Dear Sir,
Iam using 3sims in airtel but am facing problem with three sims.... am using samsung galaxy y GT-S5360, with this mobile no. [protected] but airtel is deducting amount from my sim daily i need call to customer care and i want to request them, from last 20days i cant contact customer care service..... from my mobile no. so please check the deatils and solve the problem.

I disconnected my Landline in April 2010 and was assured that the security deposit of Rs 2000 will be refunded to me within 45 days. But later on follow up with the Airtel Customer Care Executives , I was informed that " as per our records their is no security deposite in your account" which is totally wrong as I have the original receipt which clearly indicates the security deposit made at the time of getting the Landline connection...

I applied for a new Airtel broadband connection through the airtel website. In a couple of days they contacted me on my mobile and asked for the address of my premises. After 4 days, they said the feasibility check is done and they would be able to provide me a connection.

I have a complain regarding Airtel Digital Tv...
I am a customer of airtel digital tv since two years but my account has been suspended from 1 year...
Now i have been informed that if i will recharge my account for 6 months,i will get 6 months free service..
... Now when i hv rechared my account on 19th December they said that within 24 to 48 hours i will get my bonus 6 months pack...

Last Monday (19.12.2011) I called to customer care regarding the error code SM2. They told we will send service engineer to your home .
The service engineer came and rectified my problem and he asked 100Rs as visiting charge without providing any receipt. I am drafting this mail with respect to the Airtel broadband connection i was using a couple of months ago. Due to the non-working of my internet connection I registered for a complaint for which I got a reply to my mobile is

Last month I got a call from Airtel office about a Airtel Apne Postpaid Scheme. so I told her to send Airtel sales person to my office . Next day Sales person came and I have provided documents and deposit for 2 connection . I have given him 600 Rs. and He told me within 2 hours service will activate but its 2 months now and his contact number is switched off now.
