Pathetic airtel broadband service in NOIDA- Phone and broadband not working for more than a week and no one has ever visited

It has been more than a week that we raised complaint of both telephone and broadband not working and still noone from airtel has even cared to visit.

And the joke from airtel is they simply closed the ticket with NO RESOLUTION and Noone coming to my premise.
I would like to know when no technician has visited the place how did the ticket got closed with any XYZ...

Airtel Cheaters Scammers and Fraud company

Airtel is fraud, cheating customers giving wrong information about plans. You guys are cheaters! How long you can fool customers? I was not informed that its 20KBPS unlimited 3G data plan, and after completing my bandwidth its bloody 20KBPS in which even a single pic will not load. Even my mobile with GPRS connection loads at 150 to 200 KB/s . It took me 30 mins to load this page. Don't buy Airtel. They're fraud.

Deduction for services that I've not subscribed
