SIR,
I Rahul R Gupta want my unnecessary deduction balance back from Bharati Airtel Ltd as co is deducting my balance every day from march-12 As today when i spoke to call centre representative he said that i have activated a value sports standard pack of which amount is been deducted from my account, but i am surprised that i have never activated any plan. My Balance is been deducted by Rs 5.86 daily,.without our intimation the plan is been shifted as per company benefit. This time we have charged annual plan but I feel been cheated by company automatically converting my ultra pack plan to value sports plan.. I think if company have any financial crisis, i m happy to donate to Bharati Airtel Ltd, but the company should not do such type of malpractices.

So to the kind management i request to refund the above amount in my account as early as possible.

Bharti Airtel Limited — Unnecessary Bills

Dear Sir/Madam



I have 2 corporate airtel connection, and as per the bill plan i shoould have got free CUG Calls in both of the numbers, this is what told by airtel executive and mentioned in the bill plan sent by airtel and at the end of the month i was told to pay for these calls what i am supposed to get free, i had a word with senior authority in airtel and they told that they can't do the reversal of the amount, as per the airtel i should have registered both of the numbers in one group, which was never told, and airtel is asking me to pay the amount what i shouldn't pay

Plz help and look into the matter

Sir,

I, the undersigned, Nikit Narayan Mokashi , am a customer of your company. I have an Airtel connection of prepaid type bearing number [protected].



For last few months various amounts are being deducted unnecessarily from my balance. I have not opted for any pack or service other than use of mobile as telephone. This is not a fair trade practice.



Kindly give instructions to the concerned staff of your company to stop the deduction immediately and order the refund of the deducted amount.

I have talked to your customer care centre representative about recent deduction on 2/11/2009 of Rs.30/- from my balance.

My complaint was registered by no [protected]. The supervisor accepted that my complaint is true. I was assured that the amount shall be refunded by 06/11/2009 and I shall be informed by a voice call. But actually nothing has happened till this time.

Bharti Airtel Limited — UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION IN BALANCE

i have recharged my phone with Rs. 197 which gives 1000 airtel to airtel free minutes. even though i have still some 600 minutes left as balance my other balance gets deducted and i have to call call customer care every time to get my balance back( which most of the times they dont credit me) which takes a week every time. customer care representatives are not helpful at all. Hundreds of Rupees have been deducted from my account like this. i request the authorities to look in to the matter.

airtel ltd — DEDUCTION AMOUNT FROM BALANCE

from "543211" on 31.05.2011 at 18.10.46 & 18.10.47 evening
" you have been charged Rs 120/- for 180 days for Hellotune service"
& "you have been charged Rs 15/- your hellotune has been changed
to Jeena sirf M.
I very - very disapointed . Please stop the above service immediately
and refund the money on my mobile as soon as possible . If you will not
refund the money , we will go to the Local consumer court against
your mobile company for such type cheating.

Sub: Complain Regarding Your Service
Respected Sir,
I would like to inform you that from the past two months I am facing problem using your service. In my Airtel Number [protected],I had made a NOP recharge of Rs 104 on 23/05/2011 for which the service is not activated till now. Various packs is being activated and balance is deducted unnecessarily. When I complained in customer care I faced the following problems:-
a) For NOP they said no recharge was made on 23/05/2011 and they didn’t listen to me when I told them the Transaction ID Number[protected].
b) I complained on 12118 to settle my NOP problem, they said I have contacted on 121 and disconnected it. This went on several times and my issue remained unsolved.
c) Whenever I call in 121, I have to wait a long time and the line was disconnected, ultimately call charges were deducted. After some point of time my number was blacklisted and I couldn’t able to contact it.
d) I tried to port my number, then your senior officer called me and said the issue will be resolved. This also went 3-4 times and issue is not solved yet.
If this issue remain unsolved then I will be left with no other choice except to make a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM or to PORT this number.
Hope my issue will get resolved soon.

Bharati Airtel Ltd — Deduction of balance without any information for caller tunes

Dear sir myself Bedaprakash Mohapatra i m using Airtel network gsm mobile number [protected] .they have deducted my balance without any information or message to me for Caller tunes which i dont want at all . when i called to customer care they said we cant do anything and cut the call after that i have many times called to the customer care no.s that is 121 and 198 but the calls are blocked from my mobile to customer care by this Airtel Customer care executive at last being too much harrashed from this type of activity i am giving complain here ,hence i request you to please refund the money to my balance and deactivate caller tunes as soon as possible,i have called to customer care since last five days but the calls are not going from my mobile to customer care.hence resolve my problem or else i will port out from Airtel this is my final decisions.

Bharti Airtel — unnecessary deducting balance

From a long time Bharti Airtel is deducting charging Rs 1.5 on regular basis and information for the same has not been provided and non of the customer care representative is taking the initiative to solve out the problem.

My balance of number [protected] is deducted unnecessarily. I am charged RS. 215 for Hello Tune Service which I had never started. They said that I have called customer care to start the service at 01:34:31 PM on 6th August 2012. I was busy in a meeting at that time. I want that my balance should be credited as soon as possible. It's not first time before about 1 week the same problem arose and at that time my balance was credited and told that this problem will not be repeated. It is repeated again please do something.

      my name is shreyas, i had ported my number last month on 28apr 2012 from idea to air tel after 25 days without any warning they barred my number, after going asking them they told my documents were not proper . so i submitted the proper documents last week.. still after 1 week it not been activated. if i ask them they say it get proper today, still it not been solved, i don't know what to do more, my number is [protected],

      respected sir.my complaint is regarding my mobile number [protected] which i bought and using from last two years after paying premium.now suddenly 10 dys before my calls and sms were barred,i contacted customer care on 22dec they gave me time till 26 dec to solvve the problem and till then also the number was barred,i again lodged complaint and again the same time was given that there is some technical problem and it will be rectified.i must ve called customer care arond 30 time during this tenure.now on 27 my sim card got regected in my mobile phone and my number wascompletely barred and again after contacting customer care i got replied that my number was being used in telecalling so my number is completely barred.iwas shocked after hearing this i told them to check my call details and payment history if such thing has happend.the answer they gave to me was that do not call in future to airtel and our company is not responsible for that.my whole bussiness is effected by this and no my number is barred.one answe i got was this number was issued to someone before my allotment which was registered in telecalling.i dont know how they can issue such numbers without verification and charging premium on it.please help me out and please help me in operation of my number.

        i have got this corporate connaction from 8th jan 2009 with plan of nj 400, but as per ur sales man{Mr Bharat bushan, ..mob.no.[protected] & his boss mr Sukhvinder singh..mob.no.[protected]} as commited me that in north zone the call rates will be 0.50/min.but on the date 3rd feb 2009 when i recieve ur first bill, in jammu & kashmir i m chargeng 1.50 pisa/min, that was a miss commint o[censored]r sales man.after that i visit ur branch{SCO 135-136 MADHYA MARG, SECTOR 9-C CHANDIGARH[protected]} were i get this post paid connection were i talk with Mr Sukhvinder singh {senior of sales person} he is commited me that he will give the weiver of Rs150-200 with in tate of four days.after fifth day i would call on ur help line no. & the agent who takes my call & asked me there is no such type of request raised in our system.

        so i would take ur attention towords u, please take strict action towords them, other wise i will go to consumer cort and i will close the connection and never guid to my colleagues to get the Reliance connection.

          Humbly requested that I have requested for airtel broadband connection last year & I got reply from airtel end, that my area's switch is faulty. so, connection could not be installed. But from jan-12, I am receiving regular bills for the same against A/c No.-[protected]. & in April-12 i have also got a letter for issuing legal notice for pending amount payment & no broad band conection is installed on my home address.

          After many complaints i have not got any positive solution/reply from airtel.


          I request you to please look in to the matter, provide resolution at earliest.

            but I felt cheated because of airtel poor and cheap quality services.
            I took plan for 98 rs (fixed plan for one month) one month back and I have
            been charged around 4000 for the first 15 days only . I am really fed of airtel services .

              For the past three days my aitel broadband is not working.so come and repair my connection.
              if need my address i will send you.
              I've raised complaint to airtel for the broadband connection not working and the complaint number is 46424780. No one is attending to this problem for more than 3 days.

              Whenever we call through alternate mobile number AIRTEL is charging us, though both services are provided by same company. Another constraint is that it is not easy to get to the customer care executive since the menu options are a great constraint. Though we enter details through menu option (land line number), the executive will still ask those details again.

              the same problem happened in April also, wherein the same scenario happened and it took 7 days to resolve the problem after many follow ups. the complaint number that time was 45532770.

                1. After very bad experience i opted for Airtel mobile service (Post Paid) connection 1n last quarter of year 2010 for my mobile number : [protected].
                2. Noticed call drop and weak signals problem at my residential house in very first weak and complained accordingly but issue was not cleared.
                3. Complained again and again in last 2 years, each time they promised to send a team of engineers at my residence, but no one came till date.
                4. Each time I asked for giving me status of my complaint they told me it had been resolved, and again registered my complaint.
                5. Last complaint registration number they gave me on phone is: 43355038 and claimed it has been resolved as per their record.
                6.In the mean time my billing amount is rising every month.
                7. I think this is their tactics of robbing the consumer by charging handsome amount for bad service.
                8. Some people told me that raising mobile tower height is very costly in your South Extension area hence they (Airtel people) are dodging in your case.
                9. My demand is: Either resolve the connectivity issue or refund me the amount charged for the dropped calls at my residence during these two years.
                10. I request TRAI to intervene and help me in getting my issue resolved.

                  On 3rd of May 2012, I've applied for New Broadband connection through Airtel Website. And soon after submitting my request, I've recieved around 30 calls from different numbers. Every caller was saying that he/she is a genuine Airtel guy and other guys who are calling are fake. No body was even bothered to ask whether my locality is feasable enough or not for High speed broadband. Every one was asking for Rs 500/- security money.

                  I've never experienced such pathetic and disgusting service from any service provider ever. And I also don't understand how come a customer can give security money and documents to sales people who themselves are blaming each other. I think Airtel has gone nuts!!!

Achanak 18th april ko main balance se katne laga sms pack hote hue v..Mene bar bar complain karne k bad 3 din k bad jak wo thick hua.. Fir 3rd May ko usi tarah achanak sms pack k validity hote hue v main balance se katne laga.. kal itne complain kiya fir aaj subha se laga raha hun...


                    Me samajh nehin pa raha hun Airtel walon ko ho kya raha he... Unk loss hua to kya hum bharpai karein.. aaj compain kiya to bolte hain ki humne sms service ko deactivate kiya.. hume to kaja lagta he na paisa kharcha karne ko.. pehle 33 sms pack dale fir man hua to deactivate kiye.. main balance dekhe matlab salon Airtel walen aa jate hain lootne..

                    Airtel walon khud ko Duniya k best service provider bol k dawa karte hain par mere najar me duniya k sabse ghatiya service center.. Bina kuch bole Paisa kat dete hain.. Agar complain karo to phone lagega hi nehin chahe hajar bar try karo hajar number se..Agar lag v geya to complain karte karte kat dete hain..

                    Airtel walon ko lagta he jaise humare kam na he kuch bhi.. subha se laga laga k tension ho jao chahe par Airtel ko lagana muskil.. Aaj kamse kam 30 bar try kiya fir jak laga.. 3 bar wo apnese phone kat diye.. Avi aap bataye me kya karun... Airtel walon ko consumer court ko na khichun to..

                    Airtel service pehle jo tha wo avi na he sayad usi liye Loss pe chal raha he.. Airtel walon ko ye samajhna chahiye ki Ye company ko humne hi no 1 pe bithaye the aur hum chahe to inko sabse ghatiya service k khatab v de sakte hain...

                    Pehel v aise kar chuke hain mere sath.. avi fir wohi problem.. Agar technical problem he to isi number pe hin kyun.. Itna ghatiya service provider sayad hi market me hoga.. Avi lag to raha he aise ki Airtel sim ko grind kar k Bathrum me flush kar dun.. Itne ghatiya service provider, itna ghatiya customer care walon k sath aise hi karna chahiye...

                    I hae activated 3G services on my mobile number last month and it has been working fine. After my exceeding my data usage i did top up of Rs. 300 and for 2G network.
                    Even after complaining twice and thrice to customer care my query has not yet benn resolved and those illiterate executives sending mails and sms stating my query has been resolved.
                    Not only these the executive i spoke to me told me that i have already consumed part of some mb already from 3G network pack, How and when is the question???????????????????????????????????????????????????????

                    Please find attached screenshots where i have received sms and on top you can see network bar where it is clearly showing 2G.

                    since last five days I am not able to access internet on my cell.
                    I have contacted call centre but such people sits there all time they used to say that area having connectivity issue hence not able to access net.
                    when contacted gallery they suggested to change sim, did but no use.
                    its all web word no net means as like a trauma and many work depend on it.
                    my request is if you cant provide service then on very urgent basis close my account so I can port to other network provider but don't have time to wait for longer time will pay all bill immediately but I have to move to other provider, who takes care of customers needs.

                      In reference to my mobile# [protected]. I wanted to deactivate a unwanted service(some related to love bite) through which around Rs.200 deducted from my account. In this regard i talked to customer care to do the same. But all went in vain, I still receiving the same message and i afraid if i click on the link mentioned in the message some amount again will be deducted from my account. Because of this i afraid to recharge my number.
                      Nowadays, I am unable to contact airtel customer care through 121. I think they have restricted my number. I am fed up with this; do not know why company like airtel doing this like a cheater.

                      Kindly do the needful...if you can.

                            Dear sir,

                            My complaint is regards to the recharge vouchers the quality of the recharge voucher is very low,when i scratched the voucher with coin the numbers on it got disappeard, Few days ago i called Airtel customer care i gave the serial no of recharge voucher they told me that they gonna credit in my but still i din't get any balance in my account.

                              Respected Sir,

                              This is reference to your Bill No.[protected] dated 06th March 12.
                              As I am using 2G internet with 2 GB data free usage @ 149 rupees per month. One day (on 14th Feb.2012)I have got a call from your customer care executive her name is Ms. Kiran from Bhopal she called me from [protected] this number and insisted me to activate 3G Plan 512 MB @ 200 rupees per month. I said her that I am not interested but still she insisted me to activate 3G plan by saying that I can use 512 MB in one day or in month regardless or your usage u will be charged only 7 rupees per day and you can deactivate the plane after 4-5 days if you don’t like the service and only 35-40 rupees will be charged for 3G Plan for 4-5 days usage. I took confirmation from her that after 3G plan deactivated my 2 G plan will be activated automatically and there will not be any problem in my billing cycle.
                              As your executive miss guided me and it led to very high mobile bill.
                              And I found following problems in your above Bill No.[protected]
                              1. My credit limit is 1500 only how can you people allowed me to use above my credit limit.
                              2. As it is clearly mentioned in the bill that there is no internet activated on my number on 21st Feb.2012 But you people have charged me for using internet 2G and 3G on same date.
                              3. As during 05th Feb. 12 to 13th Feb. 12 , 2GB plan was activated on my number but you people have not given any discounts for using internet from 11th Feb.12 to 13th Feb.12.
                              4. I have given a complaint regarding this issue My Complaint Number is 42512687 on 9th Feb.2012 till today I have not received any reply from your end this shows Air Tel irresponsible Behavior towards its Customers.
                              5. As per your customer care executive given information I have used only 1.85 GB Data in the billing cycle 06th Feb.2012 to 4th March 2012. But as per 2GB Plan activated on my number I can use free data up to 2GB. Same discount is not been given to me in your above mentioned bill number.
                              Herewith I am attaching Scan Copy of Bill No.[protected] Highlighting above mentioned points.
                              I have been using AirTel Services from the day I have started using mobile in my life, I never thought AirTel will do such injustice & ford with its customers.
                              I clearly mention that I could not able to pay such a huge payment.
                              I request you to kindly check your Bill No.[protected] once again considering above points.

                                Hi Madam/Sir,
                                I have purchased NQ mobile security premium membership from Airtel on 29/04/2012(Sunday) & i have charged for that but still PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP was not activated. I contacted airtel customer care on this issue but the issue is not resolved & they give vague reasons like the system is down. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Either i need premium membership enabled or else my money back..

                                Airtel Prepaid Mobile sales — Not getting good service

                                  I have prepaid number from Airtel [protected]. When I travel to Chennai, this number is not in roaming. I have complained to Airtel 4-5 times in Mumbai and in Chennai but they are not helping. Everytime they tell to change mobile, sim or switch off, manual selection. All this has been tried. No wwhenever I call Mumbai helpline, they give execuses that our systems are down, please call us back. This has happened 3-4 time.

                                  Because of this I am unable to use this number while in Chennai and I miss lots of my customer, official calls and can not connect with family. This is the service (to stay connected with family , friends and business associates, while travelling ) for which everyone take mobile , and this very service is not available.

                                    We are having PRI line in our office,[protected] A/c No : 15793834, We are not getting bills in time. When I called many times to customer care, and sending email to [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, I did not received any kind of bills and I tried to register in online, but that option is not available in website for PRI line. It is fed up with Airtel Services. When I informed with our Directors, I have been asked by them to cancel the connection and not pay any dues. I have sent cancellation email to customer care. But still response is nothing. I am wondering this why this such a big company Airtel is so negligence and lazy to provide good service to customer. Just taking bill from them to make payment is very tough. It is very very disappointment

                                      They have auto renuated the message pack for 26 rs ( 75 msgs free valid for 1 month) on 03.05.12.But they r getting 75p for each message on 04.05.12.Worst Service.

                                      Airtel — Unnecessary costs

                                      sir,
                                      i want to complaint that today at 21/03/2010, i got my mobile recharge with a sms pack of rs. 11. in this type of pack the first sms of the day is rs. 1.00 and after that
                                      all local+national (100 sms) are free. after recharging my mobile of rs. 11.00, my first sms was of rs. 1.00 and worked properly till 6 p.m. but after that when i sent sms again on one local number suddenly my balance began low again with rs. 1.00
                                      and when i sent a national sms it got less with rs. 1.50.
                                      i want to know that why is this happening with me while today i sent only 60 to 70 sms only and last sms sending limit is provided till 100 sms.
                                      i consulted on customer care but they could not explain it well that why is this happening!

                                        For your reference and details regarding problems which I am facing for more than 2 months due to Faulty Instrument provide by Airtel at the time of connection , ( I can forward all my e-mails send to Airtel to your e-mail address. ) In short , Airtel is cheating with his customers by providing faulty instruments at the time of connection . When their instrument stop proper working , and after asking for replcement , Airtel denies to do so on the basis of their policy and they are forcing their customers to purchase another new instruments from their authorised Service centre.
