Misleading information, bill overcharged

Dear Concerned,

I hope there is someone reading this mail who can understand a customer's state of mind being having to mail back and forth every second day to have this billed amount corrected for my cell number [protected].

I had a very shocking experience with Bharti Airtel recently, regarding their 3G plans on cell phones. I frankly feel like scammed and the whole process totally fraud.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I was using an Airtel no. since 5 years. Nowadays, the service is becoming worse from Airtel. All the unnecessary activations like Game_Subscription are being done without customer knowledge.

I have been trying to port my number from Airtel to Vodafone/Tata Docomo since 3 months, but not able to do so. This is my 3rd attempt to port my number but unsuccessful.

Below are the details :

Sat, 3, Dec 1901 : Your Unique Porting ID is AX961771 and the expiry date is 18/12/2011.

Sat, 17, Dec 52291 : Hi! Your request for MNP is registered successfully. 4974981.

Mon, 19, Dec 2011 :
52291 : MNP Request rejected for [protected] due to
1. Rejected by Donor 2. The porting code is wrong at[protected]. Thanks.

Please let me know what can be done to port my number.

    Airtel is fraud, cheating customers giving wrong information about plans. You guys are cheaters! How long you can fool customers? I was not informed that its 20KBPS unlimited 3G data plan, and after completing my bandwidth its bloody 20KBPS in which even a single pic will not load. Even my mobile with GPRS connection loads at 150 to 200 KB/s . It took me 30 mins to load this page. Don't buy Airtel. They're fraud.

    The story goes like this:

    Artel representative started annoying me with phone calls regarding offers. I attended the call once and he asked for my address for explaining the offer and he said I don't have to buy.

    He came home and explained all false information about the plan and forced me to buy the 3G Dongle and said he came on my request.

    1. He explained that its an unlimited plan at 7.1 MBPS.
    2. For 675 plan I get 3.15 GB free and another 2000 rupees worth o[censored]sage free at 2 paise per 100KB ( 200 rupeesworrth o[censored]sage is misleading and cheating)
    3. He offered me the dongle for Rs.999 which he said is worth Rs.2500 . At last I thought its a good deal and took it.
    4. After few days I happen to call Airtel customer care regarding the speed issue and to get a clear idea about the plan.
    Here, on the first call
    The representative told me that I can use 3.15 GB free usage plus 9.5GB (based on 2 paise per 100kb) and a total of 12GB.
    And the call got dropped in between and I happened to call again, this time they told a different story. 2000 rupees usage is including 3.15GB, which means a total of 9.5 GB

    This keeps of changing every time I call any representative. At last the call was transferred to Manager. She assured me again that its total usage of 12GB. (ref no of the complaint:[protected]

    And in the other time, when I called, an airtel representative started abusing me asking why am I calling them. He started abusing me badly and said an explanation that he was frustrated with lots of customers. HELL why do i have to worry about other customers, I paid money and I need to get some service.

    Airtel — Incorrect information and cheating

    If anyone has opted for a 500Rs top up pack in you airtel landline be prepared to get surprised. Without mentioning any validity, this has been expired in 3 months. Now we need to have the SMS to prove to them that they have not mentioned anything about validity in their SMS. If anyone has by anychance a copy of such an SMS, please help me in proving them wrong.

      AIRTEL have Deducted my balance Rs. 55 for SFC PACK without knowing me.Even i don't know what is SFC PACK. I have nothing click or touch in my phone before or after this service they have activated on my phone number
      i have call many time to airtel costumer care but every time they just said me to hold ur no. and they disconected my no. every time they even don't want to properly co-operate with costumer they are just deducting every time my balance when i call to costumer care whithout conecting to main costumer care officer they charge me even for computer voice calling from costumer care service

        I am working in JUBA - SOUTH SUDAN which is a Independent Country since June 9 - 2011. Till November 2011 my wife could call me through prefix (249) which was then SUDANs Intl. prefix code. Since South Sudan got Independence a new Intl. prefix code was announced (211). when ever my wife calls from (Kanyakumari - Tamilnadu) she hear an announcement stating you are not allowed to call this number. Vodafone and other service provider users are able to call here. Its is only users from Airtel are unable to call here. My wife had launched a complaint against this in Airtel office in Nagercoil - Kanyakumari (Tamilnadu) office located at WCC road so far no she has not got any information from your esteemed organization. Neither her or any Airtel user are able to call South Sudan.

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            I ordered for AIRTEL broadband connection in the mid of jun 2010 and AIRTEL send their executive in the same day I booked the service and took rs.2,000 from me. Before giving the money I asked them if it will be possible to get the service in my room (area) and they convinced me by saying that "YES AND IT WILL BE DONE IN 3 WORKING DAYS". In the Third day they send their engineer and he came up with the conclusion that they don't have the port in my area so they left without getting me the connection. I called them and ask for the refund and they told me that they will refund the amount by ceque within 6-7 working days, since then they are telling me day after day but I have never received it. whenever I called them they come up with a new excuses.             I am Devanand from 61, 4th cross,Whitefield, Bangalore 66. I have applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 25th March 2011. The person from airtel collected Rs.1100 for a new connection and gave a slip with a TBLR number 232985. After a week I got to know that there is no port available in my area. I asked the person incharge Mr.Manoj Kumar ([protected]) to cancell the connection and refund the money back. He promised me to repay the amount but still he has'nt paid me. It has been two months.               Hi If anybody in Airtel is litensing :

              Below is mail i sent on [protected]@airtel.in a long time back done some follow up on phones and emails but noting works for airtel now.... Its was one of my favorite companies but the detoriation i have seen in Airtel is serioulsy amazing.

              They have brought this company to a level where customer like me who are using airtel for last 10 years now thinking of switching to some other option...

              This is with respect to my airtel number [protected]

              I lost this number on jan 21, 2010 and was not willing to use it further as i was relocating to Delhi.

              In the month of Feb (last week) i requested airtel 121 that the said number should be disconnected for further calls and requested to adjust the pending amount from the security I have deposited at the time of activation which was Rs 500.00 and the net Bill was arround Rs 400.00. I dont know why and how this number was not closed and I have been charged the monthly rental for next months too, which came to my knowledge when I recieved a bill of arroung 800 in the month of may ( at my old address and I havn't recieved any previous month's
              bill either).

              I called many times regarding this to get number closed but I got the answer that since This is dehradun number hence nothing can be done from Delhi. Also when I contacted the Dehradun helpline they told me to come to Dehradun for disconnecting the number which is not feasible for me as I permanently relocated to Delhi.

              After numoruos request at call center I am still not able to resolve this issue and writing the same to you hoping we can get to some closure on this. First time in last ten years while using airtel i am not feeling good about the company as the executives are not willing to share any mail ID no Phone numbers even they are not willing to tell the address of nearest airtel office, this kind of response is really very shocking and new for me with respect to Airtel.

              I request you to please look into the matter and resolved it as soon as possible.

              I purchased the Nokia with air tel prepaid offer with two years incoming and 300 worth of talk time on 7th september 2007.My number is [protected].After one month i received message that You are using another sim card in this mobile,so your service terminated ,then I immdiately noticed to customer care .They aslo telling same as message. On 19th oct My service has been removed.

                When requested for a duplicate sim with the same number @ destiny infotech,malviya nagar(airtel relationship center), they refused to provide the duplicate sim and insisted to get a new number.

                  I purchase set top box through online on 30th november last month and they said that they will install everyting by one weak, But they took 10 days for installation after so many call from my side. Finally they installed DTH connection in my room on 10/12/2011 , again one more problem I am facing is no activation till today 17/12/2011. I have been calling since from last one week, custemer care executives transferring the call here and there, but there is no action taken place. I made a mistake that I have paid complete amount Rs2690 through IVR Phone. The person installed here is taken money from us 180rs for cable, they said before 10 or 12mts free, person given only 1mts, charged extra money for wire. Error is showing on my TV when I switched on is Negative Balace, becz of it is suspended activation.
                  Please help me to get things done.

                    my mobile number is [protected]...1 week before my main account balance was rs;35/-..then i was do a 5 rs mesege pack by dialing *555#...usualy it will automatically deactivate in 2day..becos the time period is 48 hours...but now it is automatically renewing without any information from the provider...they are cheating..now my balance is 0.82 ...when i call customer care today morning 10 o clock 3 times they ask me to stay in line...then 3 times they said that they are transferring the call to senior executive..but they did not respond and cheating...this network is cheating don't trust...please take action..its a request

                      Airtel is deducting from my balance Rs 2/- everyday for services that I have not even subscribed.
                      Yesterday (16th Dec 2011), I received a message saying Rs 2/- has been deducted for Kannada Movies MMS subscription. I never activated this service.
                      I called 198 customer care to get this de-activated but no amount was recredited and the service was also not cancelled.
                      Today (17th Dec 2011), I received another message saying Rs 2/- has been cut for MMS subscription. Again, I never activated this service and neither did I go to Airtel Live to browse.
                      The customer care representatives are also incompetent in answering my queries. The are useless.
                      One Mrs Sangeetha, Mr. Diwakar(supervisor) are also useless in answering my queries.
                      I want a speedy solution and also a recredit of Rs 4/- which Airtel has cut from my balance un-necessarily.
                      I will write to Consumer forum is this problem is not solved.

                      AirTel — Amount Deduction for Services I Did Not Subscribed For.

                      I had Been Looted By Airtel Prepaid for the last 2 months ( Aug & Sept 08). my total of 80rs (25rs + 25rs for sms chat service) and (30rs for hello tune monthly rent) had been deducted though i never subscribed for sms chat service and I got my hello tune deactivated 3 days before renewal. I made several complains but no positive response and now in fact my no is barred from making calls to customer care executive. Airtel is Pathetic Mobile Operator of This Country

                      Airtel — Deduction of charges on the services not subscribed

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      I have acquired mobile service connection from Airtel in the name of my wife. The mobile no. is [protected] and is in use for the last 6 months.

                      While otherwise the services of Airtel have found to be satisfactory, recently, the company has been sending SMSs on IPL Cricket and Christian religion which have never been subscribed either by my wife nor me or anyone else. A sum of Rs.3/- per IPL match is being deducted for the last 3 days and it was informed by the customer care executive (Shri Majed @ [protected]) that in addition to the above the amount is also being deducted on account of religious messages on Christianity which also have never been subscribed.

                      Despite lodging repeated complaints regarding informating about our non-subscription to the above services and/or removal of our mobile number from the list of forced subscription by Airtel, the cognizance is not being given to our repeated calls which is somewhat ironical.

                      Only assurances are being made by the customer care executive that within 24 hours the services would be withdrawn and the deducted amount would be credited back to the mobile account. However, so far, no action has been carried out by the company in this regard and at the same time, the messages and the deductions are continued to take place despite our reminders.

                      I request you to kindly arrange to look into the matter as this is unwarranted from a reputed and profit making company like Airtel which it appears as if the company is attempting to forcibly earn from those services which are not required by the user and are imposed upon by the company on the user allegedly.

                      Airtel — Deductions for services not subscribed to

                      Airtel is running a scam wherein they activate services on consumer's prepaid account and start deducting the charges (usually a small amount) without the customer's knowledge. This is usually a small amount which is not noticed by the customer. I am an Airtel consumer and I noticed that a charge was being deducted from my Airtel account. When I called up Airtel consumer care, they informed me that I had activated the following services : Picture Post and Jokes. According to them, these services were activated on July 1st and I was being charged daily until today, i.e. October 1st. I informed them that in the first place, I had not activated the service and in the second place, I was not even receiving the jokes and movie info that I was supposed to receive with these services. If I had been receiving these messages I would have realised that I was being charged for them and I would have instantly called to deactivate these services. This is not the first time this has happened to me. About 6 months back I had the same experience but at that time I received that messages that I had supposedly subscribed to, hence I became aware of the deduction and deactivated the service immediately. When I spoke to their customer care executive today, he informed me that apart from deactivating these services, he could not do anything regarding the amount that I had been fraudulently charged in the last three months. Though the amount is not a large one, I feel cheated and upset that a large company like Bharti Airtel has to resort to such a scam to make money off its customers. I also have prepaid accounts with Vodafone and Reliance and have never faced such a problem with them. Airtel has definitely lost a customer and if they do not want to lose any more, they should stop cheating their customers in this manner.

                      Airtel — Unrequired services imposed and charged

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am using Airtel pre-paid service from last 5 months.
                      The problem is I was imposed two service
                      1) LKD
                      2) Cricket Live
                      and have been charged for that.
                      I have never request or sent any sms for that then why they have started this service.
                      I have talked to customer care on December 8th, 2010 at 7.25 pm with Mr Ali. Instead of giving some satisfactory answer or solving the issue he has disconnected the phone.

                      I request you to solve the following issue
                      1) service chared should be revert back.
                      2) service should be deactivated from immediate effect.
                      3) Though Airtel charge minimum 50paise to talk customer care, is their action taken when representative just disconnect the call.

                      Airtel — deduct charges for service not subscribed for

                      Recently, an amount of Rs.15 has been deducted from my balance. When I inquired they say that I have subscribed to a service called 'Talk to Me', which I never subscribed (I have much more better things than that to do).
                      Further they are not ready to take my complaint regarding this and they just say that their MANAGER is not available right now, so we'll call later, which they never call.
                      I guess this problem is faced by many of the consumers out there. We should take a strict action against them for this. They just can't fill their pockets with our money, this I think qualifies for cheating and fraud and stealing!!

                        I'm using Airtel prepaid since 2007. I was asked for document resubmission last month ( November 2011). I had submitted all documents while taking connection. My phone was blocked without information. When I asked customer care, they said I did not respond to their call, so they blocked the number & This is a government rule as they have asked airtel for re-verification, so you have to abide or number will remain blocked.After 2-3 days, I resubmitted id proof and the number was activated.

                        Now in Dec 2011, I started getting verification calls again. They asked if I submitted my documents, I confirmed affirmatively. On 16 Dec 2011, the number was blocked again without any information. When I called customer care, same story goes-govet has asked and u have to follow the rule. I asked why is it repeated every month? They said document was not proper. I asked what was the problem with document, they tell that they do not have that much information. How can Voter ID card be insufficient/improper?

                        I checked the complaints here and it seems that they do not notify anyone before blocking and then complain that they tried to call but no-one responded. Even their seniors don't have any proper answers and kind of threaten that u HAVE to submit failing which number wont be activated.

                        I am a researcher and cannot waste so much time in this crap. I want to see which govt rule states that they have to submit document every month frm every airtel user and why not for other service providers. What exactly is the problem with my document or have they lost it?

                        I have missed so many imp calls and this is causing me a lot of mental trauma and frustration as my work is getting affected badly. I demand immediate action and compensation for the loss of my work time and a proper answer from Airtel about my document and the unstated problem with it. If they have lost/misplaced it, I want a written apology for mis-handling customer information and causing stress. My number is still not active

I GOT MIGRATED FROM AIRTEL ON 11TH AUGUST 2011 AND WAS INFORMED TO PAY MY POSTPAID BILL WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF MIGRATION AND I WENT TO AIRTE SHOWROOM KELLYS AND I MADE MY PAYMENT OF Rs 77/- RECEIPT NO R.NO:128 ON 13th August 2011 AND WAS MIGRATED FROM AIR-TEL TO AIRCEL AND AFTER 3 MONTHS I'M GETTING A BILL AND A SMS STATING THAT I HAVE NOT PAYED MY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF Rs 130 AND IF I DONT PAY THE MONEY MY SERVICES WILL BE DISCONNECTED.I CALLED UP NODAL OFFICER AND SPOKE TO VIJAY.G AND EXPLAINDED HIM HE TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AND EXPLAINED HIM THAT MY NUMBER WAS PORTED OUT ON 11TH AND I HAVE PAYED BY BILL ON 13TH AND IF I HAVE DONE THE PAYMENT IT INCLUDES CHARGES FOR 11TH AND 12TH IF MY NUMBER WAS ACTIVE WITH AIR-TEL AND HE TOLD HE WILL CHECK THE SETAILS AND CALL BACK SR # 40765214 AND STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CALL FROM AIRTEL DISGUSTING SERVICE DAMM IT AIRTEL.I CALLED UP AIRTEL AND SPOKE TO IDA APPLETTE OFFICER AND I EXPLAINED THE SAME THAT I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENT AND Y AM I GETTING THE BILL AFTER 3 MONTHS AND IF DINT PAY THE BILL I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE BILL PAYMENT IN THE NEXT MONTH THAT IS SEPTEMBER I DINT GET THAT NOT EVEN IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER SHE DINT HAD A ANSWER ANS SHE KEPT TELLING I HAVE TO PAY I EXPLINED HER THAT I MADE THE PAYMENT ON 13 OF AUGUST 2011 AND SHE TOLD IT WAS UPDATED IN HER COMPUTER THAT I MADE MY PAYMENT OF RS 77/- ON NOVEMBER 30TH AIRTEL IS FAKE AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMER SINCE I DONT WANT MY NUMBER TO BE DISCONNECTED I PAYED MY BILL OF RS 130/- ON 16TH DEC AT 5:09pm BILL NO IS R.NO:166 I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED AND I NEED JUSTICE AND PLEASE HELP ME AND HELP PEOPLE FROM ISSUES LIKE THIS EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT.

                          Airtel — Disconnect Twice

                          I have converted an Airtel connection from Postpaid to pre-paid on 12.11.2011 after submitting all relevant documents.On 18th November my connection was disconnected by Airtel authority and told by cust care that my documents is incomplete.Than i re-submit documents to airtel outlet that is in NIT Faridabad(Near Maha lakhshami Hotel) two times ,But till now my mobile number is not started.

                            Dear Airtel,

                            I am a FRUSTRATED customer of your PATHETIC telecom company!

                            I have been facing issues of wrongful deduction of balance for so long that it seems that it is a regular policy of your company to harass its customers. The instances have been outlined here for your perusal:

                            Instance 1 - One day out of the blue, I received an sms saying that my free caller tune has been activated which was followed by another sms saying that I have been charged Rs. 30.00 for the same. Then after several unending & torturous hours of trying to contact your customer service, I got through to one guy only to be hanged upon. Several attempts & explanations later I could finally talk to someone after which the money was refunded.

                            Instance 2 - Again I received an sms saying that some sms subscription service has been activated and for that Rs. 5.00 have been deducted. Again I had to go through the never-ending process of calling your "world-class" (full of sarcasm in case you didn't realize) customer service. When I finally got through, I explained the whole issue and again got the refund. I also got DND activated.

                            Instance 3 - This is the incident that happened today i.e. 16/12/2011 around 6:00 PM. I got a recharge done for the sms pack. I get a monthly recharge done for Rs. 36.00 which gives 1000 local + national sms for one month. I opted for the same again. Before getting the recharge done I confirmed with the shop-keeper about the plan and he also confirmed that this sms pack was for local & national smses both. After getting the recharge done, I received an sms from airtel which i quote verbatim; "Recharge Successful on[protected] at 06:17 PM. Talktime Rs. 1.00. MRP Rs. 36.00. TransID[protected]. 1000 local+national sms, 100 per day."
                            Post this I tried calling your tedious customer service yet again wherein your service rep transferred my call to the supervisor. The supervisor told me that this particular pack had been changed from today i.e. from 12 AM in the morning and that now it includes only local sms.

                            I take this service pack only for sending national sms, so what the heck am I supposed to do with the local sms balance. And this happens without the company even bothering to inform the retailers or customers about the change in the product (even after 19 hours of the change being in effect). And to top all that, the company is still sending recharge success sms with the old details.

                            All the above may be menial amounts to you but for the common man they aren't. And just because Rs. 36.00 is a small amount does not justify your stupid company to con its customers. People had faith in your behemoth telecom company but it seems that it is slowly dwindling away now.

                            And in addition to all my woes, your customer service is just plain pathetic & obnoxious. Whenever I try to call your customer service, instead of the options of what number to press, I get to hear about your stupid promotions & new plans and at the end it just mentions that to repeat the menu I should press 0. How the [censored] am I supposed to know what key to press if I do not even get to hear the options??!!? Same is the case with your customer complaint no. (198).

                            I have 4-5 airtel connections in my family but if this is the kind of service that you guys are gonna provide then I seriously would consider switching to another service provider.

                            Please refund my money else I have extremely valid grounds to sue your company and claim damages.

                            Let me know the way forward. Although I am not even sure if I will even get a reply considering your company's past record of failures in providing even half decent customer service. These days when all the companies are trying to woo customers, the oldest and the most trusted telecom company (Airtel) has been consistently letting it's customers down. Its not just me who is frustrated but several of my friends & acquaintance toos. If this is the way your company is gonna be, the way forward, then you will surely lose your trusted customer base (or whatever is left of it).

                            Airtel — wrongful subscription towards Romance by Airtel

                            I have a Airtel prepaid sim card NO.[protected]. Everytime I recharge the card, company renew my subscription for Rs.10/- towards Romance without my subscribing to it or without asking me.

                            This should be stopped immediately please.
                            My SIM No. is [protected]. 2 Days back I got a msg from 54321 regarding deduction of Rs. 10 against Romance Subscription without my consent. This should be stopped immediately and revert my money back to my account.
                            Aitel has started its fraud practices and cheating from the past two months.Same is the problem with me and they dint even deduct small amounts from my balance they directly deducted 70rs with an sms saying that i have downloaded Ra-One genisis which i never download.This doesn't end with this but instead of constant complaints the shameless company still continues with its fraud practices and keeps deducting my balance.Also they deactivated my customer service so that i am unable to complain about such issues.After my final exams are over ill surely approach the consumer court in Bandra and every customer should do that to stop this fraud.

                              I choose airtel for the broadband service, As I got to know from my friends that they provide a very good service. I called customer care services and filled the form for the internet connection. The request has been assigned to some airtel executive and they called me up for the documents that I need to submit over there. They took all the needed documents with them and a cheques of Rs 500. Its been 7-8 days (14.12.2011) that I didnt hear from them, When I used to call for the same they just assure me that the net connection will be provided sooner. Today itself they stopped picking up my phone. I dont know whether india or indians are all of the same nature "Promises will be broken sooner or later". I was very much frustrated with this kind of tolerance. The executive now gives lame reason about his health or so. I dont know where am I heading towards and what will happen to my money.
                              The executive name is PRAKASH - [protected] and her Team-Leader ( She cant even talk properly I dont know how you people made her lead a Team ) Her Name is Shubhangi Gaur - [protected]. They stopped picking up my phone.

                              Can you please take care of this matter or just send me the number of some senior person who can enquire a bit of this issue. Please do this ASAP.

                                This is regarding pathetic refund process in Airtel Broadband division.
                                I had requested for Airtel broadband connection in first week of Sept-2011. An agent visited same day to complete all the formalities and collect a cheque of 800 Rs. I was pretty surprised with their speed to collect money for new connection and even asked if he checked for connection availability. He told everything is fine and connection will be given within 7 days. I had to wait 7 weeks without any information and on probing got to know that due to technical problems it could not be given immediately. On asking for refund with call center department, I was given a complaint number and told that cheque will be dispatched in 10 days. Nothing happened and this was followed by series of phone calls from my end for 3 months with nobody having a clue of solution. I even sent an email to airtel , visited their customer center on Bng Road, but no solution.
                                There is an absolute disconnect with what airtel customer support tell and what really happens in backend. The organzation seems to be in total disarray.
                                Hoping this forum helps in conveying the issue to right people or atleast as warning to others ...

                                  This is second time im writing a complain on this forum against the same company for the same reason.Im literally being harassed by Airtel since last month,they deduct my balance anytime and however amount they want.Yesterday 14.12.2011they deducted my 10rs without any notice and whn i checked my balance i saw 10 rs were less.Also they deactivate my customer care service so that i am unable to call and complain for the same.When i called from my landline they resolved my problem.Today again my 3rs got deducted with an sms that i have subscribed for some game pack which i never activate.And again this time i called from my landline because my custome service has been blocked and this time i see that they have blocked my landline number too.So basically this company is doing fraud openly and harassing customers.Due to this im not able to concentrate on my studies and my time and money is wasted trying to call customer care from different numbers.Please help regarding the same and as this is the second time im complaining hope not to be harassed henceforth.Thanks and regards.

                                      I am using airtel mobile services since last for 3 years.Today on (15/12/2011),I have recharged for Rs59 for 15 days internet pack and thats is ...recharge with Rs 59 and u will get 1GB data plan..after doing recharge with Rs59,I got only 500mb...i have just call on the airtel customer care they told that "Its our mistake that we have updated our system and u will get only 500mb sorry" then i have told them that its 1GB plan and u have given me only 500mb...now i told them to give me 500mb so that i will get 1GB.they have disconnected my call....u can check this out by dialing " *567# " on airtel mobile service... after dialing *567# select option 4 u will see that recharge with Rs59-1GB.....By this airtel is making fool to thousand of people of Gujarat....u contact on my mobile phone '[protected]' or email me at kadu.[protected]@gmail.com....i request u take some action against this..
