Jan 2021 bill for Airtel No [protected] received on 03 Jan 2021, was paid on the Airtel Portal using my Citiank debit card (No ending 2013) from my Citibank account No ending xxxxxx808 on 03 Jan 2021, and tis debited to my a/c on 05 Jan 2021. The Airtel portal for postpaid mobile does not have the feature of forwarding the transaction to a email id or to print the transaction page - this feature is present in landline/broadband. Hence the payment transaction reference No which is 210103xxxxxx was not noted by me since I did not have any issue till the payment of Dec 2020 bill. Since 30 Jan 2021, I have been a) hounded for the payment which I have already made on 03 Jan 2021 b) asked repeatedly for the Reference No which I did not note down c) being charged for Late Payment Fee of Rs 100+GST d) services have been suspended, pending the payment of "outstanding"/"overdue". I have made subsequent paymets of Feb 2021 bill on 14 Feb 2021 (Ref No[protected] and Mar 2021 bill on 09 Mar 2021 (Ref No[protected]. Somehow the 03 Jan 2021 payment has not been accounted and I have submitted the Citibank payment alert mail date 03 Jan 2021 when the amount of Rs 470.82 (being the bill amount) was debited to my a/c and credited to Airtel. The actual debit to my a/c in Citibank was made on 05 Jan 2021. I have even submitted my Jan 2021 Citibank statement in PDF form with the password to access the detailed statement, and to prove that the said payment was not reversed. I written to 121 & Appelate.kk where I have been put into a loop - every time the mail response is the same - its asks for that elusive Reference No which I have not noted down. It is more that 2 months and there is no resolution in sight to this deadlock. From my side, I confirm I have made all payments and within the relevant due dates and yet I am being treated as a defaulter/late-payer. Request someone senior and intelligent and diligent to please close this matter once and for all. Thank you.

    In April month bill I found an additional charge of Rs. 27 plus taxes against Voice special numbers service availed on 29th March. As per my bill plan all voice calls are free. They have charged for calls starting with 1860. In bill plan this was never mentioned it will be charged. Now a days most of the banks & other companies give customer care nos starting with 1860. How a customer can connect to banks or any other company customer care if airtel is charging customers for nos starting with1860.

    I want the charges to be removed from my bill as soon as possible and Airtel should stop indulging in such practice of charging customers for numbers starting with 1860.

      Airtel has charged for some unknown international sms in my Feb 2021 bill. I have raised complaint multiple times in their app but this issue is not getting resolved fully. They just close this call without even talking to customer to understand the full issue. 2 sms each charge Rs.5 along with taxes. Message date mentioned in bill is 5th Jan 2021. This is happening frequently for past few years. Airtel is not taking any action in spite of multiple mails sent & escalated to nodal officer in past. They are not able to show any proof how this msg was sent. I get plain response this is due to usage of apple iphone. How airtel can charge customer without any sms history being registered in mobile & not sent by customer. Kindly look in to this issue for full refund. Also how to avoid this issue in future for apple iphone.

        I had submitted Rs.450/ via Airtel bank on 22nd March, 2021 for getting Fast Tag for my car UK 07X2432 Airtel was unable to deliver Fast Tag by 5th April, 2021 .Even the Airtel is still showing the status validating for Fast Tag. During this time period, I talked at Toll Free No. 400 three times to make the process fast as I had to use it. At last, I purchased Fast tag at Toll on the way Dehradun to Haridwar via IndusInd Bank on 5th April, 2021. At Toll, within 5 minutes it was activated by IndusInd Bank employee. and deduction at Toll was made through Fast Tag.

        Now, I have informed Airtel at Toll Free No. to return my money Rs. 450/ back to me due to very very delay of delivery the Fast Tag. Now, at Toll Free No. they are saying no to return my money back to me.

          When I make a call from jio network to Airtel it drops the call without ring. If I make a call from another network it connects immediately.

          Regarding call drop I tried to contact customer care 121 and 198 official number but the call is not taking the 9 number for customer executive . And disconnected the call.
          Tried a lot of times to reach customer care but no use.

          The call drop issue from jio so I spoke with jio care they suggested to contact Airtel. But Airtel Neve allow to speak with customer care on 121 .

              On 30th march I have recharged of rs 199 through net banking from HDFC Bank, but recharge is not credited and my money is deducted from my account. So, kindly return my deducted amount on the same account. My Txn ID:[protected]

                  My airtel dth monthly rent i rs 175.82/- For 30 days the daily burn rate will be rs 5.86/- insted of deducting 5.86 rs per day but they are deducting 6 rs . So that the monthly recharge is only lasting for 29 days . Can verify the screenshots for the reference

                          Hi,

                          I will request you to file a complaint against Airtel gallery in 4 bunglows, opposite Kokilaben hospital, Mumbai.

                          There has been a serious case of misconduct, wrong and misleading information by your store.

                          We had bought Airtel mify (hotspot) from your store in November 2020. When we bought it we were told that the hotspot doesn’t support prepaid connection and we will have to only buy a postpaid one.

                          We agreed to it then and went ahead with our postpaid connection.

                          Since our hotspot wasn’t getting used today (April 3rd 2021), we wanted to cancel it. So I went to the gallery in the morning again.

                          Out of curiosity I asked them again if I can just convert this into prepaid. They said it’s not possible. He told me that you can take a free sim card with this pack since it’s not getting utilised. I agreed to it and activated a new SIM card.

                          When I googled I realised that repaid can be used on mify hostpot.

                          I went again for cancellation or conversion to prepaid.

                          Things I was told by your executive which were misleading by your executive during my 2nd visit in the day:

                          1. You have just activated a new sim card it’s against our polices to cancel it for 120 days. So we can’t take a cancellation request.

                          2. You cannot use prepaid SIM cards on Airtel Mifi as it uses a hybrid sim card which comes along with the router.

                          3. In case you use a prepaid SIM card it might work for a while but will later start giving issues because of there is bandwidth difference between both and the router will not support it.

                          We had a long argument where I asked them to show me proof about what they are saying. After arguing back and failing to provide with any proof they agreed to cancel my sim cards and provide me with a new pre paid simcard.

                          Just to let you know the prepaid simcard it’s working absolutely fine.

                          I want both my numbers cancelled. I am not paying a single penny of my unbilled amount. I want a strict action to be taken against the Airtel gallery and their employees for the malpractices being followed.

                          If this doesn’t happen I will post this all over social media and go to consumer court for providing us with Misleading information.

                              Sim showing network

                              Why this??
                              This is happening since two days
                              I am not receiving any messages or calls

                              I tried using sim card in another handset
                              Sim card showing disabled in other phone too

                                  I(Dr. Reeta Rani Jha) had taken my Airtel no [protected] with broadband connection having DSL ID[protected]_dsl and plan Airtel-UL-Xstream Basic 799 Unlimited GB
                                  (100Mbps/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan on 29 Sep 2020 for three months. For this, I paid Rs2828 (bill attached) and also got free modem for taking a three-month subscription. This expired on December 30 2020, and I again took a three-month subscription by paying
                                  Rs 2828 on January 4.

Post this I shifted to another place on 7th Feb 2021, and consequently applied for the transfer of my Airtel broadband connection, but due to feasibility issues I could not get the connection transferred to my new address. I then applied for discontinuation of the service on 10th of February 2021, and received a confirmation from Airtel customer care that my Airtel broadband connection has been deactivated, and I would get refund for my extra payment of 47 days within 45 days at most.
                                  All of this I had mailed to Airtel customer care email address [protected]@airtel.com and they gave me a reference number[protected] for the complaint and assured that they will resolve the issue before 3rd of April 6 PM. They asked for these documents: -
                                  1) Bank Cheque
                                  2) Bank Account Number and other bank details
                                  in order to refund my money.I responded the mail with all required document but the matter is still unresolved and I never received a refund even after their final deadline of[protected], 6 pm.

                                    Fed up of calling the Airtel customer executives, requested the complaint a week ago but still no response has been received. Mailed their department for the same, still no reply.
                                    Raised a complaint for the above reason, here’s the reference number- 9303124

                                    Most important, the Airtel payment bank executives are useless! They don’t know a thing. I wish I could record there calls. Recording anyone’s call without there permission is illegal so I dropped the idea.

                                      On 31.03.21 evening, i changed my One Airtel plan, after paying all charges as told by executive at Airtel outlet itself and changed from postpaid to prepaid, also recharged for those numbers by the executive itself, they told ur DTH service will be cut shortly, after that u can recharge for Rs 205, like that I recharged for Rs 250 on 1st April morning, once I checked at Airtel thanks app, it shows my primary balance as Rs 46 valid till 6th April, when contacted through 121 or 12150, prepaid executive told the deduction is not their side, u contact oneairtel section, getting connection to executive is a tedious process, when contacted one Airtel executive, they told there side no issues, you contact prepaid section again, this play goes till today
                                      I had a bad experience of automatically closing of tickets raised for poor net connectivity 4 times without resolved which forced to come out of the plan. Poor response for exorbitant charges, unbearable for common people

                                        Yesterday, On 1 -4-2021, I use airtel app to recharge my phone and dth as well for that i add 250Rs. to airtel wallet..but money debited from my account but wallet didnt show any money..since yesterday i am trying to reach to customer care on no.400/[protected] but the no has only 2 options both for their schemes and advertisement ..no option to talk to the official..i have also registered compliant on website..not replyed yet on that too..as last option am trying take my money back on this platform.if not yielded legal action is my last resort mob.no.[protected]
