Suddenly on 18th April, 2021 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. It shows no service. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. I thought it is due to network issue for some time. but all of no use. Response received from customer care on my email buy duplicate sim which is not possible till another 15 days.
All this without any intimation from airtel, which affect my work, Same is registered with bank also unable to do banking transactions. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.
I would like to restore my number as soon as possible.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
