Dear Sir,

Till[protected] i was activated for 19rs/200mb reactivation plan.
But due to low balance it wasn't renwed on[protected]..
Got manually activated for rs5/50mb by *567# service, even the charge was deducted.

After some time started browsing but after completion of it the balance was deducted.

Checked even by *123*10# int acc bal was.

I called Customer care 198 and even 121, But did'nt got correct suggestion.

THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED ON EXECUTIVE SIDE IN MIDDEL OF THE CONVERSION

BUT AFTER THIS IF CALLED TO CC THE CALL IS DIRECTLY BEING DISCONNECTED SUGGESTING DIAL *123#

REALLY THE SERVICE OF THE AIRTEL IS NOW A DAYS BEING DECRESSED THIS PROBLEM IS FACED MANY TIMES BY ME
i want to change my network.when i recharging they taking my amount with out any reason.pl refund my amount immediately(rs 30).otherwise i change my operator.
i want to change my operator because they take my amount rs 42.if they not refund i change my operator

    Yesterday I have raised a complaint about faulty STB ... havent heard from Airtel yet. This STB was replaced last month and i paid Rs. 350/- for the same. Within a month I am facing a problem again.

    I have another complaint. My subscription is for Ultra pack (which is the highest pack available). Recently you guys have increased the charges for the ultra pack so daily burn rate increased. however I am unable to see newly added channels to Ultra pack (as displayed on airtel dth website). why this treatment ??? you are happy to increase the rate and expect your customer to see the same channels. If i am already paying as per revised rate and subscribed to Ultra pack ... I MUST get all the channels shown in Ultra pack.

    I contacted the customer service. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SICK ... I AM SORRY TO SAY BUT EITHER I AM THE UNLUCKY ONE OR THERE ARE BUNCH OF PRESENT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO FOLLOWING -
    1. KEEP THE CUSTOMER ON HOLD FOR 75% DURATION OF THE CALL
    2. AFTER A WHILE ... THEY JUST DISCONNECT THE CALL ... SO CUSTOMER CALL UP AGAIN AND GO THRU THE HARASSMENT ALL OVER AGAIN
    3. FOR ANY DAMN QUESTION ... THEY SAY SEND 'HR' TO 54325 (WHEN I ASKED THE FELLOW DO U KNOW WHAT HR MEANS ... HE CONFESSED THAT HE WAS NOT AWARE OF IT ... THEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HEAVY REFRESH IS ALL ABOUT)
    4. SUDDENLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTS PRETENDING THAT THEY CANNOT HEAR WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS TALKING ... AND PRETEND AS IF THERE IS NETWORK ISSUE AND THEN SAY 'I AM DISCONNECTING THE CALL AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER' .... OTHER SIDE YOUR CUSTOMER IS YELLING ... HELLO HELLO .. I CAN HEAR YOU ... WHY CANT YOU HEAR ME

    AND YES ... CUSTOMER SUPPORT TOLD ME THAT ALL NEW CHANNELS ARE NOW ON DIFFERENT SATELLITE AND SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. IF THATS SO ... DOES AIRTEL EXPECT ALL THEIR CUSTOMER TO CALL UP CUSTOMER SERVICE ... GET THIS RUDE TREATMENT AND WONDER ....WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NEXT TO GET ALL CHANNELS???

    I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS HARASSMENT AND WILL PASTE THE SAME IN CONSUMER COMPLAINT.

    I M TRYING TO ADD NEW CHANNELS LIKE LIVE INDIA,INDIA NEWS ,DAY AND NIGHT AND E24 THAT ARE LAUNCHED BY AIRTEL.. I M COMPLAINING FROM 9th MARCH 2011 FOR ADDING TO ALL THESE CHANNELS...BUT THEY EVERYDAY SAY ME TO WAIT UPTO 24 TO 48 HOURS..TILL NOW CHANNEL NOT ADDED TO MY ID..

    And I also had the similar experience with Airtel, the response of Customer Service Executive is very bad. This was a service executive by name Pankaj and he put me on hold for more than 15 minutes and finally disconnected my call. And next time I could reach them out only after multiple attempts and when I asked the same to these executive they said that this time they won't disconnect. And it confirmed my presumption that they are doing willingly. I would hope we have a DTH Portability also soon and then they feel the pressure. How can they take customer granted.

    If they are not ready with the services why do they send out SMSes and other messages about the new services.

    Also, one more interesting thing is they are not offering a local DD channel and provide other regional channels. I am from Andhra Pradesh and would like to see Telugu DD FTA channel which is a mandatory requirement as per TRAI guidelines but they provide all other regional channel and not DD Telugu and if you ask the same the response is very bad

    Airtel DTH — Unable to view new channels already paid for

    Airtel DTH service has been pathetic. First of all whenever I call the toll free number(12150), the call gets disconnected before connecting to the customer representative. They make you call the toll number
    [protected] and then only you are able to speak to the person. I had emailed Airtel reg this but I have not received any response.

    Second i added the new channels CBS, FOX etc on saturday after asking the customer representative. But till today I am unable to watch those channels. That person did not tell me anything about the realignment and I have paid for the channels that I am unable to view. I have called the customer care(toll no.) many times and they are telling the representative will come today.

    I've been an Airtel customer(4 mobile, landline, broadband) for over 5 years and I did not expect this kind of service. My customer ID is [protected].
    I have subscribed for two tamil channels ie., captain and another new tamil channel and paid susbscription for 12months in Feb '11. But till date almost two months, the service has not been activated. My Airtel DTH No. [protected]. Everytime a customer service people will call and inform that they will send the engineer next day but till date for airtel the next day has yet to come. What kind of service you people are rendering and I don't want captain tv and other new channel and I want my subscription back for these two channels.

    Please take this issue seriously.

    Good luck if you choose to subscribe to any of Airtel's services/products. Mr Mittal and associates are not interested in hearing consumer complaints.

      I accidentally subscribe Airtel mobile tv April last week then after every week Airtel deducting Rs. 40 from my account. I tried a lot to daccountte this service for this i contacted Airtel customer care executives and also send messages to stop this service but no results. I just want to unsubscribe this service kindly help

        I have been having issues with Airtel network in my residence regularly and in office some times in last 5-10 days. Issues is am not been able to reach and talk to the customer care office as it gets disconnected. Most of the times it gives connection error, call not allowed issues.

        After I wrote to them on 30th May,and after 3-4 days I got one email asking for lot of details. Suddenly I got 5-10 SMS and email saying your query is resolved. Today morning I got a call back from customer care office regarding the same. However I got another email yesterday asking for same details again.

        Am not sure, which query is resolved, which query is not. Absolutely no resolution to the network issues.

        Pathetic service.

        Just now (13th June 2011 - Around 2.15 PM), I got one call from some one asking me about the details. Though i had sent all the details in an email dated 31st May to the email ids "[protected]@in.airtel.com" & "[protected]@airtel.in", your people still do not have that information and every time they expect the customer to be in a position to answer the queries. When I said I cannot give the information and please refer to the email dated 31st May, she said query cannot be resolved. And now I have received couple of sms stating the query is resolved.

        I mean what is this kind of query resolution? You guys are cheating the customer, there is not interest in resolving the problem.

          Hi,

          I am really fed up with the services I am getting from Airtel brodband. From last 6 months they are keeps adding extra call charges in my bill. This time also they have added 40.70 Rs.

          When I called them they said our system is down. This is not a first time. From last 6 month I am calling them and asking them to revert these charges and every time they said this will not repeat again.

          I don't know how many users are facing this problem and they don't know that they are paying extra money.

          I need my extra money which I paid as well as componsation for there huresment

          Please register my complaint and take some action against them

            My Airtel DTH Connection Having SUB ID [protected] is not working from last 11 Days. Dish Bracket has been broken due to Natural Impact(Storming Weather). When i have called to customer care for same, they said it will be replaced but all failure. Now, I am trying to connect with customer care but number not connecting from last 8 days. I have also email to NODAL Office and Customer Care E-Mail ID but no response from them. Also, They told me to pay Rs. 200 for this because after One Year Dish Handling charges to be paid by the User. It's only 20 days over to 1 year period of warranty.

            Attached is the images which clearly describe that the material used in Dish is not good.
            Airtel(A Famous DTH Brand) is using Plastic Bracket for Holding Dish where is a normal Local DTH Brand is using a Metal Bracket(Which is more stable).

            Some Other Person has also installed Airtel Dish on Just Less than 1 Feet Distance.

            Please look in to this urgently.

            Also, I have several times told them to change my address, But Still Old Address is coming in the system.

            My a/c no. is [protected] and from last two days my set top box is not working. Even power indicator is not working. Tried to contact costumer service[protected] but the call keeps getting hanged on, so called quits. Kindly do the needful immediately. Today I was finally able to contact costumer care at 1.00PM and they gave me a complaint number 8734660. I was assured of resolution by 6.30 PM of 05/06/2011. I even got an SMS with a "Happy code" and was asked to call [protected]. No resolution as expected, tried to contact [protected]..."No. not reachable". The supposed "24 X 7" costumer care
            at [protected] also does not operate after 5.00 PM, as I was unable to talk to any human after listening to IVR music for long time. Does Airtel exist as a company or everybody has left it for the good? anyway thanks to many companies in market, I would have the opportunity to use services of other DTH operators now!...Isko laga dala ...ab hone do airtel ka zinga lala!"

              Dear Sir,
              I'm a prepaid customer of Airtel from the year 2006. with regards to my previous complaint of non regular deduction of daily rental for my mobile number [protected] dated feb 27, 2011 in the same forum, i have been provided with a refund amount of Rs 30. I have been using airtel booster pack for the past one year and as per norms of airtel, if we are using booster pack, they should not deduct any daily rental from the customer. Still they had been charging ( this time they got caught by charging 1.80 p. when i called their customer care they said those details we still haven't received yet. may be you are using some services thats why you have been charged)
              When I called and asked they didn't provide a proper response and so i have decided to use mobile number portability and decided to move from airtel to BSNL. i have sent port request on 25th may 2011 (wed) and received a Porting ID AT 919619. After i have decided to port out, i am receiving calls from airtel ([protected]) stating that they are providing offers with reduced charges of calling from A2A at 30p and Airtel other mobiles 50p without any daily rental for 30 days and the offer is valid for 180 days.
              i told them i have already put booster pack of 198 rupees for 3 months, so i won't find any difference in the call rates whether i am using booster pack or not using booster pack.
              And i have also stated that i have bought the BSNL sim, so kindly allow me to change from airtel since i am not satisfied with the services provided by Airtel.
              For that the customer care guys stated that we will refund you the amount for booster you have choosed and if required we ll provide refund amount for the bsnl sim also.
              i was firm in my decision stating that i want to change from airtel so kindly process my request. they said OK fine you can come to airtel after 90 days and kept the call. the call is on 30th may 2011 (tue). in the next half an hour, i got a message from 1901 stating that your port request for mobile number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons.
              so i got irritated and called their customer care and inquired whats the reason for rejection. they said we wont do such kind of activities, may be you would have provided wrong details of your address. kindly check it again, so it will get port out automatically. when i contacted the bsnl office they stated that documents provided are perfect, airtel only is not allowing to port out.
              in the mean time i am getting calls from airtel number ([protected]) stating that please don't go away from airtel, we will figure out the reasons for your deduction of money and also we will provide you offer of low call rates (as mentioned earlier in this complaint).
              i called the customer care and asked the reason for rejection again on the next day i.e., 31st may 2011.
              the customer care executive stated that yesterday itself you have accepted the offer provided by us, thats the reason for not getting port out. how come after accepting the offer you are contacting the customer care again.
              i got irritated and stated the above details and also mentioned that even after the port rejection message from 1901 came, i am getting calls from airtel number ([protected]) with offers provided by them.
              The customer care executive then said, no you have accepted the offer that is the reason for not getting port out, so still if you want to get port out resend the message again to 1900.
              When i asked for the proof for accepting the offer provided by them, they didn't have an answer. after a long talk with the customer care guy, he transferred the call to his senior executive. the executive also stated that offer has been accepted that is the reason for not getting port out. any way if you provide the documents again in the bsnl office for re processing, you can get ported out without any charges for buying new bsnl sim for this purpose.
              so i have given the documents again for reprocessing and was waiting to get ported out by today (4th june 2011). Message from 1901 again came stating that your request has been rejected by your service provider for legal reasons.
              no response from airtel customer care when i called now. Being the number 1 service provider in the telecom, are they behaving as a dictator in this sector?
              to retain a customer will a service provider go to such an extent?
              Being an educated customer i could expose this to all the people through internet. if the same has been happening to an uneducated customer means?
              consumer complaints forum and TRAI only needs to say an answer for this.

              AirTel — NON DEDUCTION OF RENT

              Dear sir,

              This is to inform you that my Airtel No.[protected] was dead during[protected] to[protected]. during this period i have complaint so many time duing this period vide complaint no.19378958, During this period I have told to the constomer care at airtel, Rent will be deducted during defalt period. But in the bill rent was not deducted charged full amount.

On my number, airtel mobile tv service from 54321 got activated automatically and from last 10 days i'm calling customer care to deactivate it but they don't deactivate it 40rs deduct from my account. i'm feed up of this service, please deactivate this service and see that it won't get activate again i called customer care so many times but they don't help.

                    My customer id is [protected]. I had requested for one of the Kids channel on 13th-14th May 2011. The channel didnt appear on my TV. I called up customer mentioning my problem and got a response that the dish needs to be re-alligned and the same will be done by the Airtel engineer in next few days and no complaint ID was given to me for the same.

                    On 25th May 2011 I called customer care and requested a complaint id (Complaint ID 8348018) as no resolution was provided and I was informed by the executive that the issue will be fixed in maximum 5 days time. I followed up the customer care on 29th (Complaint ID 8491625 May 29th 2011)
                    Till 30th May 2011 the issue remained unresolved and to my surprise I received a message the the resolution is provided to the complaint id 8348018 and the call was closed.

                    I immediately called up customer care and informed that the issue is still unresolved and received an assurance the resolution will be provided by 4 PM next day. Again there was no one to fix the issue.

                    On 1st June I talked to a senior executive (Shashank Kumar - Interaction ID[protected] and conveyed my dissatisfaction for the kind of response I received from an esteemed organisation like Airtel. He assured me that the resolution will be provided by 2nd June 2011.

                    Till date the issue remains open and I belive that the quality of service of Airtel has dropped considerably.
                    Avoid Airtel DTH in Noida.

                    I dont think so. The only development that has happend is that I received another commitment from Airtel corporate office that the issue will be fixed within 24 hours.
                    Not to my surprise the no one tourned up and the waiting time has become endless.

                    I sincerely feel as if I have asked Airtel to launch a satellite for me. Its being almost a month requesting a kids channel and realignment of my dish that has not being achieved till date.

                    If the resolution of the issue is beyond your control and reach, request you to withdraw your services and refund the amount invested by me at the earliest.

                    Struggling with Airtel and its team members since 15th May. The two person / engineer who visited my location one month back and said that the disk will be relocated by some other team, did the relocation and fixed the issue.

                    My experience was very painful and I will never recommend anyone to go for Airtel DTH. The team and staff is not responsive and misleads the end users.

                    Please be responsive and sensitive to customers or else you will end up hitting a dead end with no where to go.

                    Solving a problem after bleading the customer satisfaction is never acceptable.

                      I and my wife got a call from [protected] on both of our numbers, on the same day, same time. That is on 3rd June at 21:48 PM. When we tried calling back, the number was either busy or switched off. later we found that the number belonged to Pakistan. Now not sure what to do, can you please go into the details of it please.and solve the issue?

                        Got message from[protected] on 3rd June at 11:26 AM on Airtel Mobile no- 91-[protected] stating "Thank You for subscribing to Airtel devotional portal. You will be charged Rs2/pay." No such subscription attempt was made from client end. Rs 2 were deducted at that time only making the balance go negative, so that the subscription could even not be unsubscribed. Now until client recharges his account, there will be daily deduction of Rs2.
                        If it is a technical fault: Why do such faults happen over and over again? Such technical incompetencies should be corrected ASAP or otherwise such acts should be penalized.

                          The line is down for 3 days no response from customer care executives disconnected call for ten times in 3 days out of 20 calls can reach supervisor only once out of 20 calls even she is rude as if a hitler.my number [protected]. the appeallate is also giving a wrong commitment for the resolution time.if this continues then i will lodge a complaint to telecom ministry against airtel.please find the prior complaint which was solved by appeallate named Sharma who has fixed the activation issue after 20 days.everything in airtel Sucks these days.Do an ethical business.will u incur the loss or give me the waive off for the days where you missed to provide me the service you will never do that.will always say "sorry for the inconvenience" a stupid word where i cant even get a penny out of it.i want proper service with good product.dont do business in an unfair way.

                            I purchased Airtel 3G data card for RS. 2000 on the first week of June 2011 and Company claimed the speed will be more than 3 Mbps. The maximum speed till now I got is 900kbps and most of the time it works under 2G with average speed of 300kbps.
                            I complained to Airtel Customer Care many time and couple of Airtel technical people visited my place and they collected the data that the average speed is 300kbps in my Residence. They confirmed that there is issue near my Residence and they will rectify it by tilting the Antenna, Even after they modified the antenna Speed has not increased. So i want to return this 3G card and get my money refunded. But Airtel people are not ready to pay me my money back.

                              This is Biranchi from Noida, using the Airetl Digital TV having customer Number as [protected].
                              It's a matter of Big concern that most of the time I am not getting signal and getting the error code as B001 and reason mentioned as "bad cable connection or bad weather condition at your end or at broadcast center".

                              I am trying to reach customer care but everytime the call is automatically getting disconnect after reaching to the IVR option of speaking to customer care and getting a SMS to send to one number for HELP. I am completely fed up with this kind of service.

                              Once I got a chance to talk to the customer care after trying several times and he created a compalin and assured me to resolve the problem within 24hrs but no body contacted me during that time and I received a call after two days and the guy told me they will charge for 100 rupees for engineer visit. I could not understnd the reason behind charging 100 rupees. I am facing the issue frequently and does that mean I have to pay 100 rupees every time.

                              It's the responsibility of Airtel to provide the service. I was not convinced to pay 100 rupees and denied to give 100 rupees for servicing and the airtel person disconnected the call and immedeatly I received a SMS as your request has been closed and resolution has been provided.

                              It's very bad to see the monopoly Airtel is applying to the customer, I don't understand how come they close the request without the consent of the customer.

                              I request you through this forum please look into the matter om priority.
                              I am not using the service of Airtel since last two weeks, I would definitely ask for refund of the rental for the period I have not used the service.

                                The installation guys for Airtel (well, all these are contractors, so they do it for other companies also), they know that Airtel gives only 12 meters of free cable, so they lay as much cable as possible, in my case 3-4 meters o[censored]nnecessary loose extra cable, telling some reason or the other.

                                So finally they charged me 13 meters of extra cable at 12 rupees per meter. And the best part is they do not give a receipt, saying they don't carry any. They look inept, did not even do a decent job, and were nothing more than cash sharks.

                                  My Letter to Nodal Officer.

                                  Myself Arvind Kulkarni resident of banashankari 3rd stage. I have a airtel
                                  broadband connection with tel no : 42056270.
                                  Since I relocated to an apartment on 4th of April 2011, I raised a request to
                                  relocate my telephone connection on the same day (Req # 182102).
                                  I have been told by the technical support team that my connection will be
                                  disconnected and will get active after 3 days at my new residence. After a week
                                  also there was no response from the team. When I called up the customer care
                                  asking for the clarification they stated there are some issues with ports and
                                  stuffs and hence the work will be delayed by one more week. The update must
                                  have given to me by the support team, instead I have to call several times to
                                  get the status on the job request.
                                  Still I managed to wait for one more week and after a weeks time I raised one
                                  more ticket to cancel my connection. I even stated the reason for cancellation
                                  as "Bad response from the technical staff on updating the status to customer"
                                  on 15th April 2011 (Req # 473960). After this ticket was raised I got a call
                                  from one of the executive stating 1) "The connection will be shifted in 1 more
                                  weeks time" 2) "The April months bill will be waived off since you have not
                                  used it during that period" 3) "You will be shifted to new plan where you have
                                  to pay only Rs 599/- instead of Rs 799/-".
                                  After all these delays and irresponsible behaviour I decided not to reach out
                                  airtel for my queries. Beginning of this month I got a bill for the month of
                                  April and also there were several reminder calls from the billing department
                                  about the outstanding(Rs 858/-). I have been telling the representatives that I
                                  have not utlized the broadband from 3rd April and there was a cancellation
                                  request on 15th April 2011 which falls well before the billing cycle date.
                                  Even now I get these remainder calls very often. Yesterday I got one more
                                  message stating "Your outstanding airtel land line bill is 1800/-". This
                                  puzzles me, Even though I have made the request to cancel the connection, I
                                  keep getting these messages and remainder calls. This is kind of
                                  mental harrasment to explain each individual who calls me about the whole
                                  series of event occured from April 4th 2011 to till date.
                                  I have been a loyal customer of Airtel from years. But the kind of treatment I
                                  got during last two months will make me think twice before I refer you to
                                  anybody. If you check my payment history, you will come to know how promt and
                                  sincere I am for making the payments.
                                  I would request you to take a serious action in resolving this issue. I dont
                                  want to recieve any calls with regards to my broadband connection. I am tired
                                  of answering the same above story to every single individual who calls me.
                                  hope you understand the pain I have been going through, please help.

                                  There was absolutely no reply from the nodal officer to address the issue. When I reached the Nodal officer over phone, he said he will get back to me withing 24hours. The 24hours duration is already expired and no response from the nodal officer (Mr Karthik and Mr charan). I am still getting calls to make the payments for the services which I havenot utilized. Can anybody suggest me whether launching a complaint in consumer court can help me to get rid of the harrassment from these airtel executives?

                                  i would like to draw ur kind attention on ur airtel services.we hving problem of this service, cause of, at installation time 25 dec 2008- 499 super value plan has been installed but that was not our requirment.
                                  my requirment was 499 /2gb dwnload-upload / but after some time airtel says i hv no plan regarding this type.so he offered me 555 combo plan .and i has reqested frm ur coustmer care[protected] on 28 dec 2008 to convert our plan(499 super value to 555 combo) and my plan has been changed on 29 dec 2008 at 11:00 am.but yet this time i dont knew we using 499 super value plan. i think we using 2 gb plan.


                                  so i m not victim regarding this concern.airtel is totally liable from this disconnection reqest.

                                  Airtel Broadband — Delay and harrasment while cancelling broadband

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have already submitted the Telephone Instrument & router (A/C no 14472038, no 080-4r2074092) to the Airtel relationship center at Cambridge layout in Bangalore on 09/04/2011. I also paid the outstanding of Rs. 711/- vide receipt no. 05531718/- dtd 09 April, 2011.
                                  I was informed by one Sindhu who directed me to surrender the instrument and router at the nearest Airtel center and that she will call me in the evening to confirm the same. The ticket no given by her was 471049. There was no call from her end.

                                  I have been harrased by Airtel despite me having told Airtel that I want to disconnect my Broadband and landline connection. When I spoke with the Airtel customer care I found to my dismay that one
                                  Customer executive by the name of Santosh has put on record that I wanted to continue this number which is a complete lie.

                                  Despite me calling up Airtel numerous times and requesting them to collect the instrument and router there was no action from their part. They have repeatedly and persistently tried not to help me.

                                  I am extremely sorry to experience this shabby service from Airtel. I strongly request potential customers not to avail of Airtel Broadband in the light of the poor, indifferent and misleading treatment that I suffered at its hands

                                  Today I got a call from a lady named Sneha from the number[protected]. She was asking to pay the aritel bill which was due on my landline [protected]. Even after explaining that the bill was generated even though I have not used it during the period. And also the cancellation request was given 3 months back i.e in the month of April.

                                  Instead of listening to the complete details she loudly said "Come to court, and discuss". I would have gone to court for the harrassment happened on me for months together by your technical team and billing section. Insted I took a calm way to get this issue fixed. I have even sent several mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com, but unfortunately no response from your end.

                                  I am not hesitant to take the legal notice. but little surprised the way Sneha spoke to me in a rash way and disconnected the call before I complete.

                                  Hope to see a resolution to this issue. please help.

                                  Airtel Broadband — Delay in cancelling Airtel Broadband and inappropriately charging for services during the delay period

                                  Hello,

                                  I had put in a cancellation request with Airtel (reference number[protected] in the first week or rather 1st of Feb this year for their postpaid broadband connection. I had clearly articulated that the reason for the disconnection is that the service (network) It is now the end of March and they have not yet carried out the request. It is even more compounded that they are asking me to pay the charges for Feb and March for the service that I have NOT used becasue
                                  1. they have already disconnected the service
                                  2. all o[censored]s at home now have another service provider.

                                  They have now changed the reason of the disconnection to billing issues!!! This too, without even consulting me or checking with me!

                                      i got an sms from Airtel that if I recharge with 103 rs I'll get 93 rs as main account balance and 25 local minutes for calling.They assured me that i'll get that free minutes within 24hrs .But they are not credited.When I complained, the company executive told me that there was no such sms sent on your number.

                                      Still I have not get my money refund
                                      Sir, I have only received a sum of Rs. 50...not the full
                                      I Mohammed Ahmed Hussain, Mobile # [protected] recharged with rupees 19 (Night Balance) but I wasn't credited with amount of Rs. 100(Night Minutes). The retailer got the message that Recharge is Successful but I din't receive the call & I called the customer care, he was speaking in Telugu, I asked him to speak in English but he disconnected the call.

                                      I want the amount to be credited to me asap.
                                      And I am very unhappy with the Customer Service.

                                        i purchase set top box of airtel digital tv from airtel company before one year
                                        in time our set top box not working properly in this regard when i complain book airtel customer care no. [protected] he give me a complain no. 8641155 and 5564468 on 31 may and 1 june respectively.
                                        but after 3 days laps no any engineer and no any call recd from airtel .pse take matter and give me suggestion in this regard

                                        my airtel connection is not working properly and it is impossible to reach the customer care. where should a person go. whenever you call them there is no reply. Your executives put me on hold and forget about that for hours. But you remember to increase the rent after every few months. My ID No. is [protected].
