I Sudha Joshi and Ex-Employee of Bharti Airtel has applied to withdraw my EPF and had submitted the necessary documentation to the HR Activity Connect in Jan 2011. I have till date been given assurance that the form will be submitted ASAP.

I have been following up with HR Active Connect regularly and as per the latest email sent on 10th Oct, I was been told that my form is about to be submitted and the form queue number is 15. Till date its not been submitted. When trying to contact the HR Activte Connect helpline number one picks up the phone.

On asking for an update on 4th Nov via email, I was asked to again submit the form the 3rd time along will all the documentation.

I did not expect that a company like Airtel would treat there employees in such a manner and would make them run pillar to post to get there own money back.

Request someone to please address the issue and provide resolution for the same, as I am in need of money.

    This is an odd issue which even Airtel folks are unable to explain to me. The Airtel bill arrives promptly on 26th of every month, and sometimes I miss paying the bill because it was difficult for me to keep track of these bills, and as other household bills arrive at the beginning of the month. Hence, I requested Airtel to send the bill on 5th of every month, for which every one from top to bottom at Airtel are referring to a mysterious "policy" or that the bill is "pre-determined". As a customer, I simply do not understand why their system lacks this flexibility to accommodate this request. Are they really fit to be a national player in broadband if they cannot address small issues like these. There used to be a time where customer was the king. Now the way Airtel responds it appears as if they want to quit this industry ASAP.

    I am showing the transcript of my communications with them down below. This is just to show the great lengths I have gone to try to get a job done, and the apathy of the existing Airtel setup.

      Dear Sir,
      In August 2011, my internet was giving trouble so I made a complaint to customer care. After 2 to 3 visits, by different technicians and after intervention of some Manager Mr.Shiva Shanker, on my insistence a senior technician was sent who claimed that the Modem is faulty and that I should purchase a new one. But, I was and am continuing with the same modem. Ofcourse, connection takes some time. Intially there is a pop up saying Local Area Connection , A network cable is unplugged. But after switching it off and on, internet connection comes on. Now ultimately, I purchased a New Modem Belkin Basic N150 and called up 198 for technician to configure the new modem on 25th October. Since my son was to arrive and he needs to use internet for long hours, I made an urgent request. They promised to definitely send somebody on 25th evening itself. Nobody turned up. Somebody called on 27th from Tel.No.42130577 and fixed up time install new modem. Again nobody turned up neither did they bother to call. On 28th morning from 10.00 am till abt 12 noon after repeatedly dialling this no., i ultimately got connected to be told that somebody will come 'today' definitelyh. I waited the whole day in vain, nobody turned up.On 29th, i went out and somebody turned up when the house was locked. Finally on 31sr Mr.Rajan was sent, who failed to do the needful after trying for more than an hour, inspite of calling his different colleagues/friends for help and walked out stating "Modem is faulty". I gave his the Belkin CD for guidance, but i suppose he could not understand the english used there. He told us to buy a sysco modem which was not available in that particular shop. Now just for his convenience, I cannot throw away this new modem costing Rs.2,500/- and buy the one he suggests. Anyway the next day i again called 42130577 and asked for some senior technician to be sent. In the meantime, I also spoke to Mr.Shiva who assured me that he look into the matter and send somebody to do the needful. Till today, nobody came nor called. When I again called the customer care this morning, i was shocked to be told that my request has been closed after a talk with me on 2nd November. ITS A SHEER LIE - nobody called up. I am not a fool to close my request without modem being installed. Anyway, this morning, I spoke to Floor Manager Ms Jasmine who registered a fresh complaint No.6720770 and assured that somebody will definitely call up and attend to my problem by 4.30 p.m. All my time is just being wasted by AIRTEL, nobody called nor turned up till 6 p.m. Again I called customer care, and was told that somebody will call up in 24 hours. But I am fed up with your company's very very poor response and hence this written complaint. NOW WILL SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANY EFFICIENT TECHNICIAN IS AVAILABLE TO CONFIGURE MY MODEM IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. Otherwise, shall i disconnect this USELESS BROADBAND connection?         Sir,

        Please refer to the above mentioned subject vide which I have intimated to disconnect my connection of Airtel with effect from 16.06.2011 vide telephone conversation with customer care services.

        It is regretted to point out that uptill now I have not received any massage regarding disconnection but instead I am receiving bill through mail for payment. This is creating mental unnecessary problem since telephonically also I am being threatened to pay the bill again and again. The customer care / call centre phone No. [protected] on dated 04.11.2011 (Today) is also harassing me and threatening that they will relate this problem to my relatives who are also being dragged unnecessary and also they are threatening to issue legal notice for no fault of mine.

        It is hereby request that the final bill may be raised upto 16.06.2011 for which I am ready to pay the due amount. The bill may be sent through my email.

          I applied for a new airtel broad band connection on the 24th Oct 2011. The guy (Mohan Kumar [protected]) took all the documents from me and promised that I will get the connection on 27th Oct. When I called on 27th to confirm the timing, he directed me to another guy (Arun [protected]). Arun said there was a mis communication and connection can only be given on 29th. I agreed and called him again on 28th to confirm if everything was on track. He acknowledged the same. On 29th Morning I called to confirm the time and he said 6.30pm. I called again at 6pm to check if they are coming and he confirmed they are coming at 6.30. No one turned up, I tried calling from 7 to 9 but his phone was switched off.

          On 31st, I called up Arun to check the status and he gave me some stupid reason. At this instance I asked him to give back the money but he begged for one day time and promised I will get it on 1 Nov. When I questioned that 1st is a holiday and no one will work, he said they are working and I will get the line.

          On 1st I called him 25 time since morning but he didn't answer once. I called Mohan again and he spoke to Arun and told me that server was down and I will get connection on 2nd. When I didn't get the connection on 2nd, I told them to give back my money as I was fed up.

          At this instance, Arun's boss named Praveen ([protected]) called up saying my documents were not complete and hence its getting delayed. I immediately sent scanned copies and he promised to get the line on 4th. Its 4th and I still don't have the line. I called Praveen again today but he directed me to Vinod[protected] who said connection will be given only on 5th...

          Do I really believe these guys? Frustrating for the fact that I believed this is agreat company and invested in it as well.

          My form number is TBLR 296101 and I don't have a clue what to do as airtel's site doesn't have any proper grievance addressal where I can raise these complaints.
          Missed mentioning my contact details...its [protected]@gmail.com if someone can help me here please contact.
          Just to update the status, I still havent got my connection, I am trying to cancel this order but not at all possible. If you call the call centre they just say hold on the line and then cut off the phone...MR. MITTAL PATHETIC.

            25August 2011 - First request for Plan Migration from 1Mbps to 2Mbps with 30GB and for IPTV (Req no: 2886918)

            13 September 2011 - Got IPTV (its the worst) but no plan migrated to 2Mbps 30GB download (Comp no: 3998684 for plan upgrading)

            09 October 2011 - Again called the customer care, they'r telling because of IPTV, broadband plan cannot be migrated. (wrote complaints mails to
            [protected]@airtel.in to cancel IPTV and upgrade my plan)

            October End - Got 3 calls regarding IPTV cancellation and plan migration. I've confirmed both.

            02 November 2011 - I dont have internet connection. Called Customer care. They are telling I've placed request for cancellation. so they did it.

            I've told them clearly, the cancellation request was not for broadband but for IPTV and had request for broadband plan migration also.
            Then started telling the "sorry for inconvenience caused" ready made dialogue and have taken one more request for reactivating net connection.
            Req. No: 6594278. They told it'll be activated before 2nd Nov 2011 6:05PM.

            Till Now Nothing happened!!!!!

            After that also i've wrote 2 mails to [protected]@airtel.in...

            I dont think something will happen from Airtel's side.

              ACCORDING TO THE OFFER MADE BY AIRTEL DTH SERVICES IF WE BUY TWO AIRTEL CONNECTIONS FOR A SAME HOUSE AND WITH A SAME ID AND WITH A COMMOM DISC WHAT EVER TYPE OF OFFER WE TAKE FOR ONE TV WE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE ALL CHANNELS OF THAT OFFER ON OUR 2ND CONNECTION BY PAYING ONLY RS 160.
              THUS I BOUGHT 2 CONNECTION WITH SAME CUSTOMER ID AND WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected]. FROM LAST 4 MONTHS I AM PAYING FOR ULTRA PACK [360+] AND RS 150+ FOR OTHER CONNECTION BUT IN ONE CONNECTION I AM WATCHING ALL THE CHANNELS OF ULTRA PACK BUT ON 2ND CONNECTION ONLY OF ECONOMY PACK.
              SINCE LAST 4 MONTHS I AM SENDING PHONE CALLS TO LACAL AIRTEL DEALER , AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AND REGULAR EMAILS TO [protected]@airtel.in. BUT I THINK THESE COMPLAINS GO TO DEAF EARS.

                I have been using Airtel from last 4 years . My no is [protected] .

                Recently I have shifted from Banashankari to Singasandra . So I called Airtel for a relocation request on 22 OCT 2011 . They very promptly gave me a service request no and with a promise they it will be done in 72 hours . Next sequence of events made me wonder whether I am staying in Bangalore or some remote location

                Till 24th OCT evening there was absolutely no call from Airtel . So finally I called them up and after telling the whole issue they said "they will comeback shortly" .


                Again till 25th Oct afternoon there was absolutely no call from Airtel . So finally I called them up and after telling the whole issue they said "they will comeback shortly" .



                On 26th OCT afternoon I called up again . Once customer-care representative told that the connection is not feasible as there is no space in the DC box(not sure what is a DC box) . But they never bother to call me and inform about the same . This actually came as a surprise as, in my new apartment (GR Shreenivas phase-2 , Singasandra) only Airtel BroadBand is allowed . In fact Airtel people were going door to door distributing pamphlets .
                So clearly there is no co-ordination between teams .



                So I called again . This time the customer-care representative told that everything is fine .The status is still open and "Feasible" and "they will comeback shortly" .

                Shocked and Confused I called up again and this time ask them to connect to one of the managers . After keeping me on hold for 15 minutes , One lady came online and repeated the same story saying connection is not feasible . She was rude, harsh and not even bothered if connection remains or not . When I told that Only Airtel connection allowed and this is some mistake , She said she has updated my request and "they will comeback shortly" but this time after 72 hours only .

                After this I wrote many times to the Nodal Office and the Appelate office . The response is equally bad . Everytime you mail they just reply with a promise that the issue will be resolved in next 72 hours . From last 12 days there is not even a single call . This can't get worse than this .


                On th top of all these they have actually deducted 450 rupess as relocation charges . This is not ethical at all .


                So I am still waiting and wondering how the best telephone company in India is harassing customers .
                All the best Airtel , do not know how you will survive with the bunch of jokers in the Help Desk .

                Airtel Broadband — No response for request

                I shifted my residence from noida kendriya vihar sec 51 to noida sec 11 and requested airtel to shift my brodband and landline to new address.
                Customer care guy assured me that it will take 3 -4 days but its almost one month and i am calling them again and again.requested through emails also so many times . but there is no positive reponse and now when billing date is due they are calling me gain and again to pay the bill its really disgusting .
                Why should I pay the bill when i am not using the facility at all.

                  Sir, My Airtel DTHEchg ID Number [protected], I got Re-charge with Rs 1050 for special offr of six month with extended of one month free,while I was having sufficent balance for re-charge.
                  2.I am faceing PROBLEM since last one month regarding OPERATING, while I put on the TV not getting ON ,It take 15 to 30 minutes to be ON,Slowly slowly this problem INCREASES, Then I put the Complaint under complaint No 13168808,and also 13247719.
                  3.The person came to attend the complaint, and the says you have to RE-PLACE the Set of box and the cost is Rs 350 for New Set of box,So I have given them Rs 350 ,after an hour they bring two OLD SET OF BOX, But I refuse to take OLD BOX as I have paid for New One, They were also asking to take my Set of box after replaceing.So here is my complaints like this:-

                  A.I have paid for NEW SET OF BOX, so I will receive only New One.

                  B.I will Not give my old Set of Box without any Official document because that is my purchasing item and REPLACEING OF BOX is the responsibility of Service provider.

                  C. I will not allow to connect the Box on TV CHANNEL VIDIO 1,because i am viewing my DVD on vidio 1 and there is NO provision to put two connection of three wire system (six wire).

                  I hope you can under stand with my problems and Rectify the same at the earliest with good relationship.

SURPRISINGLY FROM 01.11.2011 AIRTEL IS GIVING MESSAGE TO ME THAT THE VALIDITY OF MY IS STIPULATED TO NOV6, 2011. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE AND THE NODAL OFFICER RESPECTIVELY.                           i am a medical student studying in final year abroad every year i come to india for a two month vaccation. this time i got an airtel prepaid card.i as a medical student assist my father who is a CARDIOLOGIST(HEART SPECIALIST).Even my father has a airtel card but postpaid.three days back me n father got a call frm da hospital and it was an emergency to take down all da required details evn my father n me couldnt handle da situation properly caus e of AIRTEL network and the condition of the patient was gettin worse and worse.we never complined that airtel is asking more money cost of call is more and all but this bad service at the cost of patients life was very bad... the network was full in all mobiles but no calls were being connected. my sincere request please look into this matter seriously

                            Hi (This mail is intended to the CEO of the Bharathi Airtel-Dont know
                            if it will reach there),

                            My name is Rajesh Ramanathan, possessing a 3-G Wireless Data card
                            (Dongle No- [protected]) & am sending this mail to showcase my exteme
                            dissatisfaction towards Bharathi Airtel.

                            My trouble started after me getting a call from the so called Airtel
                            on Thursday(27th Oct'11) asking me if I wanted a wireless service. I
                            asked for a demo & the dealer send the executive immediatly. I was
                            impressed with the speed that was shown to me by the excecutive on his
                            Demo piece. Without a second thought, I gave Rs 1100 & bought a
                            Dongle.
                            Since then I am on my mobile phone, calling the technical team, one
                            after the other. At the start, I was told that I would have the
                            connection activated within 2 Hrs, which after atleast 4 to 5 calls,
                            got activated after 30 Hrs.
                            I still dint leave hope & expected a good service. Once the connection
                            went live, I started getting a speed of 35 Kbps (I was promised upto
                            7Mbps by Airtel on enquery) which I was getting 10 years back on my
                            computer using a Dialup modem.
                            I started calling the so called technical support. As the agents were
                            not able to help me, I asked for a supervisor & got connected to one
                            Parves (Dont know if he is a supervisor-If yes, he dosn't have the
                            eligibility to even become an agent to sell tomatos), who was of no
                            help. I spoke to him for atleast 4 to 5 times within a span of 4 days,
                            and finally he transferred the call to Suresh, who claimed to be a
                            manager (His contact is [protected]) but was of no use. I spoke to him
                            3 tmes and out of that 3 times, he promised a callback within 10 mins
                            & 30 mins respectively but did not call me. Then I had to callback
                            again & spoke to one supervisor named Aali and another so called the
                            Big Manager(The person claimed himself as the Big Manager) named Anand
                            (Gave his contact number as- [protected]), who told that within 24 Hrs
                            the Speed issues will be rectified & if its not asked to contact his
                            Top Manager-Murugan. Now the situation is that, the moment I call up
                            technical centre, no one is picking up the call. Atleast 8-10 agents
                            disconnected the call on me.
                            I am attaching the conversation details that I had with Parves & Anand
                            herewith (Mobile Format).
                            If action is not taken within 24 Hrs, I will be sending this same mail
                            to 24/7 News service & NDTV. Up and abouve I will take up this matter
                            with the consumer court & ensure that Bharathi Airtel gets some kind
                            of human attraction & a compensation to me for the time I have spend &
                            the humiliation that I have gone through.

                            I have 5 Airtel PostPaid connection, including the one mentioned
                            below. Now I am thinking of wiping out the entire name of Airtel by my
                            Dictnory.

                            airtel 3G broadband — no speed increment

                            before purchasing [protected] airtel broadband the customer care claimed to give the speed of 3.6 mbps till the end of jan of 2010. but i haven't got such speed till today. i m just receiving only 50 to 80 kbps. so please give a successful reply to me as soon as possible..

                              Dear sir,

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a consumer of Airtel vide, mobile no [protected] (Pune).As I have been facing network problem for last one month and due to this I have missed many of the business calls therefore I requested several times on 121 (Airtel Customer care number) to resolve the problem and every time I have been assured that my problem will be resolved within 48 hours but it has been more than a month now but the issue remains unresolved upon that I finally I decided to change the operator. As per the process, before we change the operator all the outstanding dues are required to be cleared, hence I cleared all the outstanding bills

                              As the partial fulfillment of the said process includes sending SMS (PORT [protected]) to Airtel on the number 1900 but when I am sending SMS on this number the reply comes- "You have entered an incorrect codes PORT< your 10 digit mobile number and initiate a new number in request". I have been trying for more than months but the same reply is coming every time. I have contacted several times to Airtel Call centre and wrote a mail to nodal officer Airtel as well still, I have not received the code from Airtel so that I could change the operator. Airtel is neither resolving my issue nor giving me the code so that I could change the operator.

                              Under the above mentioned circumstances, I request your immediate intervention so that no consumer henceforth falls prey to their technical shackle and suffer.

                                  My mobile no. is [protected]-I have recharged for Rs. 100/- on 04.09.11. But the same was recharged sucessfully , but not effected in regular balance. They have loaded as RC for STD given time upto 18.09.11. I have called their call centre so many times, the recharged was wrongly loaded in STD instead of regular balance. They have not obliged. Repeated reminders to their call centre and nodal officer. They have not rectified. The entire amount of Rs. 100/- could not be utilized. Further I would like to state that when I called STD it was not debited in my STD balance alloted by them, but it was debited in my regular balance. After repeated complaints, the following unethical acts done by the provider.
                                  1) Link to the call centre disconnected.
                                  2) There is no uniformity in their charges.
                                  3) Variation in the call between the usage and debiting.
                                  4) Without any information, they are debiting some amount towards this or that charges( After fighting with them , they have given credit of Rs. 65/- instead of Rs. 105/- towards some services provided without any acceptance from our end. )
                                  5) On yesterdayI recd a call from their service centre and let me know within 10 mnts. No reply is received till today.
                                  6) When I am in roaming, the other state call centre is not responding properly.

                                  Therefore, I request you to take up the necessary action against the service provider immediately and get the amount of recharged Rs. 100/- and Rs. 40/- for the charges deducted at the earliest.

                                  I am facing the same problem in other numbers provided by the airtel.

                                  Kindly look into the same immediately.

                                    My name is Jasjeet Singh and my Telephone Number is [protected], recieved missed call from [protected] on[protected] at 01:36 PM.

                                    I have received a missed call from above stated number ([protected]) which when I searched online turns out that +92 is the code of Pakistan, and when I called 198 to complaint about why I am receiving such type of missed calls the Airtel Customer Care refused to file a complaint against the same and made a mockery about it and told me to call the number back, they said it was not their responsibility to file any such sort of complaint. which is very unprofessional and irresponsible on their behalf, If a customer is receiving a fake missed calls from a number which is located in Pakistan, at least they should file complaint of the customer and inform TRAI about it, which I think as a Telecom service provider is their duty to protect their customers from any sort of criminal activity behind such fake calls.

                                      My name is Amreek Singh and I recharge my mobile No-[protected] in punjab as on 28/10/2011 by Rs. 200 from a local shop and I got surprised when I received a massage of Nil balance after calling to customer care I informed that this was a 3G recharge then I request him to kindly convert this recharge into talktime balance as shopkeepar and me both are not aware with such service and I also not required such service then customer care ask me to contect in Delhi as this is a Delhi No. and as 02/11/2011 when I was in Delhi I contact to custmer care and they reply that this is not their fault as the local shopkeepar who recharge the phone are not working on their behalf. So I request you to please resolve my problem and convert this recharge to talktime as I am not interested to avail 3G services.

                                        Please to inform you that Mr Alexander Stewart (Director) of our company have one airtel broadband connection bearing account # 16470245 based at his following residence address:

                                        On 22nd September 2011, we lodge a request with airtel bearing number 4525616 for tranfer of this connection from its present address to following new address:

                                        F 10/3, Vasant Vihar,New Delhi 110070

                                        We daily basis follow-up with airtel's support team on this issue, but sorry to say that as on date nobody attend our complaint to resolve this issue.

                                        When we approach airtel team on 21st October 2011, attend by Mr. Gaurav, they inform me that our previous complaint closed by airtel technical staff & they give me a new request number bearing 6068130 dated 21st October 2011 and assure me that technical staff will visit at new address on Saturday to resolve this issue.

                                        After ten days of second request, when Mr. Alexander Stewart inform us that broadband issue not resolve as on 31st October 2011. We approach once again with aitel team (attend by Mr. Manoj / Mr. Priyank) they informed that our second request also closed by airtel team without any solution or without any visit & they ready to issue me one new request number today, which I refuse to note down, because its not acceptable for us if your aitel every time closed all previous requests without any solution.

                                        What’s going on in airtel ??????

                                        Somebody calling from airtel to Mr. Alexander Stewart on his mobile reg. current month outstanding payment, how can we pay current bill without availing of any broadband services since last 40 days. Please instruct Airtel to wave off charges because its not working since last 40 days.

                                        We try to contact airtel's nodal officer and appelate officer, but nobody pick-up their phones.
                                        Request to loge our complaint with you and instruct aittel to resolve this issue immediately.
