I have acquired new internet & telephone connection on December 22, 2011 but unfortunately it is non functional since its acquisition. I have registered several complain regarding signal problem, connectivity issue, router problem, etc. but the results are negative. Concerned service engineers are closing complain without visiting site. It seems either they are not interested to resolve the issue or airtel is not committed for the services. I am really disappointed and also submitted request for terminatation of aforesaid connection with immediate effect. However there is no response for the same. Could you suggest path forward for the issue.

    We had DishTV in our previous house. I had planned to buy Tata Sky once we shifted to new house in Pune. We took the possession of our flat in Jan 11 & shifted in Apr 11.


    I was told by builders' site in-charge that the builder has done an agreement with Airtel DTH in form of MDU (multi-dwelling unit). Here a single common big dish is installed on the terrace & cabling is already done through ducts. As this project was a premium one, the builder was cautious about the elevation of the building as many small dish on terraces would spoil the look. Seeing this better interest of the project, I canceled the idea of Tata Sky & opted for Airtel DTH (gave the dishTV to our carpenters).


    Airtel DTH has alloted different part of the city to various agencies who look after Airtel DTH MDU (multi-dwelling unit). In our case, it was Shree Enterprises. As I have a habit of recharging various services on yearly basis, I did the same here & paid the discounted amount to Shree Enterprises for 1 year of Mega Pack by cheque. (Customer ID [protected])


    Initially, it was recharged with only Rs.1590 & once this amount expired, this Shree Enterprises chap, Mr. Yogendra started recharging on monthly basis. As it was never done on time, I had to remind him after I used to get SMS from Airtel DTH to recharge the account. I also lodged complaints about the same on Airtel customer care, but they did nothing. All this inconvenience despite paying for annual pack :(.


    Couple of months back, in mid-Nov 2011, the Shree Enterprises took money from subscribers of various residential projects for renewal & fled the city. My validity of connection for 4 months was lost due to this as well. I took up this issue with Airtel customer care, sent email, spoke with builder; but got no response from any of these except for the builder who said that you are free to get any DTH connection of your choice. Hell, why wasn't this option given before ? I have seen projects where builder has tie up with 2 DTH providers for MDU & customer is free to take any of the two.


    Finally, I spoke with Airtel DTH Zonal manager, Mr. Yogesh Kulkarni & he informed that Airtel Digital TV has lodged police case against shree enterprises & enquiry going on, but that chap, Yogendra is missing & his mobile is switched off.


    I mentioned to Mr. Yogesh that we paid to Shree Enterprises as they are authorised agency for DTH MDU of Airtel & what happens between Airtel & their agencies has nothing to do with the subscriber.
    The reply I got was that the amount will be credited only after recovery is done from Shree Enterpises & till then, recharge on-line. And now they have given us a new agency.


    Finally, I alongwith some other residents of the complex have decided to opt for Tata Sky once our current subscription ends as the issue is not just of money but commitment to the subscribers.


    Airtel Digital TV is not interested in subscribers, not even in case of MDU where in case of our complex, there are 3 buildings. Never opt for Airtel Digital TV, even if you feel their initial offer to be lucrative.


    ** Btw, Airtel DTH said that my account is not valid even for cash back offer during which I had taken the connection. Infact, they say there was no such scheme despite I having the brochures for the same. Ridiculous.

    Dear Rakesh Ranga,

    The issue has still not been resolved as the validity hasn't been extended as yet. The scan copy of amount paid has already been emailed to you but till date there is no response from airtel dth side. Please don't post wrong info.

    Airtel Digital Tv Dth — After-Sales Service hopeless

    This is in reference to the harassment I have been facing since last 6 months for being a loyal customer of Airtel family for last 8 years now. I had bought Airtel Digital TV 3 years back (Customer ID [protected]) and was quite happy with the same. 6 months back my standard definition set top box got dead and I had to purchase a new one since I did not have the guarantee period on. The engineer came and installed it, but it worked only for 2 days before it went dead again. I was harassed by engineers walking into my house and it was quite inconveninet for me since I couldn't concentrate on anything else.

    Later they told me to buy a HD box since there was a new scheme to upgrade at Rs. 1,250/-. I again spent another amount and got the new box though I had received wrong advice from their engineers that it can give good clarity even on non-HD tv. The box was good but later started getting electronic disturbances on ETV Gujarati, ETV Marathi & B4U Music channels every 10 seconds.

    The senior most person visited my house with his engineer. Today I have changed and bought a new LED TV worth Rs. 40,000/- as they mentioned even my TV was bad. I did everything they told m and also they did everything but could solve the electronic disturbance problem blaming it on other factors which they always have done though they have atleast visited my house 10 times or more.

    Today also ETV Gujarati and Marathi are having sound disturbance every 10 seconds on my LED TV set.

    This is what Airtel gave me for being their loyal customer...
    So please be careful.

    I just shared this as this is the TOP PRIORITY Concerning me,,,
    There are also other things which have been bothering me...

      DEAR Sir
      we are using air tel pri connection bearing account no : 14870164. The services of this network is too bad and the person who is looking after are not keeping their words in terms of services.
      in the month of july our line was disconnected for more than 8-10 days at that time i had contacted coustomer care, the person involved with technical team etc. but nothing was resolved. After passing 8-10 days line was automatically resumed. since i was totally disapointed with their services i decided not to pay their bill till the date they will not talk to me personally on the issue. In between they also stopped sending bills to our address. after three month mr samson called me and asked for the due. i made him realized about our problem faced in the month of july and he agreed on the waiver of Rs. 5000/- and i too agreed to pay the left amount in two three installments. After that every now and then the usually barred our line and asked for the payment. although i feel that i should pay the amount i did that. from the month of october they started asking to pay rs. 5000/- which already waived off. it was really very panic and i contact appellate and their collection team naming ishwar (form applleate), mr singh, mr vibhor, mr samson for the same and i also forwards the waiver detail which i had received from mr samson but noting has been done still today. line has been barred form more than 15 times and usually occurs on staurday and resumed either on monday or tuesday.

      therefore it is my humble request to bring the justice by getting my waiver of rs. 5000/- with additional rental of 40-45 day for which i have paid the rental without using the services.
      i.e. rs 5000 + 10,000 = 15000/-

      and also they should be instructed not to repeat such kind of mistake in future.

        I am Indrajit Das of Somra Bazar, Hooghly, 712123. I am using prepaid 2G connection of your company through deta card since june '11. My no. is [protected]. But unfortunately I am getting speed just 2kbps to 40kbps and not much that from the begining. Though the mobile tower is just 400 meters away from my residence. It is also more unfortunate that my frnds who are in another location of 5 to 10 kms away from my home are getting much more speed using your sim card. I have another connection of your co. i.e [protected]. As a steady customer of your co. I am requesting you to solve this problem so that I can attach myself with your company as long as possible.

          Dear Sir,

          I am a consumer of Airtel Broadband and recently my DSL modem started to malfunction. I immediately reported this to customer care. The customer care refused to take the complaint and informed me that DSL modem is my responsibility and I have to buy a replacement from their designated service centers. The price for DSL modem would be Rs. 800/-.

          When I bought the connection, I paid Rs.800/- for installation and all the equipment supplied by Airtel broadband was covered in it. At the time of installation it was committed to me that modem and all the equipments are entirely responsibility of Airtel till the time I continue using the connection.

          However, now Airtel is refusing to replace the modem by stating the excuse of change in company policy. As I made purchase before the new policy, so my equipment is covered under old policy and it should be replaced immediately by Airtel broadband.

          Please do the needful to resolve my complaint at the earliest.

          Airtel Broadband — Malfunctioning of the Modem

          Hi All,
          This complaint is to bring in notice to all the people who are thinking to get an airtel braodband conn.I am an airtel broadband user and I have been facing a modem related problem from a week.I have been constantly complaining about the same at their service center(198) and they have been giving me false assurances,but neither their technical team has called me back nor the engineer who had to visit my place has shown up.Airtel is not the right internet service provider upon which you can bank upon if you have to use your internet conn. for some important business related work,in my opinion go for some other upcoming service providers.

            I have a corporate mobile connection vide mobile no.[protected] in the name of Afimac Associates Pvt Ltd. I am using this no for last 10 Years. i had taken a GPRS plan Rs.99/-per month unlimited.

            On 5th January 2012, I called Airtel customer service and spoke to Mr Sikander, their executive for 3G GPRS charges and asked to activate 3G GPRS on my mobile. I asked him if i want to discontinue 3G GPRS services, will i be able to get the same services Rs.99/-per month GPRS activated again on my no and he assured me that it will be done if you do not want to continue 3G GPRS.

            On 6th Januay 2012 I called Airtel customer service and asked to deactivate 3G GPRS and re-activate my GPRS Rs.99/-per month unlimited. but they said i can not do anything over the phone since this is a corporate connection. Then i told him that 3G GPRS has been activated over the phone, the executive replied that this was a mistake from airtle side and requested me to write the email.

            I sent an email to do so, but they replied (pasted below) that now the service of Rs.99/- per month unlimited GPRS has been discontinued from their side.

            I request you to please help me in this regard as it is totally unjustified.

            Airtel — deactivate browsing charges

            inspite of having my GPRS activated on my airtel no [protected], i had deduction of 30 paise per kb for browsing on my cellphone.

            Airtel — deactivate 3g mobile internet gprs and return charges

            I sunil kumar shah . My mobile no. is [protected]. In my cell phone has been activated 3G mobile internet GPRS OFFER unneccessories AND DEDUCT OF Rs.35 on 3.07.2011 my airtel sim card .so please I request to you deactivated 3G Mobile GPRS INTERENET OFFER.
            SO I request to you please return my money charges immediatly of Rs.35.

              Sub:- Detect 95 Rs in my account & no clarification given to me.

              I am a user of airtel prepaid service my mobile no is [protected], on 1st jan 2012 i have receive a msg from airtel is "Airtel gives to 45Mb data plan for 7 days u can check your data balance at *123*10#" . I am check this service an use on 3rd and 4th jan i have not charge any amount still iam pending 29 mb data on 6th jan check by this service 123*10#" .So iam use net surfing on 6th jan but that day have charge for 95 Rs . I am register a complaint to airtel costumer care but customer care says u have not subscribe for any plan.

              Please look-up in this matter

                Hello,

                I am using a Airtel Prepaid No. [protected]. A service name MO like activated on this no before some days ago without my information. I received two SMS back to back from AIRTEL on date 6/1/2012 (You have been renewed for Symbian Application subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5.0).
                I just called to Airtel customer care for asking about this and also request to remove this service from my No. They give me an request reference no CBDM[protected] and said services has been removed.

                Next day date 7/1/2011 again i received same SMS from Airtel (You have been renewed for Symbian Application subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5.0).

                I again called to Airtel customer care for asking about this, they said services is still running on my No. They give me another request reference no ROVAD[protected] and said services will be remove.

                I am very much seek you AIRTEL guys. Please removed this service ASAP.

                Airtel - Mobile — Activate and Renewed the Services without my information

                There are so many days are gone but still "Big Fat Free" Service activate on my mobile no. [protected]. So many complain has been registered by you but result is ZERO. Daily Balance is being debit from my mobile no. Please give me any solution ASAP. Don't force me to apply this Case to Consumer Form or To Port My no to Another Company.

                  Sir,

                  I have registered for DND services. But I often getting these messages from the number [protected] regarding courses. I request you to take necessary action to stop those messages.

                  i have activated my do not disturb scheme from my cell at April 2008 .. and they said me at that time that activation will take place within 45 days.. but there was no effect till July.. so when i call again in customer care they told me you are not registered with dnd... now registered again and wait 45 days... i still didn't do any complaint .. and registered again. and that time i got my registered no from him.. my registered no. is W[protected] dated[protected]..from Ms Reshma.. and from 45 days after that there was not call or sms for some months .. but again from jan-2009 i got lots of sms and call from airtel... when i do complaint for this .. they said me that u will not get sms/call affter 24 hours from now.. but as it was continuous i called again at 24-jan -09 than they tell me there is no complaint registered in your account.. now registered again and wait 24 hour.. than i registered my complaint to Mr.Abhishek Chawla at 24-jan-09 and my complaint no. is [protected]. he told me you will surely not get any sms or call after 24 hours from now. i said ok.. and that time i called again in customer care to confirm that my complain is registerd or not... then Mr.Ravi choudhary told me that your complaint is registered.. and you will surly activate with dnd within 24 hours.. but.. still this time at 26 - jan-09 .. i get call from company. when i call again they told me you will have to wait for 15 days..

                  i think that problem is not only mine.. but whole airtel users...

                  when i doing entry i seen there is more than 4000 complaint against airtel..
                  than why u cant do anything against him..

                  should i think that big company do anything and no one can stop him.. not government, , not human rights, not consumer forum.

                  I have been getting regular promotional SMS while I have registered DND more than one years ago. My airtel number is [protected]. Whenever I contacted to custumber care of airtel after getting such SMS they spoke me your problem will be resolved within 15 days. But in between or after promising day, I again got such SMS. so, why do not stop while I facing problem.
                  I am also facing the same problem. I have fully fed up with these promotional SMS. Airtel should launch DND service to their Digital TV site for Digital TV customers.
                  I have Airtel number, i already activated DND with the service but till now I am getting frequent calls and messages from various numbers like TM-Top Gains etc.

                  Kindly look into the matter and stop promotional calls and messages.

                  normally it takes 60-90 days for your number to be completly removed from the promotional call list. i[censored] still receiv calls after the time spam given by airtel to remove your number, you can sue the company provided you maitain a record of the call. u should be able to prov that ur num is in do not calll ist and so on... My advice is : do not disclose ur number on public formas like this. u may get some unwanted calls..

                  Airtel — Receiving ad messages despite of activating DND

                  Dear sir,
                  I would like to bring into your notice regarding a problem which I have been facing from a quite long period of time.
                  I am using a Airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) in Bangalore,Karnataka.
                  I have taken the connection 2009 November and I have also activated DND (Do Not Disturb) at that time itself.
                  I wasn't receiving any advertisement messages after that. but suddenly I started receiving advertisement messages from 58888084 from the past 2-3 months. This happening despite of complaining to the customer care for more than 6 times.
                  I was assurance each time that this problem will be resolved soon but the message didnt stop receiving the messages. I think shouldn't be receiving as I am already subscribed to DND. I have neither called the number 58888084 nor send any messsages to that number Still I am recieving messages which consits of details regarding a game called Kambola.
                  I hope you will take my request into consideration and take necessary action
                  sir , please help me , i took an idea sim in this month with no. [protected], and i think 5 or more times a same message is coming with the name - AD-AIRTEL , containing these msgs :

                  "your bill dated 09-jan-11 of rs. 1679 for your airtel fixedline a/c no. 15863697 is due for payment on 28-jan-11. please ignore if already paid."

                  what is this ... i dnt have any airtel connection and my idea no. is new , then hw they can sms me like this . please do something fr me , otherwise after tomorrow they will msg me little diff. frm the above , they will surely going to add the amt after due date ......

                  I mahesh have an airtel no [protected] with DND activated years ago (DND ref no S[protected]) but i still get a lot of promotional messages .
                  not only this recently airtel has made it impossible to lodge a complaint of promotional messages
                  on their comp no 198 and 121 the call gets disconnected on attempting to talk to costumer care
                  and on their internet application form you are not able to enter the mobile no of the offending marketeer
                  also they don't provide any complaint no on their internet site

                  I have also been receiving calls and message from Bharati AXA Life Insurance, Dm-Urban The funny part is these people ask you to tell them the date when you registered for 'do not call' and simply refuse to accept that they have committed a mistake.

                  I have registered in Airtel's DND on[protected] and the DND Register number: S[protected].
                  But still am getting promotional calls from AIrtel regarding hellotunes and other such things. I have registered complaint also.Complaint Nos: CDRGP[protected] (09-jun). They told it is resolved. Then also am getting these kind of calls. Its really irritating with Airtel and their worst kind of Customer Service.

Also i logged another complain on Jul 05, 2011. reference number is CDREG[protected]. These are the Details. I am already fed up taking up this issue in 198 and thru mail. Anyways am sharing this with you now. Let see how far u can act upon.

                  Also when i register in Airtel's DND, the same is not reflected in Govt's National DND Website... If registered in DND in other networks Like BSNL and Aircel it is updated in that site, But in Airtel alone it is not at all getting updated in that site. I really doubt Whether Airtel is registering. When ever i call customer care(198) they just book a complain and request 10 days time for closing. After 20 days again calls/sms comes and again i'll call customer care and they'll book one complain again. This is only happending. Am really fed up with Airtel Service..

                  Iam using Airtel from past few years. iam registered for DND service with Airtel on 15th to the network provider i.e airtel. At the time of registration i assuered by the co like that with in 45 days service will be activated and iam not getting any promotional call or promotional SMS to my number.

                  But the worst thig is still iam getting the promotional SMS. (after giving comlaints to airtel customer so many times). I am shocked when i called 1909, iam hearing a pre recorded message that i am not opted this facility.

                  I gave all the numbers from which iam getting message every day and i called the topmanagement also regarding this. They also assured the samething but no results.

                    Here comes my PF details HR/GGN/10693/25505 is my PF account number and which have be sent by the company on behalf of me on February 2010.I have been worked in M/S Bharti airtel services Ltd for more than 2 years.

                    After my relieve from the company i sent my PF claim form to my HR an he has forwarded to the respective PF office for the further process. But from that date still now there is no status of the claim and the claim not received till.

                    Need your intervention in this for getting the claim without delay.

                      i am very angry with this behavior. called on 198 more than 50 times but call is getting disconnected all the times.

                        I have been charged 99 RS four times a total of Rs. 396 for java content I haven't downloaded. For the past one month my blackberry services aren't working as well, the customer service has been nothing but notoriously unhelpful.

                        Dear sir,
                        I am one of your dealers serving different kinds of business for BHARTI AIRTEL LTD .Two years ago there was an e-top of Rs. 8840 by my e-top no.[protected] happened instead of Rs 50, such amount has been deducted at once by customer's a/c but I did'nt get such amount yet now from your end .Your officers have made lot of assurance but in fact they are not able to credit such amount in my a/c.This is an example of poor service and late processing .
                        I am requesting you to credit such amount in my e-top no. [protected] at priority basis as soon as possible . I am waiting for your positive response .
                        they have actìvated 54321 service without me subcribing it.
                        and they are now unable to deactivate it.they r cutting 10 rupees every day.
                        I was having a connection no [protected] from airtel. and a data plan of 350rs which have download limit of 500MB free.

                        I requested airtel persons to disconnect it on 3-mar-09, but they people did not disconnected it for full month. rather they people changed my plan to no free download and charged me for download of 360MB download Rs 2190.

                        Now if I call 121 they hang up the phone. outlet people say its not in their hands and Gurgaon billing department does not give their contact no to any one.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have bought an Airtel SIM (Corporate connection) which is entitled 300 minutes of A2M free local calls. The first billing cycle was from the 17th July (The day I purchased the SIM) to the 1st of August.

                        1. I got a SMS from Airtel in august asking me to pay 199 Rs as the charges for the above mentioned period. I did not receive the e-bill. After repeated calling of customer care and going to the airtel showroom, I receive the bill on the 19th August, with 21 Aug being the last date to pay the bill.
                        2. 50 Rs. as clip charges was included in the bill when it was said during the purchase time that CLIP is waived for my plan.
                        3. I have been charged for all the calls made from the 21st July even though it is within the limit of 300 mins free talktime. In the whole period, I have spoken for less than 100 mins A2M, and have been charged for the majority of that, which is again wrong.

                        Inspite of repeated calling of airtel customer service, I have not received an answer. After explaining the whole problem and they looking into it for around 10 mins, they reply that they are not able to view my bill. This is the standard reply that I get.

                        I am not sure how many customers are cheated in this way. Am sure that most of the customers just pay the amount without actually looking into the details.

                        Yesterday, (Jan.24) I recharged my Airtel mobile, and it had a balance of Rs.117 at 0912 hrs today. I sent two sms to [protected] at 092250 hrs. The balance thereafter should have been Rs.116, but your account showed it as Rs.115. I need a clarification on this points, since you have charged me double the agreed amount without my knowledge.
                        To check the authenticity of Airtel accounts, I sent another 17 sms between 092823 hrs and 093550hrs. As per the agreed rate of 50 paise per sms, the balance should have been 106.50, but your account showed only Rs.98.00 as balance. (The sms nos. are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]).
                        Since I have been noticing this discrepancy frequently, I request you to inform me how you calculated my sms today for my future guidance.

                        Dear Sir/Mam

                        My no. [protected] using this no. since more then two years .I stated going through my bill details only 3 months back & since then not even a single bill i found without discrepancy.I have activated pay per second plan in which i should get 10500 sec local free but i was charged for that in august month bill.On complaint to [protected]@airtel.com on mercy basis airtel provided me a discount of Rs 60 which is my money overcharged by airtel.

                        further more last month October i observed the same discrepancy on complaint i was given some Rs 66 as discount which was not sufficient as after going through my bill detail i observed more then Rs 150 against local calls has been charged to me,again On second time complain for october month bill airtel discounted me for further 100 Rupees.

                        This whole episode is a serious issue of overcharging a customer & raises serious questions for the authenticity of airtel billing.

                        Concern is also about that this is last three months only that i started observing my bill in more then 2 yrs, what about the bill money charges by airtel for balance period of two year which was never observed & checked thinking airtel as a brand name and believing in the airtel.

                        I seriously see this issue & doesn't see that airtel has not overcharged me for total duration of association with airtel.

                        I opted for a monthly rental plan of Rs.649 (+taxes) of Airtel Broadband services. On recipt of the bill I saw an extra charges of Rs. 60 (tax extra) against DSL usage charges. On enquiring I came to know that DSL usage charges are charged "on request" But I never requested for the same. I kept paying the monthly bills since I couldntafford discontuance of services on accountof non-payment and having faith in the Airtel Billing Section taht tehy would make an adjustment in next bill. But despite my simultaneous effort and complaints the charges never stopped.

                          Dear Sirs,
                          I would like to bring to your notice the gross lapse in customer satisfaction by the team at Airtel (Bangalore).
                          I had requested the change of my landline to my wifes name on 24th August 2011, on constant follow up I was told that the center had misplaced my original submitted documents and I was requested to do so again which was done on 13th Oct ( a months delay as the request to change was not even logged in).

                          The shifting to my wifes name has only happaned in the month of December.

                          When the request to change was made there were no dues on my head, and hence the customer service representative did accept my request.
                          From the month of Oct I was harassed daily by the collection team for bill payment which I eventually did on a confirmed mail from Airtel Appealette that the previous bills generated would be in my wifes name, based on that confirmation I made a payment for 2 months. With late fees included)
                          The phone was still not shifted to my wifes name (the reason for changing the phone to my wifes name was to claim reimbursement from the company)
                          Now the company wants me to make the balance payment for no fault of mine and in principle they have accepted that it was a mistake of Airtel.

                          I fail to understand what does airtel mean by customer satisfaction and I find the team to be a bunch of incompetent people.


                          I have been following up religiously with the appellate to (which I dont have any more trust in), they also delayed this by a month more, so technically I have lost a claim of 3 months (amounting to 4500).

                          All I request is top speak to a senior person in Airtel Bangalore who can take a decision before I approach the consumer court.

                            I had been given an offer by airtel when i sent an sms to 1909 for MNP and the referrence number for that is CMBNR[protected].I called up airtel several times and the executives always kept me in hold and then hung up the calls.Last time i called them today i.e.06/01/2012 and i call was transferred to senior authority.The official person told me that they don't have such records for my number.I told them the number also from which i got calls several times for the offer.
                            What is this service?
                            I have wasted a lot of time also fighting for the same.who is gonna pay for it?

                              I booked my AIRTEL digital TV connection on 23rd DEC 2011 through online. I paid my money on 23 rd itself. While booking they informed they installation would be done in 48 hrs. But till now I get no response.

                              I called and dropped e-mail to customer care. Each time they say you would get a call in another 2 hrs or ½ an hour. But I never get any calls. Whenever I call them they say that SETUP BOX is not available and we will get back. But they never call. I am still waiting for the installation to be performed.

                              my name is raja from chennai-600118, And i'm online purchesed for airtel tv on 26/09-09, And get back one call for that day 2.00pm spoke to me one person behalf of airtel digiteltv, Give me sr.no
                              and 1750 account activation pin number then 100,100,250,250 recharge pin numbers and then the person said me after u call airtel digitaltv customer care and register ur booking.
                              then i call back to 3.00pm c.care and spoke to one girl, and i gave acc pin no's and recharge voucher no's. finallay she told me today or tomarrow will be send our installation peoples they fixed the digaitaltv, and she gave me a one customer id no : [protected]. then i cut the call and waitng till not instal the airtel digitaltv. today myself call to customer care, one guy pick up my call and i tell him my details brifly, and i give him to my customer id no, he is check it and tell me only 700 Rs(100,100,250,250) recherged my account, and 1750 voucher pin no already used someother person so u buy a new 1750 voucher, and cut the phone. now whats my problum already i'm paid 2300 by online in my credit card, why i'm spend 1750 additionaly, it's not my mistake, so please check my quaries and resolution as soon as passible.
                              My Airtel digital TV ID No. [protected], I have installed yr TV from Dec-2008 onwards, by the time your team staff informed me if any things got repaired, it will be replaced with new one. My remote control is not functioning for a month i.e. Oct 09 onwards. I have complainted to your customer care No.1215026 several time I have to wait upto hours together. There is nobody telling correct information regarding to have new remote control. Yesterday I have contacted your Cus Care at 7.30 pm and upto 9.00pm finallay they have disconnected my call. Why so negligence service appearing to Customer. Your telling that Yr at World No.1 networking. Simply to get remote control I have waste my days in duty hours and not able to get the remote control .

                              One day Cus Care told me to go to Air Tel Authorised dealer, I went to AIRTEL/ PARADISE, and they told me simply go to AIRTEL /BEGUMPET, where they have told it is not available here. You have to complaint again and our Airteldigital TV person will come and give to your residence.                                 Hi, I am Pronab Kahali, applied for new Airtel broadband connection (2 mbps plan) on 30th december, the airtel guy promised me it will be done within 3 days, so I applied for it (Form No. - 452262) and pay 1000 as 1st month rental. But it is not connected even after 7 days, when I call that guy after 3 days, he said that the DP is full near my house so they are going to install another DP near my house and it will be done in 2 days. But till now I didnt get the connection. Please look into this matter.

                                  I had an AIRTEL Landline and Broadband connection (Account #[protected] which was surrendered / terminated on July 05th, 2011. I received an acknowledgement from the AIRTEL office on Bannerghatta Road confirming return of the Modem. Since July 2011, I have been unsuccessfully pursuing AIRTEL for refund of my Security Deposit.

                                  I have, personally, visited the AIRTEL office (Bannerghatta Road) several times and the staff (Landline desk) have been extremely unfriendly, rude and non-co-operative. AIRTEL does not even provide a chair for Customers to sit and speak to the Customer Care Executives. We have to stand and speak!!

                                  I wish to file a complaint against AIRTEL for recovery of my Security Deposit along with Interest for 6 months and damages for grave hardship, mental agony and inconvenience caused to me; including huge amount of my time and money spent on commuting to this AIRTEL office, writing emails, trying to access the AIRTEL Complaint numbers. All to no avail!

                                  I have even sent several emails to the Nodal Officers and Apellate Authority at AIRTEL and tried reaching them on 4111 5338 and 4111 5201. All you get is some stupid meaningless, senseless IVR System.

                                  Will someone help me or guide me to file a case against AIRTEL?

                                    This is regarding my frustrating experience with airtel in transferring a corporate connection at my home, to my personal name. Here is the sequence of events. Phone number:[protected]
                                    1. Initiated an ownership change from company to personal when I quit in July 2011 - executed Dec 31, 2011, after 7 applications, document proofs, innumerable phone pursuits.
                                    2. With ownership name change, they changed address of the existing line to an unknown address and our line went dead as of Dec 31 and the phone stopped working!
                                    3. Repeated calls to fix the dead line but no solution in sight as Airtel is clueless.
                                    4. With ownership change from corporate to individual user, it was expected the line would be considered under "residential" category, but it continues to remain in business segment and Airtel says they cannot change the classification to residential. The reason for this is that they get to charge me an exorbitant Rs. 4000 + tax for my broadband while residential plan would only be 1/4th of that.
                                    5. The latest bill has Rs 300 as shifting charges, from which time the line is in-operational!
                                    6. In frustration, we requested for cancellation of the line, the same also went unheeded multiple times and finally it is registered as a service request on Jan 6 and they will get back by Feb 7!!!
                                    Tired of Airtel's customer service or the complete lack of it. I want my phone line cancelled immediately!

                                        my name is rajat and i am customer of digital tv airtel. my customer id no. is [protected] its in the name of rajat singh. i recharged my account on 8th of october 2011 for of 3 months under a scheme but they hav disconnected my connection before 3 months on january the 3rd, and when i called to customer care they tried to rubbish it by narrating a story that i had requested a Ngc HD (which i never did) for which my money (1.50rs per day) was diducted from my account . this type of incident is happening for the second time. i want airtel to settel this.

                                        I am subscriber to Airtel DTH. ID [protected]. I am dissatisfied with the service provided by you (dth not working properly for past 2 month). I had given request for discontinuance of DTH on 7 aug 2011. Till 10 th aug 2011 there was no person attended to take of set top box and dish at my premises. yesterday 10 aug 2011 i had esclated to nodal officer , who had taken some area ops manager , who assured to discontinue by next day 11 aug 2011. I have waited for whole day 11 aug 2011, none attended for the same. I do not understand their problem.
