I am Ayesha Fathima having a broadband connection along with fixed land line # 40923899.
I would like to bring to your notice that, this has been a high time, I lodged a complaint against Airtel for providing 2 connection to my above mentioned account # and billing for both the connections. Since the day I have got this broadband connection, I have been facing different kind of problems.
1. Your executive sold me a second hand modem
2. I did not receive my broadband bill to my house address until now.
3. I tried reaching many a times regarding the above issue to customer care, they were not co-operative. I even got to know my mobile # and email address is wrongly updated in your database.
4. When I got my online password, I got to know that I have been billed for 2 different land line and broadband connection.
5. I did lodged the complaint with # 5929852 and 1475854. Your executive said they will get back to me as soon as they can. But that as soon as possible didn't happen yet, and my issue is unresolved.
6. I have been asking for revised bill since I am using only 1 connection and I opted for 1 connection when I booked with your sales representative.
7. My internet has been blocked and I will not pay for the months which I have not used the service.
I would appreciate your good self to look in to the matter as early as possible and resolve the issue from your end. My work is getting affected due to the blocked connection. I am great follower of Airtel and I would not like to switch because of the quality of service you give. No idea, what went wrong with this one, due to which I have to suffer like anything.

BHARATI AIRTEL — Activation of Broadband & Land line connection
Dear Sir,This is Bhavesh Tandel ([protected]), Please note my complain regarding service provider from bharti airtel who was supposed to give me activation for broadband landline connection since last 2 weeks.
I have paid for 1099 plan as amount of rs 4500 for 3 months service plan and i have submitted all documents along with 2 weeks ago.
I am daily being corresponding with mr sanjay ([protected]), mr. kinnar ([protected]) since last 2 weeks but they just not getting me any response and they committed that provide the documents and cheque (SBI bank savings account) and it ll start from next day. but there is no connection till the date and they even ignoring my phone calls.
so i request you to please take an serious action against them as a very worst service from their side. or else help me out to carry out another way.
