Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have given a request to port my number from Airtel to MTS, on 09/4/ 2012
on my number [protected], but I did not receive any kind of confirmation from either side. When I contact Airtel customer care to know the status of my request after few days, I came to know that my request has been rejected because peoples from Airtel retention team were not able to contact me on my mobile number (might be due to their superb network). Then I re-submit my request, but again I am not receiving any update from the either end. Every time when I contact the custom care to know the status they are just giving me a new complaint/request number with a new resolving date.
Kindly look into the matter and check whether my number is being porting or not

You should have stopped charging modem rent after changing your policy. But you did not do the poor analysis.
