Hi,

I am not at all happy with airtel customer care service provided. I have contacted customer care with queries and i get diiferent answers everytime. I am listing below some incidents i faced:

1. I called customer care to know if an a-la-carte pack can be formed out of chota packs. The first person who attended my call told that it can be done. However when i called the second time for the procedure to activate this i was told it cant be done leaving me completely confused

2. I had purchased digital tv via airtel customer care. The account holder name entered is entirely wrong.

3. IThe main issue here is setting up an al-la-carte package.
I have been contacting airtel every now and then for correct set of channels which I require.
There seems to be some issue with the site because I had selected the following list of channels:
Channel List:
1. ASIANET
2. AXN
3. KAIRALI TV
4. KIRAN TV
5. SURYA TV
6. Movies Now HD
7. STAR GOLD HD
8. STAR WORLD HD
9. STAR PLUS HD
10. COLORS HD
However STAR WORLD HD and STAR GOLD HD are missing and STAR GOLD was activated from my original list.
Due to this i thought of adding STAR WORLD HD as top up which i thought will get added to my al-la-carte package. Instead this deducted 17 rs from my balance. I instantly unsubscribed but the balance was not refunded. Request number 15889609 has been raised for the same.

Also I resubmitted my request and in my acknowledgement mail STAR GOLD SD and STAR WORLD SD had been selected while I had selected both in HD. Please look into this and rectify the issue as its quite frustrating for me to call customer care and explain them the channels I need.

Please check below the actual list of channels I require:

7. STAR GOLD HD
8. STAR Movies HD

hi, sir sorry for the troble you have to face let me expalin you exacly the ala-carte paclage is the selfmade package which can be only made self by the coustumers self and theper day charges will depends upon the amount of package you have mde it take aproximate 48 hours for activation of this pack and just call coustumer care and just ask for the steps to make self your ala-carte package at our airtel website

The ala Carte selection made both through airtel digitaltv.com and through TV challan No. 998 both have not been accepted by Airtel Digital TV and the local call center is overloaded by customers and the local call centers is issuing 45 applications for God only know, why? This is cheating and time consuming tatics. Regretable.

    my mobile no: [protected], i have two more connections of airtel prepaid, that no's are [protected] and [protected], I am facing network problem from 6 months, i gave a complaint about the signal strength saying that i am facing problem with the mobile signal when i am in home or near my resident area, which is Bhushan niwas, D-3, Room no 5, Kajupada, Andheri - Kurla road, Near Maxus cinema (sakinaka), Kurla (W), Mumbai 400072. i raised a complaint from last 6 months, after 7 week airtel customer care executive had called me and the problem description after one day he again called me saying that the problem had been traced and it has been resolved but still i face same problem, at present i am thinking to change the service provider, because the airtel is not brother anything, about there customers, i am the customer from past 6 years so please look in to problem as solve it or else i will change the service.

      I am using a Airtel Prepaid No. [protected]. A service name "choose nokia life tools learn english" activated on this no before some days ago without my information. I receiving daily one or more than one SMS from AIRTEL (thank you for choose nokia tools learn english.you have charged Re 1 for 1 day. You have been charged Rs. 1.00).
      I just called to Airtel customer care for asking about this and also request to
      remove this service from my No. They give me an request reference no
      ROVAD[protected] at 11jan2012 and said services wilI be removed.

      but this services is activate on my no. Daily Rs. 1.0
      debit from my mobile no. Every time when i called to customer care they give me
      new request reference no even i m approch to nodal officer but they said same . I have So many request reference no. like

        I am a airtel pre-paid customer for many years. Last few months I am getting pestered constantly with messages to free downloads or new entertainment services, which I just reject or ignore. The trend is that after sucg messsages for few days I suddenly get a message saying 'HunganaClub-Video Port service is activeand you are being charges Rs 5 per day'. Similar message with other service and rates have come. Some of the messages have a stop service comment and some don't. I had connected with airtel customer support to stop all services but the cycle starts again ina few days time. I now need help to get this circus stopped permanently and all deductions refunded.([protected]). Airtel is charging me for total nonsense and unwanted services.

        Airtel — IMPOSING AIRTEL LIVE SERVICE

        IF THERE IS A COMPETITION FOR BEING A LEADER IN CHEATING AND FRAUD, NO ONE CAN BEAT AIRTEL WHO IS IN THE HABIT OF LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS THROUGH UNSCRUPLUS MEANS.YES ! I AM BEING CHARGED FOR THOSE SERVICES WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED TO START .THE TREND OF LOOTING DOES NOT END WITH ONE UNWANTED SELF STYLED IMPOSITION OF AIRTEL LIVE SERVICE BUT IT CONTINUES AS A CHAIN ON REGULAR FEATURES.

        Airtel India — Unwanted services and false charges

        I was infomed that Archies_comics_wap subscription is enable to my mobile phone [protected]without my permission from message centre 64611010 and every week they are charging Rs10/- form my paid account. I had made complaint (No.[protected]for this and still they are practising the same . Kindly do the needful and all the amount deducted so far may please be reimbursed to my account.

        i have an airtel mobile no.[protected], from last six month(approx.) you have changed my plan with out my prior information and confirmation, form the payment dept. every third or fourth day i received a call to make a paymentand also please dis-connect my exit number, i have told each and every call that is the problem(said above) they promised me that i will sort-out this problem with in two or three days but after three days another person calling and saying to make a payment. now iam tired to explain my complaint every day.every month your are charging late payment fees but no response recieved in this regard.

          I had been using my Airtel prepaid connection [protected] for more than 10 years. For some reason my connection was not used for nearly three months. On August 18, 2011 the connection was successfully recharged for Rs. 444 and a confirmation was given through an SMS confirming the same. But I was not able to use the connection. On my follow-up with the Airtel I am informed that the connection has been deactivated on August 19, 2011 for not charging during the last six months.(whereas just a day before the mobile was successfully charged ). Now the connection has been given to other subscriber. On calling my earlier number there is no response.
          Airtel has first disconnected my connection causing me great inconvenience and charged me Rs. 444 for no reason. I request Airtel in the matter the responces given by 121 or nodalofficer are very strerio type with no concrete reasoning.

            Hi,
            I am jayapragash, Using AIRTEL for the past 6 years. Many times I spoke to the AIRTEL customer care for different issues, none of the time they solved my problem. If I keep-on call them until my problem get resolved, They will say that they are going to transfer to supervisor, but the phone will ring and no one will pick up the call. If you keep on try, they will block your number where in your call wont be routed to the customer care executives.

            For the past 15 days my GPRS get disconnects and connects more than 25 times a minute. So i receive the balance message for each disconnects. Because of this my mobile screen will be of massages only, If anyone calls me I couldn't identify the name because the messages will hide the caller's name. In this regards, I spoke to customer care executives, but i am helpless. Same thing happened which i have mentioned in the above few lines.

            If action is not initiated, I have all the recording which I spoke to the customer care executive, I will publish those things in media, internet-u tube, news papers under a suitable name.

              Today (30.01.2012) i got call from number [protected] at 8.28 AM and it seems like call from Pakistan (due to ISD +92), it was a missed call but unfortunately i replied this call at around 10.25 AM, I heard some voice but wan't Hindi or English so i immediately cut that call.

              Kindly suggest me how to deal with this matter.

                Hi

                When I try to connect to the internet I get an error message in the browser ADSL link is down (Airtel Broadband - Account # [protected]).
                I have checked the Wi-Fi modem (Binatone) and in that the Power and Wi-Fi line show red and green lights. However there is no signal in the DSL button in the modem.

                Yesterday night I tried many times to reach to the Airtel technical team but they never received the call.

                Request you to fix this at the earliest.

                  Hi this s about airtel customer care,
                  •a couple of weeks ago i wanted ask a doubt of getting dns failed error in prepaid no,
                  •i used i get this mesage daily many times,so i tried to call 121, [protected] [protected], 198, 12188, none of these numbers took me to a customer care executive believe me i waited patiencely to speak to them later i got connected they asked me to press 1
                  •if i willing to continue the call to a customer exe,, then after i press 1 it would say to know the balance of recharge DIAL 121 ash 3it gets disconnected, many many many times i tried ,when i want to ask some doubt ,
                  •i have to wait in a queue loooooooooooong queue,easily we dont gt 0 or 9 to spk to a customer care executive,
                  •if we get and press, it would please wait while we transfer to a customer care officer shortly pl stay on line.....
                  •and then line gets disconnected. this is toooooooo mush , see we all are working we cant spent hours of time to clarify a doubt,
                  •wont believe from 8pm to 11:30pm, i tried to ask a doubt , the doubt is i wanted to conenct an internet to a laptop
                  •via samsung corby mobile, after having installed a tool to get connected, it had asked me used id password,
                  •i asked samsung care they asked me to call airtel ,you wont believe , i called up airtel customer cre and putit in loud speaker
                  •and called samsung customer care simultaneously with another phon ,i spoke for twice to samsung ,but not a single timeto airtel,
                  •check ur caller idendity how many times i called, this is reallyyyyyy really irritating me

                    I have submitted a request to cancel my landline on 9.1.2012 on [protected]@airtel.in. They reply me on 11 Jan. 2012
                    reference no:[protected] but they did not cancel that landline no:- [protected] and I requested again on 21
                    January 2012 reference no:[protected]. This time also they did not disconnected my landline and generated a bill
                    of 605 Rs. but I gave that amount on 30 January 2012 and asked them process of deactivation but they told me
                    that they discontinue only outgoing not incoming and told me a unbilled amount about of Rs.16.
                    I request you to take a fruitful step for us

                      This is regarding an Illegal Airtel and Vodafone Tower, at the back side of my house. This tower emits high electromagnetic frequencies and is standing on the cracked terrace of : Mr Malik, House No. 16/9 , K Block, DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon, 122001. Also, The government of India as well as DLF had passed out an order of the removal of these Mobile towers in the areas of Human Population, so why is this Tower still STANDING AT RISK here ?

                      Please take necessary action and steps to get this removed asap.

                        I am a tech savvy engineer and owner of Samsung Galaxy, with preloaded apps for checking my internet consumption via wifi/2G/3G.

                        I got my 3G activated yesterday. I hardly used internet for the entire day, and my internet consumption should be max. of max. around 10 MB. However in the evening I got a message that my consumption is 240 MB. I contacted customer care, and that was of no help.

                        I have wifi at home, and I hardly use internet via GSM/CDMA (2G or 3G). My internet consumption for the last entire month was around 85 MB. Can Airtel explain me how can they charge around 250 MB of data consumption for 5-10 mins of browsing (1-5 MB).

                        If I am right, aren't Artel seems to be cheating here and making customers fool.

                        Airtel — Wrong billing for 3G

                        On 12 April, my 3G plan was changed from 250 MB to 100 MB without my authorization, and without informing me. As I based my usage on a 250 MB limit, I was slapped with a huge bill.
                        My usage in the billing period was 254 MB, and would have needed to pay Rs. 202 approximately.
                        As my plan was changed to 100 MB without my knowledge, I got a bill of around Rs. 2500.

                        I request Airtel to correct this error, and bill me according to the plan I had requested; not according to a plan which suits Airtel.

                            Hi.. it is with great great displeasure that I am writing this post FOR Airtel.
                            I want to inform them and educate them a bit about UNPROFESSIONALISM and in order to do so I am going to recount my experience with Airtel Customer Care here.
                            This is for the nth time that Airtel has activated some stupid and rubbish 'value added service' on my number, and might I add, without my knowledge or confirmation or permission to do so. When I came to know about it (which is after about a month of the services being activated on my number), I try to deactivate them...and the irony is I don't know how to unsubscribe to this from Airtel. As earlier when I used to face this problem, I would request on *121*5# to get a list of all the VAS that Airtel without my knowledge would have them subscribed from my number. And I would get a message ( a typical display message that won't be recorded in my inbox!) listing down the services active on my phone along with the process to unsubscribe to them. But now when I get this response, it reads like this:

                            "You have the following services active on your Airtel number:
                            1. so n so.........
                            2. so n so..........

                            *1 Return to the main menu"


                            So basically, there is no option for the customer to unsubscribe from such services anymore! And according to Airtel, this is absolutely professional behaviour, they think its completely ok to subscribe (without permission) any and every number to their unwanted 'value added services' ( I dont know which dumb person came up with such term, because I can assure you Airtel, there is no value addition in spamming your own customers and also charging your customer to bear such spamming). And also according to Airtel, it is a very professional behaviour to not even give the customer the option to unsubscribe from such madness.

                            Now, not knowing what I can do myself, I call up the customer care. I am already a bit irritated, but if that is not enough now I have to navigate through their complex IVR (perfectly professional way to irritate the customer a BIT more, right?) After failing on the first attempt and the second attempt, when my call finally gets answered by the right customer care executive (I hope), she answers with 'bola manla tumhala namaskar me aapli kasha prakari madad karu shakto' and 'ho' and 'barobar' and 'maji kayi kaye tumcha problem aahe....' Really? Surely Airtel would know that not each and every customer calling their helpline is a maharashtrian! Well, I am not and so not understanding a single word of what was being said, I am totally and completely irritated by now....with the results: instead of discussing my initial problems of VAS on my number, I am now in a heated argument with the girl on the language she should be using to converse! And guess what she replies with? 'They have been instructed to speak in Marathi!' So now, totally frustrated as I can not ask her to not obey the instructions from her bosses....I demand to know why the VAS have been activated on my number? The usual drama then unfolds, she asks me to be on hold so that she can check and revert.....I am on hold for 5 minutes, she comes back and informs me that 'I have subscribed to the value added services currently active on my phone!' And since it mentions that ways on her system, I am the liar if I say, I did not subscribe to any such nonsense. Unable to convince me, she transfers the call to her senior (the transfer takes 10 more minutes). And the senior confirms the same, I am LYING if I am saying that i have not subscribed to any value added services from Airtel! Since I have totally lost my cool by their continuous implication that I am the LIAR in this scene, I start shouting. And thats when they say, "Ma'm, please be professional!"

                            I want to ask you Airtel now, "whose UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour was it that started this?"

                            If you read my post here, you would not need any more details! And to tell you the truth, I am now totally convinced that Airtel is not at all interested in helping the customers. If at all what you say here and I quote you "our team is eager to resolve it" was true, why would that spirit be lacking in your customer care team who is sitting to answer the calls at #121 ?

                            I feel this forum is a very good medium to interact, there are a lot of questions raised by me in my post (which if I may add, are same questions raised by so many of your customers through out this forum). I have a feeling, you should answer them here to everybody's satisfaction! I dont understand what solution you might give me to my problems that will not be beneficial to other customers also. Or I am not very certain that I am not going to be ridiculed and made to be felt a culprit again if I talk to any of you guys on phone.

                            I would really appreciate it if you can sort out the issue here itself!

                              Sir, I am from Hyderabad. My Airtel prepaid no is [protected]. i am using Nokia 500. i am unable to connect in 3g mode. in 2g mode it is connecting, but in 3g mode it will not connect, getting an error unable to connect browser and no network. i am trying to use other mobiles like nokia E5 and other 3g mobiles there also same problem, may be problem with sim or service i don't know. so, please help me.

                                automatically and. .again switched on randomly.this has been
                                increasing day by day.I had sought assistance of Electrician for any
                                faulty Electrical Connection, which he said was perfectly alright.
                                after this I had lodged an complaint no:15445405 which remained
                                unresolved for 15 days. Up on my persistent inquiries I was assured a
                                home visit by Airtel engineer which never happened.one fine day I
                                received a SMS stating that My Complaint has been closed since assumed
                                Resolved.and i[censored]nresolved Have to contact some Number which never
                                responded. Again I had lodged another Complaint today I.E 28/1/2012
                                numbering : 15792181 which was closed with funniest of response
                                stating that I have to approach the Vendor of the set top box for
                                solution. and the Problem still lies unresolved. I feel that Choosing
                                Airtel was the biggest mistake. I had opted for two of the ala carte
                                channels TLC and Food Food.which were promised to be activated in 24
                                hrs. . but after 72 hrs of opting them they remain. unanswered.the
                                Customer care is Pathetic. Airtel HD is cheating public by displaying
                                low rates in Website and charging higher rates Ex: For Food Food they
                                quoted a price of 10 p/m but when inquired in Call center . .they
                                activated the service by deducting 16. pathetic.I'm disgusted with

                                This is to inform you that we have charged our account with a scheme in which we have to pay the amount for 10 months and get the account fulled for one year.But our DTH service is showing us that our account balance is less then Rs 15. after six months only and we have also received a message on our registered mobile number.

                                Airtel DTH — Wrong Information given by airtel customer care

                                I have been an existing customer of Airtel DTH service for the last 6 months. My customer id is [protected]. I had been confident of Airtel services so much so that I wanted everything Airtel, be it broadband , mobile or DTH .But this incident has made a dent in my trust.

                                I decided to upgrade my normal set top box (STB) to one with Digital Video Recorder (DVR) STB last week. Being in an MNC job doesn’t leave you with the privilege of catching your favorite programs at will. That’s when I thought o[censored]pgrading to Digital video recorder STB. I could then record my favorite programs from anywhere.

                                So, I called up the Airtel customer care. A lady named Sharie picked up the phone. I told her that I want to upgrade my STB to one with Digital Video Recorder and if it is possible to install by next day. She told me that I would be required to pay Rs 6990 and I will get Rs 1000 as cash back in my digital TV account.

                                But she was wrong since I had checked Airtel DTH site for upgrade plan. It would have cost me Rs 5490 with Rs 500 as cash back in my digital TV account. I asked her to get her facts right. After a while she returns with a reply that I was correct.

                                I then asked her if it is possible to make the payment, in this regard, online on Airtel DTH site. She told me that I can pay online for that. That’s when trouble started. I then asked her if she can book the slot for upgrade installation for the next day. She told me that she would be able to so once I make the payment.

                                So, I went to the Airtel site and recharged my account by Rs 5490.

                                I called up the customer care again an hour later to book the slot for upgrade. This time, a guy picked up the phone. I told him that I wanted to book the slot for the upgrade installation and I have made the payment for same online. He, then, forwarded my call to sales department. I told the same thing to sales guy.

                                Now here comes a shocker. The sales guy informed me that I would be required to exchange my normal Airtel STB with Digital Video Recorder STB from any of their DTH dealer and make payment to them only. And he continued that I shouldn’t have recharged my account online for the same.

                                I was taken aback by surprise.

                                I told him that it was one of his colleagues who told me to make the payment online, only an hour ago. I had specifically called the customer care earlier enquiring about the payment option. And as such I have made the payment of Rs 5490 online.


                                I said I want my Rs 5490 back, but was told that it is not possible to revert back the payment. I was struck. I asked him to forward the call to his senior.

                                A lady named Navlika picked up the phone. She enquired about the name of girl who gave me the wrong information. She promised me to escalate the matter to his senior authorities and come back with some resolution in next 48 hours.

                                Hadn’t I checked the Airtel site for upgrade plan, I would have paid Rs 6990 instead. I am wondering what’s the point of customer care is when it can’t provide correct information.

                                But I got no response from their side even after 48 hours. So, I called up the customer care once more enquiring about the progress in my matter

                                I patiently narrated my whole story to a guy named Shivam. Then, he puts me on hold and after waiting for 5 minutes, finally,I got some pleasant surprise.

                                I am told that the amount I paid will be refunded back within 24 hours and I will get the confirmation for same.

                                But, I still got no response or any sort of refund even after 24 hours.


                                So, I called up the customer care again to inquire about the missed deadline. A guy named Salim picked up the phone. I told him the entire matter and asked why deadline for making the refund has been missed.

                                And here comes a ­reply ‘Sir, I would like to inform you that there is no customer complaint registered against your account’.

                                I was amused and shocked. How can you close the complaint without any resolution?

                                I told him that I registered my complaint to their regional sales head on last Friday and later, I was also promised a refund. It is just that I forgot to take the complaint number.

                                Before I could say anything, he said ‘Our engineer will visit your place at 4 in the evening today and upgrade your existing set top box’.

                                I thought my efforts have finally paid.

                                Just out of curiosity, I asked him if they are making exclusion in my case by accepting online payment for upgrade. He replied ‘No sir, this is always the case. You should have sufficient balance in your account for the upgrade’.

                                I was left amused again.

                                I told him that’s what the complaint was about and you are again providing me the wrong information. He assured me that their engineer will pay visit today and there must be some confusion earlier. He even gave me the service request number this time. The number is 3254442.

                                Are there really two sets of people at airtel customer care: One who believes in accepting online payment for the upgrade and the other believe contrary, I wondered?

                                Yet again another deadline missed, no engineer came.

                                So, I again called up the customer care. A guy named Sandeep picked up the phone. I gave him my request number. And I am told the same old story that I have not followed the proper registration process. Instead of paying online, I should have got it exchanged from one of their DTH dealer.

                                I asked him why was I promised the refund and then later issued the request number. He had no clue about it.
                                The issue now stands resolved after I approached Delhi region nodal officer.

                                Airtel DTH — pathetic and disgusting service

                                I had purchased the ultra pack and i m eligible to watch all the channels. But most of the channels i m not able to view. I registered a complain regarding this on 11/6/2011. I was told that the sattelite of airtel has changed and my dish needs to be realigned. I was assured that within 5 days a technician will visit and solve the problem. Yesterday i.e on 15/06/2011 i called customer care as nobody had visted my house to solve the problem. I was assured that today an engineer will call me in morning and before 12 pm my problem will b solved. But those were just false promises made by irresponsible customer care executives. I called up customer care again n now i m assured that it will b done tommorrow. I dont belive their words now. I askd for your mobile no but i was given your local no. which was continuosly busy for hours altogather suggesting that its meant to harrass customers only. I m very frustrated at the kind of treatment meted out to me.
                                I want to disconnect the connection and want the refund as i have paid for the whole year in advance. I want to install tatasky as i hav very good reviews about their service. Kindly do the needful to get me my hard earned money back. I would like to add that if my request is not heard this time i will leave no stone unturned to get legal justice. I also want to be compensated for the days i hav not been able to watch the remaining channels.
                                Also i want this money latest by tommorrow as my family is tv addict and i need to buy other dth service.

                                  I have been using my landline number for over 4 years with Airtel and did not have much of an issue with the services but when i decided to close the connection as i was moving out of chennai - i had recieved several calls from Airtel trying to convince me not to close the same. But when i had told them that i wasn't going to be available in station and only my old parents will be around and there would be no PC for broadband too, they convinced me by stating that they would deactivate all the services except the voice calls and also told me to downgrade my voice call to 499 rental per month plan. Since the plan was attractive and i had trust in Airtel services at that time, i had agreed and the same was done. But when i moved out of chennai too, my father used to tell me the bill amount and i used to pay it through the airtel.in online account.

                                  On Dec 23rd 2011 when my father told me that he is constantly recieving calls from Airtel to pay the bill, i had a small doubt that i might have paid the bill and since my parents themselves were not in station in the month of November and October for long and only for a few days, i was not sure of how the bill amount came to Rs. 800 plus. When i got online and downloaded the bill from the airtel site and checked i was in for a shock that i was overcharged Rs. 284/- every month right from Mar 2011 till Dec 2011 for DSL usage charges and when i enquired with the customer care they told me that i have activated the Games on Demand and PC secure services for which the same is charged. I told them that since i had requested every other services except voice call and since my broadband is also deactivated and my computer is also not there anymore how could one use these services when broadband itself is deactivated, they told me that the billing department just sees the services and charges.


                                  They however told me that they will raise a complaint (Complaint # 9531746 was raised on 29th Dec 2011). This complaint was supposed to be resolved within 48 hours but was closed after a week stating they are unable to reach me. I escalated it again to the Nodal office on Jan 21st 2012 and gave them my contact number incase they are unable to reach my landline (as usually my parents will not be in the house) and raised a new complaint with complaint # 10681642 which was supposed to be resolved before 1st Feb 2012 by 06:30 pm or before. But when my father told me that he is again getting calls there in the landline and even after telling the guys to call me they didnt call me. So when i took the matter again in my hands and called the customer care executive - he was very rude to me and even told me that Rs 284/- was to be adjusted in the next bill and that complaint is closed.

                                  When i told him that the issue is for 10 months totalling to Rs 2840 /- and not 284 /- for one month they disconnected the phone. I tried again with no hopes of connecting to the same executive and the new customer care executive telling me the same story and that she cannot help.

                                  I have escalated the matter now to their Appellate officers and expect a resolution soon but so far i have no indication on how to get back those overcharged amount.

                                  I need some help here.

                                  they have charged me 60 rs for i don't know , they make the balance nil as soon as i open gprs .despite of all types of ways to communicate ,they are not responding.anurag pandey , ph.no [protected]

                                        [Rs. 2000 for 100 MB Data Usage]
                                        I have applied for MNP to Air-tel in recent months, I have been told that I can avail 1GB of Data for 3 months [as per my understanding].
                                        i have started using GPRS for checking emails and downloading one or two apps for more than 10 days.
                                        later I got shocked by seeing my bill statement.
                                        I have been charged Rs. 2000 + for my Internet data usage. soon after I called customer care., they said its the correct charges... I was not able to agree with them. so i have raised a complaint with them. they said they'd look forward.

                                        later days I got some calls. I conveyed my issue, they replied, they'd take it to higher / or other [concerned] team.
                                        but no response.
                                        today. i got a sms saying my bill was over due, so they have given my details to third party for my bill payment assistance.
                                        I really not able to accept Air-tel sharing my personal details to some of its partners.

                                        now, hereby I declare that I'm ready to pay for my voice call charges if they are ready to exclude Rs 2000 for my Internet data usage.
                                        I don't know the consequences of Air-tel sharing my personal details to other vendors. its really not making me comfort with air-tel.

                                        if you provide me any guidance for my further movement would be appreciable.
