For the activation of SMS pack i dialed *110# and selected 32 rs. sms pack they give information trough flash msg that u can send 350 local plus national sms free for 30 days and to activate reply with 1. i replied with same after some seconds company gives me conformation msg via AG-Netxel that "Thank you! I HAVE REQUESTED TO STOP DND SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES ON 1909, BUT TILL DATE I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY SMS . ON CALLING 1909 AND 121 THEY SIMPLY DENY TO HELP ME OUT. Its not only matter of MONEY but TIME also what we have to waste because we are Airtel consumer.

I had come accross this website and found they were real, as they were offering me Airtel form filling Job with Rs.10 per form and maximum of 100 forms per day.

I even called them and they explained me everything and told to remit Rs. 1000 into their account.

I wrote my first email to airtel customer care on 14/08/2011 when my internet and land line wasn't working for 3 consecutive days. I got their auto reply with a 24 hour resolution promise. I waited another couple of days before I sent my second mail to them for which I got a 72 hour resolution promise. The chain of emails continued until 19/11/2011 when I got the service officially disconnected. Nothing was working a single minute...

i am complaining the over billing through customer complaint department. but they are lessening finally the are spot the outgoing and incoming of this no.

as average bill near about 700-800 per month charges are justify but last three months we are receiving...
