i'm a user of "AIRTEL MOBILE PHONE PREPAID CONNECTION" & my no. is [protected]. I've been getting a problem with "hello tune" service.

i'd subscribed that hello tune just 4 months back , for which i paid the yearly charges(approx. Rs 200) as per the scheme. But now my hello tune service has been barred since 2 months without informing me . i even contacted to the customer care executives a many times but i got different replies on every call (like " ur service will be resumed after 48 hrs","technical fault","ur details are not mentioned in our system"etc.). last time i called customer care executive Mr .AAMIR (senior most executive) & got reply that "you are not subscribed to any of these services" & even talked to me rudely. I either want all my charges back (which has occured till yet ) or return my 2 months charges & resume my service .

    u have given us increased bill, when i asked from cutomer care they replied due to some tech. fault ur plan has been changed i.e it was 2500 min.was free with broadband butnow they given only 1875 min.free. they replied from next month this will be 2500 min. free but present bill u have to pay.if the mistake is taken by ur end so why should 'we' pay more

      i am Anup Mandal having airtel broadband connection from 11/jul/2011 to till date my account no is [protected] and tel no is [protected].
      today (12 dec 2011) I got a legal notice on my name from SHIVA & RAWLEY Advocates asking me to pay the outstanding Rs 3750 within seven day which is towards the account no: [protected] bearing tel no: [protected] which i am not using and have no idea from where my name came from and the address stated in notice is not my address
      after receiving this notice i called airtel customer care about this and surprisingly i found for this account (no: [protected]) my mobile number which is [protected] is registered i told him i don't know about this connection and the postal address mentioned in the account detail for this connection is not mine he suggest me to Wright this mail and send it to 121 for further action so i did but not received any positive reply please suggest me what i can do regarding this.

        on friday(9the december 2011) i applied for port out.on saturday i received a call and the person calling me gave a offer to stay with airtel.the offer given was airtel to airtel 1p/6sec and airtel to otheers 1p/2 sec. i confirmed it that i wont go for the porting.but today is monday till now i havent got the offer and 50 paise has been deducted for each call that i made from saturday till today.... i have never heard airtel doing this kind of things with their customer.... i hope my problem will be resolved and i will get the offer or else may be i have to go for the porting....

        My issue is not yet resolved. i am facing the same issue. as told i am not getting the offer. i am getting flat 1p/2sec to all local number. where i should get a tariff of 1p/6sec airtel to airtel and airtel to others 1p/2sec. i dont know why airtel is not resolving my issue and this is not expected from a company like airtel.if this thing continues then may be i have to port out of airtel.

          To cut down story in sort. Bharti Airtel has not been listning to the clients and has been harrasing me since july 2011. I was using the said number [protected] at my home. We sold the home and left the place since July 2011. While asking to customer care for shifting the same connection they said its better your disconnect the connection and get a new one. We did the same we requested them to disconnect the connection and when we shifted to new house we asled for new connection with reference number DL2643293. I paid 1750 by cheque to the agent. Now in september the company still did not cancelled the old connection and there were some issues by Airtel agent who collected 1750 rupees and never got the new connection. The company forced me to pay till september and that time also I paid 2000 something to the company and requested there customer care to please disconnect the connection nothing happend. now the situation is that the company is asking me to pay 3494 more for the bill generated by company for the unused services [protected] and also have not returned me my 1750 rupees from the ref number DL2643293. I have now started recieving the threatning calls from the company from number [protected] if I will not pay this money I will be killed in road accident or something will happen to me and my family as they have all my addresses with them. I dont know what is going to happen to me but if something happens to me Airtel is the only responsible for the same.

            From last 2 days I am receiving unknown person's calls at my number [protected]. He called me unlimited time with different numbers and he always talk in very bad & cheap language. And these numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. I checked these nos and first no is serviced by Airtel (Delhi) & rest three numbers from Vodafone West Bengal . Please consider my complaint at the earliest and please do me a favour. I want my identity to be hidden.

              On 09.12.2011 we have booked a Parcel Wide Consignment No. J81477121
              for Allahabad, enclosing 21 T.Shirts, 100 Keyrings and 100 Pens.

              The Stock is packed in front of your Representative Mr. Amit and he
              himself Sealed the Bag (Seal No. J241884) after being satisfied with
              the Quantity of Stock under Projection, and when this Parcel is
              delivered in Allahabad today the consignee received only 16 T.Shirts,
              82 Pens and 85 Key-rings, shorter the quantity dispatched.

              Please look into this fact with full Sensitivity as this practice is
              now becoming a part of the services that we are not expecting and this
              will sure put an Impact in our Business Relationships.

              This time we need the proper feedback, please revert with the true status.

                dear sir,

                i am regular customer from 2006 i am facing network problem frm 3-4 months prior i also request for the network tower in kamothe but no response.
                ur executive will come our home an check the network. but no responce suppose i want a single call to client for that i require 5-6 time call.prior i complatin abt network prob but no reply.
                plz help me out frm this prob otherwise i ll change the portability service.

I have never opt any service, but it is automatically included against my number, and money has been deducted without prior notification.                   Hello Sir,
                  My name is Susamay Ghosh and my Airtel number is [protected]. I activated sms pack with Rs.47 which gives 200 sms Free Airtel to Airtel everyday. But I can send only 100 sms per day. The TRAI has extended the sms to 200 daily but I can send only 100. I called the customer care but they refused to take complaint. Please sir, help me to send 200 msg. And customer care has also disconneded their line so that I could not call them.

                  AirTel — sms pack not work properly

                  i get message of sms 10 offer then i activate that service after activation of that service i want to deduct 10p per sms but its 1 rs per sms. i have already paid many ruppes for it.

                      I had requested for Airtel DTH connection on 05th Oct'11 via online payment. One Mr. Lalit Goswami <lalit.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com> has acknowledged the payment and promised that the DTH set-up will be completed in two working days (Latest by 07th Oct'11). However, this was not done till 10th Oct'11. After making several attempts to contact Mr. Goswami unsuccessfully, Airtel Call centre was contacted and requested for speedy action in line with their commitment. The executive had apologized for the delay and promised, this will be sorted out at the earliest and action taken (Reference Number[protected].

                      This was not actioned till 18th Oct'11 and finally, we had decided to switch to Dish TV instead who had ensured delivery with committed time-scales. IN view of these changes and irresponsible behaviour of Airtel, it was requested that the order be cancelled and installation charges paid online be refunded. One Mr. Ram Avatar from the call center confirmed that this will be done within 48 hours. ( Reference Number[protected]. Till date we have not received any refund amount and everytime we reach out to call centre, they apologies according to their script and suggest the complaint has been forwarded to relevant department and action will be taken immediately.

                      It is 11th Dec'11 today and we have not got the refund yet. This has been the most frustrating experience and unfair deal with Airtel.

                        I recharged my prepaid Airtel SIM with 3G Pack of Rs. 675 which is supposed to give me 2.5 GB of data. But instead, it gave me only 1.2 GB of free data. 1.2 GB data plan costs Rs. 450 and not Rs. 675.

                        I complained by calling 121 and after spending half an hour getting my line through to one of those dumb call center guy and explaining him my problem, he said he cannot help me. He asked me to email. After more than 2 weeks and countless email I haven't received a single reply (except the automated ones).

                        I didn't know Airtel is such a big thief, a cheater. Bad service is one thing and stealing other people's money is another. Airtel stole Rs. 225. I demand they give me service or give my money back.

                        Airtel — Money stolen for new application

                        I have applied for new airtel broadband connection CEF No.: 2783672 on August 07, 2011,

                        No one has called yet even after 10 days and don’t know what has happened to my application (torn and money stolen).The application number does not reflect in system as per the customer care executives. The mobile number of sales person is switched off, since then.
                        In case this is true I’m ready to pay again and request an early installation. I have already wasted 10 days in the process, extremely disheartened..
                        I have logged the compliant and as per the executive the problem had to be resolved today August 16, 2011 before 5:30 PM. I haven’t received any call from any technician etc.
                        Finally some has confirmed that form has not been logged yet, Every time I call they ask me to call after 2 hrs , system is under updation. Funny they update system in working hrs in India.

                        Guys dnt ever give money to Airtel Home Executives , they steal it. Sales guys are your bosses......

                          Airtel has one of the worst customer service ever. I called airtel customer service on 8th Dec for add-on connection (HD-Recorder) and was promised that installation will be done the next evening(9th Dec 2011). Only on the commitment that it will be done on the next day did I go ahead with the payment via credit card. I waited till 6p next day before calling airtel for status update as i did not hear back from airtel nor anyone came for installation. On providing customer details and ref number[protected], I was told that they do not have set top box in stock and it will take longer and how longer no one has any freaking idea. Well on the contrary, when I was placing the order, they never told me abt the shortage in stock but kept promising on installation the very next day itself. The worst part however is, they don't even have a single responsible person/engineer who can speak english, who is willing to sort out the issue nor who is willing to help.When I asked to put someone responsible enough to make decision on the call, I was put on a long hold which hung up after 15 minutes. I called again and had the same @#$#$% experience. I am totally pissed with airtel service and again this not the first time, I am always promised that they will improve service next time, but it is always getting worst and not any better.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Subject: Deactivation of mobile number [protected]

                              I am having an airtel number [protected] and been using the same as a postpaid from year 2007 to May-11 and as a prepaid from May-11 to Oct-11. It was deactivated by AIRTEL dt. 30.10.11 stating that it is deactivated because of no usage for 90 days which I strongly disagree as call has been made by me from the number on 19.10.11 which are still present in my call log. The sequence of communication via email by me with Airtel is as follows:
                              1. I asked the customer care upon deactivation on customer care number 121 and they replied it's deactivated because of lack of documents. I emailed the issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 10.11.11 on which they replied on the same day that it was deactivated dt. 26.05.11 and never been converted to prepaid.
                              2. I replied again at [protected]@in.airtel.com on 11.11.11 stating that I have been using the subject number in prepaid since May-11. Mr. Arun Kumar from [protected]@in.airtel.com replied on 11.11.11 with no justification on the subject and guided me to mail to nodal office.
                              3. I mailed to nodal center at nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com on 19.11.11. Mr. Pulkit Agarwal from nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com replied on 22.11.11 with how to retaining the number back rather than addressing the issue.
                              4. I again mailed to them on 22.11.11 regarding my issue. Mr. Aman Kapoor from nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com replied on 24.11.11 that subject number was deactivated with effect from 31.10.11 due to no usage. They also state that they tried to contact me on alternate number and found it unreachable on 24.10.11 but the alternate number mentioned by them is unknown to me and is different from what I filled up in the form.
                              5. I on 24.11.11 wrote an email to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com on the subject understanding that they will give proper addressing. Mr. Jadidi Rao from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com replied that subject number got disconnected wef from 30.10.11 due to nonusage, the criteria for the same also listed by him.
                              6. On 25.11.11, I replied to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com that both the condition laid by them for non-usage are not applicable to me and I requested them to furnish the record on the same.
                              7. Mr. Dhobal Nodal replied from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com on the above on 28.11.11 stating that they have rechecked and found the same and are unable to furnish the record.
                              8. Upon all odds, I followed their direction stated in email dt. 22.11.11 by nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com for retaining my number back but the Airtel CSD Services, Indore told the same number can not be reactivated for allotment to anyone.
                              9. At last I have written an email dt. 03.12.11 to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com asking them 7 questions. Mr. Pulkit Agarwal (On 22.11.11 he replied me from nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com) replied on 06.12.11 from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com copying their last mail text without answering any of my 7 questions. This truly means that they do not have a answer of any one of them.

                              I request you to take up the matter with Airtel on ths subject and solve my problem.

                              Airtel — NETWORK & CUSTOMER CARE,DeAcivated services without any reason

                              I am using Airtel postpaid since past 4 years, Airtel has given me a credit limit of Rs. 4900/-, acording to me which means i can make calls upto the same amount, but. last month i had a outstanding of Rs. 1870/-, and these bloody bast... 's had barred my calls on 15th may'08, without even informing me. They had called me on 12th May '08 that your payment is due, and i told them i will make payment within 2 days, though my Due Date is 21st of evry month, i made payment through check on 13th evening of Rs.1900/-, I had a car breakdown and was stuck in bad weather on 15th morning, and when i tried callin, my calls were barred, i tried calling customercare, but it only says some advertisments and cancel the call and never connected with customer care. Then i somehow manage to get help and reached office and called the customer care from my landline, they said that you have some outstanding from your last month, so that's why they have barred my calls, when i told them i have made the payments, and why the hell have you given me the credit limit, and ask them to cancel my number, as they have not sent me any message either about the same. and that i don't want to use your service any more, they de-barred my calls within 30 minutes, and this time they had also sent me a message.

Then i somehow manage to get help and reached office and called the customer care from my landline, they said that you have some outstanding from your last month, so that's why they have barred my calls, when i told them i have made the payments, and why the hell have you given me the credit limit, and ask them to cancel my number, as they have not sent me any message either about the same. and that i don't want to use your service any more, they de-barred my calls within 30 minutes, and this time they had also sent me a message.

                                I had raised a request - request no - 907654 with Airtel on 8th Nov 2011, regarding change of plan.
                                They have called me to confirm the change of plan. I confirmed that, but o[censored]se. Until now i,.e. 10 Dec 2011, they have not changed my plan.
                                They have not addressed it as of now and have been continuing to charge me extra 1000 rs per month, not to forget the other taxes that are cumulative on this bill.

                                First,
                                Airtel did not had a plan of rs 1299(iPTV) plan, they changed it to rs 1199, 6 months back. On top of that, they had been charging me rs 1000 per month.

                                Airtel is such a profit oriented company that it does not care even for its loyal customers.
                                I have been on the Airtel billing cycle of nearly Rs 2000 per month more than 3 years now, but this is the second time they have done it.
                                They are not at all customer oriented and do not care about the benefit of the customer.
                                It is understandable for an organization whose running into losses to think about its revenue, but not at customer cost and bu adopting unethical ways.

                                Corporates working across are now beginning to get the feel of the highly capitalized thinking of Airtel.
                                Bharti Mittal and his counterparts need to take a serious thought about how their strategy for future business considering the unethical, profit oriented, non customer oriented behavior techniques they are using.

                                There is one basic concept of marketing that you guys have forgot - WORD OF MOUTH.
                                If this goes bad about you - You will see how your customers will reply back now !

                                  As massive fraud replacement is going on dumka. Due to

                                  Retailers are furious and they are not able to do
                                  business bcz of
                                  of regular replacement. Two RDs of (dumka ) SIM has replaced by
                                  others. As a result RDs are not able to retain
                                  business. One RD whose

                                  on 3rd dec.Under distri no: [protected].This distributor belongs to
                                  jamtara.
                                  One major incident happened on also 3rd of this month whose
                                  FOS :[protected] was also replaced by that no. And second time same
                                  no was replaced by [protected](vikash trader of south bihar,ud)
                                  and also he has done replacement of his retailer whose lappu no
                                  is: [protected], as the RD had 24612 rs in his fos sim. And after replacement
                                  of that fos amount left in his account is zero. As he transferred
                                  entire amount in
                                  that lappu ie, [protected] and after that he transferred 3000 rs to customer
                                  no [protected] on 10th at 7:19 am, so total amount he transferred to others
                                  customer is 19000 till time. he also transferred ten times 1499 rs to [protected]
                                  plz do necessary action to that culprit and also have to settle that RD.

                                      I had a bought an Airtel Digital HD connection (Cust Id: [protected]) in June 2010. The Set top Box has started malfunctioning recently, the problem is the sound output vanishes often and now it is not getting ON. I had registered a complaint and the technician visiting today 10/12/2011 and said the set top has problems and needed to be changed. He replaced it with another old repaired set top box and said since the original box is out of warranty (six month period), I need to pay him Rs.750 for the replacement. The warranty for the the replaced set would be just 3 months and there is no guarantee that it will not conk-off after 3 months and I am expected to shell out 750 bucks or may be more again. I therefore refused the replacement and the call has been closed from Airtel side.

                                      It seems Airtel cannot repair the set top box, nor have any AMC.

                                      This is blatant extortion deliberatly fabricated by Airtel as one does not have any other option (procuring something from the market or get this set top box repaired).

                                      Shirish from Corporate office called on 15/Dec and talked to us - dotn think why you are saying we were un-reachable.

                                      Shirish conveyed that he will look and call back. No call back after that. When we tried it is going to board no. and could not connect to Shirish.

                                      Dont we have any SLAs over here.
                                      This problem is not solved but you guys made me pay Rs. 750/- and then only replaced the set top box.
                                      The replaced settop box is having warranty of only 3 months and it seems to be very old. Though it is working I am not sure how many days it will work.

                                      I enquired with my friends however they conveyed that other service providers Tata/Reliance replace the settop box without any extra charge even after several years of service and out of warranty period.

                                      As I said above this is blatant extortion deliberatly fabricated by Airtel as one does not have any other option (procuring something from the market or get this set top box repaired).

                                      Moreover the problem solved statement is utterly wrong as you just made me pay Rs. 750/- to fix the issue which is not right. Will not recommend this service.

                                        i have paid Rs1000 before 3 months on 05/9/2011 for airtel broad band service to local airtel service dealer (ALAI INFOCOMM ADDRESS-NO.A.795,2ND FLOOR,'G',BLOCK,1ST STREET, ANNA NAGAR,CHENNAI-40 [MY CONNECTION NO-CH1218276]) , but airtel service care person said in my area does not had facility to provide connection in my area. so i said refund my money but they didn't refund till now itself i thought airtel service is better than all but i really disappointment on airtel service i have called plenty of times to customer care they said your connection cancelled after 15 days it will refund as dd or check but i didn't get my money back i had spent more money for making calls to airtel customer care person its no use for me please take this complaint as serious kindly refund my money with in a week sir.
