I also got a hello Tune and I had complained to the customer Care to stop the service. I was assured that it would be stopped but for one month it is a free service. Deduction of money from prepaid account and no reasons given

I would like to log a complaint against Aitel. The reason being that they have been deducting money from my Pre paid account for no reason.
