I have been having issue with Airtel internet connection from past 1 month. When I raised the complaint first in this month, Service executive has come and told that My Modem has issues and it has to be repaired once it was told to me that he can get the Modem or I can buy one. Since he is from Airtel, I have decided to get from him even if its costing more, thinking that it will be good one.
From the day I got this modem (Binatone DT815 Black), I have been having issue with Frequent Disconnection. When I read in Internet, I found that this modem is having issues and its one of the worst in Market. I called up customer care and got to know that they do not give service for the Modem.
In this Month, I have raised around 7 complaints and the issue is fixed for that day and again it appears. One complaint which I have raised on 24th April (Complaint No.[protected], there is no response. Im calling them twice in a day and they just say some story. I have been using Airtel from past 6Years and have not seen such a worst Service.
Airtel, please give proper Service. For the cost which Im paying, I get very good service from a local provider but still I have preferred Airtel because of its Service which Im regretting now.

AirTel — NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE
This is to in form you that i am using a airtel network for a long period of time but now for the last fifteen days i have been facing a problem of low network coverage. I am unable to talk and communicate which is affecting my business at the same time.Would further request you to look into this problem or i fear i wouldnt clear the bill for the last month since i am not geting the adequate services.Hope the concerned authorities wil look into this matter.Therefore i want you to givme in this wriiten whenever the problem gets resolved .
