I brought new airtel xstream dth connection from the Airtel store and made payment by online at same time. Days after a local agent call and ask more money for installation purposes. But I try to aware them that my payment was done including installation also. But they were not accepted it. Now almost 20 days I don't have the connection or my money which paid. Several times I contacted air customer care by email but there was nothing happened...

Pathetic internet service

I have subscribed to Airtel postpaid platinum with all my 3 family members. Gradually internet service started degrading at my home location. VPN keeps reconnecting all the time. Internet speed is improved for a moment if I open Airtel Xstream app in phone.

We have been using 2 numbers of Airtel and seeming very low internet connectivity in night session. The internet slows down always in night as I work in night so I feel very low connectivity and my work get impacted. I have been complaining since long by either ways but no one reply on it.

Airtel broadband promised fiber connection before payment but gave copper after online payment

I am from Bangalore I opted to buy new broadband fiber connection from Airtel. So I booked the same from Airtel website after half an hour I got a call back into which I had asked twice about the fiber availability in my location they had also promised me to provide the same after the payment which includes 1000 installation charge and 499 plan + gst on both so they sent me link to pay I payed it and on next day they came for installation...

Not able to raise complaints to Airtel, and not able to consume data pack due to no data network, a good way to fool customers

The only option to raise complaints regarding Airtel network issues is through the My Airtel App. But the surprising part is you need to be connected to Airtel network for you to raise the complaint.

For eg: I had 1.45GB of Airtel Data on the last day of the expiry, and wanted to use it. However the data network was not working. So I connected to my Wifi(BSNL) using my other mobile, and try to access the app, while diagnosing...

Voice call cracking

Disruption of internet connection on regular basis
