Incorrect Charges

Asking for money

Hi,
I buyed my Airtel HD dth on 8th March, 2011. From November, the dth set top box started hanged. It was automatically getting switched off.
I registered the complaint on 23rd Feb, 2012, where I asked for the replacement of the set top box. The engineer came of some day and just replaced the adapter, without checking the set top box. He also said that they don't have that set top box with them, so he'll replace it...

PC Secure -Unsolicited service

here airtel signal is not there. Airtel was giving ads that it is the AP's no.1 network, but where is the signal?
I am not able to egt the signal when am in gachibowli. Airtel you should consider this issue ASAP if not we would change to another network....
