Already spoke to your customer care many times...... but no solution whenever i call everytime they say ' that due to some technical problem our sites not working so you can call after some time' !!

The problem is - 3-4 months ago i don't know how a RTCLUB is activated, Then i called up Airtel customer care they given me no. to deactivate it - I called up that no. but there was just two options 1-to proceed further & 2-to move out of this menu. I dissconnected the call as there was nothing to proceed. So, for last 3-4months I am in between your customer care & the problem every month there's a deduction of 30.00 Ruppes from my account towards that RTCLUB.

Last week i called your customer care complaining about this the guy there given me a no. call on this & the RTCLUB would be deactivated, I called up that no. again there was just two options 1-to proceed further & 2-get out of this menu , then i pressed option 1 & the IVR said 'Thank you for activating RTCLUB you'll be charged ruppes 30.00' & again the RTCLUB is activated in my no. I also have the msg sent from airtel side in regards to this.Then again i called up airtel customer care regarding this problem so the guy from customer care said I am sending Email for this that the RTCLUB would be deactivated in next 48hours & you'll get a msg for deactivation. Then 3rd day i again called your customer care asking for solution because i haven't recevied any message, then the girl from other side said some technical problem in the site call later.

Now tell me how many times do i need to chase you guys just to get solved out this thing !!
I am really irritated from your services specifically from your customer care department - never solves the problem instead of that increases it ....

I activated GPRS and MMS on my Nokia 6080 phone a couple of weeks ago but for the past few days, the services are disconnected. If i try calling up the customer care number, i'm directed to send an sms complaint. This hasn't worked till now. How do i set things straight if the customer care does not comply. Also i have not been able to view an mms sent to me by a friend. Their website offers no help, instead calls my number invalid. I'm very upset with Airtel now.

Dear Sir,

As I had already informed to you that I am using pre-paid connection No [protected]. I am sorry to say that in spite of repeated request from the last one year as well as your Bathinda Branch lodged complain numbers of time against Phone No 543212, [protected] sending message towards gita service and devotion alert are charging their monthly subscription without my concent. Kindly arrange to stop them immediately, failing which either I had to stop using this sim or file a suit in consumer form.
An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

I am trying to call airtel customer service no at 121 & [protected] but none of the no's are responding, moreover am also trying to pay my bill through on line but all in vain, online is also not working .

Pathetic services providing by largest mobile network company, do they really know, what services means.

I have spoke with min 10-15 customer care people from 5 months regarding my unwanted messages coming and lodged many complaints also but still its nothing working.
I have spoken with managers even but they are useless.
I recieve minimum 10 advertisement messages which disturbs me lot.

Plz take some action on this.
I had registered a compliant at airtel customer care to activate my call waiting service,as its not getting activated from my or other mobile handsets.They had given me the complaint no. on 31/11/2009,then they called me and told me that it's my handset problem,i requested them that i tried this from another handsets also.they had given me one more compliant no. ie 29801993,and promised me to respond on 9/11/2009.but as they are so busy they didnt.now i am calling airtel customer care but i m getting no answers from them,instead a message "please check the no. u have dialled".
I am completly dissatisfied with the service.
The Airtel has two customer care numbers 121 and 198. For the past one hour I am trying to contact the Customer Care officer but the line is put on hold always with music after the ring. There is no one to supervise these guys and there is no control on them either, it looks like. And there is no other mode of contact with Airtel to make a complaint about CC officers. The quality of service with airtel is going down.

    I went to New Delhi on 23/11/2011 and I was there till 10/11/2011. When i recharged for talktime on 28/11/2011 but Airtel put that (Rs.102) money in the phone's GPRS account although my phone settings are not set for that & I've never used GPRS from my phone. When I came back to Bhopal Airtel still went on deducting roaming charges on outgoing calls and continues to do the same till date. I'm sick & tired of their services but still if Airtel receives this complaint then please correct it as soon as possible. My ph. no. is [protected]

    Airtel prepaid mobile — bogus charges

    my mobile no is [protected] in jamshedpur circle in the state of jharkhand. on my cell how airtel activate diffrence type of scheme i dont know . one scheme known as vaspack service has also among them after my reapidly complaint and reQuest to deactivate for this schem to customer care on [protected] the compaamy has deduct rs 50/- from my prepaid account for the above metion scheme.

    they also have bard my phone in customer care so i am unable to contact with customer care from my cell.
    I request you to dactivate my wap service without any delay from my airtel mobile no. [protected].
    I hope that you will consider my case & solve my problem at your level only.

    Airtel Mobile Prepaid Service — unknown promotional mobile call & sms

    I have received messages , calls as and when unncessarily disturbing me and asking me for subscription of songs, games etc. which is unknown to me. whenever I try to call back, no exist tune have heard to me.
    Also day by day the balance is reducing for such receiving the calls.

    THis should be stopped immediately and take necessary action immediately.

    Airtel Mobile Prepaid Service — Deducting extra SMS charges

    Airtel is still deducting Rs. 1.50 per SMS outside circle and Rs. 1.00 inside circle even though it has been more than month that my phone is not on roaming. I still can't understand why is such a blunder happening again & again. I just want the service to be normal that is only 50 paisa should be deducted per SMS.       dear sir,

      I using this number from ([protected]) last five year this is the second time that air tel mobile charges were wrongly charging form my number in October 2011 first time it happens to then i contacted to customer care center they revert the wrongly charged amount to me.

      From now around 35 days they are once again charging same call charges from them

      as per the complaint that i have 1 special 5 number in my contacts as per conditions of the mobile service they have to charge 20 pieces / mint but from last 35 days they are charging as per the normal call charges as normal tariff.

      i contacted to costumer care center around 15 times in this month to rectify my problem every time they are tell that we will rectify the problem with in 48 hrs of working days but till now it was no response from the air tel mobile center

        I am having an Airtel DTH.Lat tuseday 22 nd I called up the customer care complaining that my set top box is not working .I am getting an error code of "SM2".The customer care people reset the settop box from their end but it didn't work.They tried 3 times but failed.So I was told that an engineer is going to visit my house and set the alignment of antena for DTH and the issue will be addressed within 5 days.

        I have never seen such a sloppy work before.Airtel Customer care people speak pathetic english.Half of their sentences made no sence.Till Saturday nobody called up.Then an engineer called up and asked my area pin code.He was arguing that the area pin code is wrong, though i told him several time that in my driving license whatever pin code is there updated to my latest address, i have given the same.

        Again I called up his office and they gave me another number which is not working.Since then I called up the customer care 10 times, they are unable to resolve the issue.They again assingned it to some other engineer.The story was same.

        It was so pathetic I was going round and round the customercare, engineer and again customer care.

        Still the issue is not resolved.I will recommend people not to take Airtel DTH .
        Today Saturday was the rosolution date for the issue till 3:30 pm , but Airtel people was least bothered to solve it.They had grown up a "don'tcare " attitude towards their customer.

        One more thing worth noting that the customer care people dont log a complain in their system ,just to avoid and confuse the customer as well that no one can track the same complaint.

          or may be the company is in dire straits.

          every saturday my no is debited of 100rs for blackberry service and the funny part is that i am using a micromax handset.i dont understand without giving command how come i am being charged.

            We villagers of kamata,Kumuli,Gumuda,Narigan...more then 10 gram panchayats of Block-Boriguma friquently face network trouble from airtel company.
            From october 2011 Tarabhatta airtel tower couses immanence network problem.More then 50thousand people use airtel sim in our area.Most of the time we face network failure problem,network friquenty cut during calling,and internet access posible only near tower.Airtel customer care don't understand and dont take any steps to solve our problem.
            HENCE WE REQUEST HIGHER AUTHORITY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH IN 15 DAYS BY ELIGIBLE ENGINIEER.OTHER WISE WE DO A CONSUMER CASE ON AIRTEL COMPANY.

              I have been using Airtel prepaid mobile service for the past 2 months.
              I have top'd-up several times with the provider, only to find that the offer is a total scam and rip-off.
              I get a text message saying I would get full talk time and the base plan would not change.
              I have a Rate-cutter to keep the costs down where the Texts are free and the calls are supposed to be charged less.
              I do not seem to get any of the mentioned service. Lately I've been getting charged for the Texts at 1 rupee each.
              I'm getting all the more frustrated with the service provider as I don't EVER seem to get connected to the customer services.
              For the record I have literally lost Hours trying to speak with a Customer services personal.
              service, Rip-off, Total scam and very very substandard service provider.
              With this rate I shall be changing Providers or take up a new Connection.
              I blame myself for choosing them at the first place.
              Good luck to the ones who are stuck with this Crappy Mobile service provider.

                My subscriber id is [protected].I recharged my Airtel Digital TV accout with icici netbanking option on 31st Dec 2011.The amount was 550.On completion of transaction I was redirected to an error page where it showed that transaction unsuccessful due to technical reason.Then I made one more transaction of 550 with my SBI netbanking option.I got the same error messege again.Then after few minutes I opened my account and both the transaction amount is reflecting there where as during transaction it showed that transaction is unsuccessful.

                Now I want to cancel the second transaction and get the money back in my account as I did this just because of the error message.With the same request I called customer care and they are not ready to cancel the secod transaction and give money back!!

                This is because of their technical issue I tried recharging second time where as my requirement was only one time transaction.Please look into the issue so that I get money back for second transaction.
                You have provided 49 Rs for first 550 recharge and didnot give 49 for the second one.Is it joke or what!!
                By the way how long do u take to refund money.I just checked the FB page .For every request you have written same thing i.e. you are looking into it.Not a single post shows that you have really solved someones concern.I shall wait till next week and if I don't get the refund I shall escalate this to higher level!!
                The issue is still not resolved..

                  Airtel Prepaid — Blocking of SIM/Mobile No.

                  Sir,

                  I purchased a prepaid no from Airtel on 19 dec 2007. For Identity verification, I submitted required document along with the filled form. After few days, my outgoing call facility has been blocked.

                  I talked to customer care. They told me that I need to submit my documents once again. And, I submitted it to Airtel Office at vikas marg in the hand of Airtel executive. She verified all the document and form, and she gave me receipt. After two days, incoming and outgoing from my no started.

                  After two days, again my no has blocked. This time my sim/Mobile No. has been blocked completely. When I talked to customer care executive, he did not clarify the reason to blocking my no. They only said their used to lines, "Submit your document for Identity proof".

                  I got completely fed up from the services provided by the airtel. The customer care executive do not giving the proper response or reason of the problem.

                  Please suggest.

                  Airtel Lifetime Prepaid — Short Recharge

                  I am a subscriber of Airtel lifetime prepaid number [protected]. I made a recharge of Rs 200/- through internet on Dec 7 2007. I only got a credit for Rs 60/-, while I was entitled to a credit for Rs 110/-. Also the company credited Rs 75/- after a week for processing fees as this was a life time prepaid connection. Therefore I was entiltled to a credit for Rs 185/- but I only got 135/-. I send numberous messages and called the customer care but no response till date.                   I am a lifelong prepaid subscriber of airtel. My No is [protected].

                  Since last 2 days i am not receiving any calls neither i can make any call.

                  I purchased a prepaid no [protected] from Univercell, Tenkasi, Tamilnadu Airtel on 8 dec 2007. For Identity verification, I submitted required document along with the filled form. After few days, my outgoing call facility has been blocked.

                  I talked to customer care. They told me that I need to submit my documents once again. And, I submitted it to Airtel Dealer Univercell, at Tenkasi in the hand of Airtel executive. She verified all the document and form. After two days, incoming and outgoing from my number started.

                  After One month, again my no has blocked. This time my sim/Mobile No. has been blocked completely. When I talked to customer care executive, he did not clarify the reason to blocking my number and they inform only we can send the message on 24th March 2008. I can treat this complaint. They only said their used to lines, "Submit your document for Identity proof".

                  I got completely fed up from the services provided by the airtel. The customer care executive do not giving the proper response or reason of the problem. Please activate same immediately.

                  From the first day of my connection of new relliance number iam trying when ever i get time to customer care refarding some issues about my incoming calls and web world, i am not able to get in touch with any of customer care executive. it is more than two years iam not able even once able to talk to any of this !!!

                  The airtel connection has continously beeing downgraded. IS there anyone who can help on this? My card has been automatically blocked and when contacted customer care the executive replies contact ur nearest airtel office.

For last six monts or so it is in idle condition.Last week I have been to banglore and tried to use it. When I started my mobile it shows a response as "Sim card registration failed".                   I have purchased a Airtel SIM card in Jan 2008. It was 444 postpaid plan till december 2009. I got converted post paid into prepaid connection in Jan. 2010 and recharged it with Rs. 786/-(Full talk time) + i paid for its activation and for life time plan. On 14/02/2010 i again recharged it by Rs.333/- (Full talk Time). Till 16/02/2010 my balance was Rs. ~630. My phone stop working from 17.02.2010 the massage displyed is "SIM card registration failed" when i got convert it into prepaaid i submitted documents to the fellow/representative whom i purched this SIM card. When i faced this problem i talked to customer care but he was unable to solve the problem!! and told me to talk the local dealer. Local dealer/representative agian told me that he can issue me a neew SIM card on my old number but he can`t provide tha balance what i have.

                  I need your help and suggetsion in this situation.

                  Purchased a card on the 5th of march 2010 from the airtel dealer in frazer town bangalore . On the 18th of march without any prior warning my card gets recycled. I loose all the talk time in it the customer care says that it was because the card was registered in someone else's name and that i need to speak to the dealer. So i go to the dealer and he says that he had followed up with the address verification team and that there was no problem. He suggest i take a new card. It was then that i remembered that when i was applying for this card another customer had the very same issue and was quarreling with the executives there. So i decided to do some research and on google "Airtel SIM registration failed" brings up 11800 results, so if airtel were to be barring 10, 000 helpless customers each with 100rs balance they make a cool additional 10, 00, 000 rs profits.That should help the march quarter results. it'll help fund the zain take over as welll...

                  Airtel Prepaid — SIM Card Failure

                  On 18.04.11 (Monday), at 11.06 am, I paid Rs.205.00 through the authorised Agent to recharge my Airtel Moble (Prepaid) No. [protected]. Recharge was successful but the Mobile phone screen displayed 'SIM Card Registration failed'.

                  I approached their Gallery at MG Road, Kandivli to reactivate. I was told that since I was not using the phone for more than 3 months and not recharged for Min. Rs. 200.00 during last 6 months,the connection is deactivated. But the No. is not recycled and the No. is transferred to Postpaid Mode. I furnished all required documents for reactivation in Post paid Mode and also paid Rs. 300.00 as deposit. They promised to do the needful by same day evening 6 pm. Nothing was done till next Monday, 25.04.11. They returned the deposit paid by me and advised me to approach the Authorised Agent to get back the money (Rs.205.00) paid by me for recharge on 18.04.11. They also showed me on the Computer screen that my account shows a credit balance of Rs. 205.00 on my No. [protected].

                  The Authorised Agent expressed their inability to help me out and told me to approach the Company's Gallery only for the purpose.

                  I have no idea, who is right and who is wrong, but definitly I feel the Gallery could only have done that since I was correctly advised by the Authorised Agent in the beginning itself.

                  While in the process, I have lost Money is one factor but I have two questions to the Company.
                  i. If the SIM Card Registration was suspended, how it accepted the Recharge.?
                  ii.Since my account is showing the balamce as Rs. 205.00 recharged by me on
                  18.04.11, how come the reactivation either in Post paid or Pre paid could not
                  be done in 8 days time ?

                  My Request : I should get my money back without any further delay or alternati
                  vely, my Mobile No. [protected] should be re-activated in Pre paid
                  mode only (NOT post paid). Thanks

                  I Rahul R have been using this number for the past four and a half years and i just got to know that my sim card has been disconnected due to "NON USAGE" and the number has been recycled.I have validity on the prepaid sim card till September 24th 2011 and even if the connection was being disconnected i think the customer should have been intimated at least in the first place rather than doing it without even letting him know.Moreover now coming to the usage part..I agree that there has not been much outgoing from my mobile phone however if I'm right and this does exist in your records there has been incoming usage on the telephone till 24th of may,So i really have no idea from where the 120 days of non usage thing came into.I tried contacting your customer care and to be frank...the words rude and unhelpful aren't the right adjectives to be used for the way they spoke to a customer.All ihave been hearing from your customer care executives is that the number has been recycled..I mean how can you go ahead and do that with out even informing the customer and the worst reason i heard the first time i called regarding this issue was that the documents were not proper..however that statement was retracted by your agent when i told him i had the photocopies of the document that i had submitted back in september 2010 and then he came back to say the same thing that the number has been recycled.I hope you do look into my case and help me out with what has to be done rather than once again give the same reply that the number has been recycled due to non usage.

                    I had received a phone call from PACE Cellulars in Mira Road East regarding sale of Post Paid Airtel Sim Card. To which I agreed as I was looking for additional sim card for Blackberry usage. Mr.Rakesh Chake had come to my house and collected Rs.300/- which they said is adjustable amount in the billing cycle, my documents such as Passport Copies, Pan Card, Voter ID Card xerox copy was submitted along with application form with photo attached and counter signed. I was told, I would be getting sim card in one day if the payment is made in cash. Therefore cash payment was done and I have received Order Form cum Receipt number : PC4821 dated 12th Dec, 2011.
                    I have constantly approached them, I had also received an sms from [protected] and they gave me few options of numbers, after that they also allotted me the mobile number [protected] and said they will dispatch the activated card in 48hours, again when not received I approached PACE Cellulars and I spoke to Ms.Neha & Supriya, and they said maybe that number has been allocated to someone else, they will revert with fresh number. Today is 31st Dec and till date there is no sim card received. Today I tried contacting PACE Cellulars on their office number 32422705, but there is no response. I request you to kindly look into it on priority, this has given me mental torture since last 19 days and there is nothing concrete happening

                      This Complaint is against Airtel DTH. After a lot of research, I decided to go for Airtel DTH. Even though I read and heard a lot of bad things about Airtel DTH 's service I decided to take the risk because of Movies Now HD channel which was not available in Tatasky.
                      To be on the safer side, I asked the sales team representative (outsourced by Airtel to Vertex group, Mumbai) to send me the email confirmation and
                      that's when they started spilling the bean. They had initially agreed for life time HD channels free but I asked for an email confirmation the representative (By name Preethi of vertex) said she just checked with her manager and that offer doesn't exist anymore and she was not aware of it. Same story repeats with respect to the installation date.
                      After getting to see their real color I decided to back off from Airtel.

                      Unfortunately I changed my decision and thought of going back to Airtel because of the channel package which was attractive. The representative (By name Mandar) promised to get the installation done by 30th December Noon. I booked 2 connections (1 HD and the other one SD) on 29th afternoon by paying 3800 Rupees and luckily this time I recorded the conversation where the promises were made. I was given a number 12148, to contact for further installation related queries.

                      Today since the time when it was well past the deadline accepted by airtel themselves, I have been trying to speak to several of the airtel customer care representatives at 12148 and have been witnessing shocking responses one after the other.

                      One says they never do it before 48 hours, I asked why did they promise? they hang up the phone!
                      Second one says, Installation team will follow it up it and there is nothing that they can do about it!
                      Third says speak to the person (Mandar of vertex group) with whom you booked, where in there is no way I can contact that person now as they dont have incoming.
                      Fourth one (by name Kedar) when we insisted that we want to speak to his manager, hangs up the phone on our face.
                      By the time we made fifth and sixth calls, I guess Airtel had black listed me and simply used to hang up the moment we say the name (We here is me and my wife)

                      Can some body help me get my money out of Airtel! That would help, Please!

                      I totally agree with you. Vortex Group on behalf of Airtel DTH doing fraud with customers and giving false promises.
                      I totally agree with you. I have never been shocked like this with such a pathetic service and response for consumer queries. I think vertex group will soon destroy customers faith on Airtel services. I suggest you directly buy DTV products from Airtel website and never fall in Vertex groups false promises and offers "worth nothing".
                      I am another victim of Airtel.
                      I am also going through the same situation.
                      I have been using Airtel DTH and now thought o[censored]pgrading to HD STB.
                      I paid 1999 and i have been promised by Santosh stating that the installation would be done in 48 hours.
                      1 week passed, no one even cared to call me up. When I call back they make all false promises.
                      I was totally upset and asked them to cancel the connection and refund back my amount.
                      They didnt even care to ask me a reason why I would like to cancel. They straight away accepted to cancel the connection.
                      However till now my money is not refunded.
                      I have been asked to sent an e-mail to their manager - sameer.[protected]@vertexgroup.co.in and till now i did not get any response from them.
                      The worst part is these guys dont even give you a complaint number when you raise an issue.

                      Finally I could log a complaint from Airtel website from which I got a complaint number but sadly no response on that complaint as well. They said they would get back to me in 2 working days but it is all seem to be fake.

                      I lost Rs.1999/-...
                      I did online payment for Airtel DTH on 9th October, 2012 & was assured by Shaheen that shall get the dish fixed on 10th October, 2012.
                      While making the payment it was clearly informed to Shaheen that the connection needs to be done after 7:00pm & on 10th October, 2012. Now i get calls from Mr. Ankur (HF, Greater Noida) that the connection cannot be done after 7:00 pm.
                      As per information from Mr. Ankur, you people have lied & it is not possible to complete the connection after 6:00 pm as the day end at 6:00 pm & the engineers are not available.
                      Kindly repay my payment as your dealer is unable to keep your words & as per him you are liar.

                        today i made one call to Kuwait. But line was not connect to that number. Even he was not activated any voice call options also. But airtel networks has been reduced my mobile balance.i complaint to customer care executive. But they was not given proper information and not replied properly. It is happening continuously every 2 days once.i have a proof for all issues.

                          I purchased a prepaid connection from Airtel office in Nandidurg road on 19th Dec2011. While buying I was told this prepaid connection will all over India. Later I travelled to Hyderabad & was shocked to findout there was no connectivity. Upon several calls and visits to Airtel area customer relationship office i was told there was no way they could resolve the problem since i had purchased the sim in Bangalore. I even made a complaint with regional nodal & they gave me a complaint number and promised to resolve it within 48 hours. Its more than a week and to this day no one from Airtel has even bothered to call me let alone resolve my problem.

                            1) RS 30 TOWARDS GSR SUBSCRIPTION ON 23/12/11 AT 10.OOA.M
                            2) RS 15 HELLO TONES AD-54888 AT 3.52 P.M ON 30/12/11
                            I HAD NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED . I WANT A STERN ACTION TO BE Taken by airtel and refund my money. my mobile no is [protected]

                              I activated airtel's 3G service and make recharge of Rs.1250 on 15th december 2011 and its validity is till 14th january 2012.But from 23rd december 2011 ,i am not getting 3G speed.I am getting 2G speed on my handset.i have made complaint in this regard on 23rd december. but they have not taken action and i am still getting only 2G speed.between 26th to 29th airtel's internet was totally unavailable.service resumed on 29th but then also i am getting 2G speed .
                              when i try to call airtel customer care there is no response .
                              please help me. airtel should either refund my balance or extend validity.
                              I have connectivity problem to my home town karnataka.I first face this problem in april then i made complaint and got solved after 7 days and after that i m facing this problem every alternate week.
                              I m again facing this problem
                              SINCE LAST 6 TO 7 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN FACING THE PROBLEM IN NETWORK CONNECTION IN ALMOST EVERYWHERE IN THE CITY,,,,EVEN IN MY HOME THERE IS NO PROPER NETWORK CONNECTION OF AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION...........LOTS & LOTS OF COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE COMPANY....BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL STILL.
                              i had registered a complaint to customer care regarding connectivity problem, and i got a message that the problem will be bresolved by 14 sept, but it has not yet resolved. the complaint was that i am unable to call on a landline no [protected] (state-goa), it is giving a error message that this no doesnot exist. meanwhile a called to customer care and to my surprise the representative told me that in your airtel internal system the complaint resolving officer had stated that the complanit is resolved but not closed and the my landline doestnot exist in this regard i would like to suggest the concerned officer that if this no doestnot exist than how airtel company took charges from me calling that no since last one year and for his/her kind information this is my landline residence no in goa.

                              similar problem i faced before couple of months and it took 20 days.
                              I AM USING AIRTEL ,AIRTEL NO.[protected] USING AIRTEL INTERNET EVERYMONTH RECHARE 98 INTERNET PACK NOT A GOOD SPEED, CONNETIVITY IS VERY POOR, REQUEST FAILED,TIME OUT ,AUTOMATIC DISCONNECT DOWNLOADING IS VERY SLOW LONG VIDEO IS NOT DOWNLOAD ERROR TIME OUT OR REQUEST FAILED ,MANY SITES ARE NOT OPEN I AM USING ALL TIMES AIRTEL MY PREVIOUS NO. IS [protected]
                              I agree with u.. The same problem is with me... i have also tried calling Customer care but landup with no proper solution.. AIRTEL Communication Team should take a note that there are many customers who have just paid atlesat Rs.10, 00, 000+++ For your Damn 3G service and what we all receive is N for Nothing..
                              Rather Extend our Due dates of our 3G Services our need a Refund... coz that money what we gave u is of for what use..?? .. If your Network has billion of issues than y u promote that Fake TV ads o[censored]r 3G service.. plz stop ur 3G service i[censored] cant Run it properly... coz ur loosing ur customers...
                              I would rather prefer BSNL 3G... which is all time Best and with no issues...
                              I am Rajendran working with Transport company. I unable to contact my Customer & Drivers since today morning 6.00 am Airtel connectivity breaking every call. Incoming & outgoing both same problem Airtel to Aitel or Airtel to others is problem. My mobile number [protected]

                                hey,

                                i registered for MNP ([protected]) i tried to change my operator from airtel to aircel bt then got a call from airtel regarding MNP benefits in which they committed to give 120airtel to airtel mins and calls at 1p/6sec but i still not got any i also registered lots of complaint CBNRA[protected] .

                                i also called nodal officer twice but still no response . no msg nor call regarding the matter .

                                so pissed off!

                                kindly provide me all the benefits committed,

                                  I am again giving complaint to - HARYANA Airtel !
                                  Mobile number- [protected]

                                  In Aug 2010 , I complaint which was sorted out but - from last 1 week its again irritating me because of only -
                                  - I am living in delhi and willing to activate my haryana number due to only because this number is most of in my family
                                  - Daily without any reason - Airtel deducting money and no sms alert, no caller tunes and no any call from airtel regarding this issue.

                                  I am very very surprised that- Bharti Airtel is not a small company but the staff is doing very small and stupid things with their customers ?
                                  How they maintain all these things ?? really dont know - because I am feeling irritate with this issue second time.

                                  I already have Idea Delhi , Reliance Delhi number and BSNL haryana at my home.
                                  - I really did not face any problem from last 5 years with these mobile service providers, but with this Airtell bharti - they are really really embarrassing me a lot.

                                  If its will not short out with in this week then - I will stop all airtel services and will change it to other service provider.
