Sir,

I have canceled my Airtel broadband (A/c No:[protected] in the month of December and cleared my outstanding amount and got the "No Due Certificate" from airtel on 08th of March 2012.

Now i have re-activated the account with different plan (Plan 749) and my current outstanding for this plan is just Rs. 117.

But i am getting lot of calls from collection department asking for the payment of Rs. 2544/-. And now again my broadband has been de-activated due to non-payment.

Please address this issue at the earliest and IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE, THEN PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS A "REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF MY BROADBAND"

    Dear Sir/Madam/God/Malik/Papa/Mammi ....

    I am Airtel prepaid customer since last five year.My number [protected].I have

    very disappointed with airtel when deducted my account balance continuously as

    well as i have recharged . First time when deducted i have go to branch/

    collection office /airtel care/ they told me i can not help you this is airtel

    bharti company matter i have called custumer care but they give no response.

    At[protected] time 12:35:05 PM Deducted Rs.70 for 30 day Airtel TV Service

    activated AD-54321.
    At[protected] time 10:13:35 PM Deducted Rs.7 for 30 days Airtel TV Service

    activated AD-54321.
    At[protected] time 09:20:37 PM Deducted Rs.15 for 30 day Airtel TV Service

    activated AD-54321.
    At[protected] time 8:21:14 AM Deducted Rs.35 for 30 day Airtel TV Service

    activated AD-54321.when i was in rooming in UP.
    If any one Great man in India Please STOP this stupid subscription. Thanks in advanced

      I have been using Airtel postpaid connection for last 7 months earlier prepaid. From month one have been paying the bill regularly. I wanted to switch the netwrk operator but Airtel refused as i need to clear the billed amount. On the month of Feb 3 2012 i got MSG from Airtel saying need to pay rupees 1900/-. I went and paid the amount thinking that i pa. Now on 6th of Feb 2012 i got another msg from Airtel that i need to pay rupess 2500/- this is worst worst of all communication provider very bad. The customer support for Airtel is very pathetic. when i called the cust support he had no answer for the question that i asked " why wasn't your system updated when i paid the amount 1900/- and wht amount is this 2500/-....put the call on hold for 10 mins. when i also decided to pay the 2500/- so for getting in prepaid in the same monthe when visited the gallery they told dat i have to pay Rupess 6500/- the total amount to get rid out of postpaid to prepaid.....when i refuse to pay. i kept getting the call and sms. when finally out of irritation when i answered the call and the complete payment the customer support (Iqbal - [protected]) said " sir your total amount that you need to pay is 8200/-..look at the increasing amount. I refused to pay now the support guys said we will give you a "WAIVER OF 2200/- BUT KINDLY PAY THE REMAINING AMOUNT 6500 AND YOU GET YOUR NUMBER CONVERTED TO PREPAID. The very next day i paid the the amount 6500/- in the gallery. He further said " After one week you come to the Gallery for the conversion to prepaid....but i went after 1 month. The shop guys said sir our system is not updated with the waiver details we can proceed with your prepaid details please pay ruppees 2200. This really made me go crazy and made me fell how worstttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt and worsttttttttttttttttttttt is Airtel support. From the gallery when i called the customer care guy iqbal on the same number he said am santosh here. Now just i spoke about my case...he said "siirrrr...we will updated it and you will get it done and disconnected the call......a worst pathetic communication and very bad behavior. Now the Shop guys called the retention team (Siddesh sr.agent)so that i could speak with them.....i had to explain again the whole scenario....he simply said sir we can give waiver of just 500 rupees not 2200 please do not worry we have taken this case seriously and will speak with agent who assured you the waiver of 2200 and will call you in nxt 48 hrs". To be honest to didnt even take the number of the retention guy siddesh hoping he will call......but he didnt call. Please lOOK into this case. Very bad AIRTEL...shame on your service.
      I strogly agree to the above complaint.

      Personally i feel this is the worst customer service.. i lost one phone along with its SIM, i had to go to airtel office 5-6 times to get a response when i was in hyderabad for getting a duplicate sim. 6th time they have told this connection is not on your name so u cannot get a duplicate sim and i was using that connection more than a year as well. Finally to avoid the head ache i left that particular connection and went for an idea connection.. and i would say idea serve 100 times better than airtel.

      Later when i was issued with an official airtel connection, i tried to register it online. they have provided me a password which never works.

      what a service is this yar? i really doubt whether this company is looking forward for their future survival atleast.

        I am kanhaiya sharma from Gaya in Bihar. This is to take your kind notice towards the problem I am facing. I want to file an complain against Airtel mobile service provider.I am using Airtel services and my number is [protected]. I was suffering with bad services and unnecessary balance cut from my prepaid connection. Whenever I tried to talk to customer care, got always harsh n unsatisfactory response.Then I requested to port my no to Aircel mobile service provider. My 1st request was registered on 29th of March. After that Airtel people called me and insist me not to port the number by offering the cheapest call rate for life time without any extra charges.But I refused to do so and asked them to port my no ASAP.They told me that it is in process and within 72 hours it will be done. But It's been long time.After that i requested twice again. Second on 4th april and 3rd on 13th april.But now they are not even responding. When I call they do not show much interest and say that talk to Aircel people. I talked in to Aircel they said that they are waiting from Airtel to portation of my no to Aircel network. Sir/Madam I am a Business man(Legal Contractor). Due to this Behavior of Airtel I am completely disconnected from my business network and suffered with huge loss in my business by loosing so many tender issued by Bihar Government.

        Sir/Madam, I request you to consider my problem and to take appropriate action.

          I have been having issue with Airtel internet connection from past 1 month. When I raised the complaint first in this month, Service executive has come and told that My Modem has issues and it has to be repaired once it was told to me that he can get the Modem or I can buy one. Since he is from Airtel, I have decided to get from him even if its costing more, thinking that it will be good one.

          From the day I got this modem (Binatone DT815 Black), I have been having issue with Frequent Disconnection. When I read in Internet, I found that this modem is having issues and its one of the worst in Market. I called up customer care and got to know that they do not give service for the Modem.

          In this Month, I have raised around 7 complaints and the issue is fixed for that day and again it appears. One complaint which I have raised on 24th April (Complaint No.[protected], there is no response. Im calling them twice in a day and they just say some story. I have been using Airtel from past 6Years and have not seen such a worst Service.

          Airtel, please give proper Service. For the cost which Im paying, I get very good service from a local provider but still I have preferred Airtel because of its Service which Im regretting now.

          AirTel — NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE

          This is to in form you that i am using a airtel network for a long period of time but now for the last fifteen days i have been facing a problem of low network coverage. I am unable to talk and communicate which is affecting my business at the same time.Would further request you to look into this problem or i fear i wouldnt clear the bill for the last month since i am not geting the adequate services.Hope the concerned authorities wil look into this matter.Therefore i want you to givme in this wriiten whenever the problem gets resolved .
          COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES THAT THE AIRTEL NETWORK AT UTARLAI, BARMER IS NOT EFFECTIVE. CALLS LANDING ON SOME OTHER NUMBER, ONE SIDED CALLS, INTERMITTENT VOICE...THE LIST GOES ON BUT WHAT IS AIRTEL DOING ABOUT IT...ARE THEY SLEEPING. EVERY WRONG CALL, WASTED CALL IS BEING CHARGED. WHY THEN IS THE COMPLAINTS FALLING ON DEAF EARS.
          I had a connection with the number [protected]. I have already surrendered this number 3 months back but yet receiving the bill in every month. I have told this issue to customer care several time but the result is nill. Please do work on this and close this issue urgently.
          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I have prepaid connection of Airtel and my cell no. is [protected] in the month of January 09 there was a scheme of 100 National messages free by recharge of Rs 26/-.

          So I got recharged my mumber also in above scheme. When i started to send national sms, I found that Airtel had charged Rs. 1.50/- per sms.
          I also had sms scheme 360 local sms by rechage of Rs. 36/-. But airtel has charged the national sms charges from my 36/- lacoal sms scheme.
          In this regard i have talked at their customer care center, but they didn't respond at all.
          Kindlay look into the matter and take necessory action so that other customer also can get solution of this type of problem.
          I am facing the call drop and network conjuction in Airtel for more than 5 Months
          I am not able to speak for a single minute also.
          I am totally disappointed with airtel service.

          I had given the complaints more than 12 times.

          But no response .i am totally suffered a lot

          Please look in to this and help for the resolution.
          Airtel service is very bad
          landline not working.....
          I have raised a request to add a channel on 6th of May and i was told that the channel will be added in 5 days. But 13 days have passed and no action has been taken from Airtel DTH service provided. From 12 of May i am calling daily the customer care and asking for a resolution, they say that the service will be provided by tomorrow when ever i call, till this day i haven't seen any resolution.

          Please provide me details what i can do to compensate for my time and frustation i am facing by this service provider.
          Sir iam back again this time .when BSNL are offering DSA sales in urban area why cannot AIRTEL people do so. We are not in good terms with the distrubutor i.e., runner boy sulfi no. [protected] and the manager madu [protected]. (he was the person told regarding trai act that only rural area can get ) letme know whats the matter if so the cnnserned person let me know about getting DSA sales in urban area.waiting for your reply?
          Please provide as much information as possible...
          Whats there to give information even a layman can understand the matter .when bsnl people can give DST Sales in urban area why cant u people do so .for god sake dont ask same qusts again .why trai people are unaware of these tricks . It should be transperant

          i have been applied for an airtel broadband connection two months back and the plan name is fibernet plus 15gb/8mbps speed.still the connection has not been given to us the agent has got 1000rs in advance but after that no response from him if i call he is not picking up the call this is how airtel agents build relation with customer. after an month i got an call from airtel office stating there as an issue in connection so only it has been delayed and asked them why the agent is not responding us properly for that they said if you have any issues you can contact this number after 10days i called back to that number one guy took and said this is airtel security department no so you cannot be connected and said he will inform the agent to call me back but no one called me again i called to that same number but no repsonse. this is how they treat the customers? i did't expect this from airtel. airtel is one of the worst network. pls i need to get an solution for this please help me with these. the agent gave me an slip with serial number- TNPB490330 the connection is for perumbakkam area, chennai and i have submitted all the necessary documents so please kindly look forward on it

            every month airtel service provide deduct 50 rupees from my prepaid account. even this service is not used by me . or this service is already stopped by company itself 1 year back (mobile internet service pack of rupees 99). every time i call them for not doing such things . some times they refund my money . after lots of herculeon task.n every time m assured by company that they will not repeat this in future, they irritates me a lot even loss of my precious time.please help me .

            I recharged with the sum of 110.00/- at 3 March 2009 because I got a message from airtel to recharge with 110 and get a 1 year validity. i got a 1 year validity but my plan will be change Before recharge my plan was Airtel Campus But After recharge the plan will be Airtel Friends by Airtel . I also complain costomer care as well as cutomer relationship center 5-6 times but no action will be taken by them. I also sends mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com but i can't get positive response from airtel.Now 72 hours have gone but no action has been taken by Airtel.

            Without any information given to me airtel company activate cric.plan to my airtel
            prepaid no. [protected] in my name Vinay Saxena R/o- 297E barra-5 Kanpur-208027. and deducted amount against the above plan. So many mobile companies fraudly activate plans without any information to consumer and deducted money from consumer account. if consumer lodge the complaint then no suitable reply given from mobile companies. So please take strictly action to these mobile companies.

            i am using this number ([protected])for past 3 years.i had sent a sms for port out on last month as i had recived a sms as that u had a surprice offer that i can make calls to airtel to airtel @ 10ps and other mobiles @ 30ps for one month as after one month my plan had changed to one sec without any information as i want my old plan back as i had recharged for airtel to airtel @ 30ps and othermobiles @ 50ps with 10000 sms free for 7 months still 4 months i have offer. I need waiver for that rate saver pack and calls which i had made till my plan change other wise wishing to change my number to some other network

            I have called 198 for the clarification regarding the sms charges on 02nd May 2011. During the call the executive said he will transfer the call to his superior and immediately the line gets cut. This happens whenever they dont have a answer. And immediately I received a message saying that my hello tunes were stopped and I had to call to activate this. The call charges will be Rs.3/min. Again I called 198 to clarify the stoppage of hello tunes, they very clearly say you have called some time before and you have requested for this which actually I have not done. I told the executive that please check the recordings of our conversation and he says that no such facility is available. When asked to activate the HELLO TUNE service, they say that the charges will levied. During the call the executive said he will transfer the call to his superior and immediately the line got cut. When tried to call 198 again I am not able to do it. They have renewed the subscription 2 days back. Now and then Airtel has been taking off my money. You may please check the complaints given to them and no such remedies have been taken only some SMS saying that we have rectified or will be taken care.
            same thing with me, i recharge my account on 02 May2011 and used only 20 rupees tariff.and when i check the balance it was 25 Rs on 03 May. i called on 198, during talking with reprentative, call get disconnected. i again and again tried on 198 but unable to talk. so suggest me. my no. [protected] prepaid kerla

            this is weird. really this company is cheater
            I recharged my prepaid mobile phone using MTOPUP SMS Service. An amount of Rs. 205 was debited from my account and it was credited to an account called "Dedicated account". Why was the amount not credited to the main account? My main account balance is showing a balance of Rs. 12. 40 only even after the recharge. What is a "Dedicated account"? Is this some kind of scheme started by Airtel to cheat the customers?

              I Autorenewed sms pack worth Rs. 64 on my number [protected] but the cost of sms sent went on getting deducted from my main account balance.
              Customer care service people gave me a day later's date for the issue to get resolved, not only the issue was unresolved but calls stopped getting connected to customer care service so i tried calling Airtel customer care service from a new number '[protected]'. This call was also disconnected right in the middle of my discussion with the Airtel Customer care executive followed by which 45 Rs were deducted from this new number with a sms that 'Hello Tunes' have been subscribed and then again 15 Rs were deducted with a sms that 'Anar kali disco chali' hello tune has been subscribed.

              I had no such discussion ever with the customer care executive the call was all about the previous numbers issue and i guess they do record these calls but now Airtel people are not allowing both the number '[protected]' and '[protected]' to connect to customer care service.

              Kindly give me some solution for this.

              AirTel — Deducting Balance for unsubscribe Services

              This is in regards to the balance deduction from my account by activating the unsubscribed services for Dance Club subscription and within every three days they are charging Rs.10 for the renewal of service till date they have deducted Rs.50-60 for an unsubscribed service.While calling on 198 they don't listen and block my Number ,So that I can't call further .They are also not allowing me to talk to their senior representatives.
              While sending message STOP to 121 ,I got the message that no services have been activated on your account ,then also the deduction continues for renewal of service.
              While sending message for Number Portability PORT to 1900 still I have not received the 8-digit code.

              Really these guys are troubling customers a lot,I will have to take some strict action against them.

              You should port from Airtel to any other company of your choice. You can visit www.airtel.in & search nodal officer, contact him for you issue. You can also lodge a complaint to TRAI to get help from them also. Make a chain of awareness among your friends & relatives to save their money also from Airtel.
              Airtel Mobile company is providing cheap & new schemes daily.
              Do you know how is it doing so ? What is the secret?
              One more question.
              Do you know how many Value Added Services(VAS) are fixed on your mobile number by mobile company without your consent ?
              Airtel Mobile company is fixing/applying unwanted VAS on your mobiles & you may or may not know.
              This is one of the secrets of above question.
              Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining always about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, Job Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.
              Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For proof I have images of his screen)
              *Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.
              You can check it like this.
              1. Send ' STOP' to 121
              (HAVE YOU SENT)...OKAY
              You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.
              "The following services are active on your mobile. To reply type the serial number of the service that you wish to 'STOP' "
              1...
              2...
              3...
              4...
              5...
              6...& so on

              You can know from above message that how many VAS are applied on your mobile by the company. If you want to STOP these services then follow the steps.
              REPLY '1'
              You will get one more message from the company to confirm again.
              REPLY '1'
              Follow these steps untill you get a message that.
              " Kindly note there are no services active on your Airtel number."
              *After this send one more message to activate DND like this
              'START space 0 to 1909'
              You will get a message to confirm
              Reply 'YES'

                Hi,

                My name is Parvathy.V.This is to lodge a complaint against Airtel service which promises to deliver the connection within 2 working days and there is no sign of any connection after a weeks time. An executive named Santhosh( Mob no:[protected]) and his engIneer (Mr Raghavendra: [protected]) promised me an airtel broadband connection wIthin 2 working days and collectd my documents & Rs 1200/ from me without any reciept on 20th April. Now they are not answering my calls and they have blocked my phone number. I am unable to get through to their number and this is extremely annoying. I want my money back or these people should be sued in court for mental harrassment.If they cannot provide the connection they can pick up the phone and answer me. I request an redressal for the same.

                  Sir i m using airtel prepaid connection with cell no. [protected] from last 4years. I m a student so i remain outside for 4month. My sim card validity was til june 2012 & i used to recharge my no. Online when its validity is about to exhaust. But last week my sim was deactivated without any reason. I m in chandigarh so i called their no. [protected] but in vain. No doesnt exist. I ALSO SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TWICE WHEN COMPANY PUBLISHED NOTICE IN NEWS PAPER. But still they deactivated it. Plz help me. Because next week after completing my exam i m going home(j&k) & dont want to loose my number. Plz plz..

                  Airtel Prepaid — sim card deactivated without any reason

                  Dear Sir,
                  Iam murali and my num is [protected]. iam using this airtel prepaid number for the past 4-5yrs. But recently i got a msg saying my sim was rejected. when enquired i got a msg that my name has not been registered. I have purchased the card after submitting all address proof and other neccessary documents. so how could such a reputed company give such a lame reason and that too if it is the case it took 5 yrs to check that. Even in that case they should have made a call to verify and asked to submit my documents again. Either the customer service officer is not clear with wat to do.
                  i spoke to 2 Customer service officer and they both have 2 different solutions for this problem. 1st guy misguided me and as a result i have to purchase a new sim. Finaly i lost the reliability on Airtel and looking forward for another better network. At the end of the day the sufferer and looser is myself even after buying new sim for the same num i have to wait for 5 days to get activated . These kind of problems and uncapable customer service officers can be seen only here just because people like me find a solution but doest take initiatives to correct the mistakes commited by the company.
                  anyway hope my service comments doesnt turns anything good to me from company side but atleast it will help them to know their standards.

                  AirTel — Deactivation Of Sim Without Reason

                  I purchased Airtel prepaid connection no [protected]. Companey barred my services withont any reason inspite i went n submitted my documents to airtel office at Jawahar Marg in Indore which were already in order (as told by the attending officer). They started my services again and i hoped everything working fine got my sim recharged then suddenly deleted my no from server without any notice taking all my balance and number.

                  Recently I am experiencing an awful situation with AirTel, of which still I have no clue why.

                  Following is the details-

                  Issue- my number # [protected] suddenly at the stroke of midnight after 12 am on 3rd Sep, 2010 shows no "network Coverage".

                  What I have done- I restarted my Nokia N82 cell & then it came back with the error- 'SIM card registration failed'. When I tried calling to my number from other number it replies with IVR- 'invalid number'.

                  I have done a recharge of Rs, 160/- on 2nd Sep, 2010 for which I also got full TalkTime.

                  Regarding this called up customer support at - # [protected]. .. there I spoke with a rep. called Shaugata. He was unable to speak properly. I stayed on call for over 18 mins. when finally he said that my card is blocked & I need to replace it & then wanted me to stay on line to speak with his senior, but after staying on hold then the call was disconnected by AirTel.

                  My concern-
                  Why do I have to change my cell all of a sudden?
                  Why was my SIM blocked all of a sudden at the calender date 3rd Sep. 2010, when I was using this phone over 10 yrs now w/o issues?
                  When would I have an operational SIM with me(currently I am traveling & now In Delhi)?

                  I have done regular follow up over the phone & over email (I have records of all)... However, there has not yet been a proper response from Airtel..

                    Airtel Broadband New Connection — Non-Installation Applied Date 25/09/2010

                    We had been getting frequent unwanted calls for installation of AIRTEL BROAD BAND CONNECTION from call center for almost 15-20 days.Finally, we decided to go get one broad band connection in my office at 5/5767, Dev Nagar, New Delhi -110005(Atul Verma).
                    Mr.Deepak Rana visited us and got all the documents along with a cheque of Rs.500/= ( Cheque number . dated 25/09/2010) on Syndicate bank, dev nagar, new delhi-5 and assured us that the same will be installed on 27/09/2010 or 28/09/2010. But till date, we are calling on the number [protected]... Mr.Karan / [protected].. Mr.Deepak Rana and [protected] .. Mr.Rohit. Very interestingly, on the last number mentioned every time we call, a new person picks up and says sorry, we are getting it installed in half an hours time today positively,.
                    Repeatedly, it has been since 05/10/2010, we are calling them every day from our land line and mobile phone. They donot even bother to pick up the phone ,and it goes blank/no reply.
                    A complaint number 38578768 was registered on 09/10/2010 on their Toll Free Help Line[protected] to one Mr.Kapil at 1525 hours. We were told that dead line date the computer is showing is 13335hours on 12.10.2010
                    However,we were still contacting the above said numbers , dut till date and 7.22PM we have no result.
                    I spoke to one Mr.Karan / Mr.Rajat//Mr.Amit and finally Mr.Sahil today and now they say that there is some DP problem.What about the past 21 days.
                    We request you to kindly look into the matter,as on their assurances, we got our MTNL broad band disconnected from this premises.OUR WORK IS SUFFERING VERY BADLY , AS NOW WE HAVE NO ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENT IN THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
                    Looking forward for a very STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE PROVIDERS.

                    Airtel Broadband — Delay in Airtel broadband new connection

                    Hello,
                    I have applied for a new Airtel broadband connection on 28th Dec 10. Airtel promise to give the connection in 7 working days, it has been almost 3 weeks now still there is no sign of broadband connection at my address. The Airtel representative, whom currently I am in contact with, is asking for 2 more days to get the connection.
                    I am fed up now contacting multiple persons/departments. Airtel customer care doesn't seem to have clue about actual status of the application processing. The contacts who do have clue are not reachable on their mobile phone.
                    I have given the details of all my interaction with Airtel in attached file..

                    To all broad band users - I am not saying you should not go for Airtel, mine could be one-off case, however you must be careful when it comes to the promise Airtel makes. If this has happened to me, it can happen to anybody

                    I applied for a new connection on Aug. 2nd and charged me Rs 4500 and made promise to have connection completed in 3-4 days. Feasibility done on 4th. Now it's 20th. I have called them 8 times and they have give me 4 complaint #. Everytime a very nice person says there is a backend problem and problem will be resolved in 24 hours. As expected I don't received any calls, so I call back and same answer. When they cannot respond to phone I don't expect them to respond to email. The funny part is if I ask them to cancel they hang up the phone, if I start complaining at the beginning of the call, they hang up, if I ask to talk to supervisor they either say they are the supervisor or transfer the call and after 10 minutes the call gets disconnected. This is notion of Airtel's great service. I have been give 4 complaint #'s. Latest Complaint # 2513786

                      AirTel — outgoing service has stopped

                      Dear sir,

                      My outgoing service has been stopped since 1st march and i had made the complaint on 2nd march to the customer care of airtel they want 48 hour to resolve your issue but my service still the same and then i call again and talk to superviser and again they assure me to take your complaint on urgent basis and again take 48 hours and the same day i got the sms from airtel regarding complaint ref no. [protected].

                      On the top of that my business is sufering due to the failure of my connection.

                      I loss my deal of 75000 US doller, who will be responsible for that.

                      Kindly do the needful and compensate my loss.

                          My airtel mobile no. [protected] got recharched month of Feb 22.02.12.with Rs.186/-(Apx) Internet Pack on two month pack, Every thing was right till 09.04.2012.i have rechrged 10.04.2012 morning Amt of Rs.350 FTT. when i used 10.04.2012 morning Airtel live to brows the net and used for 5 minuts net brows(aproxmetly) after i used again i put on stand by mode.within an hour my full amount got deducted(Rs.335). As per airtel Net Pack browsing is Morning 4GB and night 1GB.after that limit airtel care told me that live charge of 30 Paies/20 KB is taken for internet browsing through airtel live and there should not be any caharges for internet surfing/browsing when unlimited GPRS pack is activated. Then i called customer care around .13 hrs the customer care executive is not giving proper answar the told me that we are not able to view the exact KB what u used, so ask me to contact Airtel zonal office no.[protected]. so had contact that zonal number ask the details but there is no proper answer about wat KB i ased so i ask to request register complaint The reference no.[protected],they told me that will give feed back before 15.04.2012.they were tried to reach me 14 & 15 .04.2012 due to unavoidable reason my mobile put silent mode.after 15.04.2012 againg i called Zonal off number they are not given proper ans, again the aske me to some more details and told me that we are going to register new complaint requet number to you, your old request number is not valid so the new request number is [protected] they told me that feed back will give before 19.04.12.they called me telling like old story wat they told before like rupish word. again called zonal off but he did not give any clarification regarding the issue and refused to provide surfing details which means there is some hidded cost livied.

                          Kindly help me to get better solution

                                I have been a Airtel User for the last few years now. Since the last 1 year or so I have the problem o[censored]nlawful Deduction from my account every couple of months. They state it as technical problem. I face this problem when I recharge my internet pack (GPRS) for Rs 98. The amount does not get registered with them and they deduct my GPRS usage. If I don't pay attention on my balance it gets deducted and I have to literally fight with the customer service to get my money back. At the end of 5 days they accept it is an error on their end and they pay me back.

                                    I had called AIRTEL asking for a new connection, just then I started receiving numerous calls from different Airtel representatives asking me to buy the connection from them. I stuck to one, named Sonakshi with phone number [protected]. She sent a person to my home address on the 16/04/2012 to collect the documents and Rs 300 in cash. Documents were handed over to him as requested. However, Sonakshi was in constant touch with me through phone calls trying to get the right set of papers as per AIRTEL’s requirement. It looked like I was snatching somebody’s property, It was a pain trying to scan all the papers to her again. I somehow managed to do it by this Monday. As per her promises, my new AIRTEL number [protected] should have been activated on Monday evening. Since Monday I have been calling this female named Sonakshi at [protected] but there is no response from her end.

                                    I did a heavy mistake in wanting a new Airtel connection and paid the money as well out of trust.

                                    I give you guys exactly 24 hours to contact me and my airtel number activated, else I am going to the consumer court for sure.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      this is to bring to your kind notice that i got a new airtel no [protected] in the name of my brother Mr Rishi Sanooja S/o Shri S.R. Sanooja R/o 1232/1406, civil lines-13, Jhansi, Who applied his voter ID no ZTU0932061 as Identity and address proof.


                                      I was using this number and i was in Lucknow for my Job posting here.

                                      In the meanwhile i got a verification call from airtel people regarding verification of number to which i told them that this no is in the name of my brother Mr RISHI SANOOJA and also had provided his no at the first instance. after wards he recieved a call for verification at his no which i had provided.

                                      Later after few days they deactivated My no and every call which i was making was directed towards airtel customer care for verification.

                                      When i went to jhansi i got my brother on line with airtel people for mobile no verification and after a span of two hours my no was working and active.




                                      Now on 19th of april at night they deleted my number on the context of negative verification. how far they are justified in doing that.

                                      MY BROTHER WHO IS IN JHANSI ALSO FACED ALOT OF PROBLEM AND HE HAD RESUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS REPEATEDLY on 21st april, 2011
                                      BUT THEY CAME TO A FINAL CONCLUSION TO DELETE MY NUMBER.


                                      NOW WHEN THE NO is deleted i got to there ARC OFFICE to get that no reissued in my name they are not helping me with that.

                                      I m in serious trouble as i have updated this no at my bank accounts and institute and every where.


                                      SO i request you to please look in to my case and help me out on this by getting the same no reissued in my name.
