AIRTEL changed my plan without my consent

Hi, I have been a loyal customer of airtel for more than 20 years and had no complaints till now apart from the usual call drop issue. I trusted airtel hence had opted for ECS, auto debit way of paying airtel bill. I had a monthly plan of rs.424 as of last year(2020). Everytime I try adding the broadband connection to the application of Airtel thanks it says bad request. I have been trying since an hour

    I have paid all the amount,
    Subscription has done
    But they are not setting my broadband
    Its been 8 days .
    Before they said all processes will be done within 2 days.
    But they are not installing the broadband.

      My fastag has been blacklisted. Airtel payment bank asked me to cut thr fastag and they will take care of deactivation process, I did that and it's been more than month since they haven't resolved the issue.

        I have been asked to pay Rs 4328 as part of advance payment for Airtel broadband connection to my residential address. One executive called me on 07/04/2021 an told Pole is too far we can’t give you the connection. Since than I haven’t got any updates on installation or connection provision for my request and the representative who connected with me for the process was not even attending my call neither replying back for my messages after the payment was made. This is very embarrassing for me on choosing “Airtel”. If so, without confirming why did the airtel representative (Ramesh -+91 [protected]) asked me to make payment and promise installation within a day?
        Now I want my amount to be refund back as soon as possible.

          Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home.

          So, I requested Airtel Digital TV to please cancel the connection and refund the amount paid by Amazon UPI to my concerned account.

            I have recently purchased an airtel dth connection from their website, they have installed everything yesterday and I have made the payment online, but still now the connection has not yet been activated, I have been continuously calling the customer care number and no one is giving a satisfactory reply more than 24hrs has passed after the installation, please do the needful

              I initiated an online recharge today (14th Apr 2021) at around 12:45 PM, for Rs. 2698. Transaction ID is[protected]. The transaction was reported as failed - probably due to script blocker in my browser - but the amount was debited from by account, but recharge was not done.

              I looked up the transaction status in pay.airtel.in/online-payments/transactionSearch.jsp - it claimed that the transaction was cancelled.

              I contacted CCAvenue - they checked it and found that the transaction has been successfully processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to the merchant (Airtel).

              Can you please revert the transaction, or provide the recharge?

                I am a Airtel user since 21th jan 2020. And since then i was recharging my sim with 399 pack for 56 days, which gives me the access of internet 1.5gb per day, free calling and 100 sms per day. But recently i noticed that i can't use the pack fully. I found some of my friends get their unused data of whole week at the weekends, but i don't. Yes, instead of this, i used that network. And then recently i again discovered that i am unable to make call, or text, or use any data on the 50th day of my 56th day plan! And this is ridiculous. Do something as soon as possible. Because i have to attend my classes. Take action. Please.

                      I am an NRI working in Dubai and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card and am using it since yesrs. My Mobile phone no is +91-[protected].I tried manually setting up too but the network is not showing. All my bank stuff is connected to that SIM and I need it as soon as possible. Now I am about to complete my continuous stay of 6 months outside india getting this SIM card from Airtel and hence I wish to use it and top up further to keep my SIM active.
                      I need it as soon as possible to transfer funds for me. Please help me out.

                              I have been trying to open a savings bank account with you right from NOV 2019 onwards. I visited your Airtel stores Aseelmetta VIsakhapattanam seven times during the months of NOV and DEC2019.i submitted my biometric credentials too seven times. Again I visited Airtel stores in Dwarakanagar on[protected].But so far not good. I furnish you below my case nos.

                              Recently I opened UPI account in airtel .BUT now its also not working.

                                I was cheated by the Alambagh Airtel store - Address: Shop No, 565, KA/89, Kanpur Rd, Muslim Nagar, Alambagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226005. They took 500 INR to issue Fastag. Took Cash only. Did not provide a receipt when asked. Entered the vehicle number incorrect in their database despite filling the form 4 times and providing the RC copy. This resulted in Fastag getting blacklisted at toll. Paid again for getting it reissued and still it is in RC validation pending status. What actions can be taken again such fraud and lousy service?

                                    I have applied for a broadband connection the executive told me i will get it in 3working days i have paid the amount in Airtel website now the executive is saying that the box is full no new connection can be made. He told me the offers on airtel I believed in him and disconnected the previous broadband service from asianet who is the only other service provider near so due to lack of knowledge I don’t have any connection please look into it
