I m Ankit Chaudhari ,i m from Mumbai and My my mobile no. is [protected] -Airtel (registration expired)
i got a call from customer service regarding post paid connection ,
then i said "yes " for converting my prepaid connection to postpaid connection ,they charged me 300 Rs as a security money ,and also give a post sim card ,
and he told me that your prepaid sim registration will expire ,
after 10 to 15 minute,your New postpaid sim will be activate ,
but till now (passed 4-5 hours) ,it is not activate ,
Please activate my sim ,i have no other Sim card to connect to u and also to others ,i am facing lots of problem cause of it,
i am a marketing field person ,
tomorrow i have very important meeting with my client .
as soon as possible ,please reactivate my sim card with my old number(+91-[protected])

Airtel — missguided /cheating/fraud
Respected sir/mamkindly introducing my complaint against leading cellular company airtel which is playing emotionally sentiments against loyal customer like me who using his services since last one year i have face several problems with this company but till i have'nt lodge any complain but this time they have cross their limit.
sir on 10th november i have recharge with 25 rupees on my mobile no [protected]. it show succssfully deliverd report on my inbox and but when i saw my inbox in it nothing shown with my balance so sir/mam it is not big amount .for this small amount i have suffer huge loss of 23000 thousand rupees for a student like me .it is a huge amount for us .latter i have talk with their customer care number they have given very positive reply that this amount of recharge money you can use for internet for one month which again they cheated me.on 22nd november customer care when i talk to them they told me that any rechage did'nt happen to your mobile .the mam which i talk with that day name was miss sweata.mean while from 10th to 21st november they blocked my customer care no so i could'nt contact during this period .
kindly i hope sir/mam to take this matter seriously that in future this time of cheating does'nt happen to any body and by emotionally taking and by blocking their customer care number which is against any ethical values of any company.
