I have been charged 99 RS four times a total of Rs. 396 for java content I haven't downloaded. For the past one month my blackberry services aren't working as well, the customer service has been nothing but notoriously unhelpful.
Kindly look into the matter.

I am connection holder of broadband internet connection with free telephone connection as per the scheme/plan . Dear sir,
I am one of your dealers serving different kinds of business for BHARTI AIRTEL LTD .Two years ago there was an e-top of Rs. 8840 by my e-top no.[protected] happened instead of Rs 50, such amount has been deducted at once by customer's a/c but I did'nt get such amount yet now from your end .Your officers have made lot of assurance but in fact they are not able to credit such amount in my a/c.This is an example of poor service and late processing .
I am requesting you to credit such amount in my e-top no. [protected] at priority basis as soon as possible . I am waiting for your positive response .
they have actìvated 54321 service without me subcribing it.
and they are now unable to deactivate it.they r cutting 10 rupees every day.
I was having a connection no [protected] from airtel. and a data plan of 350rs which have download limit of 500MB free.

I requested airtel persons to disconnect it on 3-mar-09, but they people did not disconnected it for full month. rather they people changed my plan to no free download and charged me for download of 360MB download Rs 2190.

Now if I call 121 they hang up the phone. outlet people say its not in their hands and Gurgaon billing department does not give their contact no to any one.

what can be done in this regard...

Dear Sir,

I have bought an Airtel SIM (Corporate connection) which is entitled 300 minutes of A2M free local calls. The first billing cycle was from the 17th July (The day I purchased the SIM) to the 1st of August.

1. I got a SMS from Airtel in august asking me to pay 199 Rs as the charges for the above mentioned period. I did not receive the e-bill. After repeated calling of customer care and going to the airtel showroom, I receive the bill on the 19th August, with 21 Aug being the last date to pay the bill.
2. 50 Rs. as clip charges was included in the bill when it was said during the purchase time that CLIP is waived for my plan.
3. I have been charged for all the calls made from the 21st July even though it is within the limit of 300 mins free talktime. In the whole period, I have spoken for less than 100 mins A2M, and have been charged for the majority of that, which is again wrong.

Inspite of repeated calling of airtel customer service, I have not received an answer. After explaining the whole problem and they looking into it for around 10 mins, they reply that they are not able to view my bill. This is the standard reply that I get.

I am not sure how many customers are cheated in this way. Am sure that most of the customers just pay the amount without actually looking into the details.

Yesterday, (Jan.24) I recharged my Airtel mobile, and it had a balance of Rs.117 at 0912 hrs today. I sent two sms to [protected] at 092250 hrs. The balance thereafter should have been Rs.116, but your account showed it as Rs.115. I need a clarification on this points, since you have charged me double the agreed amount without my knowledge.
To check the authenticity of Airtel accounts, I sent another 17 sms between 092823 hrs and 093550hrs. As per the agreed rate of 50 paise per sms, the balance should have been 106.50, but your account showed only Rs.98.00 as balance. (The sms nos. are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]).
Since I have been noticing this discrepancy frequently, I request you to inform me how you calculated my sms today for my future guidance.

Dear Sir/Mam

My no. [protected] using this no. since more then two years .I stated going through my bill details only 3 months back & since then not even a single bill i found without discrepancy.I have activated pay per second plan in which i should get 10500 sec local free but i was charged for that in august month bill.On complaint to [protected]@airtel.com on mercy basis airtel provided me a discount of Rs 60 which is my money overcharged by airtel.

further more last month October i observed the same discrepancy on complaint i was given some Rs 66 as discount which was not sufficient as after going through my bill detail i observed more then Rs 150 against local calls has been charged to me,again On second time complain for october month bill airtel discounted me for further 100 Rupees.

This whole episode is a serious issue of overcharging a customer & raises serious questions for the authenticity of airtel billing.

Concern is also about that this is last three months only that i started observing my bill in more then 2 yrs, what about the bill money charges by airtel for balance period of two year which was never observed & checked thinking airtel as a brand name and believing in the airtel.

I seriously see this issue & doesn't see that airtel has not overcharged me for total duration of association with airtel.

I opted for a monthly rental plan of Rs.649 (+taxes) of Airtel Broadband services. On recipt of the bill I saw an extra charges of Rs. 60 (tax extra) against DSL usage charges. On enquiring I came to know that DSL usage charges are charged "on request" But I never requested for the same. I kept paying the monthly bills since I couldntafford discontuance of services on accountof non-payment and having faith in the Airtel Billing Section taht tehy would make an adjustment in next bill. But despite my simultaneous effort and complaints the charges never stopped.

    To the CEO Airtel (Landline services) hope I can reach you

    Dear Sirs,
    I would like to bring to your notice the gross lapse in customer satisfaction by the team at Airtel (Bangalore).
    I had requested the change of my landline to my wifes name on 24th August 2011, on constant follow up I was told that the center had misplaced my original submitted documents and I was requested to do so again which was done on 13th Oct ( a months delay as the request to change was not even logged in).

    The shifting to my wifes name has only happaned in the month of December.

    When the request to change was made there were no dues on my head, and hence the customer service representative did accept my request.
    From the month of Oct I was harassed daily by the collection team for bill payment which I eventually did on a confirmed mail from Airtel Appealette that the previous bills generated would be in my wifes name, based on that confirmation I made a payment for 2 months. With late fees included)
    The phone was still not shifted to my wifes name (the reason for changing the phone to my wifes name was to claim reimbursement from the company)
    Now the company wants me to make the balance payment for no fault of mine and in principle they have accepted that it was a mistake of Airtel.

    I fail to understand what does airtel mean by customer satisfaction and I find the team to be a bunch of incompetent people.


    I have been following up religiously with the appellate to (which I dont have any more trust in), they also delayed this by a month more, so technically I have lost a claim of 3 months (amounting to 4500).

    All I request is top speak to a senior person in Airtel Bangalore who can take a decision before I approach the consumer court.

      I had been given an offer by airtel when i sent an sms to 1909 for MNP and the referrence number for that is CMBNR[protected].I called up airtel several times and the executives always kept me in hold and then hung up the calls.Last time i called them today i.e.06/01/2012 and i call was transferred to senior authority.The official person told me that they don't have such records for my number.I told them the number also from which i got calls several times for the offer.
      What is this service?
      I have wasted a lot of time also fighting for the same.who is gonna pay for it?

        I booked my AIRTEL digital TV connection on 23rd DEC 2011 through online. I paid my money on 23 rd itself. While booking they informed they installation would be done in 48 hrs. But till now I get no response.

        I called and dropped e-mail to customer care. Each time they say you would get a call in another 2 hrs or ½ an hour. But I never get any calls. Whenever I call them they say that SETUP BOX is not available and we will get back. But they never call. I am still waiting for the installation to be performed.

        my name is raja from chennai-600118, And i'm online purchesed for airtel tv on 26/09-09, And get back one call for that day 2.00pm spoke to me one person behalf of airtel digiteltv, Give me sr.no
        and 1750 account activation pin number then 100,100,250,250 recharge pin numbers and then the person said me after u call airtel digitaltv customer care and register ur booking.
        then i call back to 3.00pm c.care and spoke to one girl, and i gave acc pin no's and recharge voucher no's. finallay she told me today or tomarrow will be send our installation peoples they fixed the digaitaltv, and she gave me a one customer id no : [protected]. then i cut the call and waitng till not instal the airtel digitaltv. today myself call to customer care, one guy pick up my call and i tell him my details brifly, and i give him to my customer id no, he is check it and tell me only 700 Rs(100,100,250,250) recherged my account, and 1750 voucher pin no already used someother person so u buy a new 1750 voucher, and cut the phone. now whats my problum already i'm paid 2300 by online in my credit card, why i'm spend 1750 additionaly, it's not my mistake, so please check my quaries and resolution as soon as passible.
        My Airtel digital TV ID No. [protected], I have installed yr TV from Dec-2008 onwards, by the time your team staff informed me if any things got repaired, it will be replaced with new one. My remote control is not functioning for a month i.e. Oct 09 onwards. I have complainted to your customer care No.1215026 several time I have to wait upto hours together. There is nobody telling correct information regarding to have new remote control. Yesterday I have contacted your Cus Care at 7.30 pm and upto 9.00pm finallay they have disconnected my call. Why so negligence service appearing to Customer. Your telling that Yr at World No.1 networking. Simply to get remote control I have waste my days in duty hours and not able to get the remote control .

        One day Cus Care told me to go to Air Tel Authorised dealer, I went to AIRTEL/ PARADISE, and they told me simply go to AIRTEL /BEGUMPET, where they have told it is not available here. You have to complaint again and our Airteldigital TV person will come and give to your residence. Why a simple reasons of replacement of remote control, why your customer care not responding with a genuine direction. Your poor quality of customer care should be hampered in this simple issue.         I have lodged telephonic complain to ur customer executive regarding set up box vide complain no-1308830 on dated27-10-09 to Mr.-Amit and Mr.-Sushil. They had given me consulation that problem will be resolved. But, problem has not been resolved till now. Not only this I agani lodged telephonic complain to ur customer executive by name Miss- Rashmi on dated 29-10-09 vide complain no-1321099 regarding same problem. same consulation was given to me. I got a mail that they activated my connection. but they didn't supply their set top box and dish for the same so far. I could not get a proper answer when they supply the respective set top box and instal the same.           Hi, I am Pronab Kahali, applied for new Airtel broadband connection (2 mbps plan) on 30th december, the airtel guy promised me it will be done within 3 days, so I applied for it (Form No. - 452262) and pay 1000 as 1st month rental. But it is not connected even after 7 days, when I call that guy after 3 days, he said that the DP is full near my house so they are going to install another DP near my house and it will be done in 2 days. But till now I didnt get the connection. Please look into this matter.

            I had an AIRTEL Landline and Broadband connection (Account #[protected] which was surrendered / terminated on July 05th, 2011. I received an acknowledgement from the AIRTEL office on Bannerghatta Road confirming return of the Modem. Since July 2011, I have been unsuccessfully pursuing AIRTEL for refund of my Security Deposit.

            I have, personally, visited the AIRTEL office (Bannerghatta Road) several times and the staff (Landline desk) have been extremely unfriendly, rude and non-co-operative. AIRTEL does not even provide a chair for Customers to sit and speak to the Customer Care Executives. We have to stand and speak!!

            I wish to file a complaint against AIRTEL for recovery of my Security Deposit along with Interest for 6 months and damages for grave hardship, mental agony and inconvenience caused to me; including huge amount of my time and money spent on commuting to this AIRTEL office, writing emails, trying to access the AIRTEL Complaint numbers. All to no avail!

            I have even sent several emails to the Nodal Officers and Apellate Authority at AIRTEL and tried reaching them on 4111 5338 and 4111 5201. All you get is some stupid meaningless, senseless IVR System.

            Will someone help me or guide me to file a case against AIRTEL?

              This is regarding my frustrating experience with airtel in transferring a corporate connection at my home, to my personal name. Here is the sequence of events. Phone number:[protected]
              1. Initiated an ownership change from company to personal when I quit in July 2011 - executed Dec 31, 2011, after 7 applications, document proofs, innumerable phone pursuits.
              2. With ownership name change, they changed address of the existing line to an unknown address and our line went dead as of Dec 31 and the phone stopped working!
              3. Repeated calls to fix the dead line but no solution in sight as Airtel is clueless.
              4. With ownership change from corporate to individual user, it was expected the line would be considered under "residential" category, but it continues to remain in business segment and Airtel says they cannot change the classification to residential. The reason for this is that they get to charge me an exorbitant Rs. 4000 + tax for my broadband while residential plan would only be 1/4th of that.
              5. The latest bill has Rs 300 as shifting charges, from which time the line is in-operational!
              6. In frustration, we requested for cancellation of the line, the same also went unheeded multiple times and finally it is registered as a service request on Jan 6 and they will get back by Feb 7!!!
              Tired of Airtel's customer service or the complete lack of it. I want my phone line cancelled immediately!

                this is abhinav jain and i have made many complaints regarding airtel 3g that i get signals but i am not getting speed 0.25-1 mbps only and while migration from vodafone i was promised to get a 3g speed from 5-7 mbps
                and i have made many complaints there are no response from th customer care and when i recived the call they told me that my brand new nokia phone as well as my sim both are faulty
                and still i am facing the problem are replacing the handset and sim.

                so plz help me

                  my name is rajat and i am customer of digital tv airtel. my customer id no. is [protected] its in the name of rajat singh. i recharged my account on 8th of october 2011 for of 3 months under a scheme but they hav disconnected my connection before 3 months on january the 3rd, and when i called to customer care they tried to rubbish it by narrating a story that i had requested a Ngc HD (which i never did) for which my money (1.50rs per day) was diducted from my account . this type of incident is happening for the second time. i want airtel to settel this.

                  Airtel DTH — Disconnection

                  I am subscriber to Airtel DTH. ID [protected]. I am dissatisfied with the service provided by you (dth not working properly for past 2 month). I had given request for discontinuance of DTH on 7 aug 2011. Till 10 th aug 2011 there was no person attended to take of set top box and dish at my premises. yesterday 10 aug 2011 i had esclated to nodal officer , who had taken some area ops manager , who assured to discontinue by next day 11 aug 2011. I have waited for whole day 11 aug 2011, none attended for the same. I do not understand their problem.

                    the balance of rs.99 was deduct from my ac automatically when i tried to confirm from customer care the call could not be connected bcoz of bad network the call is disconnected thrice i got the chance to talk to customer care executive in 4th attempt mr.inderjeet kumar is the person who replied me as a senior executive he replied me the charges are for using mp3 services which is non refundable but i told him that i had never use this service nor needed to use in future but he is not able understand and start arguing with me i told him that i had already taken 3g plan which is 1200mb in rs.450 and 800 mb is still remains in my ac and i had no use of mp3 service so pls refund my balance but he is not able to do so i had already complained about these type o[censored]seless services like symbian applications subscription service which is also not subscribed by me on 13th jan and on 14th jan they have charged me again for big fat free store_5 service which is also not subscribed by me the request ref no.provided to me against complaints are rovad[protected] on 14 jan and req ref no.c3gsp[protected] on 15 jan but still i hav got no response from airtel their network is worst in present i hav also complained about that but they promised me 120 minutes free to make over their network problems and promised me to solve the problem whose req ref no .is cmil o[protected] but they hav not fulfil their both promises i don't understand why airtel is doing these type of things which are not required i m using airtel since 2001 but they are not afraid of loosing their old customers if anybody is understanding my problem so pls do the needful bcoz that is not the matter of money that is matter of goodwill which is more important than money
                    if money matters to airtel more then pls request ur customers politely for donating some balance from their ac they will do happily with their choice not deduct their balnce with ur choice.

                      The service offered by Airtel DTH is pathetic. The set-top-box that was installed restarts in every 5-10 min displaying a message saying "Trying to download new software" and finally a message saying :"Unable to download software".

                      When i raised the complaint regarding the same, their service engineer visited my house (around 10 days ago) and said that STB needs to be replaced. He said he will bring it on next day. But that guy did not turn-up till date.

                      After repeatedly raising complaints by calling Airtel DTH customer care regarding my set top box issues for the past 15 days i get no help them in resolving the issue.

                        I am using airtel 3g services from a long time and i was getting a fairly good speed of about 2.5 to 3mps. But from a month or so, the speed has decreased to 70kbps. I have given complaints several times on your customer care number i.e. 121, 12134, 154 and also i have visited the Airtel Relationship Center, High Court Road Branch, but i did not get any support from them. Your executives on the customer care helplines are very ignoring, they jus keep the call on hold or either tranfer it somwhere where no one picks it up. I am very dissapointed by your response and am forced to file a complaint here. So, i request you to take a look in to this matter and do the needful.

                          My mobile number is of karnataka of airtel which is postpaid. I am in roaming in UP west since Nov. 2011 But since 23 rd Dec 2011 my sim is detecting operator when ever i select mannual but when i select airtel or any of it says NO ACCESS . Since then i am following Karnataka Customer care they are not giving me solution as they says that the services are very well working from our end and without my confirmation they them selves close the complaints. and i always wait for there reply .
                          For issue atleast 5 times since 25 th dec 2011 registered the complaint i have all the numbers. But witchout my confirmation they closed it. and i am waiting that when my issue will be solved .
                          My last complaint i made on 29th dec 2011 and complaint No. is 41315108 .I have a mail that contains that my issue will be solved till 2nd of jan 2012. But til date no reply . I called them by 4 pm they sai that they closed it
                          Whats going on my sim is not having access on any of network and they are saying every thing is ok from there end ..

                          Kindly guide me what can be done
                          If required i can avail the copies of all mail conversation i did

                            We had upgraded to Airtel HD DVR on 18th May 2011 (Transaction ID: 15137230 / Booking ID: 27172)

                            It has been long time, me and my husband Kishor Pednekar are following up with you since October 2011.

                            Upto end of October it was working fine. Suddenly around 25th October it started giving software error continuously
                            and STB would restart in 20 minutes. Later the problem became so acute that restarts became frequent and
                            we are not able to watch or record any program live. Even when we see recorded programs STB would restart in 5-10 mins.

                            Since 25th December we are following up almost daily for STB issues.

                            We are getting daily 24 hours resolution TAT by customer care.

                            Today also we were told that HD-DVR is still out of Stock and stocks would arrive by coming Saturday 7th Jan’ 2012.

                            Earlier also, we were given deadlines of 29th Dec’11, 1st Jan 12 and 4th Jan 12.

                            AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — STB Issue not resolved

                            My digitel tv stb adopter have problem last 5 days and I had compailt my times in customer care but after 5 days my complaint not resolved yet please do the need ful

                            Airtel DTH DVR — STB ISSUE

                            I purchased an AIRTEL DTH DVR connection through the website on 25/01/2011( My account No.[protected]) and the connection was installed the next day. Earlier I was using a Tata sky connection. I did a foolish thing shifting to Airtel. The following are the complaints.
                            1. The STB takes ages to boot.
                            2. The response time is about 5 secs. It takes 5 secs for the channel to change.
                            3. STB loses signal often.
                            4. not able to record some channels as the STB says "No information available"
                            5. The STB gets rebooted automatically.
                            6. Not able to add topups.

                            The matter has been complained to the authorities through e-mail and through their help line. I was able to connect to the help line after making several attempts.
                            The gentleman at the the help line told me that there is a problem with the orientation of the dish and the matter will be resolved by 3.30pm on 10th of April. (Request No. 6794716 dated 9th Apr 2011). A technician called me the next day and said that due to MPEG4 technology it takes 5 secs for a channel to change adn it is normal with the technology. My friend has an airtel connection and the channels in his STB change instantly. I am being made fun by my family for changing to Airtel from Tata sky. If the matter is not resolved I will be forced to go to consumer redressal forum.

                            I surrendered my digital TV recorder DVR (Customer ID [protected]) last month. The Airtel DTH Tech came to my house and took the DVR away, I've an acknowledgement too. I am still getting calls from Airtel IVR for low balance in my account. I am getting atleast 10 calls everyday from Airtel IVR. There are atleast 50 different numbers in this series +[protected]... in my reject list. What does Airtel need pl? haven't you updated your inventory yet that you have taken away my DVR?

                              I have also received a notice from Airtel that I have made payment through cheque of r.s 1300 and that cheque is invalid.
                              And the cheque is not on my name and the payment through cheque is on my Airtel A/C id [protected]. So I am daily getting call from the Airtel for cut the broadband connection.
                              So what should i do???

                                I'm receiving phone calls from Mobile Number [protected], posing that he is from debt collection agency from Delhi for out standing airtel land-line bill. (THE LINE FOR WHICH THEY ARE CLAIMING THE OUT STANDING AMOUNT IS BEING DISCONNECTED A YEAR AND HALF AGO AFTER FULFILLING ALL DUES.) The person on the phone is using abusive (Vulgar) language and threatening of lodging FIR.

                                This is really annoying and scary for woman at home. I'm trying to contact airtel regarding the same issue but nothing is happening. As a service providers it is moral responsibility of all mobile companies to do something to stop this nuisance.

                                I had called Airtel customer service on 2nd January 2009 in regards to charges deducted from my airtel account for the month of December 2008. I was complaining regarding the charges for the service that I had not subscribed. The Airtel Representative named "wasim" was not co-operative at all and was disputing me with the charges and accusing me that I had not called on time to claim for refund and giving me all set of misinformation. I then asked for his supervisor. A floor supervisor (team leader) by the name "Nilofer" attended my call. I overheard the previous representative started abusing me back of the headset. That made me furious.

                                The representative "wasim" was not co-operative and was very rude and abusive in nature... I asked the Team leader " Nilofer" to escalate the matter. She assured me that she will report this for the upper management. But, I doubt.. The complaint number is [protected] given by the Team Leader "nilofer" The airtel customer service is the worst. This kind of this happens every time I call them. They are not undestable and very rude at times...

                                I don't understand on what basis do AIRTEL MANAGEMENT HIRES THESE KIND OF PEOPLE.. IT SEEMS THAT AIRTEL COMPANY IS SHINING FROM OUTSIDE BY FROM INSIDE ITS MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR AND DISGUSTING..

This is for your kind information that when I have send SMS to this Airtel mobile number i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] on Dt. 02.01.2012 at 11.25 PM in night for all this message you have charged to my main account balance.

                                  This is for your kind information that I have already Rs. 7 local night SMS in my account but you have charged for this entire message to my main account balance. This is the fault of your system so I request you please check your system and refund of my main account balance of Rs. 12.

                                  My main account balance before deduction is Rs.279.38
                                  My main account balance after duduction is Rs. 267.38

                                  Hence Rs. 12 have been wrongly charged for message.

                                  So I again request you to please check your system why deduction have been made to my main account balance instead of my local night SMS and Rs. 12 which had wrongly charged to my main account will be refund to me as soon as possible.

                                  When I registered this complaint in 198 cannot connect to 198 from mobile.

                                    I have applied for broadband connection at my residence on 6th Aug 2011. Along with deposit amount of Rs.999/- (cheque) i have submitted the application (CEF No. CH[protected] to the Sales Person Mr.Arun Kumar (mobile no:[protected]). It was said by Arun Kumar to me while collecting application that the connection will be given in 7 to 8 working days but it was not provided to me till 2 months. During this two months i called Arun Kumar almost 3 times a day but no respose and also called customer care they said that they will check the status and update me on my ticket but nobody called till today and given any feedback. Then i approached Airtel counter in Ascendes (near tidel park). They told me to contact Adyar Airtel showroom. From there i went to Adyar Airtel showroom and requested Mr.Senthil (executive) to cancel the connection and refund the deposit. Senthil told me that my refund cheque will be sent to my residence address within 15 working days. But i did not recieved even after one month then again contacted the Adyar showroom they said it is in the process and will get dispatched in 15 days. Then went again after 20 days to Adyar showroom they said the courier was returned back to wrong address. I have asked Vasuki (executive) how can this happen, the address which i have mentioned in the application is complete & correct one more over i have provided residence proof GAS connection bill, this shows me how the team in Airtel works. Then i requested the Vasuki to get the refund cheque delivered at adyar showroom, she has taken the request and asked me to contact after 7 working days. Finally cheque was received after 10 days but again here also a big blender mistake made by the team i.e. cheque issued on wrong name - what to say? Literally frustrated. Then i have asked Arun Kumar who was there in place of Vasuki to get the payment transferred online to my account instead of all this struggles but he told this is not possible then promised to me that he will get fresh cheque in 7 working days. But till today no response from Arun Kumar or anyone. Again the story started from beginning I don't know what to say about Airtel....

                                    What is this, how many times should i call? how many times should i go (adyar showroom is 8 kms away from residence)? Who will pay for all the loss? What is the tentative day for receiving my money? On other side am also a responsible working employee with busy schedule – how can you expect me to turn back to these many times, ridicules! please answer to me...

                                    This is not my first experince, earlier i have gone through same pain when i using airtel post paid connection. Now i have come to a decision not encourage or even i will not take any products of Airtel because of the irresponsibility of working staff.


                                    Please do the needful in getting my refund at the earliest.

                                    Airtel — Security Amount not reimbursed

                                    Hello,
                                    I am Swati Jain and was using Airtel Prepaid Mobile (Number:[protected]).I applied for a postpaid connection but there was no response on the same for quite sometime and hence I canceled the connection. The executive who came to get the form filled was not ready to respond on the progress and he verbally abused me.The connection was not even activated for long so I canceled it and applied for refund.The first mail that I sent to the nodal officer in this regard was on March 28, 2011. The nodal officer responded back and gave me a deadline by which it will be refunded in the form of recharge to any airtel phone which was ridiculous. However till date there has been no recharge credited in this regard. I mailed the appellate officer on 13th April,2010 and i got an acknowledgment saying that they will get back to me in 3 working days but till date I haven't got a reply from them.

                                    Airtel is getting worse day by day and I hope the consumer court helps me in this regard

                                      MAY I KNOW;
                                      IS THIS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE BY YOUR FIELD STAFF?
                                      IS THERE ANYONE TO CHECK THEM HOW LOYAL THEY ARE TO EITHER THEMSELVES, THEIR EMPLOYER AND THEIR CHARACTERS?

                                      LODGED THE COMPLAINT # 9728528 ON AUTO SYSTEM.
                                      AS THERE WAS NO DIAL TONE NEITHER IN TELEPHONE NOR INTERNET LINE (YELLOW LIGHT BLINKING)
                                      I DIALLED 198 & CONVEYED TO ABHE KUMAR WHO KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES & THEN DISCONNECTED THE LINE.
                                      AGAIN DILLED 198 & SPOKE TO FLOOR SUPERVISOR ABHISHEK AS THE LADY WHO GAVE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER I.E. 9742836 WAS NOT UNDER STANDING THE VOICE & INTERNET LINE AFTER SPLITTER.
                                      SHE WAS TELLING THAT WHOLE NCR IS DOWN & CONNECTION WILL GET RECTIFIED.
                                      IT SHOCKED ME THAT WITH WHAT TYPE OF PERSONS I AM DEALING WHO DO NOT KNOW THE BASICS.
                                      FLOOR SUPERVISOR ABHISHEK INFORMED ME THAT I AM ARRANGING ENGINEER TO LOOK IN TO THE PROBLEM ON TOP PRIORITY.
                                      MAY I KNOW WHEN MY CONNECTION WILL SET ALRIGHT?

                                        Hi, I had got AIRTEL Sim on the 17-Dec from an Airtel Store(PARK STREET). I was told that the sim will be activated within a day. Its almost 2 weeks now, the sim is still not activated. On following up with the nodal officer over emails, the only reply that i kept on getting was "WHAT'S THE AIRTEL NUMBER"., even after sharing it with them, and metioning it in the subject line. I visited the Airtel store, Park street yesterday, to my surprise the sales officer who had sold the connection to us went to the locker room to find my documents isn’t that ridiculous.
                                        Regarding activation of POST PAID SIMNo. [protected] to PREPAID on date 23-07-11, Still no response from Company`s side the sim is not working on either mode and because of this my work is suffering.
                                        Kindly do the needful for my complaint redressal.
