Concern 1: Airtel Digital Setup box was replaced within 2 months of purchase, the onsite engineer replaced the setup box with a Faulty one(front panel broken) and had assured us that he would replace the setup box with a good one in days to come. While taking a new Broad Band connection from Air Tel I was promised that a PC Secure facility(Anti Virus) comes free with the new Telephone- cum- Broad Band Connection.

To my surprise I was charged for the same.

I took unlimited data plan from airtel. 699 for 2 gb . after which I will be charged 2p/100kb . After using 3.435 gb (Rs.1000) , it will become unlimited and speed will drop around 200kbps-1.1mbps.
