I had submitted Rs.450/ via Airtel bank on 22nd March, 2021 for getting Fast Tag for my car UK 07X2432 Airtel was unable to deliver Fast Tag by 5th April, 2021 .Even the Airtel is still showing the status validating for Fast Tag. During this time period, I talked at Toll Free No. 400 three times to make the process fast as I had to use it. At last, I purchased Fast tag at Toll on the way Dehradun to Haridwar via IndusInd Bank on 5th April, 2021. At Toll, within 5 minutes it was activated by IndusInd Bank employee. and deduction at Toll was made through Fast Tag.
Now, I have informed Airtel at Toll Free No. to return my money Rs. 450/ back to me due to very very delay of delivery the Fast Tag. Now, at Toll Free No. they are saying no to return my money back to me.
