message rate cutters which they offered 10000 national and local SMS BEFOR TRAI regulation and 100/day after trai regulation . and now TRAI had moved to 200/ day . but airtel is making business in this where airtel offers at 100/ day for rs 36, and other 100 / day at extra charges. this stupid airtel is using the TRAI regulation to make business.

postpaid connection stopped

I have a customer of Airtel postpaid number ([protected]) for 4 years and always paid my bills on time. I always used to receive ebill from airtel on my registered mail ID and said STOP for paper bill for the sake of GO GREEN policy. I had received my last ebill for the month of March and after that Airtel stopped sending the ebill. They say that they only stop sending ebill in case consumer SMS from his mobile to stop the bill.

Landline Issue - Airtel's Response

Our Airtel Fixed line/Landline ([protected]) got disconnected on 31st October 2011 and when we asked the customer care agent said within 2 days it'll be activated. outgoing bar despite regular payments

unable to use the Rs. 225 booster

I am unable to use the 225 booster which enables me with Airtel to Airtel 10p and others 50p with 6000 local and national messages for 90 days. it always said "RECHARGE NOT SUCCESSFUL."
when i asked the customer care (121) about it they said that i had a roaming booster valid for one year already. when i wanted to get it cancelled they asked me to text BC to 404 or 405, (am not sure)so that i can get my 225 booster activated...!...

Billing cycle

I had requested Airtel to change my billing cycle to the 1st of every month. To this, the only answer I keep getting is that this cannot be done as the cycle is "predetermined" and there is some "policy" because of which this cannot be changed. All appellate of Airtel keeps giving this message. How can this company call itself a national player if its systems and policies are...
