As instructed by the call center representative, I recharged my account (with Rs.1000) to have sufficient balance in my account to facilitate reinstallation related charges to be deducted once reinstallation happens.

I have lodged at customer care service on 6th November and the complaint no is 4371055 . The complaint regarding no signal from dish. We took the Airtel DTH connection in Gurgaon. After using it for 2-3 months we got transfered to Panchkula. Before taking this connection, I had spoken to the customer service to confirm if God TV is a part of Airtel’s package. The exec confirmed to me that it’s there.

Based on this confirmation, I booked a 12 month Mega package, with multiple connections.

I have a Airtel Sim. Many area of Kanyakumari Disitict not getting Range. So Please Rectify the tower Problem. Airtel Service Provider give to Satisfaction service for Kanyakumari People....

I'm using airtel broadband for an year, and I chose Airtel for the best service which it, once, was providing.

But now, it has been almost 10 days since I made a request to Airtel for plan migration, for which they said it'll be migrated in 5 days.

But I haven't even had a confirmation call or any kind of response/follow-through from their side till now. I'm fed-up calling up the customer...
