Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that on the 22nd of November, 2011 i had purchased an Airtel 3G - USB modem (dongle) of a postpaid connection (number : [protected]). I hardly used the mentioned connection for about a week, but then in the end of 18days, i was delivered a bill amounting to Rs. 1000.
I fail to understand that, firstly, how can you'll send a bill amounting to Rs. 10000 when i have hardly used it for a week, secondly, how can you send bills before the completion of a month and thirdly, i purchased the AIRTEL 3G -USB modem (dongle) on the 22.11.2011, started using it 2 days after that, but the bill states a bill period of 11.11.2011 - 10.12.2011, this is ridiculous .
It is very sad and disheartening that Airtel has started giving such problems, not only faced by me, but also by friends, and me and my family have been an Airtel user for almost a decade now.
I would be very grateful if you could kindly check your records and not only re check my bill amount but even the bill period. I am cent percent sure my Airtel 3G - USB modem (dongle) bill cannot come so high. I firmly request you to STOP my postpaid connection as fast as possible and i refuse to take any calls or pay any bills when i am not using the above mentioned Dear Sir,

Inspite of my several requests to deactivate my Mobile number vide [protected], my SIM is still not decativated.
Due to some personel issues i am forced to deactivate the mobile number. I hereby request you to deactivate the SIM w.e.f.

AirTel — Airtel deactivate my SIM without warning
Airtel is becoming the worst customer support service center and huge money ripper.I bought a new SIM card from a dealer and went through the address proof verification, then was told my forms were not received. Logically how did they do the address proof verification?
So after resubmitting the form and waiting for 2 days the activited my outgoing calls, then they deactived my SIM because I could not pick up the phone when did the address proof verification. Can you imagine you being in a meeting or in bus just could not pick up a call? They just call once and if you were just unlucky to miss the call, that's it. You SIM is deactivated! I lost Rs.500, that I had topped up in the SIM.
The nodal officer says she cannot give me a replacement SIM with the money back either.
Now you know how Airtel is making its profits everyday!
121 is Rs. 0.50 per 3 minutes, and you don't get the connection instantly anyways.
The nodal offficer number is also not a toll free.

Airtel — mobile deactivated without warning
Hi,My airtel No [protected] has being deactivated without warning. Today I called coustmer care and gave all my details to them. I was assured that my No will be activated within four hours, but my No is stil not working. Again I called coustmer care. This time I was asked to sumit verification details in writing at any airtel shop.This prove that u have untrained coustmer care executives. No one know the exect reason of fault and procedure to rectify. I have some balance in my accout. Please activate for few days so that I can use that and get rid of you. Your network is only good in big cities not in small cities. Due to which I forced most of relatives to shift to some other network from airtel.
my alternate number is [protected]. its customer care service has also been deactivared by the company. i am in a trouble as i am the student of a university which is in india. (i have got a distance admission in it) i have provided the the number which is [protected] but it get blocked. due to this reason the said number means a lot to me as they make calls to the students for various updates from time to time. if i will not be in contact with university it becomes a problem for me only because of Airtel company and its distributors.

Sir my self sunny rukhiya from haryana, i am using airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected] from last six months in airtel, unfortunately my no. has been barred by airtel without any reason, no any update from airtel, kindly help to start my no. my alternate no is. [protected].
Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card . I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.
