without resolved which forced to come out of the plan. Poor response for exorbitant charges, unbearable for common people
