AIRTEL DEDUCTED RS 99 FROM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE OF MOBILE NO [protected] ON DATED 22/10/11 WITHOUT REASON. I WAS CONTACTED SEVERAL TIME WITH THERE CUSTOMER CARE BUT AT LAST I FAILED. AT EVENING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PROFESSIONAL MR JAY KUMAR SINGH THREATENED ME THAT HE WOULD DEDUCT ALL MY BALANCE. AFTER THE CONVERSATION WITH HIM WAS OVER HE DEDUCTED RS 30 AGAIN INTENTIONALLY. PLEASE HELP ME SO THAT I CAN GET REFUND MY ALL DEDUCTED AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.

I was lost my sim so i want that no again i tried to submit my ID Proof and photos in K R Puram Aitel Store but they told my id proof photo is not clear so we cant provide that no but same id proof only i submit wen i submit the CAF so please kindly do the needful ASAP...

      It may be true coz i recharged twice for around rs 304 each time, and i havnt got rs 610 recharge on my account ever...the customer care definitely sucks and representative talk like lame person, they just dont have a problem solving attitude, they are sitting just to tell you which is but obvious!!

        Hello All

        I am a software engineer working for TCS and I am really dissatisfied with Airtel pre-paid connection.

        I had applied for Airtel pre-paid connection at Airtel office (ITPL, Whitefield, Bengaluru) on 12th Oct and my connection got activated on 13th Oct.
        Mobile No: [protected]

        However on 22nd Oct suddenly my outgoing got blocked.
        On calling customer care I was informed that there is a mismatch in my document. However no clear information was provided on what was mis-matched.

        Please note that I had applied for pre-paid SIM at Airtel office and had submitted all required documents and only after that I got Airtel SIM.
        If there really was a mismatch then why was I issued Pre-paid SIM in first place??????

        This seems to be a blunder on part of Airtel staff who filled and submitted my document.
        Shouldn't Airtel contact it's office staff in Whitefield office to verify who made mistake?
        Why customer has to suffer in such scenario??
        Why customer is not provided any clear information????

        I am being asked to re-submit my documents and wait for 3 more days after document submission to get outgoing re-activated which is a crap.

        I am not a fool to keep submitting my documents again and again.
        Instead I will go ahead and buy SIM from some other Telecom company which is more customer friendly.

        I won't recommend anyone to take Airtel pre-paid connection.

        Airtel Prepaid Connection — AirTel Prepaid connection Blocked??????

        My son got admission in JMIT-Radaur and he applied for a Prepaid connection with AirTel Haryana. At the time of application we attached a Bonafide certificate issued by JMIT-Radaur. Connection started working properly and after one month of functioning he recd. a message for recharge and for that he will get full talk time of recharge value. Accordingly he got recharge of Rs.333/- from delhi outlet. After recharge, connection started creaing problems and when he discussed and checked with the outlet from where he got the connection, the outlet vendor told him to submitt address proof. He submitted the same to him but after 2-3 days connection got blocked and when my son contacted AirTel Haryana, the customer care said the connection is permanently blocked and now nothing can be done. Like this we lost connection charges+Recharge balance+additional Recharge, a total amount of nearly Rs.700/- (250+85+333) and harrashment.
        Please advise us to do the needful.
        I got airtel connection with no.[protected]. I lost my phone along with airtel sim on[protected]. When I reached authorised airtel dealer for blocking my sim and to issue a duplicate sim, I was surprised to find that the sim was issued in the name of some Naveen Kumar with annoynyms address. Now the airtel dealer is not providing me a duplicate sim nor the sim has been blocked.
        kindly help me out.

          We deals in security services, we have a office in BHangel (Noida), We have deposite rs. 1000/- for a landline connection of Airtel before one week,
          Executive said your connection will be come between 4 days, but after 4 days we are continuously trying to his mobile, he is not giving us responce . So we are frustrated from Airtel and their executives.

            I just recharged my phone ([protected]) by Rs. 110, and it has only got recharged by Rs.1.
            It says that Rs. 100 is added to the "power balance". Just a month ago when I had recharged it for Rs. 110, I had got full talktime. Now just Rs. 1.
            Please look into the matter, as no details of this power plan were given (and I can't even find it on the web, or anywhere). It is just come out of nowhere.

            AirTel — Grievance against illegal deduction from my talktime

            Sir,
            I have a prepaid Airtel connection bearing no. [protected].
            That Sir, during december i have accessed yahoo zone through my mobile via Airtel Live.
            For that reason I have been deducted Rs.10/- for accessing Yahoo zone.
            From that time after every 10 days @ Rs. 10/- are being deducted as subscription for each of Yahoo Zone, True Tone, Zodiac. Althogh I am not using Yahoo Zone, True Tone, Zodiac from January, 09 onwards any more. The acknowledgement is coming from 64611010, 64611015 and 58243.
            I have contacted with local Airtel dealer at Motorstand, Agartala for deactivating /unsubscribing Yahoo zone, True Tone, Zodiac etc. Taking my mobile, the receptionist sent some sms ( i think to Airtel) and then told me the problem is resolved.
            But to my utter dismay, after some days i found that Rs. 10/- again are being deducted from my talktime for each of Yahoo Zone, True Tone, Zodiac.
            Moreover I have personally tried to contact with Customer Care Executive of Airtel by dialing 121. The line seems to be too busy to contact with him/her. Although once i got connection, either the line breaks or the person cut the line.
            In view of above, I request you to please look into the matter so that the sites mentioned above can be unsubscribed from my mobile bearing no. [protected].

            Writing posts here won't do anything. No one from airtel is watching this site. Your way and mood suggest that you are thinking it to be an airtel customer care site.Obviously it is not ! !

            The first thing you should do is that go to the wap site of yahoo zone which is charging you from your mobile browser.You might be having the links, If don't then search for the links or ask it from the customercare. In the yahoo zone search for unsubscribe link. If you don't find then go to each link and search them thoroughly searching for deactivating or unsubscribe link(while doing so be careful to not click a link that may charge). If you don't get any thing then you are really unlucky. But still there is an another way, but that one is difficult and requires more skill and understanding(I solved my problem with this method).I can't explain now because from next week my board exams are starting.

            Don't Panic, I had faced similar situation and know how to solve it. I faced much more severe problem from airtel in which Re 1 was deducted everyday from my account.I contacted airtel customer care 12 times and they did nothing except giving me false promises. Lastly they stopped taking my calls and I was badly frustrated.Even I tried 60-70 calls per day to customer care, they didn't picked any one of them. So I decided to do it myself and succeeded.

            AirTel — illegal deduction of money

            Dear Sir,
            My number [protected],i have face unnessary deduction of mony.I also complained to customer care executive and request response detail is given as:

            All time their response is due to some chargeable services mony is deducted but I use Do Not Desturb scheme of Airtel under this I can not enjoy any services of airtel without deactivation of this scheme,DND scheme refrence no. is W[protected].
            I am much dissapointed to airtel custemer care executive for their unnessary excuses and unsupporting attitude.
            I want all my mony back immedeatly.

            I am a customer of reliance prepaid service at GURGAON since last year and my no. is [protected] recently an amount of Rs 75 approx was deducted from by balance on 24.04.2011 and again they have deducted Rs25 on 25.04.2011, without any consent from the consumer.
            kindly look into the matter and refund me the deducted amount and in future make sure to take the consumers consent before activating any service.

            if no satisfactory reply or action seen, i would be forced to take heil of the legal system

            I have a airtel prepaid bearing no +91 [protected] and I have 2 complaints:

            (1)A few days back(dated 23/07/2011 to be precise) I recharged my balance with a sum of Rs110.00.
            Soon after I started getting some notifications conveying that a specified sum of money(it varied every time) has been deducted from your balance for your last call which has a call duration of 00:00:00. What the heck is going on??How come my balance is deducted without me even making a call. I itself says that the call duration is 0sec. Not even a week has passed and I find myself having a sum of Rs.0.02 balance in my mobile from which I hardly have used up more that Rs10.

            (2)I was at the receiving end of an another horrendous case. I recharged my balance with a sum of Rs100.00 in Lucknow on 16/06/2011 at 09:19PM. As usual, I instantly got a message saying that the recharge was successful. But it further said that the talktime I received was Re1 and MRP Rs100!!
            On checking the balance by dialing *123# I found out that this was indeed the case but it also said that I had received a power balance of Rs100. I asked the shopkeeper about this 'power balance' to which he replied that he did a recharge of Rs100 talktime and he was unaware of this 'power balance'. But to my dismay I found out that I wasn't able to make even a single call!! I tried contacting customer care for this issue, but that too went in vain because the guy at the other end told me that he would connect me to the customer care in Guwahati and asked me to stay on line. But, even after 7-8 minutes what I heard at the other end was an airtel tone. That guy just left me stranded.

            This is extremely intolerable. I want my precious money back!!
            It's been a week since I have posted this complaint n still I haven't received any sort of assistance except a phone call confirming this complaint. I haven't recharged my balance just because I fear another fake deduction and thus, for more than almost 10 days I haven't been able to make a single call to any of my friends leave alone my family members.

            Having been a loyal customer to Airtel for 7 long years, it suddenly pains me extremely to notice its apathy towards us!!!

            Please HELP!!!

            Sir,

            I am one of the "Pre-paid" customer of your valuable services. I am using the 3G services provided by your company for the last several months. I was using this facility with a great satisfaction till few months back. But unfortunately for the past 2 months I am facing some genuine problem while using 3G.
            With a recharge of Rs.255 I have been authorized to use 1 GB of data. But for the last four recharges I couldn't make it's full use. While the data counter on my account shows 11MB remaining, still I have been charged for using the remaining 11MB & extra by the deduction of money from my prepaid account balance, resulting which I faced problem while travelling.
            So far there are several complaints lodged with your Customer Care service, but yet not received any positive response. I have lost an approx. amount of Rs.100 for the use of the aforementioned 11MB.

            You are therefore requested to look into the matter and get some corrective action, so that I can get the refund of the amount deducted from my prepaid account balance for the last four 3G data pack recharges.

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchase Airtel Digital Tv. After use of 1.5 - 1.7 year, it's not functioning now.
              I complained 2-3 times to the department to check and correct that, they replied that you need to pay 400 - 600 Rs and we will change that. After 1.5 years this is the natural problem.

              Now, My issue here is that the industry standard for such big company like Airtel ? can't they develop the electronic gadget which work at least 3-4 years without an issue ? even they don't have time to check and their department know the issue very well that's why they instruct us to change without checking even.

              This is not the issue with me only. even here my 2-3 friends with the same around 1.7 years have same issue with and same answer from company.
              my i d no is [protected] i am using your dth connection for last 2 years but i am suffering a very complaonts from your side i.e sometimes the connection was disconteded from your end, bad signals, techincinan does not come in time he take upti 1 to 2 weaks to resolver the problems then also the problems does not solved after complaing several times in custmer care exceutive did nnot help me getting the my problems to be solved when ia asked my money is to refund some exective say the balance money is tranfered in your account and some say the balnce amount is not be transfered or refunded i am very much exhausted from the connection of airtel dth now i want my connection is to disconnted

                  I have recharged rs.235 booster for call cutting and rs.49 for message pack on the same day[protected] the November month fully they charged for each and every message while i am sending to other airtel numbers 0.75/sms charged,
                  why you people taking charged, i have three months sms booster pack for all local networks,
                  i have spoke with your customer care executive he will take a complain, still i am didn't get any complain number, yesterday first one of your customer executive has speak and told me i am not put rs.49 booster on the same date but i have e-recharge sms last two months they didnt take charge how this month itself you charged without any intimation, first customer executive has disconnect my call and i cant able to make a call to customer care also,

                  Refund my all of wrong charges and extend my sms pack date, Airtel network is good but really WORST customer service, they taking charge for every 3 min but didnt connect my call, the IVR say press 9 to speak with customer executive, when we press means it will say *123# to check why wrongly and irritating and the call can automatically disconnect, i have gone to my nearest airtel show room and make a call to customer care, the customer executive have speak and inform me wrong solution and disconnect, we are not satisfy you service,
                  please refund my up to date wrongly deduction sms amount and credit me waiver immediately and connect my call to customer care, i am using this connection more than 3 years, we are not satisfy the aitel customer service, please do the needful to develop your service.

                    My Set top Box No.[protected]. I lodged the complaint on 17/10/2011 for the problem power is not coming to set top box they told per visit Rs.100/- will be charged. On the same day the sevice engineer came & checked. He told the problem is with set top box, & it has to be replaced. He told the set top box will be replaced with some other old STB & it will be charged Rs.350/- which has only 3 months warranty. I said yes, we were waiting for the other STB. They didn't turned up till tuesday again I lodged complaint on Wednesday 19/10/2011. They told the problem will be settled on the same day but, so far nobody has turned up & the same time the recharge value in DTH is getting reduced. In the begining they are providing new set top box but later replcement with old set top box is not acceptable which is only 3 months warranty for Rs.350/-. It means every 3 months I have to pay Rs.350/- for the old set top box.

                    Dear Sir,
                    We had one plus two secondary connections of Digital T.V.
                    All the secondary connections were disconnected as my children went to USA .one connection was discontinued and set of Box surrendered last year. Second connection was surrendered on[protected] and Set Of Box given to Mr. Krishna.
                    To my surprise my main connection stopped working today on[protected] where as I got it recharged for Rs 710/ on[protected].
                    My balance today also is Rs 730.49 paisa.
                    Then why my Services have been closed with no fault of mine.
                    Now Your staff tells me that they have disconnected all the three accounts & they have taken back all the three Set Of Boxes. They are telling a lie. I still have one Set of Box & I never asked to discontinue above all I got it recharged on 3RD of this month only.
                    I sent a message on 54325 & in return they tell me that this is not the registered mobile for the single account. The other no is in USA & I fear when will my TV resume services with no fault of mine.
                    Every now & then they call & say You gift your connection or give it to your relative but don’t return it. Before disconnecting they never thought of contacting me & get the details.
                    Now unnecessarily I am harassed with no fault of mine.
                    Kindly look into the matter & oblige at your earliest convenience.

                        I am getting Blank Calls since last 3-4 days from the number [protected] on my Airtel mobile number [protected]. When I pick the call and say hello..the caller on other end remains silent and after few seconds disconnects the phone. When I try to contact back again this phone number comes switch off! It is usually happening around 9 am. I've sms'd on this number stating that if you wont disclose your identity, this number would be reported to police. But this fellow again called up yesterday i.e 20th Nov'11 at 10:59 am!

                        Today (21st Nov'11) I've got the same BLANK Call from another number i.e. [protected] and the result was same as stated above. I m really annoyed about this. Hence you are requested to make this caller identity disclosed to me and a suitable legal action should be taken on whomsoever is doing so with me.

                        I shall remain highly obliged if you take an effective and early action on the same.

                            I am using cell of Bharti Airtel having number [protected], since last 5 years. By prepaid scheme I had paid sufficient amount. On 2nd October I did recharge by Rs. 60/= Information is given to me that I shall get talktime of Rs. 50/= On 3rd October at 9 a m amount Rs. 37/- was deducted as charges for SMS Pack. I never requested for SMS Pack. Prior to recharge I cleared that I don't want SMS Pack. Concerrn person at Branch situated at Mangal Kunj Building, Jambli Gali, Borivali (West) informed to me that the amount deducted earlier for SMS Pack shall be refunded and now onwards, from this recharge having talktime of Rs. 50/= (Amount paid Rs.60/=) they willnot deduct charges for SMS Pack. After thismuch clearlity and hope for refund, amount was deducted

                            I requested to Mr. Vikas Executive at customer care about entire event on number 999. They are unable to solve problem. They are unable to unsubscribe this SMS Pack. Amount likly to deduct again if they willnot unsubscibe. They are providing threat that if this pack shall not unsubcibe, charges are likely to debit again. I am unable to unsubscibe I am depends on them and if they are giving reply like this, where I have to go?

                            Kindly understand content of this letter and hlp me in solving.

                              My wife has an airtel number (cannot disclose the number for privacy reasons). She has been getting prank calls and SMSs from strange numbers which start with 54321 and are 13 digits long. The last digits keep changing but when the number is called back, it is going to AIRTEL Consumer service.

                              The number got today is[protected]. They have been calling and smsing irritating and provoking content and this is HIGHLY UNACCEPTIBLE.

                              I would strongly urge you to please look into this menace and get this resolved at the earliest as it is causing a lot o[censored]nwanted trauma to us.

                                  Hi

                                  I had given the shift my Broadband to my new house address around a month back, however there has not yet been any action taken so far on the request. I called to your call center so many times, no one is responding to my query properly. They are keeping me on hold for half an hour then disconnect the line. I tried to contact your nodal and appellate officers. But no one is picking the phone. I am here missing the core value of Airtel “ Customer delight” .
                                  I am very sorry to say that Airtel is worst service provider in today market. Your customer care department has brought me in condition that I have to take a decision to choose some other provider.

                                  However before switching to other provider I thought I should inform you about the service of India’s No.1 service provider situation.

                                  AIRTEL/BROADBAND — Give connection for fe days and disconnected it saying not feasible

                                  Through this forum I want to bring it to everyone's attention how has the service of Airtel has down graded. I requested for a new Broadband and Landline Connection on 17th August 2011. Executive from Airtel came to check the feasibility of providing new connection to me. He informed me that it feasible. For a connection I paid Rs 999.00 as one month advance rental. Form No- TBLR 275114.

                                  After several calls to customer care I was provided broadband connection on 6th day. They only installed broadband. Regrading landline they said they will be back in 2 hours but never came.

                                  I contacted customer care time and again and they kept on passing the commited resolution time. Every time they gave me a new complaint number. During this period I have got a list of complaint numbers. They stated telling me that it was not feasible to give connection even though I had a working broadband connection. After few days they disconnected my internet connection too. They just keep on closing my case without giving any update to me.

                                  List of complaint numbers are: 2755186, 2874572, 3094738, 3232622, 3344988, 3377752

                                  The irony is that nobody ever contacted me via phone, email or personally regarding my issue. NO UPDATE AT ALL!!

                                  The result is that I paid Rs999.00 and waisted so much money and time without getting any proper service from Airtel. At this point I have realised Airtel just wants to get money from new customer after misleading them of the service. Airtel no more cares at all for customers!!! I do not want to do anymore business from Airtel. Please return my money which you took without giving me service or I will have to take the help of government channel i.e Consumer Court.

                                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                                    I took Airtel Broadband connection before 20 days.Last 5 days there is no internet connection available for me.I raised complaint to this below given number which the connection given person gave.I can't even not able to note Landline number because there is no device given yet.I requested for Wi-Fi modem that too not given.I paid 600 /- Rs for modem.I'm not satisfied with the service.Please remove the connection I would like to go other vendor.Im having only below details in my hand.

                                      I'm Asit Kanti Sarkar.My mobile nu. is+91 [protected].My balance is being theft from last two days without valid reason and not even sending a message for charge.When asked customer care officials said (Like many case before) of the activation some extra services which never started.Some days before Rs 40.00 was cut from my account showing the plea of mobile T.V. and then they returned Rs 30.00 after many contacts.The company sends me unnecessary messages though DND was activated by them after my pursuance and now says there is no DND in my account.Seems It is they who make changes in my account settings and take charge from me.I'm really disappointed for their dealings and want them to take some steps for remedy.
                                      yes, me too facing bal theft problem since long time, may be 4-5 times in last 1+ year

                                        I am using two corporate numbers [protected] and [protected]. On both the numbers Plan RA10 Cug 300 was activated (Which was Zero Rental). Suddenly on Oct 1st 2011, i got a message on both numbers that your Bill plan has been changed to RA 10 CUG 199 and now onwards I have to pay Rs. 199 as rental. I raised a concern and called to customer care but they were not aware of that. I dont have much usage on both the numbers and 199 is large amount to pay as per my usage. So I called again customer care and asked for disconnection.

                                        I received a call from retention department and they promised me to change the plan again to Zero rental for [protected], so I asked them to cancel Disconnection. [protected] is used by my uncle and I dont know airtel has called for that number or not, but executive says they called thrice and after no response they had stopped services of [protected]. I called again to customer care and get the services restored. Now my concerns are -

                                        1. Why the plan changed without prior notification.
                                        2. If I am promised for zero rental again on 1 number ([protected]) then why not on the 2nd one ([protected])
                                        3. I am still not able to see the changes in plan in my account information on myairtel.in

                                        In the last call from retention department it looked like they were only promising for zero rental but were not sure enough. They asked me to check next bill and asked me to go for disconnection again if Plan remains same. Please address this issue otherwise I have to opt for disconnection of both numbers and look for other Telecom service provider.

                                        Bill generated for next month. No luck as I guessed in my comment earlier. Customer care only promised me to provide the Zero rental again. But on papers it is 199. I really don't want to user Airtel anymore.
