    I contacted customer care as per thre advice i got it recharge with Rs. 255 yet the system is showing no signals. time and again contacted 12150 to register the complaint but always no conectivity to this no. then contacted [protected] and then told them the problem . as per there note they said that with in 6 pm on 22-4-12 it will be attended. but it is 48 hours yet some body to attend the problem.

      I recharged my Airtel prepaid thrice using online recharge of Axis Bank. All three times, my money was debited and I did get a message saying that my mobile was recharged successfully and I would have a talk-time blah blah rupees of talk-time but when I check my balance it remains unchanged. When I call up the customer care they tell me that my number was never recharged. I have got messages and I have got online bank statements to prove it. The negligence showed by the customer care is the most surprising element. They tell me that they will connect to their superior and they never do. I was on phone for about 10 minutes and no such call transfer took place.

        Dear Sir,

        I feel all those across India who are unhappy with services from "Bharti Airtel" should come together and write a letter to Department of Telecommunication and TRAI.

        I had asked for cancellation of cell number is December month, they did cancellation in current month.

        However, they say according to their records and they have found that the number was not disconnected in the months of November and December vide service request numbers 40448179 and 41220435 respectively as i had decided to continue with airtel services and enjoy special benefits provided to me. I never agreed for anything, whatever they claim is completely false.

        Mumbai - Airtel customer care & relationship center are worst.

        Let's all come together and write to concerned authorities in Delhi regarding harassment from "Bharti Airtel".

        I am being harassed by airtel guys for the past 6 months and absolutely no one in airtel is ready to help despite several mails, phone calls, visits to airtel offices, etc. Bharti Airtel, which claims to having the best telephone network and customer service in India, in reality probably has the worst customer service. When you require a new connection, they wag their tails in front of you, but when you need to disconnect your connection, they harass you for months. So I thought of sharing my plight with you guys so that you can understand what Airtel is all about. Here’s a list of mails I have been writing to airtel and their useless responses:

        I am now seriously fed-up with the kind of tactics airtel is using to harass customers like me. When you need a new connection, airtel guys are all so helpful, but in genuine cases of disconnection, I am being constantly harassed by your agents and so called lawyers from Patiala house court for the past four months. Guys call from numbers like [protected] and [protected] and start abusing me with very foul words, proof of which I have in call recordings with me. You must understand that I have been an airtel customer for around four years now, and the phone number in contention now was used by me for more than 3 years and I always paid more than Rs. 3000 Per month and on time.

        This mail contains as proof of all the correspondence that I had with you guys. I hope somebody from airtel this time will sit down and study this mail in detail instead of just sending me an auto-generated reply mail.

        As you can read below, I was given cancellation request numbers as 430248 and 430253 for my airtel connections 012043***** and 012041***** on 5th of September. I was also told that my concern regarding bill for Airtel connection 012043***** has been registered with you guys and the same will be addressed within 8 working hours. The reference number was 11359974. Obviously, nothing happened to that concern of mine.

        Anyways, on the 24th of September, I paid an amount of Rs. 2300 via ICICI bank check number 16**** as full & final payment for 012041*****, and on 30th Sep, I paid an amount of Rs. 4300 via ICICI Bank check number 16****. The payment receipts I got clearly mentions “Full & Final Payment”.

        I sincerely hope that someone will look into this matter this time, and stop those calls from your agents to me. Frankly speaking, if I had time on my hands, I’d have moved to consumer courts long time back, but if you are still unable to resolve that, I’d be forced to move to consumer forums this time for sure.

        Hi,

        I applied for the disconnection of a landline number 0120-43**** in the monh of May’2008 as I was shifting homes. You guys took no concern of the request and did not disconnect the phone till late Aug. I then contacted you through e-mails and finally I think in Sep’08, the landline number was permanently closed.

        The total bill on my account in the month of May’08, when I applied for disconnection, was around Rs. 4, 200. I asked you guys to deduct the Rs. 1, 000 which I had paid in advance when I initially took the connection. AS such, no one cared to do that. I still paid Rs. 4, 200 in Oct and got a full and final payment receipt from the executive which came to collect the payment.

        Past few days I have started getting calls from your lawyers who claim to have filed a case against me in the Delhi patiala court. Today morning I received a call from someone claiming from Daryaganj police station and saying that a warrant has been issued against me. I am now getting sick and tired of your idiotic customer service and these tactics. I was using this landline number for more than 2 yrs and my bills were always in the range of Rs. 4000 and above. Not even one single time I defaulted on the payments. I have already made the payments which I was responsible for, and it’s in fact airtel’s responsibility to return the Rs. 1, 000 security deposit you guys took from me.

        I request you to take immediate action and get this sorted out today, because I am uselessly getting harassed by your guys and if it continues to happen, i will move to the consumer courts very soon.

        I was using airtel landline numbers, and there are a couple of issues I’d like to clear out:

        1. I used the number, 0120-43**** for around 3 years, and never ever defaulted in payments. When I moved from my original address ******** in May’08 it took around 12 days for you guys to move the connection for me. 12 days without internet is huge for me and this also hampered my work a lot.

        Unfortunately, that house did not suit me and I had to move again in the next month, July’08. This time instead of shifting the phone connection, I gave a request to cancel the number all together, and send me a full and final bill. I did this by calling to your customer support and placing a request. I remember that the outstanding bill amount at that time was around Rs. 4, 500 . But unfortunately, the connection was never stopped and the bills are still generating. I can prove that I haven’t used the number after 4th July, and am ready to pay whatever balance remains till the month of July after my initial deposit deductions and all, but I won’t pay for anything else you charge me with after June.

        2. In the new home at **********, I got another connection 0120-41*****, which I got in just around 2 days in the first week of July’08, as opposed to your transfer time of 12 days. I paid for a wireless modem with this connection, while I received a router which was of no use to me. Anyways, the new house did not suit me as well, and I decided to re-shift to my original location *****. This time as well, I placed a request for cancellation of the number and asked them to send me a final bill, which again was not done.

        On 28th Aug’08, I went to your airtel office to check the status on these two numbers, and they say they have no idea. They gave me a new reference number 40262856, but I have no idea what is that for.

        I need you to look into this and get it all sorted out as soon as possible.

        I have had enough trying to make your telephone representatives understand and no one actually does. If you do not understand as well, call me, or meet me. But I need you to finally sort this out ASAP.

[protected] as the abovesaid no.ie.[protected] was not working properlysince the begning.At the time when i was taking new connection i have dully informed AIRTEL to disconnect my connection as the number is not working properly ie.[protected] but after that the company is sending bill every month.which is highly unbussiness like and harrasing.

        i want to close my internet service . i have paid all the charges of the internet sevice . so i humbly request you to please close my internet.
        I m too fed up with Airtel, customer care, nodal offices are fit for nothing, they simply harass you, and definitey they will call you for payments and never hear your complaints

        It all started when I shifted to new residence with in the same locality and different street and broadband connection could not be shifted to new residence bcs of no network there, so I went in for data card and was using it happily though the speed was slow

        Trouble started when I got a call in end April 2009, when i got a call from Airtel office saying that they will provide the Broadband connection now with the same no and that too with 20% discount for 6 months and with in 2-3 days wiring too was done

        So quiet but natural I was expecting the net connection in 2-3 days and lowered the data card to Rs 49 plan, and called up airtel people repeatedly

        -on 2nd i called said will be done in a day
        4th may transaction id no 19390340 said will take just one day
        6th may transaction id no 19532946 said 7th being election will be done on 8th May
        10th may transaction id no 77623884 promies in 2-3 das
        13th may 19748356 same promises

        Finally wrote to Nodal office (landline) and got a call saying that landline connection is not possible because digging was not allowed to do wiring etc, and this was told to me after all harassments.

        In the meanwhile my data card unlimited plan ended on 8th May as I migrated to Rs 49 plan since I did not get net connection from landline (because of their wrong commitment) I had to use this data card for 2 days 9th and 10th May (as my unlimited connection of Rs 999 per month ended on 8th May), and they said the charge is exhorbitant Rs. 2900.00 odd and I have to pay. This simply ridiculous as the monthly unlimited itself is Rs 999 where as for 2 day usage I am asked to cough 2900 odd

        Every one I spoke to in Airtel agreed that my case was genuine and I was harassed and it is Airtel's fault but there was no solution to it, and I spoke to Nodal officer (data card) they too listened and agreed to what ever I said, but pleaded helplessness, all they could say was that unless the bill is raised they cannot do anything, and I know once the bill is raised again the same old problem would crop up.

        This is nothing but harassment, and for harassing a genuine customer they are charging Rs 3000 odd (approx)

        I am writing this mail with respect to the discomfort I have been facing as a result o[censored]nsolicited calls I have been receiveing from Mr. Sumit(Contact Number: [protected]) who claims to be calling on behalf of Airtel.

        I had been a customer of Airtel( Mobile No:[protected]) for more than two years but had to cancel my account due to falsification of my billing amount in number of instances.

        To quote specific instances:

        a) I was out of India in November December 2008 and had not made any outgoing calls messages from my number during the same period however Rs.518 has been billed against my account and I had to pay this extra amount in December-08

        b) I had paid Rs.2200 on Dec 15 2008 for the outstanding amount( which included the above mentioned extra amount of Rs.518) and this has never been reflected in my bills later on. Also I would like to know the basis for charging Rs.100 as late payment fee in Dec-08 along with Rs.50 charged during the same time. I would also like to know the details of billing from Oct-08 till Dec-08.

        c) My bill plan which used to be at Rs.99 month rental has been automatically changed to Rs.210 month in March-09 without any request from my side thus I have been charged this extra rental. Also my usage has been billed at Rs.2319 in March-09 which is far exceeding my historical usage which has been normally in a much lower range(Rs.700-800 per month). This is a clear case of falsification of bill.

        As per my knowledge this is the due amount which I will be paying.

        I would like bring to your notice the unsolicited calls from Mr.Sumit(claiming to be employee of airtel) which has been extremely annoying for me. He has also been calling my parents to their land line number. We are utterly disgusted with the lack of mannerism in the calls made by him and equally unhappy with the rudeness in the dealings of the concerned person. In the case of further disturbances created by the above named person through unsolicited calls I will not hesitate from taking the help of law.

        Again I would request you to take note of my grievances and take appropriate action and send me the correct revised bills without which I would not be able to pay a single rupee.

        Gaajiabaad connection is in the name of mine.Airtel staff of Gaajiaabaad is not cooperating with us.

        i have some despute with ph no.46033839. i have settalled my ac of ph no. 46033839 but i did not take any letter from your side .I paid full & final payment of rs.5400/, i got cash reciept only. I did not get any letter so airtel people started threatened me. Just before two days two airtel people came to me and told me that they can issue me a letter of full&final payment if i pay some more amount that is 2500/ i gave them a chaque(NO.869248 dated 12.102009.).they told me after recieving the cheque that they will mail the letter on my email id but i did not recieved any letter of full& final payment. so i request you to issue me the letter of full &final payment as a proof of the settlement I am waiting for your mail.         i have an airtel iptv connection instaled on 7|11|09 on my existing broadband connection on phone no [protected]. so far its performance is good but there is one problem.there is no language option provided by certain channels like kidds and infotainment channels.the airtel has provided language option on some kids channels . i request you to provide same facility on channels like discovery history and national geographic channels'
        today i received a letter from mr.sachin sarna that paper bills will be discontinued for me and only e bill service will be provided . I am amazed how can mr sarna decide for the customer without taking customer`s approval first.Also he can request the customer to switch to e bill and cannot force him to do so.to stop e bill sms to 121 is of no help as the return message says that your request cannot be processed. kindly mr sarna DO NOT switch me to e bill. I WANT PAPER BILLS.mr sarna can save trees if he stops sending paper advertisements of various airtel schemes

        I have been waiting for disconnection since last 2 months. But there is no response from AIRTEL . They are just continuously sending me bills, even when i have not been using the connection since then.

        The companies like AIRTEL are really enjoying India's poor telecom regulation polices. People have no options but to suffer continuous harassment and frustration of helplessness .
        The complaints like

        " CHANGING THE OPTION OF RECEIVING HARD COPY BILLS TO EBILLS " and

        "SENDING BILLS EVEN AFTER DISCONNECTION REQUEST"

        are the most common with AIRTEL . Just search the internet and you may probably find hundred new similar complaints everyday. I wonder what the telecom regulation authorities do to stop this nonsense ?

        I have migrated my plan from Mid Jan from rs. 800/- to rs. 899/- i.e. internet free and rs. 200/- calls free.

        In first bill itself i found the bill is wrong. After lot of efforts nobody was able to explain the details of my bill. Time was passing away and finally i paid that bill.

        In the second bill again both plans were continued and while immediate enquiring personnaly, the mistake was agreed {which was agreed by your call centre also). and the amount was calculated and paid in your lake city mall, Thane office on 18th March 2011. At the same time the letter was give to cancell the top up plan. Your officer Mr. Zainuddin Ansari and Mr. Shrikant assured me that you bill get waiver and next month you will get correct bill. But to my surprise again the same mistake is repeated. I again painfully went to your office on 1st april 2011. Mr. Shrikant told me this mistake should not have happened and said sorry for that. He said that he will tel me correct amount tomorrow on telephone. After two days on repeated request he gave me revised amount of Rs. 1096/- and the date payabdle is 18th April 2011. Again i regretfully say here that my telephone outgoing calls have stopped without any imtimation from 5.04.11 at 10.30 p.m. I am really shoked.

        Bharati Airtell is a reputed company from whom these type of neglegence is not expected. Your call center people are useless Nobody knows proper billing system and nobody was able to give proper answer to my questions. I am using your service from April 2006 but this type of negligence is not at all accepted. How one can stop my telephone without my fault. In last four years i have never paid bill late. I never paid any late fee charges. It is very serious.

        Yesterday i;e. on 6.04.11 at 1.30 p.m. your companys person came to my doorstep to recover the amout which is practically due on 18th April 2011. This is really embarassing.

        After repeated calling to Mr. Ansari and Mr. Shrikant, they told me that your phone will start after half an hour. {10.30. a.m. on 6.04.11}. After 18 hours also the phone is still not working. Now Mr. Ansari and Mr. Shrikant are not picking up my calls.
        I am a Airtel Mobile subscriber. I wish to bring to your attention the following:

        1. Airtel sends SMS saying FAITH:INFOTAINMENT has been activated. This is done without prior information/consent of the customer. Even when the number has been registered in the DND to avoid unwanted telemarketing calls or SMS.
        2. Airtel deducts Rs. 1 per day for above. There is no code mentioned to deactivate this service.
        3. Airtel sends SMS saying a Value Added Service has been activated, and to SMS within 3 days to STOP the service, otherwise the service will be renewed. This should be exactly the opposite - Airtel should require a SMS to CONTINUE the service, otherwise it should be stopped. How may Airtel customers are there who can understand English? How many o[censored]s really look at Service messages?
        4. Furthermore, when making a call instead of the connecting ring tone to the number, a promo messages is played and the call is delayed. This strategy circumvents the DND policy as per TRAI. More seriously such promo messages delay connections. Such delays could cause serious problems in case of emergency calls.
        6. The Airtel website has no link/email address for customer complaints.

        Despite telling Mr.Lucky Verma that I have no relation with Krishna Thakur and he should call Krishna Thakur ([protected]) for the payment he continuously calls, misbehaves and harass me.

        Expect you to take immediate action to stop this harassment or I will have no other option than going to police against AIRTEL.

        Bharti Telemedia/IPTV broadband — Delay in migration

        This is regarding a complaint against the Bharti telemedia ventures. I had an IPTV connection with Airtel at Noida bearing no [protected], I put in a request on 28th August 2011 to migrate the plan to my new address at Dwarka with CEF no DL2840014 and customer reference number 3200452. I was given 25-30 days ETA to get this connection working at my new address. I had a technician visit from Delhi airtel on 28th September 2011 stating that I had applied for a new connection. He setup everything physically and the he called me up to check if I had paid the amount Rs1750 for new connection. I told him that this was a migration and customer care had said that Delhi airtel would set it up as new connection as area of operation changed and I dun have to pay for anything but the instrument would be old.
        And alas, all of sudden my name disappeared from database and he said that they have to send request to NOC support for putting up my name in database so that live channels work fine. Since then, daily I have to call Airtel to check the status of my connection. This has been a headache for me now. I am a solutions engineer working for a MNC and have clientele in United States for which I have to work at odd hours and due to this unnecessary delay I have to travel to office at odd times for deployments. What is the fun in paying so much money when nothing is working.
        I sent an email to Nodal officer on 27th September 2011 for which I was told that my issues would be addressed in 72 hours and its been more 100 hours and I haven't heard from any of the Airtel guys. Had a word with Mr Kapil who is told to have authority more than Nodal officer who said that my issue would be addressed in 24-48 hours and again I haven't heard from him.
        This is really obnoxious and I would like to sue Bharti telemedia for all the mental harassment I have gone through. please advise that How should I go forward in this regard. I was not expecting such kind of behavior from Airtel, I think having monopoly in IPTV makes them think they can do whatever they want as they have monopoly in this regard.

          My name is Manish. Compliant is Regarding Micro Sim request at Airtel relationship Center Fateh Nagar Jail Road delhi .

          I had make a request for Micro Sim for the existing number at Airtel relationship Center Fateh Nagar Jail Road Delhi on 21st of April. Concern person has issued me a micro sim Vide sim number[protected] same day after submitting my Id Prof and Rs. 25. I have followup the same person for the activation of sim till 22nd April evening.
          In evening airtel executive told me sim can not be activated as it's a corporate connection you need to submit the request on company letter head. I asked them to return my Rs.25 and take your sim. How ever the connection i am using is individual as i am paying the bill. But the guy who was collecting payment from customer was abused me with another ladies colleague.

          Till now the sim is with me as they did not return me my Rs 25.

          Please take the action against those executive as they have mentally torture me.

            I have been using the airtel service for last five year. As per plan I am paying 550 for phone line and internet. Airtel is charging 50 rs for modem rent every month.

            I have registered complain number[protected]. Service engineer came to my house and he told me that modem is faulty and need to replace. When again I contacted to customer care then they told me that faulty modem can not be changed because of some policy change.

            Never I have communicated about this policy change. Even if you have changed policy then you need top stop charging 50 rs for modem rent from that date.

            if you are charging rent for modem then it's airtel responsible to repair or give me new modem on there cost.

              we have applied for lease line and PRI line in the month of june 2010 and paid a cheque of Rs. 25000/- as advance. the company have not installed the lease line and PRI line in my office and without any installation start sending the bill. when i asked to mumbia airtel office they said that bill was wrongly issued and will be cancelled and within one month we will refund your advance deposit to you. but till date we have not received the deposit back. now we are receiving call from delhi for payment of bill due and threatening us daily on phone. as per their bill the circuit id is [protected] account no. is 15898268. when i explained him that the bill was issued withoutt installation of connection they said that whether connection installed or not we don't know, you have to make that payment otherwise we will sent the police to arrest you.

              kindly take up the matter with TRAI and instruct the company to refund the deposit.

                But, already activation of plan airtel cut surfing balance from my main account. then I have to call at airtel customer care.

                This thing happen with me 3 times and after calling costumer care they will refund me. But everyday happen this thing I have to waste my money costumer care more than 10 rs.

                I will called nodal officer they not help me. because server down whenever call give me reason I think airtel should shutdown the airtel mobile service because they cant help customer and every call they charged customer and get money from customer.

                  My name is YK Khoday ([protected]) and I am using Airtel mobile connection.
                  On May 21st, I sent a porting out message to move out of Airtel to Vodafone. On the same day I received 3-4 calls from Airtel to convince me not to move out. As I had made the decision I told them clearly that I want to move out.

                  After one week on May 28th, I received a message from Vodafone stating my porting out request was cancelled due to outstanding payment with Airtel.
                  I called customer care to know about how much outstanding amount I have... so that, I can make the payment immediately and move out but i didnt get proper response (how much i need to pay) then I told them to put me to their supervisors I was told that, he is busy and you will get a call back. (never got call back - this happened twice- false promises to the customer).
                  I wrote 2 email (written on June 5th & 11th - attached) to '[protected]@in.airtel.com' and no reponse (Their automate mail states with in 24 hours I will get the reply back which never happened - again false promise). On June 6th when I called customer care again they told me that you have to wait till your billing cycle date (which is 20th) to get to know how much you need to pay and then you can move out orelse I have to pay the unbilled amount of 6000 odd or I have to visit nearest airtel outlet to know the exact amount to pay. When I visited Banshankari Airtel office she told me that they dont have any facility to calculate on a pro rata basis and I have to wait till your billing cycle (customer care fooled me again by saying she will tell me the exact amount and waste my time to go to Banashankari). Now it is close to month but still I am not able to port out moreover i have given security deposit of Rs. 300 while taking the connection. I am Scared now after this billing cycle date on 20th I will receive the bill after few (5-6)days. I dont want to wait again for next month 20th to pay amount for this 5-6 days. Please requesting you to remove me from this mess.

                  My concerns

                  1. When a new customer walks in, they immediately give the connection and they calculate the bill on a pro rate basis why similar kind of methodology is not followed when the customer moves out?
                  2. They called me several times to retain me by giving offers why they are not telling this is the outstanding amount you have to pay to make the port out (not even a single call received for the same)
                  3. Everytime when call the customer care service they will give you diffrent answers (1 will say you get the exact amount how much you need to pay one says you dont get the details unless your bill is generated.

                          Hello guys,

                          I am facing the problem - CHANNEL RECEPTION ISSUE / SATELLITE [HD] SETTINGS REQUIRED TO BE DONE IN MY STB/TV) since last 2 months for which Airtel engineer needs to come at my place, but treating very badly from Airtel DTH - Customer Care.

                          Calling them regularly since 13th Apr'2012 till the date and they always told me that engineer will be at my place next day, but when I call them again to let them know that no one came on the given date and time, they always replied that our system showing 'your issue has been resolved'. How it's possible? How my settings been done without any engineer at my place? This is really bizarre and I am totally disappointed.

                          Additionally, on one day they(Customer care/call center-executive) told me to get a new STB (as a replacement of my regular which I was using since more than 2 years) so I have paid Rs.350 (from top-up shop using my customer ID) on 16th Apr'2012 and got a new STB (I went personally to local office and get it which must be delivered at my place by Airtel engineer so he can configure it with my TV). Why I didn't get a new remote?

                          I am very optimistic but these people [Airtel Digital Customer Care (including call center executives and field/technical engineers)] pushed me to say "DON'T BUY ANY SERVICES FROM AIRTEL - DON'T BURN YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY".

                          What I am expecting today is...
                          1) Airtel engineer come at my place(registered home address) and do HD/Satellite settings (STD and TV)
                          2) New Remote (I have already paid Rs.350 then why I didn't receive new remote?)

                            Airtel has few channels only if the Dish position is realligned. on screen it says as free of chanrge. But here Laxmi enterprices(Airtel DTH office) called and asked for money for this service. I have requested for this on March 5th and this activity require 5 working days. I have spoke to escalation department for 10 times. always they says they escalated to backend team but no progress on it. Very Bab(No) service from Airtel Digital TV. Today is April 22nd, till no one came to us to change the dish position.

                            One of the complaint number is 11808672. Infact these kind of numbers were sent to mobile a lot of times(when ever i speak to customer care and escalation departtment).

                            I assume there no proper Staff to work on it and airtel is unfit to run Digital TV in Towns.

                              This is the second time Airtel by themselves subscribed me for PC Secure and shamelessly sent me a mail that had the following

                              "On your request our Customer Care Executive has made purchase for you, the PC Secure subscription has been activated for your airtel broadband ID [protected]_dsl"

                              I have never once made any such request and I'm not sure what Airtel is trying to do, but this surely comes as openly cheating its customers and some class action should be taken against this practice.

                                -I didn't accept activation from my mobile, then how & why Airtel activated that service & deducted Rs.98/- from my prepaid account by sending message " Airtel internet service is activated on your mobile & deducted Rs.98/- for that" on dated 18April2012.
                                - Then same day ,I have call to customer care 198 as well as lodge the complaint with airtel complaint box and my reference number was PR[protected] on Dated 18April2012 . And message me that they resolve my complaint within 2 working days . After 2 working days they have dnt give me any response as well as no message of my complaint status .
                                -On Dated 21April2012,I have again call to customer care to know status against my complaint. But they have not given any positive response to me .
                                - I have never used and asked such type services .
                                - Now it is requested that immediate action to be taken against my complaint and deducted amount Rs 98 may please be added in my mobile account.

                                  I HAD ONCE TWO MONTHS BACK BY MISTAKE SUBSCRIBED TO VAS PACK WORTH Rs 30 and found it most useless. Now every month despite my asking them not to renew they automatically renew the same every month and charge it to my talktime. This must stop fortwith and my amount refunded.

                                  Yesterday night and to-day morning you have debited a sum of Rs.50.00 each saying that I have downloaded games. Actually I have not downloaded anything. Now games/picture/hello tunes or anything of any type have been sent to my mobile.
                                  Your debiting my account with such unwanted amount for no service from you is really pathetic. I will have to think of disconnecting the the mobile and go for some other cellular services. You can check with my mobile whether anything have been downloaded my me.

                                    This is to inform everyone of fraudulent activities going in Airtel. We had a broadband connection with Airtel in which we had night time from 9 pm till 8 am free usage. We requested for change of plan in which the night was not free and we clearly requested that we be informed when the change is done. But they changed the plan without informing us and gave us bill of Rs. 8000 for the night time usage of broadband for 3 days as we used to download at night. The fourth day when we ourselves called customer care, we came to know about the migration..So we refused to pay the bill of rs 8000 for their mistake and pathetic service. They called us again and again to clear the dues and afterwards a call came one day saying that the call is from delhi hazari court and due to non presence on our part, we have been penalised and punished by the court further..AIRTEL IS DOING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES CALLING BY THE NAME OF LEGAL COURTS.

                                    This company is pathetic.
                                    what will you assist me? You are liable for punishment under Indian Law and should be punished for the same..You are using the name of Courts illegally...

                                      I had applied for MNP to come into Airtel from Aircel on 10th April. I got a message on my old service provider that the services will switch on 17th April at 00:00:00 Hrs. As stated my Aircel services stopped, but my airtel services did not start. And it has been 5 days since my number has been disconnected and there is still no action. I called up the customer care and told this but still no action was taken.

                                      submitted all my documents and money for changing my number from tata docomo to airtel postpaid its been more than one month still my number was not activated from airtel side. customer service is worst to the core. airtel relationship center in madhapur never cares about their customer. worst customer satisfaction. still waiting for the respones from the airtel team. Please dont change your number to airtel
                                      I have submitted for mobile number portability from Tata Docomo to Airtel prepaid service in "SAGAR STORES" Marthahalli bridge, Bangalore, Karnataka. The Docomo number has been de-activated but the Airtel number has not been activated till now. When i checked with the dealer, he has not give any proper response. When i called customer care even they are not ready to tell what the issue is. Because of this i am unable to contact any of my family members (i have been relocated from TamilNadu). Kindly take action against the SAGAR SIM stores and activate my Airtel number as soon as possible please.

                                      I have given number portability from Tata Docomo to Airtel on 23-July-2014. Airtel number has not been activated, but the Tata Docomo number has been de-activated. When i called customer care, they kept me on hold for 15 mins then the cal disconnected automatically. When i checked with dealer (SAGAR STORES) he has not given proper answer for me. So please activate my number as soon as possible. Please take action on Airtel dealer Sagar stores which is located in Marathahalli bride, Bangalore, Karnataka
                                      Dear sir,

                                      Recently i have port in Airtel to vodaphone.

                                      At the time of network change, my vodaphone connection disconnected. till last Sunday Airtel people (i.e local retailer, PSM, airtel customer care people) i can't able to use my sim.

                                      Due to that i have hardly fractured and mentally disturbed. an local retailer simply said its an 10RS issue. no one bother my inconvenience.

                                      At last my sim card ready for activation, but that peoples again request to submit documents.

                                      in my concern, i have 3 question?

                                      1. is this correct way to handle MNP customer?
                                      2. any one of you guys know about activation? (i.e. this is my 4th sim card)
                                      3. how long takes new sim activation?

                                      i'm ready to submit documents. due to national holiday i need to wait 2 more days again. After that Sunday also comes. its totally disappointed me.

                                      Kindly immediate intervening my case, request you to give proper resolution.
