My self Mr. Himanshu R Patel. My Mobile No is [protected], I use your internet services for last two years, and I got never any kind of problem except GPRS Speed & GPRS technical problem. MY tolerance is over now, when I started this service I got regular speed 25kbps to 30kbps. For few last months I lost my speed, I got only 8kbps to 10kbps (both menservants r depends n my same parameter),
I contacted Ur technical team so many times, So many complains from me is given to Ur technical department teams...they try to solve , complain solved for maximum two days. Then the third day as It is (speed problem continuous)...
Ur Representative told me our area server is overloaded (network consumption)...please do some work fast for my SPEED PROBLEM, Now I tried In different Area (S.G. Highway ) I Got much better speed then mine... my total Details are given bellow:
Area - NARODA

My problem still persist. Today again 5rs. From my balance is deducted. There is been some technical problem, which you guys can't resolved. And i m still facing the problem.

I got a message from 54321 saying "Thanks for using FS-Airtel Music Portal subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re.1", but I never opted for any kind of subscription from Airtel for the past 10 days
Please kindly cancel my Fs-Airtel Music Portal subscription at the earliest. Thank you.
