        In spite of complaining many times for the past one month (from 15th March 2021), my problem of deactivation of fastag linked to TS04EX5245 is not solved because of which I am not able to use the benefit of exempted fastag for PWD

          Hello, I've verified my smartphone settings and everything's fine but I am still unable receive any SMSs. The last SMS recieved was 2 days ago. Please help resolve this issue as I need this facility to receive OTPs for my online transactions.

            First of all i am a student my fathaer bought me this airtel plan when i do online classes my network suddenly cuts off for about 1 min and not only during online classes bu also during random times and today my wole airtel server was down like 4 to 5 hrs because of it i didnt get my studying materials or simply classworks plz fix this

                I, the undersigned, Parvez Baria have been a consumer using the services offered by Airtel since over 20 years, under the registered number being [protected]. It is to my dismay that I must state that the Airtel service being provided to me is deficient on the very outset. I have been and continue to be suffering irreparable loss of money and business due to the deficiency in services of Airtel.

                Airtel has been collecting monies for said services in a timely manner but has not been providing the me sufficient/necessary services.

                I am using a Rs. 999/- plan. As a businessman, The service is continually disturbed and distorted with call drops and terrible reception. I have visited your office and have also has my SIM card changed and checked my phone for any malfunction, Once this was done service was restored. Now I continue to be troubled with innumerable call drops and disturbance while on the phone a similar problem which I had a couple months ago and was somewhat corrected after more than 15 complaints to the branch office and also personally to our service representative. Upon my calling the airtel customer service number, I am being told that this is a network issue and it will be resolved in 8 working days. This is totally unacceptable and immediate action needs to be taken to resolve the matter.

                As a businessman and in order to conduct my business and thereby earn a livelihood I require to make outgoing and receive incoming calls regularly. The deficiency in services has caused me irreparable losses in terms of time, reputation, opportunity, monetary gains, etc.

                I have not received any productive assistance from Airtel and/or its technical team. I am still being subjected to deficient service and being billed for sufficient service, note these payments are under protest.

                It is disheartening to state that having been subscribed to multiple SIM cards, belonging to Airtel and on basis of corporate/business plan where uninterrupted services of Airtel is of the essence, I have been subjected to deficiency in services.

                I hereby, forthwith, call upon Airtel to resolve the deficiencies, render an unconditional apology, compensate me for my losses, etc. As failure to do so shall compel me to, as advised by my Lawyers, initiate a class action suit and/or a suit for damages/injunction/recovery of money/deficiency in services/etc. against Airtel for the said deficiency in services. I ask for other Airtel users with similar grievance to post their grievance and share details with me.

                  Hello, We have connected with the Airtel team for the Airtel xStream setup. We have asked them is this possible in the area. Team said this is already operational in the requested place. We have done the payment on 22nd April, 2021. Team has agreed to visit on 25th April, 2021 for the installation at 11 AM. We were waiting and calling them. At 11 they say that person will come before 4PM. Technical person came and noticed that the Connection ports are full in the box, in the respective area. They need to setup a new box near to my home. I think team should be well aware of these types of issues. Even we asked the technical guy to check once, that connection will be available or not in the area, before registering and paying for airtel xstream. But he didn't check. We need connection urgently to resume our office work. Please help us in speeding up the installation.

                        Hii, I am Raunak and I bought airtel broadband 1 month ago at a 100mbps speed which I was getting till one month and fron four days the upload speed is nearly 20-30 mbps. When I complaint about it to airtel they assigned me a person but the person didn't even talked me about the issue and airtel marked the issue as resolved in the app. When I called them again they again assigned a person but I have not got any respond till now i.e 48 hours and they assure to resolve your problem in 24 hours..

                          I have applied for new broadband connection on 20th April 2021, at that a representative from Airtel called me and told that connection is available in your area, will provide installation with in 24 hours and asked me to make the payment first, I made payment for 6 months plan. On the same day evening I got message that they are facing some issue so it will take 72 hours. But today as on April 24 2021 still I did not get any call from Airtel. So I called to airtel customer care but the answer I got was not all satisifactory. Now they are saying some technical terms which I cant understand and it will take more than 48 hours without any specification of maximum time. It means it can take 48 hours or 100 hours or even more. What kind of a customer service they are providing very worse of its kind.

                            I am lokesh suthar(chitri, Dungarpur, Rajasthan) holding airtel mobile no. [[protected]]. Now in my mobile suddenly lost network and doesn't show any signal.. I try in another cell but having same issue..if I search for network then my application is hanged and stopped working, and showing only emergency signal. I am not able to call(dial & recieve) anywhere including customer care(121). You plz resolve this problem asap. Its very urgent..
                            I have this type of issue 3 times in last 1 year..and paying 150 ruppes every time..

                              I am using Airtel sim card no [protected]. According to me it is pre paid card. When I have depositeed Rs. 500 on official website of Airtel the amount is accepted. But when I tried find out balance of account I am told that my sim card is not a prepaid card. Please give me details of account

                                Whenever i make a call to someone or someone's call is coming to my phone, we weren't able to talk correctly and clearly to each other because of voice cracking problem during phone calls. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I'm facing this problem since 7 days.

                                  Not able to dial 59059 and it's automatically disconnecting. Tried switching off and on for 3 times, tried in 2 different phones and tried after 10 hours and tried speaking to 121 also from a different number. Pathetic service.would have tried atleast 20 times to 59059.

Very rarely connection is given; but it is automatically disconnected in a few seconds. The phone exists only for collecting subscription by the company; not for the customer to make or receive any phone call

                                      Am mot use more then 5GB.
                                      And now net working not working very worst service am very unsatisfied.i never suggest your network for anyone.

                                        Airtel made a mistake. Which in itself is understandable - They incorrectly recorded my visa validity date.

                                        They then went on to ignore my emails providing a visa copy to allow them to correct their records.

                                        They incorrectly claimed that the email address did not match the phone number. I sent them proof that it did and they still ignored me.

                                        Each time they responded instructing me to go to an Airtel store or call 121 to speak to an advisor. Given COVID risks I was only willing to entertain the latter.

                                        When I called 121 I tried every option to speak to an advisor. There are none. So they are misadvising customers. The responses, changes in advice and actions taken since then have been entirely inconsistent.

                                        They got a SIM to me but now say they cannot activate it without me going to a store. I have now been without a phone for over a week which is obviously dangerous. They also do not seem to understand anything about fixing their own mistakes or good customer service.

                                        I find it insulting how they have treated me and I think all their customers deserve better.

                                        Airtel are now refusing to allow me to keep my old number. This has lost me my Sony Liv and Hotstar accounts.

                                        In addition they continue to stall and not activate the new SIM

                                        Airtel now using lies to form excuses. Asking for documents and information which they have already been sent. I have attempted to contact the CEO. Not for the first time.

                                        In general airtel customer service just think they can send a polite message and do nothing. They seem to think that is their job description. They are unable to think it seems.

                                        Worst customer experience of my life. I’m disgusted.

                                        I’m still waiting for my answers and a complaint number. It’s been 3 weeks. I’ve given Airtel the following questions. Since they refuse to correct their error and have been sending me the same nonsense over and over, my response is to ask them every day for answers.

                                        Still no resolution or even an attempt to answer my questions. Despite me trying to remind Airtel this is their mistake daily. They are now just ignoring all tweets, DMs and emails. They really are a disgrace.
