It is intimated that I have procured a Airtel Prepaid Sim with MSISDN No.: [protected] and SIM No.:[protected] and IMSI No.: [protected] from Peyling, West Sikkim, Sikkim on 05.03.2012. At the time of purchasing sim I have submitted copy of my Passport, PAN Number and later I have submitted my employee certificate too (which are also attached here). But even after one month my outgoing call is still barred. I don't understand that what you need now from my side to activate my number's outgoing call. Although I have recharged my number with Rs. 250 and Rs. 36 for STD Calls and Rs. 98 for Internet access.

AirTel — non submission of documentS

I had already sumitted my documents along with the form and photographs to Mr Sandeep - an executive of Airtel for the postpaid connection. This is a corporate account. After which there was an address verification done by the airtel i.e both Residence and Office . My card was activated too. But after a week or so my outgoing was deactivated on the pretext that my documents and form was not submitted as Mr. Sandeep had left Airtel and joined some other organization.

This negligence attitude of Airtel has disturbed me a lot
I receive a call from airtel to submit my id proof and photo just befour a week.. i submitte the same in two or three days.even then my sim card registration is failed ..what's the reason..

I am also facing the same problem. I am in Chennai. Very very Bad customer Service in India is Airtel Customer Service. Only Incoming Call. I Can not Make Out Going Call. If I make a call Voice "Non-Subsimssion of Documents". Twice I am submit my Documents (Photo & Voters Id ). In The voice Message "Non-submission of Documents. Your Service will Resume after 8 Hours. Then I make call 121-Airtel Customer Service, Customer Service told me After 72 Hours Your out going calls Activated. There is Difference Between Voice Message and Customer Care Executive (8 Hours & 72 Hours). What a Joke ?. First Time Then Customer care Executive told Me to submit your Documents to Nearest Dealer your service is activated. No Response. Then next time Customer care Executive told me your Dealer is Deactived your out going calls. I raise the question why Dealer to block out going Calls? . What'a Joke ?
I really fedup. Then Next Day Dealer told me your photo is not clear in the Document. Then Another Day
I submit the document for Clear photo Document. Last Day 16-july-2009 . There is network problem
& Server problem all the stories told me . Still I am not making Any out Going Calls. I Really Feddup
Very very very very very very very poor Customer Service only is Airtel Customer Service.

    I want to register a complaint against airtel digital tv. I have prepaid connection enrolled a package of 320/325 rs per month .I am regularly recharging my airtel account every month before balance gets zero. Problem is - Every month I am getting message on screen that my balance is low. This messages starts coming on screen when my balance is more than 70-80 rs (validity is more than a week). message displays in center of the screen and occupies half of the screen of my TV. This is really frustrating when you are watching programs , especially live events. I am giving my account details below and want to request to airtel people to make a practice to show message once balance is nil Or below daily burn rate(validity is 1-2 days) . overall stop customer to remind to recharge account week in advance. I told this to customer care lots of time but these guys we all know.

      Dear Sir,
      With due respect and humble submission I Pankaj Bisht (Sub-Inspector(Min) 103 BN BSF presently deployed complaints against Airtel Company for your kind consideration and legal action please. at Indo-Bangladeh Border and serving for nation in extreme hard area of Tripura would like to bring following
      I installed a internet connection from Airtel Co. along with landline connection during the month of Dec 2010 vide cash receipt No.114203 dated 02.2.2011 , rep of the Company intimated us about the various attractive schemes , accordingly I have purchased one scheme of Rs.650/- per month along with land line connection for education purpose of my school going children but after 02 months on enquiry it was apprised by the Co.rep that all attractive schemes have been finished and the rates of normal schemes have been increased from Rs.500/- to Rs.700/- with in 02 months. Which clearly shows that fraud and false schemes are being projected by the Co. in initial stage to attract and making customers and after that customer compel to continue the service on higher rates? I am also a victim of these schemes and compel to continue the service for education purpose of my children and regularly paid the amount of monthly bill. During the month of Oct 2011 suddenly net connection was disconnected. In this regard I have made so many complaints to Airtel customer care service upto 03 months, but no any action was taken. After facing 03 months harassment I immediately stopped the payment of landline telephone bill as company was not paying attention on my problem.
      Now Airtel customer care service threatening to my family on phone to pay the landline bill. One threatening call received at 1126 hrs on 27.3.2012 from telephone No.[protected] on my mobile No.[protected] from Airtel customer care service namely Amit Kumar. Amit Kumar is a very fraud and corrupted person and his by name complaint has also been submitted by a customer in consumer forum web site.
      Keeping in view of above it is requested that strict action may be taken against the defaulter who are using threatening language with customer and serving in Airtel customer care service and also against the Company for providing fraud and fake scheme and harassing to customer and a heavy penalty may be imposed on the Co. to avoid corruption.
      A suitable compensation may also be provided to me for facing harassment by me and my family and heavy loss of study of my children due to very poor /bad management of Airtel Co.
      .Your Kind co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated and I shall be very greateful to you for this act of kindness.

      Airtel Broadband — told me wrong information about schemes

      sir,

      one day an employee(sanjay singh [protected]) of airtel (alambagh office lucknow) came to my home,and he told me schemes about airtel broadband.he told me that for internet connection i need to give 1500rs,and if i dont need instrument phone then ihave to give only 1250.so i gave a checqe of 1250 to Sanjay.
      but when my airtel bill came then it has a additional 250rs on bil.
      sir i am feeling cheted from airtel.5 days gone airtel do nothing on my complaints.
      Sanjay used abusive language agains me,when i ask this to him.

      Airtel Broadband — false schemes

      i taken the airtel broad band they told me about speed is 1mbps and calls free worth rs 300
      but they told me all things wrong
      when i got confimation call
      they says sumthng else
      which was told by the executive
      in realit m geeting 256 speed calls free worth 100
      they make fraud of me they are big fraud

        It's been 13 days and my complaint for iptv not transfering/working has not been resolved.

        I have been following up for last 4 days and everytime the CUSTOMERCARE EXECUTIVE reading same script written to them that it cannot be transferred due to choak in the DP box. But the truth is that the executives doesnt bothered to come & see the situation as the new building where i have to get the IPTv transferred in behind my old and existing apartment. I dont know how the choak is applicable if i am switching the connection in my end with the other end terminating to the DP box.
        Again if choak is there who will come and solve this problem, Reliance, BSNL or Myself has to do it with my own effort. As a service offered by Airtel its Airtel responsibility to give service to the customer who bought the product and paid money to Airtel but no one is bothered in respective department nor any management is taking care of the service request which has been raised 13 days before.What a pathetic service !!!!

        Thank god that billing is happening regularly even without transferring and working.

        Do you want me to wait for years and years to get the choak in the DP box reduce ? Do you think that there is no other service (Broadband & Dish) available for the people in the country ? I am using the Airtel mobile connection for the past 2 years. Now i have to re-think about it and i have to take a decision against Airtel so that i wont get in to these trouble later.This non performance and behavior has made us suffer a lot and caused a lot of mental agony and tension.

          Last week mene 11 ka recharge mar k sms pack active kiya, is hafte airtel walon ne apne aap usko renewal kar diye.. wohan tak thick tha..Problem start usk bad...Renewal k bad sms aaya.. Par pack activate na hua.. customer care ko phone karnese 15 min, fir 6hr, fir 1day tak time extend kiye.. avi 3day ho chuka he par paisa katne k wabjud pack acttivate na hua he..Avi phone v na lag raha he.. Hum to Airtel jaise bhik mange to nehin na jo bhik mang mang k crorepati huye ho.. mehnat ka paisa he.. ek to paisa kat te ho aur complain v karne na dete.. apne aap ko best service provider kehte hain.. 2din se phone laga laga k halat kharab.. aapne aur kuch kam nehin he na kya.. jao bhik me de diya Airtel walon tumhe 11/

          Airtel Prepaid — paisa taken without activation of gprs pack

          Nowadays airtel is the worst mobile service provider.Because they can take different types of ways for charging without our knowledge.So respected airtel users please change the sim or take any action immeditely.
          Dear ,
          I have been using Airtel Connection ([protected]) since May 2007 and before
          that my sister was used this number.

          I have been Suffering from so many problem since last year
          like automatically Activate Miss call Alert, My Tone & automatic deduce my balance.

          If make a call to customer care then they told me that I had used GPRS
          but I never save GPRS settings on mobile.

          Tonight[protected] suddenly I got an sms at 11:20 PM that:
          your last call charge Rs. 0.30.......

          Then I called to 198 then some one told same sentence that I had used Internet.
          Then my balance had been deducting during calling to CCE then he connect to my call to Sr. Executive.
          He refund Rs. 10 but did not stop deducting balance.
          When my balance was Rs 0.21 then it was stopped.
          After that I called to 198 on 01-09-10 they told same word.

          You can see that I had so many Complain in Aug month

          Now I am fade up with Airtel Connection.
          I would like to CHANGE my no.
          Kindly reply as soon as possible.

          i use gprs pack . but today airtel cut Rs20 of balance . and don't give answer in custmer care not give proper answer to me they diconnect the call with out say anything on this topic. i like know about why they reduce my balance. this is not first time most time happen in the past.
          give me fast replay my question otherwie i will not be airtel in future...

          i am using Airtel Prepaid mobile service from last 3 month , the servicer diducting my account balance unneccessary without any confirmation and all.
          when i checked with them they are telling sir you activated this service and this. even i asked them as did you got any reqest from me then they will tell no sir we didn't get any request from you we are givinf free service sir anta then i asked them why you diducting money from my account they are telling we didn't diduct any amount

          Dear,

          and than my Cos. Care No. off.

            I am Rakesh Kumar M , My Airtel Number is [protected]. i wanted to move
            out of Airtel last month and wanted use the MNP feature . when i sent the
            message to 1900 and got the Unique number for porting, i got a call from Airtel
            number portability department and then asked me to stay back with airtel , the
            Team Leader KIRAN spoke to me on the call and Promised me a Wavier of 50 % of
            total bill for next 3 months from January , but its still not activated ,
            recently 2 days back when i tried to port the number again i got a call from
            Airtel number portability department and then asked me to stay back with airtel
            , when i told that i had spoke to Kiran the Team Leader last the Agent passed
            on the Phone to Kiran and promised to check the Call records and call me back
            in 30 mins , its been 4 days as of today i have not Received the call .
            i have 2 airtel number [protected] , [protected]. kiran in January had
            promised a Rental wavier for 3 months for [protected]

            Recently, after speaking with Appellate authorities and and the nodal office and Relationship managers they just denied for giving any wavier and blocked my outgoing calls and forced me to make the Payments immediately . AIRTEL REALLY CHEATS PEOPLE

              I m Ankit Chaudhari ,i m from Mumbai and My my mobile no. is [protected] -Airtel (registration expired)
              i got a call from customer service regarding post paid connection ,
              then i said "yes " for converting my prepaid connection to postpaid connection ,they charged me 300 Rs as a security money ,and also give a post sim card ,
              and he told me that your prepaid sim registration will expire ,
              after 10 to 15 minute,your New postpaid sim will be activate ,
              but till now (passed 4-5 hours) ,it is not activate ,
              Please activate my sim ,i have no other Sim card to connect to u and also to others ,i am facing lots of problem cause of it,
              i am a marketing field person ,
              tomorrow i have very important meeting with my client .
              as soon as possible ,please reactivate my sim card with my old number(+91-[protected])

                I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
                'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
                I filed a telephonic request to Airtel on 121 for cancellation of
                Airtel DSL Connection No.[protected] on June 12.01.2012, & your
                executive happened to say that i have to pay the outstanding upto date
                of 12.01.2012 , which i have done paying the amount by cheque on 12.01
                2012 for RS 1619=00 at R.T.nagar Airtel outlet Instead of
                disconnecting the phone, they called me exactly 10 times on
                mobile no. [protected] while making various new offer rather than terminating
                the connection. I confirmed it 10 times that I would like to discontinue
                with this landline no. 41275739, yet they have calling me for the
                Bill with complete
                charges monthly charges. I wrote an email and they did not respond to
                my email & also i have been to the different outlet for the same .
                even today i have received a call from[protected] at 4 pm by name
                Radha who happens to say that they will send me a legal notice , i
                would like to inform that i should have send u legal notice to harass
                a customer , where in related to my bill issue i have visited to your
                outlet number of time & each time i get a assurance that they will
                sought out this issue with there higher up & get back to me . i would
                once again request you please kindly look in to this matter & revert
                back . thanking you in the meantime

                Dont you know Airtel is wrost service provider dont pay the bill also tell your friends to stop using airtel as i am also suffering from AIRTEL. They are wrost service provider.

                  I have your broadband user(with Number [protected]) for more than 3 years but i have facing issues with u every time but i was quit happy with your service but now a days you are making your service worst.

                  i not facing issues with broadband for 2 weeks my broadband disconnecting again and again and now this problem increased so much.

                  When i contact to your customer care they misbehave with me and denied to give service is this you service.

                  If my problem not retify on priority i have no option to closed your connection and switch to other broadband provider.

                    dear respected sir .. i have purchased one airtel postpaid mobile connection (sim). i have paid 1000rs advance rental for one year. in starting i have paid all bills . after that in my mobile there is a problem arrived of call drop in bulandshahr there airtel had solved my problem. after that same problem faced by me in meerut .for that i had complaint many times but airtel not succeed in solving my problem. if i had to talk for some minutes than i had to call again n again. i have faced by this many problems and in my business i had lose by this problem . by being frustrated i changed my number without paying my bill. now the one employee of airtel is giving me threat. and he is saying he will see me and abusing wid me. today he came to my office without giving me any legal notice .and created a scene in a bad way.this incident have make my office atmosphere very out of the work . he had gave me mentally harassement. i am not in a condition to pay full amount of bill. so that i request to you to take right action. my airtel bill no.                     Dear Sir/Madam,
                    My mobile number is [protected].
                    I am facing the call drop problem since 15 to 20 days. I had also call two times to your customer regarding that call dropping problem.
                    But yet this problem is not resolve by your side. Every time they give some excuses.
                    I have also registered the complain regarding that whose Reference No’s are:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], &[protected]
                    Which yet not have been resolved and even god also don’ts know that how much time you will require to resolve this problem.
                    I suppose you are not the single telecom/mobile provider in India so that you are to be supposing to established monopoly in the market in this sector. I will switch to another better option and also try to make aware of my friend circle and collogue to not use the AIRTEL service in future.
                    Please tell me the process and total due amount I have to pay to surrender / disconnect this connection.
                    One thing more it’s my personal suggestion please change or give more training to yours Customer Care Executive.

                    I hv been going through lots of Call drop issue in my Area, which is one of the posh locality of Delhi.
                    After making several complaints for the last 6 months no action has been taken by Airtel, and neither any Network Discounts is being provided.

                    I have been using this number for the last 5 years.

                    I would like to warn everyone using Airtel, because if the worst experience i hv gone through.Even after asking for the customised bill for the call drop numbers they are not able to provide.

                    AirTel — Call drops

                    I stay at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.

                    I use two SIM cards of different service providers. One being Airtel. Facing call drops only on this Airtel and not on the other one. I complained to the customer care two months ago. Till today i have not got any change in the problem.

                    Call drops mainly in the evening and network connectivity to other service providers.

                    This is the second time i am facing, let after changing my mobile on their advice only for overcoming the problem.

                    I don't know what hell is going with Airtel.

                    Can Airtel change its stance.
                    i have airtel postpaid connection. past five, six days i am facing problem in call drops at 5 to 10 sec.
                    i repeatly call ten times a single number then also not connecting or this number doesnot exist.
                    i gave several complaint to airtel customer care, no action taken. i am working in a private company i use to call all my customer and client, the call disconnect automatically, its affecting my business, and also the bill amount going up.
                    Sir/Madam,
                    I am a customer of Airtel Prepaid ([protected]) in Noida. Continously calls are dropping on my mobile due to bad signals of airtel. I am facing a lot of problems as the discussion is stopped in between.If you want I can provide you the date & time of the calls dropped on my mobile (e.g. at 09:06 PM on 19/02/2009 etc.).                     i chiranshu varshney with mobile no [protected] is using this connection from last 5 years. i have lodged a complaint 2 months back for call drops at indrapuram but the company is not going to help me out.i am not going to pay my bill till the issue is resolved and will take the matter in consumer court.

                    I am using airtell mobile connection from last 15 years but of late there is a major issue of call drop or voice not reaching to other party at all like from last few days i am making ISD, STD or LOCAL calls but my call will not get connected ( my voice will not reach the other party but their voice is very clear ) after trying for at least 3/4 times i will be able to talk to other party. Means for all calls in which MY VOICE IS NOT REACHING THE OTHER PARTY let it be ISD ,STD or LOCAL i will be charged minimum for 1 min each time .

                    MEANS AIRTELL IS MAKING MONEY FOR ALL THE CALLS WHICH ARE NOT CONNECTED BECAUSE OF THERE ERROR IN THEIR CONNECTIVITY CONSUMBER IS SUPPOSE TO PAY EXTRA TO AVAIL THEIR SERVICES .

                    I can prove from my itemized bill that how much extra i will be paying just to make one call to get connected.

                    not mentioning my mobile number because it might be misused.

                    Its nice to see you people working over time but by what method you jumped to a result that the complaint is resolved with out even discussing with the effected party and with out giving any solution to the above problem.

                    am sure if you have some time and want to really solve the problem then can go through our itemized bill and you will be convinced that with in 1 min if a person is calling ISD two to three times there has to be some problem in the system of airtel
                    why a customer should be penalized for your faulty system.

                      When I took the connection I had taken North Mega Pack,. But last year you people has introduced new mega pack and switch my package to it.
                      Today I just browse the channels in my package, I saw that I am not getting many channels which are listed in my package.
                      Like itv,comedy central, SADA channel, zee classic, Sony channel8, Fox Action Movies, ETC, Sony Mix and many more.

                      Above mention channels cost Rs94, as specified on airtel website.

                      Last time also I raise the same issue. I think airtel people are cheating customer in many areas.
                      If everything is controlled from airtel server so why the channels in the package are not updated.
                      This is not the customer responsibility every time browse airtel website and check the list of channels.

                      I want you to forward this feedback to higher authorities so that they will get to know how customer is getting cheated by airtel.

                      Airtel DTH — not receiving channels

                      We are not receiving any channels since 23.5.2011 till date.we have lost watching IPL matches . Regarding this we have contacted airtel customer care several times and our complaint number is 8484551.Our airtel ID number is [protected].In this regard we are requesting you to take necessary action at the earliest on this complaint.
                      I sent this mail to customer care as well as airtel presence. I got a call from customer care. I ask that lady to connect me to her manager. She told that I will be getting a call back within 1 day. But I didnot receive any call..

                      Sorry is not a correct word of apolizise, if you cheat someone multiple times. This is not the first time I am cheated by the Airtel DTH service. Everytime you people say sorry but again cheat me. If you people not able to provide good service, please shut down your business. I am paying for the service, not for fraud services. One of the person at airtel DTH called me at around 9pm. I asked him to call me in the morning around 11am, but till now no one called me.
                      Can someone tell me how to file issue in consumer court. I did not get any response from airtel people till now.

                          Hello,

                          I have logged a complaint no. 17510596 with the call centre on 3/04/2012 morning regarding STB issues and issues with remote control. I explained that the STB was not receiving signals and some keys of the remote control were not functioning. I was told that the engineer would visit before 10.30 am next morning to resolve the issue. Till this date no one has turned up to resolve my complaint.
                          I called on the 4th of April morning and was told that the complaint was open and the engineer might come over till evening. I was given a number [protected] to followup with engineer. Despite numerous tries no one answers the number of the engineer. On calling back in the evening on 4th , the executive asked me to speak to his supervisor and put me on hold for about 15 mins. Thereafter the call disconnected without anyone coming online.
                          I called on the 5th, I was once again asked to speak to the supervisor by the executive and once again after a very long hold, I found myself to be on queue with the next executive again.
                          Obviously instead of being transferred to a supervisor, I was put on queue again. Was this done at the instance of the floor supervisor, I wonder?
                          On calling back again, after taking my id no, i was put on hold and the call disconnected again. All this time I have been trying to get through to the engineers number without any answer.
                          On 6th april, I called and as expected the executive who politely took all my details asked me to speak to his supervisor . put me on hold for 20 mins and finally I found my self to be on queue with another executive named Patibha Kumari. I explained to her that I was supposed to be connected to a supervisor but she said that I had called in to you, which means that I was back in queue. On my being adamant Pratibha organized a call back for me by a senior executive named JayKishore.
                          When I asked why a supervisor had not called me back, he said that he was in-charge of call outs to client and that he would speak to the engineer and call me back to find out why my complaint was not resolved.
                          I asked him to give me the name of the Quality Manager as I wanted to highlight the fact about how I was kept on hold for so long and then transferred back to queue and how no supervisor was willing to take responsibility to resolve customer complaints. He refused to give me the name or point me in the right direction.
                          I recevied two calls the next day on 7th april in response to my email to [protected]@in.airtel.com to find out if the issue was resolved and was told that it will be resolved the same day but no one came.

                          What I fail to understand is
                          1.why after the appointed time frame for customer resolution why no one has been appointed to check on complaints still open, follow up and resolve the same so that the customers don't have to call back all the time. Is that too much to ask from the company which makes tall claims about quality service.
                          2. why no supervisor from your call centre take my call despite being proactively asked to do so by your agents? why was bumped of calls after long waits? is their no quality monitoring? why has the quality manager no responded to my email?
                          3. Why was resolution provided after 7 days of complaining on the 10th of april? The visiting engineer Solomon said that he had received the complaint just the previous day. Why do I get charged for Nigerien visits and for hardware replacements. How is your service different from MTNL phone who service me free to ensure that the service is working fine so that I can use it for the money I pay you every month? My local cablewala is a lot more efficient and also does not charge for visits.
                          If you check the records then you will find that this is not the first time that I have suffered due to the inept and inefficient service provided by you.

                          I intend starting a online group in Yahoo, Google, facebook and Twitter named "Airtel DTH- BEWARE". I can immediately add at least 500 members in these groups.

                              I have made two payments to airtel on nov2011 2000+2000 when my total due was 4500 rs.
                              By December 12 my broadband and land line got barred saying non payment i checked the bill and found that it is printed as,
                              23 nov Payment received by card 2000
                              23 nov payment received by cash 2000
                              2nd dec payment reversal cash 2000 ( i foundmit funny in two ways since it is impossible to reverse a cash payment after 2 weeks and i haven't made any cash payments)
                              Because of the reversal i checked the bank statements and i haven't received any reversal.
                              So i called the customer care and explained all of it for about 15 mins and they activated Internet connection it got barred again after teo days i called the customer care activates barres... It happened many times. And airtel has charged me rent for dec and jan though my land-line was barred and broadband was randomly working. As of today my total due is around 7k ( which is still missing my 2000 rs payment.
                              As a customer all i could do was sent the receipt copies and bank statements as per Airtel requested and airtel never even bothered to call me back to resolve this issue till march 2012 and Airtel issued me a legal notice too for non payment on march 2012.
                              Now i get call backs from airtel regularly with the reply "your payment is showing as cash laument revereed" and after explaining everything they want me to resent all the receipts again.
                              I tried emailing them, which was also useless since i always get reply saying will get back to i. 6 days or some stupid reply like" we haven't received your online payment you sould pay from airtel.in website"

                              Airtel India — Non updation of online payment

                              I made an online payment to pay my monthly bill till 4th of July. Online transaction was done through HDFC Bank netbanking facility. Amount of 2814.22 Rs has been debited from my account but not updated in Airtel's records. I sent email to [protected]@airtelindia.com regarding this. They asked for statement proof which I provided in form of screen print through email. Now they are asking for a scanned copy of the same. This is absolute harrassment for a customer. Despite of paying the bill I am being asked for n number of documents again and again rather than resolving the issue. Request your help.
                              This has happened with us couple of times. we have remitted the payments but these donot update their records and instead ask us to furnish a bank's certificate. Its neigh impossible to furnish bank certificate for each and every payment remitted.

BUT STILL THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED. I WANT TO CONFORM WHETHER THE OLD SIM IS LOCKED OR NOT. I MADE CALLS SEVERAL TIMES.BUT NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMERCARE.                                   I am using Airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) since last two years.In comparison with the current Friends plan; I had to pay much more for Calls, SMS, GPRS. I raised a request to change my plan into Friends plans internally, which was rejected from Airtel saying theat such conversion facilities were not available.

                                  So I raised a Portability Request to switch to otheer network provider. In response to theat, I received a call from Airtel to offer me a plan withe reduced rates as below.
                                  Call rates: 1 paise per 6 seconds to any mobile.
                                  GPRS: 500MB free per monthe
                                  SMS: 1000 sms free per monthe

                                  I accepted that plan, I was told theat thee renewed plan would be activated withein 3 days.

                                  I waited for more than weeks time, however the plan was not activated. So I called help desk, who raised a ticket CMBNR[protected] and said theat I would receive a confirmation on activation of thee plan on 28the March 2012. However I did not receive any confirmation call or sms.

                                  Later I raised several tickets to know thee status of MNP for my number. I received thee responses from Airtel theat thee MNP facility is not applicable for my number.

                                  I need the offered plan to be activated to my number from Airtel. If Airtel can not provide that plan, I need them to initiate thee MNP request so that I can go for some otheer service provider.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had bought a sony erricson xperia handset in December and asked airtel to enable 149 (2GB) plan on it. After sometime I had noticed that 3G was enable on my device. I had immediately called customer service and asked them to put me back 2GB. But customer care officer said that there is a 3 months free(500MB) 3G offer on my device, so asked me to continue with it. Even after that I had asked her to disable 3G service as I wasn't sure when it would get over. But customer care officer somehow convinced and said that I will be put back on to 2GB, 2G(149 Rs) plan after free plan over.

                                    When I saw my this month mobile bill I was shocked to see that I had got bill of 5300+ Rs and out of which 4840+ Rs for 3G internet usage(450MB), which I had never asked them to enable it.

                                    My earlier usage limit was just 1800 Rs, so ideally I would have got some intimation mail/sms after my usage limit. But now I can see that it has been increased to 6200 Rs without my consent. How can they decide on my limit and increase it without my consent? At the end I am going to pay the bill not airtel executives....

                                    I had called airtel customer care on 7th April 2012 regarding this issue and customer care executive told me that some person from airtel will call me within 11th April 2012, 10 am and talk to me regarding the issue. Nobody had called till 11 o'clock today. So I had called myself to check the status. Customer care executive told me that someone will call me by end of day and discuss about the issue but I got sms saying that my complaint is closed immediately after I had ended call with customer care executive...

                                    When I had again called customer care executive to check same, she had started giving all non-sense reasons and disconnected my call..

                                      I have Airtel DTH connection - Customer ID : [protected].
                                      Location : Mumbai, PIN code - 400068.

                                      I had been given offer from Airtel on 27th March somebody Miss.Shweta - [protected] had called up saying that if i will recharge to 2411 Rs/- then 1 year HD subscription will be given with HD set top box free.

                                      On this request Mr. Sunil from Airtel come with old HD set top box of someone else's ID. I refuse to take this old set top box since it was without HDMI cable and remote control but he said they will provide new one after 2 days.

                                      He took away my old SD set top box ( [protected]). Again Miss shweta called up and told not to re-charge the somebody else's old HD set top box which they have provided in replace of my SD box.

                                      Since then no body turned up from AIrtel and the number which Miss shweta provided [protected] is coming switched off.

                                      Mr. Sunil has provided me CPE recovery receipt with stamp of " Sai Enterprises" company and singed it by him and he told me that he is coming from kandivali.

                                      Nobody turned up after that. I waited almost 1 week. After that i have opted 1999/- Rs upgradation offer through credit card via phone IVR system ( ref. no[protected].

                                      After 4 days of this 1999/- payment, new Airtel engg ( [protected]) came with new box packed HD set top box but he refuse to upgrade and refuse to provide me the new HD set top box since my old SD set top box is not available.
                                      I this this is really frustrating for me since at one time Airtel engg. took away my original SD set top box and on othe time new Airtel engg. asking for my old set top box.

                                      I am completely frustrated with this. I have logged complaint many times on this but evry time iam getting false revert by SMS saying your complaint is resolved.

                                        On 27th March, I have requested for PORT option. After that, I received a call from Airtel office. They promised me, that they will change my present call rates plan.

                                        On 29th March, I have received a following message from Airtel. """ Your rate plan has been changed. Enjoy special call rates local airtel calls at 10p/min, other local at 30p/min, STD at 50p/min."""

                                        But, the plan has not been changed. After few days, when I contacted them, they said, before 9th April, the plan will be changed.

                                        But, it didn't happen, When i called on 10th April, they asked me 24 hours time. But even now, the plan has not been changed.
