I have used CUG card & Mobile Office since last 2 to 3 Years.
From last month after chang in CUG plan from last month i found that my unbilled amount is appro. upto Rs 3600/- only in 3 days.
I asked about that but not satisfied.
I think it is due to wrong settings sent in my mobile. In past when i used net by Zero pressing in nokia handset i can access google directly, but now airtel live opened and it is chargable as per information i have from cutomer care.
So pleas be needful.

    Dear Sir

    I had purchased Airtel DTH Ultra pack HD on November 20,2010.

    As per the company website and as confirmed by the various executives of the company, ultra pack was and perhaps still is the most superior package on offer (for north Indian languages) by Airtel DTH services.

    Even at the time of installation, the company had misrepresented facts as Airtel only had 2 HD quality channels, DD-Sports and NGC. However, the company despite charging almost double the amount of money compared to normal ultra pack and promoting their product as HD pack with superior picture and sound quality was not providing any HD channels and the customer was supposed to pay extra money for each channel. I had to write repeatedly and struggle with various executives before finally they provided me 1 HD channel i.e., NGC.

    Last month when i was away on vacations, i started getting text messages from Airtel DTH that my services have been disconnected due to balance getting over, i found it weird but could not have done much at that time. When i reached back to Mumbai, i realised that the only HD channel that i was getting was disconnected. Along with it other channels i.e., Ten Cricket was also disconnected. When i spoke to a company representative Mr. Jayant of Airtel DTH at [protected], he told me that Airtel had actually started few more HD channels but there was some issue with the new satellite or transponder positioning and all the channels with error SM1 and error 4 will start coming to my connection within half an hour. I was satisfied and i waited but nothing happened. I called Airtel again and this time i was told by another executive that i will have to pay for all the HD channels including NGC HD and to top it all, also Ten cricket.

    I found this extremely unethical and lost my cool to which the executive banged the phone on me. Unfortunately, I had no option but to loose my cool and get answers to my genuine and most reasonable questions pertaining to the services that were not provided to me despite me paying the full amount in advance.

    I list the questions here-in-below:

    1. How can Airtel disconnect Ten sports, the channel i was getting before the India-West Indies series started?
    2. How can NGC HD be disconnected when i was already getting it.
    3. Which representative of the company was lying, Jayant? whom i spoke to at 20.20 hrs or the one i spoke at 21.35 hrs on 4th June 2011? Jayant told me that he has done the technical update and all channels with error SM1 and 4(digit) will start in 30 minutes of me speaking to him.
    4. When i bought the most expensive package, how is it possible that i do not get all the non south channels? This is what was assured to me at the time of purchase of the connection.
    5. When i bought the HD Ultra package, i was told that any and all the channels that will be added to the platform by Airtel in coming months will be automatically added to my connection. Why am i being forced to pay for additional HD channels and even normal channels and most particularly Ten sports - the channel that i used to get and only before the series started it was disconnected. Does it not mean that the company is getting greedy and not fulfilling its obligations even after charging entire years amount in advance.

    Airtel DTH — service for HD channels not provided

    My name is Shamsuddin Hasnani and my Airtel customer ID is [protected] (Pune), i had requested for a HD channel package on 26 July 2011, I didnot get any response back for 3 days, So icalled up the customer Care, they first informed it will take 5 days , so i waited till 30 July , i got no response , I call 3 times the only anser I got that our systems ate getting updated so we can check your request, finally some agaent sent another request to get resolved the issue on 31 Jult before 12:00 noon, request number 10511591 . howevertill no there is no engineer who has come up, I tried calling the customer care , some customer Care agent Ronak who arrogant to the limit as if he didnot want to the call and was forced to do it , gave the same reply "our systems are updating " and when asked fora supervisor blank said "No" and on insisting cut the call, this happen again with me 2 twic i wasted nearly an hour (forget about the mobile calling charge i incrred i still didno get the service) ,finally I got the number+[protected] whihc belonged to some airtel enigneer , he said he would be sending someone by 3:30 PM , I waited till 4:30 PM got no answer , so i called again , he gave me a number for anther engineer Nilesh +[protected] , who had no idea of my request , so i called the first number again , who then sent a requst to Nilesh at 5:30 PM , However Nilesh said he can only come after 8:30 PM if possible or tommorrow , thats all , I tried contact the airtel service center, they are least bothered about it and directly discconect my call wthout any resloution, s this the customer service Airtle provided once the get the monety from the customers. I think if you cannot handle something then why do ou even promsie of giving any such services. Your customer has been made to repaet only one line like a parrot "our system are updating " , your engineer don't want to work.Airtel is least bother about the DTH service , when a request a which is profitable for airtel, takes 5 days to work upon or rather ignored.
    Seriously if i would have not paid a lumpsum yearly amount , I would have just thrown the DTH in the Trash bin.
    Please either give a refund (including my mobile bills which incurred calling your futile customer Care and engineers ) or the service ,

      I had applied for new Airtel DTH connection( ordered for south package) , based
      on that I received a call from Airtel associate on 29 th May. Based on our
      conversation on 30th May, I booked new Airtel DTH connection through my Mobile
      number ([protected]) by paying Rs 1790 /- via Credit card through their IVR. The
      Associate promised installation within 48 hrs but till now the issue is
      pending. I have made number of calls to the customer care and the problem is
      yet to be resolved. The amount has been debited from my Credit card in the name
      of Airtel DTH Navi Mumbai MAH. This is really frustrating as daily I make many
      calls to Customer care and get false promises that the issue will be resolved
      today. Let me know if I can go to consumer court for this issue. I have
      attached the credit card Transaction Details .

      I made nearly 100 calls to the customer care but nobody responded properly .
      some people even disconnecting the call without informing .
      no proper service .

        Deactivate the model view club service

        i want to deactivate model view club service you have given one link http;//203.15.112.5/mvc/default.aspx?route=unsub on my mob no [protected]. I never asked for this service and Airtel on 03-06-11 just sent a link and charged Rs.99/month an illegal way. When I tried to deactivate, this link never worked. So i request higher authorities to look in into the matter and kindly deactive this service at ealiest and obliged me.

          I have contacted the Senior Lead Officer -CSD Sri Amogh K of your Calicut Brach for the purpose of Inter Net – Broad Band connection as aforesaid and accordingly your staff visited the site and agreed to provide the connection. It is requested to provide a application form duly filled , address proof and a cheque for Rs 699/- towards the fee . All those papers were filed then and there and it was agreed to provide the connection on the said day ie[protected]. Unfortunately you have not turned up to provide the connection even after several enquires were made by me for this purpose. It is very unfortunate and shocking to see that there was no positive response from your side. Later on your Senior Lead Officer on my phone call it was replied that you are not in a position to provide the connection without assigning any reason. The proposed site for the connection is with in the Calicut (Kerala State) city and there is no difficulty for any body to provide the connection. Your advertisement and the propaganda made it very clear that connection will be given with out any delay has no meaning and you are in fact cheating the poor customers like me. I have spent my valuable time believing your words and there is absolutely no justification for not giving the connection . I have sustained huge loss and mental agony due to the Unfair Trade practice and delay in providing the service and the deficiency of service on your part as aforesaid. As a customer I will be constrained to approach the Consumer forum for the appropriate relief’s unless the compensation of Rs 25,000/- is given to me with in 10 days of receipt of this notice along with the cheque and other papers you have collected from me

            I complaint for the No signal problem to the local office the compony the number was provided by the vendor of the product after complainting three time regularly the service engineer came and adjusted the disk,and charged money for that, as this type of service are servicable on company end, the componey is cutting money for the same period even I didn't avil the facility just becouse of componey's lazy service.

            Dear Sir,

            This mail is in reference to the discrepancy in my airtel bill of my mobile number [protected] since last two months. ( March and April, 2011)
            Since the month of April, I was charged for WAP_ALL via airtel live which I have not utilized. I had lodged a complaint last month with Airtel customer care for the same, since May month bill did not have the usage details as it’s always mentioned. So when I requested for duplicate bills twice I was given 1 month old bill twice. When I complained again, I was asked to pay the bill and my issue would be resolved but no one responded after I paid the bill. Also after that I requested for the deactivation of the airtel live service.
            Since my bill is generated on the 12th of each month, a customer service message o[censored]nbilled amount which starts from rupees zero is always received, however this time it did not happen and it continued billing with the existing Rs. 3148.49 amount. I called Airtel consumer service centre and lodged a complaint and they told me that there is a glitch in the system and it will be restored.
            Now for the month of April - May, I received the message that my unbilled amount was Rs. 8204.2, since I have not received the hard copy of the bill I went online to check that I have been charged Rs. 6852.70 for the month of April to may 2011 only for the internet usage on phone which I have not used. Within a span of 10 days that is from 11th of April till 21st April I have been charged this amount. Since I suffered the last month’s bill issue I purposely did not use the service till it was deactivated. I also checked with then whether any other service like 3G or GPRS was activated and they told me it wasn’t. Also the usage is not possible since I am at home and I use my wireless most of the time, hence I have a very limited usage of Airtel Live. Moreover I have been charge some 1500 rupees on WAP_ALL on the days when I was not in DELHI as well.
            My past bills, you will see that the internet usage has never exceeded 200 rupees since I am using my wireless most of the time, its only the facebook application that I use with airtel live.
            Post the March- April bill, I was constantly kept lodging complaints to their nodel office as well as their appellate office. I was called twice by the nodel office, they told me once that by default the Airtel Live option has been opening. This is a glitch in their system. Since I am not even using the service I am being charged. I was sent a message that the bill has been sent to my residence, but I did not receive the same. Post which I kept lodging complaints for them to contact me and resolve my issue. Its been so long and there has been no resolution at their end. They are providing me with a waiver but why should i pay the amount for the service that i have not used. I am being charged wrongfully. Kindly assist me in the same.
            I humbly request you to please oblige me with the same.
            Please find attached the bills of the last two months.

              This complaint is regarding my broadband connection with number [protected] from AirTel.
              I was a user of Broadband service from AirTel for past 4 years and in Dec 2010 I shifted to a new area (HSR Layout in Bangalore). Since there was no feasibility of the AirTel broadband in the new area (due to technical limitations from AirTel), I requested to cancel my connection so that I can go for some other broadband connection. Even though there was no feasibility of the Airtel broadband in that area the people from AirTel asked me for time to check the feasibility again and again (atleast 5-6 different persons contacted me and told me that they will check the feasibility, this whole process took some 1-1.5 months and my connection was still active, and I WAS BILLED ON THAT. in the end however everyone of them had the same response that the feasibility is not there in that area).

              In the meanwhile, airtel did not forget to generate bill (for a broadband connection which I was not using at all). For past few months I have been harassed by AirTel people for the bill payment.
              One day I received a call from the AirTel asking me to pay the pending bill and an additional amount of approx rupees four hundred. This guy promised me that once I pay this amount the remaining amount will be waived off and the connection will be terminated. As suggested I went ahead and paid the bill as well as the additional amount. Once done, I informed AirTel that I've done so and that guy promised that within a few days the connection will be terminated.
              But after a few weeks I again start getting the calls from AirTel regarding the new bill payment (and I have not being using this connection since Dec, 2010). Now I get a call everyday by a new person for the bill payment and I have to explain this problem to them in detail.

              Can someone please look in to this and save me from this harassment and get my connection terminated?
              I really do not understand why AirTel does not disconnect the connection on several requests and continues generating the bill.

              Airtel Broadband — Billing and Disconnection Problem

              I have an Airtel Broadband connection phone number [protected] (Account no[protected]. I am using Airtel Broadband for more than an year now but facing lot of problem for last few months.



              It all started when I bought Blackberry and opted for blackberry services through Airtel and I requested for Airtel Broadband disconnection however they suggested a plan of 250 Rs and I took it but after a few months I realized that it was costing me more then my earlier plan so I again requested for disconnection, Again they said that we will give you a 450 plan with 20% waiver for 6 months with no charges in first month. I liked the plan and opted for it.



              But to my surprise I got a bill which had no discount no waiver and addition of Airtel PC secure so I did not made the payment I also called customer care and told them however my net was disabled but I continued receiving bills. October end I got a call from Mr. Sahil and he asked me to make a payment of Rs 1564 outstanding bill and I told him that I will not be making any payment as I was not using the net for last 2 months but he said that he will deduct all the charges (waiver, discount and Airtel PC secure) and asked me to make a payment of Rs700 as final settlement.



              I did not want to be involved much so I made the payment but lately I have started receiving calls for payment of outstanding bill so daily I got 2-3 calls and every time I had to narrate the whole story. What am I supposed to do? It’s been almost a month since I have asked them for disconnection however they are not disconnecting the broadband and the bill is keep coming. They also told me that they will not disconnect the connection unless I will make the payment but why should I make the payment. I want action against Mr. Sahil who took 700 RS from me as I was not even willing to make that payment. He lied to me and then made no action for disconnection of my services.



              I would also like to mention that I have submitted ‘N’ number of complains sometimes I got the complaint number and sometime not most of them I don’t even remember. However I have two complaint numbers for reference F[protected], #25734914.



              I would like to file a complaint against Airtel Broadband and Mr Sahil for the mental harassment they have created.



              Please suggest how to proceed. I am in no mood forgive them, they have already created a lot of problems for me.



              I am evening planning to get my blackberry services disconnected I will go with Vodafone. I don’t trust Airtel and not willing to pay 25-30 thousand Rs annually to them.



              P.S. I forgot to mention the language and behaviour shown by airtel’s staff. If this is the way they treat their customers then soon airtel will no longer be number 1.

                I have booked Airtel DTH from airteldth.info website which is not Airtel website and is owned by some Mukesh who is not taking any responsibility. He promised me to get the installation within 2 days while after making payments he was not answering my calls and after 3 days still installation is pending.

                Now again he is not reachable and nobody is listening to my problem. Please beware of such dealers and Airtel should act against them.

                  Honourable Consumer Court,
                  I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for harassment and
                  mental torture for the following matter:
                  It is proved that airtel broadband customercare is trained only for telling lies.
                  I am a 4 years old customer of Airtel Broadband and have made the shifting request once in the span of 4 years.Recently,I requested for a shifting again on May 12th,2011 and guess what,it hasn’t been done yet!!
                  On May 13th,2011-The day after my request,the line got disconnected and I am not using landline and broadband services since then.
                  After my repetitive calling and request,they said shifting to your area is technically not possible and hence the shifting is getting delayed.It was a sutle way to say “NO” to the customer that please look for another broadband service provider.
                  I have stopped tracking and remembering my service request number as the moment I call airtel customer care they immediately open one complaint but sadly,none of them have been actioned upon.On my repetitive requests,I got the line finally shifted to me new place on May 29th,2011.
                  I confirmed with the service engineer who visited my place about the status of the request and he said there is no technical difficulty in this area and everything is fine!!!
                  To my utter shock, although the line got shifted, but I realized that my internet and landline is not working at all.The engineer who came for shifting said I’ll come back again to do the final shifting. He never came back nor he is picking up my phone also.
                  Needless to mention that the service engineer has also forgotten his own list of customers for whom the shifting is required.Poor all of them, who will struggle like me to get the things done from a company like AIRTEL.The service executive earlier too were very condescending and rude to me. I have NEVER been treated this way by service executive of any professional company EVER! For the employee of Airtel India Pvt. Ltd to condone such behavior doesn’t say much for the reputation of their company.
                  The irony of the fact is that still my landline doesn’t have any dial tone nor I can use internet services.When you call from non-airtel mobile to the airtel customer care,they say please dial our toll free number 198 or 121 from your landline.Can I ask how???? Esp when your landline doesn’t work and this is how you pay the price when you are not an airtel mobile user!!!
                  I have more than 15 complaint numbers opened and not sure if they have been closed without being auctioned upon. Neither I have heard anything from Airtel yet.
                  On top of it, the montly e-bill was generated “on time” with the fixed monthly charges and there was no mention of waiver on the bill.
                  Please suggest the best course of action in such case.I do not want to call Airtel again to get one new complaint number.

                  Bharti Airtel pvt. ltd. — change of plan without confirmation

                  To concerned authority,
                  i am a user of Airtel Tele. ([protected]). my plan of friends card has been changed to pre second billing without confirming me. Initially i was told the problem would be resolved but nothing has been done about it. i m getting confusing replies.
                  Hope u look forward to my application and do the needful
                  AIRTEL has been deducting money for all stupid services without even subscribing and on contacting customer care, no refund is provided. A srtict action should be taken against such actions.

                  use just dial site there you will get the consumer forum advocates list raise an inquiry from there or take the advocate no from there meet them once provide them all the details launch a petition against Airtel he will help you to win the case in this case you don't need to pay the fee to the advocate what ever the compensation you will get from the company he will take 40 or 60% from that.

                    AirTel — Airtel Cables Laying

                    Dear Sir,

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that your Airtel cable was laid in 3rd Cross street, and your staff have fixed a cable outlet on my house main door pillar and taken the cables to the rear street houses through my house tying the cables to my balcony grill without any information or not having the courtesy to ask permission.

                    When I questioned your man working he did not reply properly. Hence, I request you to kindly remove the cable from my house grill and make alternative arrangements to take the cables to the next street.

                    In the absence of which any damage to the cable I shall not be responsible and I may have to take the complaint to the authorized authorities.

                      I'm ditched by VRITI info. They took my money online and never gave me a receipt. They promised that the installation would be done within 24 hrs, but its been 4 days, no response and they have switched off their mobiles. I don't understand why AIRTEL keeps these falthu guys in thier association. We tried calling their service numbers and no one picked up calls, but intermittently getting busy on those numbers. My bank statement shows the payment info:

                        There was some problem in DTH setup box,for which i have logged the complain on jun 1st 2011.( request number: 8579819) till now the issue has not been fixed.ID:[protected].

                        The customer services is really so worst.i dont know if these people dont have ability to check these issue ,then why they provide warranty.

                        we are facing the problem of DTH SETUP BOX problem. it has been taken more than 20 minutes time at starting.

                        This is to inform you that the issue still not yet resolved.I called so many time to customer support but they just create tickets and by end of the day they close.There was no proper response.I surprised after seeing your comments. Without resolving the issue how you can say its resolved.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I got a connection from Airtel on 31/8/09 purchasing the SIM from Airtel Shop in Deoghar, Jharkand. The SIM No. was[protected] bearing the Airtel number was [protected]. Call Centre informed me through email on 3/1/11 that the mobile number [protected] had been permanently deactivated due to Address Verification formalities, with effect from 09/12/2010. Last outgoing call on 30/12/10 at 8:15pm, call duration was 1min 50 sec. After permanent deactivation of Airtel number [protected] I recharged the mobile 3 times. Amounts were Rs 399. The recharge dates were 22/12/10, 17/12/10, and 10/12/10.
                            How was it possible? Is not a miracle?
                            After 4 four months i.e. on 3/5/11, Customer Service informed me through email that the Airtel number [protected] was permanently deactivated from their network with effect from 31/12/2011. The number was so deleted in the light of accomplishment of Project Re-verification which was mandated by Department of Telecommunication regarding re-documentation and sanitization of the Subscriber Base. I had deposited necessary documents for re-verification whose C.A.F. number 6124208 when I received SMS for the first time on 20/12/10. I have informed my problem to the Chairman of TRAI (Ref: 325-1/2011/CA/Vol. II) and to the Chairman TC and Secretary (T) of DoT (Docket Number. DOTEL/P/2011/00089).
                            But I would like to mention here that I had sent 16 emails to “Three Tier Institutionalized Grievances Redressal Mechanism”. Amongst these, 8 emails to the C.C of dated 3/1/11, 4/1/11, 5/1/11, 7/1/11, 9/1/11, 10/1/11, 11/1/11 and 12/1/11 and 4 emails to the Nodal Officer of dated 13/1/1, 19/1/11, 20/1/11 and 27/1/11 and 4 emails to the Appellate Authority of dated 24/1/11, 25/1/11, 4/2/11 and 11/2/11. Amongst 16 emails I received one official emails against my email 3/1/11 and an unofficial email (i.e. junk mail) against my email 12/1/11. In junk email there was no sender’s name. I received auto-generated Acknowledgement mail against my all emails mentioned above. It means that all the emails were successfully delivered.
                            I request you to kindly help me to activate my Airtel number [protected] using the Cancelled/Enrollment/Old (SIM No. was[protected]) SIM.

                            Airtel is customer centric organization. I lodged my first complaint on 3/1/11. More than 5 months past Airtel has not taken any action to solve my problem. After permanent deactivation of any number, that deactivated number can be re-activated again using old SIM. Technically it is possible to use cancelled/old/enrollment SIM.

I came to know from the Airtel comments up-loaded by Rakesh Ranga, Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team) and from email sent by MS Hemlata of Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team) that my concern had been resolved. They are trying to reach me through the deactivated Airtel number [protected]. For the said purpose they had sent SMS to my deactivated Airtel number [protected]. As there was no alternative way, so i aproached to DEOGHAR DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM. My case number 62/11 dated 13/7/11. Case has been accepted. Notice has been sent to Nodal Officer and Head Service Recovery and Choudhary Agencies of Deoghar.
                            Your Forum has not helped me.

                              In a promotional call on 04/june/2011 Airtel asked me to activate the caller tune with various songs...I opted my desired

                              one (MANGAL BHAWAN FROM GEET GATA CHAL MOVIE). Instead of the selected song as it was in male playback singer's voice

                              they (Airtel) activated female playback singer.

                              I complained the customer care but they kept on saying me in a very rude way that the song is in male voice, wherein i

                              constantly kept on checking and i was right that the song was in female voice (what i had not purchased)

                              I again called the customer care today i.e. 05/06/2011 and talked to the senior authority Ms. Sunita Kumari. After

                              listening to me she was confessing that "we thought that you have been delivered the right product as it is showing in my

                              database".....anyhow she reactivated the male voice but again it was not the same and was sung by some tom dick & harry.

                              since then i.e after the reactivation i again tried to call and my call was forwarded to Ms Shruti. The pathetic part with

                              this senior authory was the she holded my call saying that I am checking the details and after waiting for more than 14

                              minutes my call got disconnected.

                              BECAUSE OF THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR, RUDE WAY OF TALKING, WRONG DELIVERY OF THE PURCHASED SERVICE (THE

                              CALLER TUNE) I AM VERY DISGRUNTTLED. ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT LOST A HUGE AMOUNT BUT 10 RUPEES ONLY BUT I LOST MY

                              PEACE AND MY PRECIOUS TIME.

                              MY SIMPLE QUSTION IS THAT "HOW CAN ANY PIONEER COMPANY BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE FOR TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMER" and

                              "HOW CAN THE DATABASE SHOW THE WRONG INFORMATION".

                                I would like to request your kind intervention and help required to avail the service of MNP implemented by TRAI, My number [protected] Airtel kerala, I requested to port to BSNL on 28th of June 2011 due to the pathetic service, network issues, Bill Plan changes done without my authorization and high tariff charged. My MNP request was rejected from Airtel stating various reasons like my service request is pending to be resolved , unbilled amount is to be paid,Black listed SIM , my bill plan is under corporate plan. Airtel is coming up with new new excuses day by day to stop me from Porting and have clearly stated that they will not allow this number to be ported because i am a high bill paying customer for them , They have instructed me that only option for me to stay with airtel.

                                Airtel — DENIAL OF MNP REQUEST

                                Sir,

                                I am using the Airtel Post paidConnection (No.[protected]) for the past five years. On february 10th, I changed from Post Paid to Pre paid and retained the same number. Now I decided to move from Airtel to Videcon by using Mobile Number Portability to keep the same mobile number and placed the request. But Airtel rejected the request saying that my connection is just 2 months old. They (the customer care executives) say that I have to complete 3 months in Pre paid since I have changed to pre paid only on Feb.10th and I will be eligilbe to apply for MNP only after May 10th. But I am using the number for the past 5 years ie. as post paid till Feb.9th and Prepaid from Feb.10th onwards. The TRAI rules clearly specify that the customer has to be with the service provider (and not on a particular plan) for 90 days. Please let me know if I am eligible for MNP now? Or I have to wait till May.10th
                                I faced a similar problem which Mr Samjacs did when i tried to port my number from Airtel to Aircel. I am Vikrant Verma, a resident of New Delhi. My number is [protected]. I first ported my number to airtel from idea. but that was a mistake, airtel network in my locality was pathetic. i eagerly waited for 90 days to be over so that i could port to some other operator. after 90 days i reached aircel outlet to port my number from airtel to aircel. but then my frustration started. i got calls from three airtel executives requesting me not to port the number and they assured my that they would try to resolve my issues as soon as possible. i told each of them that i am firm in my decision to port the number. to my surprise i got a message from aircel that my MNP request has been rejected by airtel due to some contractual obligation. the reason behind this was that one of the executive credited free airtel minutes in my account without informing me so that i could be said to be tied with some services and my MNP request could be rejected. my phone has auto call recorder and my conversation with all the executives were recorded in it. i decided to go to consumer court because i was really furious over this ill practice of airtel to not allow MNP in most of the cases but sadly my phone was lost and i didnot hav any proof left. to sum up, airtel's practice to reject MNP request of its customers is unlawful.

                                  I am an Airtel customer now. My mobile number actually Vodafone number. I was taking first porting generate on 30/01/2011 for change service provider Vodafone to Airtel. But, I am feeling some problem of Airte Service. Now I have decided that, I will change the Airtel service provider and I send message for Port ID (PORT <one space> [protected] to 1900) on 28/04/2011 and the expiry date 12/05/2011. The Porting number is AV796523. But Airtel company my porting number has cancelled frequently. Than I re-send message for new Porting number on 11/05/2011 and the expiry date 12/05/2011, The Porting number is AV796523. Than again message send for Prot on 12/05/2011 and I was getting Port number AV555221, and the expiry date 27/05/2011. I do not send any cancelled request message. But Airtel Company is cancelling my Porting number. I am calling to customer care 198, 121 &[protected] but no connecting Airtel customer care. Every Porting number has been taking Airtel provider calls me and automatically request save you. Contact No. is[protected]
                                  I thing, Airtel company don’t obey the MNP rules. So, I will take complain that Airtel company is compelling me for use his won service provider.

Please recharge with Rs.600 TODAY to avoid disconnection of service.' I have received this threatening message on 05/06/2011 at 10:24. But I have recharged my aforesaid Airtel Digital TV account [protected] with Rs.600 on 04/06/2011 at about 14:00 hrs. The confirmation of that recharge was mailed to my mobile on 04/06/2011 at 14:06 stating - 'Your digital TV account [protected] is successfully recharged with Rs.600. If your services do not resume, pls SMS HR to 54325 from your registered mobile no. after switching your Set Top Box on.' This is not a solitary case and it recurrs every month.

                                    Please STOP these type of disturbance created by wrong alerts.

                                      I lodge our request for my DTH ID [protected] dth shifted from RATLAM (M.P.) to KOTA(RAJ.) because of my transfer from RATLAM so i want to my DTH installation to my new address is 28,Adarsh Nagar.near bapu colony,Rangpur road kota jn.
                                      I already request lodge on 02/06/2011 yr toll free no but the have not install AIR TEL DTH till date.

                                      Approx 10 time but every time your executive misguide and kill my time and all wage give wrong information and forward the call for senior but never receive the call .
