Hi this s about airtel customer care,
•a couple of weeks ago i wanted ask a doubt of getting dns failed error in prepaid no,
•i used i get this mesage daily many times,so i tried to call 121, [protected] [protected], 198, 12188, none of these numbers took me to a customer care executive believe me i waited patiencely to speak to them later i got connected they asked me to press 1
•if i willing to continue the call to a customer exe,, then after i press 1 it would say to know the balance of recharge DIAL 121 ash 3it gets disconnected, many many many times i tried ,when i want to ask some doubt ,
•i have to wait in a queue loooooooooooong queue,easily we dont gt 0 or 9 to spk to a customer care executive,
•if we get and press, it would please wait while we transfer to a customer care officer shortly pl stay on line.....
•and then line gets disconnected. this is toooooooo mush , see we all are working we cant spent hours of time to clarify a doubt,
•wont believe from 8pm to 11:30pm, i tried to ask a doubt , the doubt is i wanted to conenct an internet to a laptop
•via samsung corby mobile, after having installed a tool to get connected, it had asked me used id password,
•i asked samsung care they asked me to call airtel ,you wont believe , i called up airtel customer cre and putit in loud speaker
•and called samsung customer care simultaneously with another phon ,i spoke for twice to samsung ,but not a single timeto airtel,
•check ur caller idendity how many times i called, this is reallyyyyyy really irritating me

When I give a complaint they deactivate the service. But what about the money already deducted without my request for the service.
Every time I talk to the Airtel customer care regarding such unrequested paid service, they say the usual bla... bla... ('... without you requesting the service it won't get activated...').
It is very cheap way for Airtel to make money. Very cheap. I find no relevant words to express my disgust. These people have to be PUNISHED for stealing the money of people.
If Airtel continues to do this, I will move from Airtel...
