Hello Airtel Team,

I have recharged the same Airtel number twice as it had shown payment failed status initially! But later when I checked, even the first payment was successful!

I have recharged using Amazon pay with INR 399.

Can I get this amount refunded or, can the second pack be used after the first pack expires?

Please let me know on this!

    I was told that i have to pay the due amount for reactivating my broadband and i did what i was told. But aftr the transatcion is completed i have been trying to reach airtel customer care but they are not replying my e-mails and calls please help as i am not able to use the benefits of my broadband.

      There is a lot of network issue in my area. I am working from home but not able to work properly due to internet issue. There is no proper network and lots of fluctuations in internet speed also. Sometimes internet speed becomes zero for upto 15 to 20 minutes. During that calls got disconnected & conference video calls not able to connect.
      I have complaint this to the concerned customer care team also but there is response from them. They are saying that there may b a issue in your mobile. I have 3 airtel Sims at my home, all of them have same issue. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

        Hi,

        I have paid electricity bill using airtel payment gateway. Money got deducted from my account but electricity bill is not paid. I am expecting payment to be made to TSSPDCL but it is showing that payment is wrongly made by airtel to APCPDCLOB. Please find the below info required. I have contacted airtel customer care support but issue is not resolved. Please look into this and revert my money as soon as possible.

            I have recharged for my Airtel prepaid number of rupees 599 for 56 days including Disney + Hotstar pack on 24th April 2021 via Airtel thanks application. The recharge was done and all the credits are given to my number except Disney + Hotstar. At the time of wondering, one more message came from Airtel like due to Hotstar account is already activated for your account the data will get incremented. But the data pack also not incremented it is still 2GB per day not 3.1GB per day as per the latest SMS from Airtel, and indeed I'm not interested in the data increment, because I have chosen 599 rupees pack only for the Disney + Hotstar yearly membership. Also while recharging this was not communicated or never intimated. So the pack described in the airtel thanks app is not given as promised to the customer. And finally, I tried contacting their customer care no one picked the call even after tried for a long time. So as I'm a poor customer and struggled in this situation raised a complaint against Bharti airtel. I need a proper response along with the deserving payment.

                When I going to call any number its shows that not registered on network.

                  I registered for airtel broadband on 27th April and the installation team told me they would install the connection on the same day and asked me to make payment. 3 days after making advance payment they are telling me that the connection line does not exist and are not responding on my request for cancellation. I'm escalating this issue here and if I don't receive a proper response soon I will reach out to consumer court for such malpractices.

                      I have an Airtel postpaid connection, for more than three years. The bill plan is 299. In April 2021, I am receiving a bill 1800+, with a bill plan 1599. I raised a complaint. Got information that it has been done through Airtel Thanks App. I have never initiated any bill plan change. On March 27, I have just paid the bill for March. They say the plan change is done online by customer. I am tired of this type of fraud. Airtel denied to revert the blan to 299. They denied to revert the bill as well to old billing plan. This is totally unacceptable. Day time cheating. If they get money like this, it is not going to benefit them anyway, they will only end up inheriting what is as per law.

                        The class 0 messages are constantly disturbing me .please stop this message because these messages are creating lot of problems at the online exam time.

                        They are directly coming on the phone screen and due to that I am facing lot of difficulty

                            I paid the electricity bill for₹24820/- for tsspdcl on unique service number[protected] through airtel wallet on 27-4-21 under their trxn no.FT[protected](I have another transaction id[protected] but I received the message from airtel as "the payment made successfully to apcpdclob from my wallet." as the amount was wrongly paid to apcpdclob by airtel. The bill is showing outstanding till date in tsspdcl. The amount is not received so far by tsspdcl of Telangana state. I sent mails to airtel about the issue but my problem is not solved yet. Pls, help me in getting my amount refunded to my wallet at the earliest.

                                        Since airtel digital tv is not having the feature of holding the account in safe custody for long time they are saying the call is not made from my side and they are hesitant to give my money back. I have not used my account from 7th june 2020 to 11th Apr 2021. But for that rent has been charged. I have written enough mails to customer service but that of no use. 100 mails had been written and 28 reminders have been sent. I am having call recording for that customer service call. They are not answering that too. Have attached the last mail communication too.
