Bad customer care response

I am an airtel customer for the last 2 years and recently having problem with the customer care service about the balance deductions.
i havent subscribed for any service but my balance is deduction 85/- per day from the last 4 day since my number is used.for major contacts i cant change nor keep my balance zero at the same time my balance is deducting like hell...

DEDUCTION OF RS 99 FROM MY AIRTEL ACCOUNT BEARING MOBILE NO 9622670708

Rs99 was deducted from my Airtel account bearing mobile No [protected] on account of "thanks for downloading INB Top Games @99 Game from airtel . you have been charged Rs 99" which i never demanded and they also not informed me about the offer.
So your good self is requested to make a complaint against the Airtel company, why they are making frauds with their consumers and I want the amount back in my mobile account...

Regarding extra charges made by billing team

I am Niranjan using the airtel postpaid [protected] since 6 years.
But from past 4 months i am facing lots of problem from the airtel network.

Broadband billing incorrectly and excessively
