My Name is Buniyamin i take 2 fancy numbers (platanum number) [protected] and [protected] i use this number till i left from kerals in last Aug 2010, as i got inforamation from airtel office that its life time validity number, last December 2010 i back kerala and tried to use that number but unfortunatly i got information from airtel office that last 3 month i not used this number thats wise they cancelled my number without any notification.

I need same number at any cost because i given my number lot of my business clients

kindly advice how can get that same number again

airtel pre-paid — Disconnected without Notice

I had a life time prepaid [protected] which I had taken in April 2007. Before leaving India in Sept 2007, I had loaded Rs 2000 worth of talk time. Since I was outside of India, I was not taking any calls on roaming. However SMS sent were being recieved. In June 2008, the phone just went out of service.

I have tried to contact Airtel with an explanation [REF:[protected]] which they have not been able to close even after repeated follow up. I think there is something fishy in the service they are providing and feat foul play.

I would request a resolution through proper channels on getting my Rs 2000 + life time prepaid charges back from Airtel - Bangalore. Hope to get some direction to get this resolved.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    With humble request I Abdul Rasheed Bhat, R/O Mumkak, Batapora Sopore, Distt. , Baramulla, J&K, India (Tower allotment sight is Tawheed Bagh Mumkak,Batapora,sopore in our house premises )want to bring to your kind notice that we have been allotted a BHARTI AIRTEL tower in our own land in November/December 2006.All the required documents and agreement was signed and work was also completed for site. Almost tower was near to complete when our neighbors’ lodged complaints for the same. A stay order was noticed by court as our neighbors’ started complaint for tower. According to the agreement signed by us and your company was that we will be receiving 5000Rs each month after work will get started at site for construction. After signing we have received the monthly rent of 5000Rs for 7-8 months and money was stopped because of stay order by the our neighbours.No one from your agency came to answer them and no body fought the case our land was occupied by your authorities and in turn a court case was against us from January 2007.
    I am a old person with fours-five children and I my self was fighting for the this tower case almost from 4 years I sold land to win that case so this could be a source of income for me and my children. I visited every officer who took signs and document from me but till date no body helped me. Even I fought with my all neighbors’ for this tower allotment and start. I used all my money for winning this tower case and finally I received a go ahead notice from court also for started on of tower. Now tower is in working condition and all their officers who visited the site never accepted to give my cheques.

    I am very disappointed by your authorities who never came in this issue and now it’s working but my money has no been issued. I very confused what mistake I did that we gave my own land for your tower so you get benefited and me also but that time never came.

    Kindly look in this matter and think about my kids and my family, we have no choice left for our income.
    So please consider my complaint and take some action.

      Unwanted subscription to 54321 airtel services which deducts Rs. 10 everytime
      I have been receiving unwanted services like football updates, astrology, friendschat etc from 54321 which deducts Rs. 10 everytime from my prepaid balance. I have never registered to these services. After I request for deactivation , it again subscribes to these services after few days and deducts Rs. 10 from my balance. I request you to please urgently look into this issue.

      my request reference no. is cppwc[protected].dated 09/01/11.

      actually the message says AD-54321 - autosubscrition service from airtel renewed and have been charged with Rs.10/-

      another service 555630 for autoservice says it will be renewed in 3 days with arenewal charges of Rs.10/10 days. to stop service dial *321*44# and go to my active alerts.

      i have lodged complaint with airtel twice and still i have not got rid of such unwanted and unwarrented subscription.

      Airtel Prepaid Services — DELAY IN ISSUE OF DUPLICATE SIM CARD

      I have lost my mobile on 3rd of March 2008. I went to Airtel office for issue of duplicate SIM and submitted relevant document required. The authority told me that it will be activated within 3 hours. I have spoken 5 times to custoer care executives they are telling that it has been activated. Today it 8th April 2008. The SIM card is not yet activated.

      Airtel — regarding unnecessary service

      my mobile is activated with one package without my consent and confirmation, and that cost me so much
      response from service centre was really not acceptable

      Airtel Prepaid — Unsubscribed charges

      Dear sir,

      My Mobile No.is [protected] and I have been charged by Airtel

      1. Rs.7 for (Devotion, Alert) subscription on 18/8/08
      2. Rs.7 for (Alert, Alert) subscription on 11/8/08
      3. Rs.30 for ISLAM SMART ALERT subscription on 5/8/08
      4. Rs.7 for (Misc, Miscellaneous) subscription on 4/8/08
      In total I have been charged Rs.51 without my knowledge for services I have never subscribed. Even after sending repeated E-mails to Nodal Officer for refund of the same I got no response from his side.

      Please help me out.

      Airtel Prepaid Services — subscription to christian alerts

      I have been getting regular flash messages namely christian alerts and every now and then Rs 7 is deducted from my balance.
      First thing is I am a hindu and never subscribed to any christian alerts, still it is done forcefully, neither it is entertained by customer service of the airtel company, If possible i request you to urgently stop this nonsense thing.

      want to deactivate my cid_b4pservice from Airtel.I'm getting an sms from 5676787, and I have been charged Rs.7 every week.By mistakenly I've registered in that service, I don't also know how to play.I've informed Airtel customer service several times, the executives are just giving one sms number and some code to send an sms, but till date it has not been deactivated.I beleive that some action will be taken against this immediately. my phone no.       my number is [protected] i have activated the FIND A FRIENDS and every month cut RS-50from my account. I requeste please please give me idea how to deactivate this service from my number.

      Airtel Prepaid Services — Wrong Billing and Unhelpful Customer Care

      Airtel Prepaid card No. [protected] in the name of my husband Mr. Manoj P. Patke, has been wrongly debited for services for which we have not subscribed. Good Morning messages and Shayari messages keep coming. For this, we have lodged complaint No. [protected] on 23rd December, 2008. Since then, I have been daily speaking to various Customer Care Executives for refund due to me for the wrong debits. Many times I have been told that the server is not functional, at other times I have been promised that the wrong debit of approx. Rs. 37 would be refunded within 2-4 hours.

      Even today i had tried to get my work done, through Mr. Dileep at 1.20 p.m. but was told to call back after 30 mins. since the server was down.

      Since so many days have passed by, I request you to urgently look into and settle the amt. due to me.

      Regarding Unauthoriesed Charge
      Dear sir,
      I Am customer of Airtel last 5Yr, My mobile no [protected], I face many problem from Airtel side regarding charges,
      I am receiving SMS from 64611015 regarding “USING FUSION LOUNGE MULTI CONTENT PACK” which is not subscribe by me. These services charging monthly Rs.15 from last 6 month to till date. For this I have talked with Customer care and they told that it will be unsubscribe and you will not face this problem again (last month request reference no [protected]). But I am very sorry to say that I am still charging by your company. It is against the Rule. You are requested to discontinue this type of services. You are also requested to look into the matter that how and why these services have been activated on my phone and kindly refund my all money charged by you. If satisfactory action will not be taken by you than I will go to consumer forum for this.

      Airtel Prepaid Services — Daily deduction of charges

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Myself Amol Potdar. I am a 26 year old person and in service. I stay in Kothrud, Pune. I need to make a complaint with the Consumer Forum against Airtel Prepaid services.

      I am using the Airtel prepaid card for almost 6 years now. Since last one month, they have activated some shayari and jokes pack on my mobile without my approval. They charge Rs 1.5/- per day for such sms. On calling the custome care, they always say that they have deactivated the services and I wont be charged further. But still the charge and the sms continues.

      I have even messaged to STOP the services on their customer care. But still no use. I understand this is a very small issue but still a wrong practise.

      Please help me or guide me how to resolve the issue. Changing the card will be my last option but that will be like giving such people an excuse to continue their such malpractises with many other customers like me.

      Airtel Prepaid Services — Unsolicated extension of service

      My mobile no is [protected] - Airtel prepaid service.
      Airtel customer care KOLKATA have extended a service called Saibaba unsolicatedily i,e without being asked for and deducted an amount of Rs 30.00. An organisation of such high repute it is surprising Airtel is indulging such fraud activities.Please unsubscribe the service immediately and refund the amount so deducted.
      my pre paid airtel [protected]. this has recently stopped showing balance and validity under option two of request call at*121#.onchecking i find same problem in other two noumbers we have in our family. it returns message" done" with out any replyH as airtel stopped this info.Further all my three prepaid service nos deducted money for services never requested by us. cancellaton of these every time cost another rs 3.thus adding salt to injury. for example cricket message is a unsolicited service in my no[protected].Despite several futile attempts to block it incurring rs 3 every time.presently we have stopped topping it and have retained it for receving calls for which we have previously given this no.. Will airtel stop abuse of this service This is only an example.I have experianced uncalled for charge for games whichcost 50s and hundreds.. we are seiously considering number portability to others if this fleecing does not stop.hope we get a soultion/explanation for this problem.

      Airtel Prepaid Card — Deduction of SMS charges

      I had recharge with SMS pack of 95 on 11.02.11 which expires on 10.03.11
      in which i was eligible to send 500 SMS daily but on 28.02.11 i had send only 25 SMS and all my bal Rs. 79 was deducted from my account.
      I am a customer of Airtel Prepaid services since 3-4 yrs now...

      However, from the last one year i'm getting network coverage problems, due to which i may have lost my important calls...it was also never the case that i have not validated mobile validity services for a single month...I am very much disappointed that even after paying money to the company they are not able to provide the services effectively.

      For the above i have communicated with their Customer Services desk. The representatives just assured me with the false solutions which were never worked. I lodged my complaints with them in the month of March 2008 but of no use. Today i.e. on 9th July i'd called them for the same issue but the story was not different than above.

      Please help me on this issues as I'm not at all satisfied with the services provided by the Airtel Prepaid Servicces...

      AirTel — charges daily

      My mob no [protected], it is predpaid, daily re 1 is deducted every day,this is happened in the month of April 11 , however this month i checked the balance every day and found Rs 2 or Rs 3 being deducted without any call beingmade. i called the care sercie, i was informed of some deduction of re1 per day. I was told it would be rectified.
      i hope so , what of about refund of April 2011 already deductd

      Airtel Prepaid — Daily charges without using service

      I have been using an Airtel prepaid connection for the past few years. Recently i noticed that that whenever i recharge my account, Airtel keeps on deducting Re.1 each day from my balance. I checked whether any service was active and found that i havent subscribed to aby of the services. I called the Customer care and they too told me that I have not subscribed any extra services. They kept on insisting that no deduction has been made. I asked the executive to pass the complaint to someone actually working with Airtel. The customer care executive told me to wait online. Despite waiting for about 15 mins on the call, no one picked the call. The deduction has been going on for the past 3-4 months and these days I do not recharge my number since once the balance is above Re.1, they are deducting amount.
      Where can I get the complaint registered?

      I have been also facing the same problem for last few months. When I asked the customer care, they said there are no services activated on my phone. Then what are these deductions for ??? ... I really don't understand AIRTEL policy to fool around with people.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I would like to draw your kind attention to the following regarding my airtel prepaid connection - [protected]:

      A message from 52000 comes every ten days that Rs.10 is charged from my connection for subscription of PoojaG blogs service message. I have never subscribed to any of these messages.

      These kind o[censored]nauthorised charges are repeatedly born by us with no choice.

IN LAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE BEEN BADLY&DECEIVED&CHEATED BY THEM FOR TWICE OR THRICE . (SIZE OF MY SMS IS  5 SMS PER SMS SO IT SHOULD BE 275 SMS ) . YESTERDAY I AGAIN NEEDED TO SEND BULK SMS IN A GROUP FOR WHICH I GOT A SMS PACK RECHARGED FOR TWO TIMES IN ORDER TO AVOID REOCCURRENCE OF PREVIOUS INCIDENCE. AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENED FROM MY FIRST SMS THEY STARTED DEDUCTING RS 1 FROM MY MAIN BALANCE & FOR ONLY 35 SMS RS 445 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE (THIS ALSO ONLY GOD KNOWS BY WHICH CALCULATIONS THEY HAVE DONE SO). I REQUESTED TO GIVE ME CALL DETAILS OF LAST SIX MONTHS ON CHARGEABLE BASIS SO THAT I CAN TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE RIGHT PLATFORM . THEY ARE LYING AND & AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE CALL DETAILS / LOG DETAILS OF ANY CUSTOMER ON DEMAND MAY BE ON CHARGEABLE BASIS. BUT THEY DO NOT DO SO BECAUSE THEY ARE INVOLVED IN TO MANY SUCH FRAUDS/UNFAIR PRACTICES.  I HAVE BEEN A SINCERE & HIGH END USER OF AIRTEL SINCE LAST FIVE YEARS ( HAVE FIVE CELL AIRTEL CONNECTIONS IN MY FAMILY ) FEEL THAT I NEVER EXPECTED THAT THEY ARE SO UNETHICAL IN THEIR BUSINESS.       Airtel Prepaid Services — balance deducted without my notice

      I am using airtel connection no.[protected]. recently some service or services are activated without my consent and the balance is deducted. How this has happend ?
      I demand explanation and recovery of the balance. I fear of further recharge as the amount may get vanished soon after.

      Airtel Prepaid Services — deductions for unsolicited/unveiled service

      My mobil No is [protected]. on 17/09/2011 while I was sleeping i receives a call from airtel. when I came to know that it was an unsolicited pesky call I discontinued. soon i received a message that Rs.20/- has been deducted for dialing Firangi music. I do not no what it is and I never heard/availed that service. This is not the first time, previouslt too it happened two, three times. This amounts to unfair/illogical business practice charging customers for unvailed services. I want the Rs.20 to be refunded failing which I will take up the matter with concerned depts and report to media about Airtel's unfair practice which is equalled with highway robbery

      Airtel — wrong deduction of charges from prepaid card

      my mobile no. is [protected]. i donot use any services without incoming & outgoing phone calls. i have not activated any service since the purchase of sim card. since about one month i am getting the messages like as under on my mobile.
      "last call=1.50 inr your bal=114.05 suniye naye purane superhit gane"
      i request you to look in the matter and do the needful.
      moreover i donot want to availe any services except incoming & outgoing phone calls

      i have wrongly recharged booster pack of rs.195 to my no but, i have already recharged the booster pack last month the validity for the booster pack is 3 months but again they are charging this 195 booster pack. i want proper reason for that. in customer service they are not replied well. my complaint no is CANRC[protected]

      Airtel Prepaid Services — Excessive charges taken for Gulf call

      Mr. Rakesh Ranga,

      For your attention please, I may have to take this to consumer court. because this for the 3 rd time its happening.

      I called to gulf on 6 jan 2012 and spoke for 3min and 08 sec and for that 60 rupees have been deducted from my account.

      This is my 3rd compliant for the same issue.

      How many times do i have to compliant for regrading the same issue. Fed up. You have not resolved my excessive billing issue but telling a lie that is is resolved.

      My concern have not been resolved yet.

      Kindly refund the excess money deducted from my a/c.

        Dear Sir,
        I am a resident of Bangarpet(No. 3688/1, 2nd Cross,, Vijayanagar, Bangarpet, Kolar District, Karnataka, 563114). We have mobile tower installed in front of our house which belongs to Airtel company. I am not objecting or against the installation of the tower but this specific tower is creating lot of problems to the public.
        Explanation:After the installation of this Airtel tower lot of monkey's have started staying here and you know here is the actual problem.
        1) It has become difficult for a lonely person to walk through the streets.
        2) These monkeys will not allow you to carry any hand bags or carry bags with you.
        3) I had a incident when the main door of my house was open one of its baby entered my home and there were about 15 to 20 monkey's entered my home to get the baby.
        4) Once a few of these had attacked a dog in our street and today it has alomost attacked my dog if i were not there i would have lost my dog.
        5) These monkeys are targetting small kids.

        We have already complained to the town municipal authorities. I here by request the concerned officers to take necessary action to avoid these incidents before any damage causing to publicin future..

            This is to reference my Mobile Connection No [protected] with you, I am facing constant and this is the third time that Phone is barred of Making any Out Going Calls as well as receiving any Incoming Calls and although on calling your customer care No. 121 repeatedly, they are constantly saying that I, myself have put a request to Deactivate the connection or directed them to cancel my connection, where as I, myself, have never been made such calls and neither requested to your customer care to do so, as this is my business phone & using the connection since long and the number is distributed to all my customer base and I will never want to cancel this number ever and also could not think of it.

            I guess, somehow somebody have known to some secret information’s pursuant this connection and is trying to Mentally Disturb me or Trying to Hurt & hamper my business

            I fervently request you to please look into the matter and request you to please take appropriate action against the culprit whoever is trying to disrupt my business

                  I am a very dissappointed and frustrated customer of Airtel due to the way things have worked out till now for a new DSL connection requested.

                  My name is Jacob Rajan,residing at Ittina Abha Apartments,Flat No B113,Laxmi Layout,Munekolala Main Road,Marthahalli,Bangalore 37.
                  Ittina Abha is a newly come up township on Munekolala Main Road with over 112 flats.Initially Airtel has refused DSL connection to flats due to feasability issue however with the increasing number of customers,Airtel approved connection to the flats after doing the required survey.

                  Around 20 customers applied for the connection in the first week of November 2010 and we were promised to have the connection in place in 10 days.
                  Talking specific,I applied for the connection on 5/Nov/2010--Application Number 179240 and paid a sum of Rs 2697 as 3 month advance rental.Ever since I have been just following up like fools but not getting any concrete outcome.One Mr Ravi Kumar (Mob-[protected]) is the person incharge from Airtel for our area.Every time when I call him he just recklessly say it will take 10 more days,1 more week,2 more week and so on,with excuses like cable is being layed,work is being stopped etc etc.
                  In short all these days and weeks have now become MORE THAN 2 MONTHS now and YET i dont have any specific outcome on what is the status of the connection.I officially logged a complaint also with Airtel on 8-Jan-11 with docket number 41717896 and raised my concern with the nodal officer on 12-Jan-11 with no outcome again.

                  I am hence forced to go the legal way now and this complaint is to put my concern on record.At this point of time when things are gone over 2 months now,I am looking for a responsible reaction from Airtel ASAP for the mental agony and frustration i am going through for the last more than 2 months.

I am so surprised that I am not sure if i heard it correctly.Later she asks me the number of the person responsible for my area (Ravi Kumar)who is working on this case.Come on if you guys have not even coordinated till now with local technician who is responsible for this, what sort of work are you doing? Mr Ravi Kumar 2 days back updated us that all necessary arrangements for the connection is happening and we will get the connection FOR SURE in 2 weeks...Is your work just limited to making a call back without really trying to resolve the issue...

                  Let me be very clear here..I do not want any more callbacks which are just for the heck of it.Please let me know in black and white in a reply mail that IS THE CONNECTION POSSIBLE..WHAT IS THE EXACT STATUS??? Once again i am providing the local Technician number, Ravi Kumar -[protected].Please coordinate with him and all your other 100 wings from where we are showered misleading call backs and give me one proper, sensible and honest statement!

                      i Yudhister Meena S/O Shri Sita Ram Meena R/O D 231, 232 Gandhi Vihar, Mukherji Nagar, New Delhi, is a customer of air tel mobile service provider.there are two accounts with my air tel SIM, one is dedicated account and one is normal account. On 11/01/2011, I had approx. 3 Rs. in my normal account and approx. 35 Rs.in dedicated account. From customer care Center, I had information that my money in normal account will not be deducted till I have money in dedicated account, but on on 11/01/2011, i was not allowed to make calls by the mobile service provider saying that you have zero balance in your normal account, due to it i could not make my some of important calls at that point of time. Then in the evening i got it recharged by talk up of 60 Rs. and got balance of approx. 54 Rs. When i wake up in the morning came to know that i have a balance of only of 46 Rs. approx., in my normal account. Then I called the customer service center of Air Tel, there I came to know that they have deducted approx 10 Rs. from my account for using hello tunes and job alert services. But i never said them to give me such services nor I authorized them in any other manner for the same. On asking for the restoration of the amount they said that it is not possible.

                      so sir i want restoration of that amount and a compensation to the tune of Rs. 10000 for mental agony and inconvenience faced by me, a direction to the Air Tel service provider to not to make such deductions again in future from my or from any other customers account.

                      kindly take steps in this regard.

                          1.This refers to my request on airtel website and subsequent telecon with
                          Meenakshi who in turn had advised to mail you my request.Accordingly, a mail
                          was sent on 29 Nov10. No reply /confirmation has been received till date. A prepaid mobile connection [protected] is held by me. Earlier, the same number was a post paid connection and as per the last statement generated on 21 Nov10, the amount payable is Rs -705.63 . This being the final statement wherein the security deposit has been adjusted against the previous balance of Rs 745.08.The amount of Rs 705.63 is required to be paid to by airtel.The payment of said amount is still outstanding and no communication /confirmation has been received on the issue till date.

                          2.Not withstanding the above, now my airtel prepaid connection is also dis activated without giving any reasons either through SMS/email. The prepaid connection [protected] is displaying invalid SIM now for past two days.The non activation of number is causing inconvenience to me . All the relevant document have already been provided at the time of registration i.e. 13 Nov 10. I may please be advised for the required action.

                          A favourable action is requested.

                          Airtel India — Invalid offer

                          I received a text message on 15 October 2009 from Airtel giving an offer to recharge with Rs. 23 and get local A to A calls at 40p, A to others at 60p and STD calls at 75p, with no other conditions specified. However my call rate remains the same as earlier (Re.1 per minute for local calls to GSM phones) even after the recharge. The transaction ID is[protected].

                            I am an airtel mobile subscriber (mobile number[protected] since more than 6 years. Four years back I have converted my post paid connection into prepaid connection (life long services) for Rs.1250/-. This was the amount charged for converting into life long prepaid. Since then there are lot of complaints. Recently on[protected], I was called by a girl from mobile number [protected] stating that my number was specially selected for an offer that no rent is charged for selecting a ringtone for six months. Thrice i confirmed with the girl that I was not charged. Then as per the advice of the girl, I have selected a song. Within ten minutes, I received a sms stating that an amount of Rs.120/- is deducted for ringtone services. I was shocked. Immediately I called the customer care, which is automated and nobody is there to listen me. When I register my number for complaint, I was told in the automated reply that I will called within 72 hours. But nobody has contacted me. Again and again I register my complaint, again and again I was told I will be contacted within 72 hours. But no response. I want my money back at the same time they should be taught a lesson.

                              ihad logged to a random website which in any ways was related to airtel ,but after accidentally clicking on a link i received a message from 1210 that i hav downloaded a game and i have been charged of 99 rs for the same . Now i want to know why there was no intimstion of the game being marketed or advertised by airtel on the link . When i called customer care and i spoke to prakash h said yes i have downoaded the game narnia and i hav been charged for the same. It was nice though he said he would be reversing the charges . However im still not suremhow can any telecommunication company play with ones security and personal details so easily.

                                Unnecessary and unwanted calls are being sent regularly to airtel number which may please be curtailed and get rid off inconvenience posed by the airtel...

This is always irritating and disturbing me. Also sometime I lose a huge money. If it continues I will disconnect the line. So Pls do something to stop such calls
                                I went for a postpaid no. frm nearest airtel office submitting all required documents.and told that service will be activated within 4 hrs.even after 24 hrs no activation.No response when calling to office.

                                    I had a Land Line connection with a Airtel No. 42331474. I had requested to Airtel Customer Care on 28.Nov.2010 for disconnection of the Above Number after paying Last Bill of Rs. 2178.00 (On 30/11/2010). Inspite of repeated request the connection was not disconnected. We are not living on the existing place of the connection and we had already sold out the above premises. We have again contacted on 07 Jan 2011 and talk to Sr. Executive in disconnection department Mr. Rahman, he asure me, sir your phone will be disconnected very soon. again a call received from Airtel and they asked me (sir aap connection kuyon cutwana chhate hain. aap apne kisi friend ke pass transfer karwa dijiye, aap apne dusre premises per transfer karwa lijiye etc.) and we are fraustrating why the phone is coming from Air Tel again & again. The phone was misused. So we requested to concern officer to take the immediate action as per the existing rule & regulation & oblidge us.
                                    We hope the matter will be resove very soon and inform us accordingly.

                                    I am having the Airtel landline Phone No. 47061263. I donot require the landline phone. It is requested that the abovementioned phone installed may please be disconnected, immediately.

                                    Tele company raised one bill on dtd[protected] for Rs 610.58 and same is paid by me on[protected] at Ashapura Enterprises vide receipt no. 6832 (Ashapura Enterprises is authorised representative of Bharti Airtel Ltd). Yesterday on dtd[protected] they disconnect my telephone without any notice. I have asked from Ashapura Enterprises about disconnection than they told me that we donot know anything about this, you may kindly contact with service provider on airtel helpline 121.I have discussed with Mr Kalpesh and Mr Pradeep and they told me that Rs 300 is still due, and i donot know how his figure have arrived. You have to pay at first Rs 300 than your connection will restart.Sir I understand that they have no right to disconnect my telephone without any due show in bill if they have any due than they have to add in their bill.I am a businessman and suffered my business for this.
                                    I am 72 years old President of a education soceity having telephone no 4016270 in the name of Sheila Lazarus President Vijiya Education Soceity. I have taken another plan because of broadband Airttel No 4030204 in the month of may 09. The connection was taken on the ground that my old no 4016270 will be disconnected the airtel have shifted my old line to the new no 4030204. There is no connection in my old no 4016270 still they are raising bills and threatening to pay the bills neither they are disconnecting my telephone.
                                    I have given letter for the disconnection and have told them several times in their customer care but no one is bothered.

WITH COMPLAINT NO. 27037426 AND IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT THEIR EXECUTIVE WILL CONTACT ME VERY SHORTLY BUT NO ANY PERSON CONTACTED ME .IFOR ENQUIRE THE MATTER I AGAIN CALL CUSTOMER CARE ON 20/1/2010. THE PERSON ATTENDED CALL TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO ANY COMPLAINT IS LODGED WITH THE GIVEN REGISTRATION NO.MEAN WHILE AIRTEL GENERATED A FRESH BILL OF RS.610/-. I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH U ALSO. HERE ONCE AGAIN I WANT TO SAY THAT I WILL NOT PAY EVEN A SINGLE PAISE OF THE BILL GENERETED AFTER 29/12/2009. IF AIRTEL WILL NOT DISCONNECT MY TELEPHONE WITH IN 3 DAYS ,I WILL HAVE TO LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FORUM FOR MENTALLY TOURCHER AND FINANCIAL LOSS .

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    This is to inform you that Airtel has many authorized outlet in entire Delhi and out of which one such retail out-let office is in Darya Ganj by the name of ISB online, from where I was asked to buy the SIM Card after payment of Rs.300/- in cash vide their Receipt No. 117 dated 16.7.2011 and after completing all the formalities as asked by the company. I was given a SIM Card No. [protected] and was made operative. But sorry to say that after 10 days suddenly it was stopped, reason best known to them. I am an esteemed customer having another SIM Card No. [protected] from you for the last 25 years. Till today no payment is due from my side. Why such behavior with the esteem customer like me (that to a Senior Citizen). Kindly explain and you are requested to kindly restore the connection as early as possible to avoid further problem. If there is any query from your end, you can send the man. I am a businessman and suffered my business for this.

                                      Hello Sir,
                                      My Name is Ashish Singh. And I am from Agra(U.P). My complaint is that I had been activated 5 Rs. mobile internet in my Airtel number([protected]) at the date of[protected]. My friend tell me that this service deactivate within night 12' o clock. But it is not deactivate and 5 Rs. again deduct in my mobile automatically. So, I call customer care to deactivate this service at the date of 30/12/2010. They said that you can dial *567# and follow the instruction. It will automatically deactivate. I did dial all the day this number but internet cannot deactivate. So, I did again call to customer care helpline no. at the date of 30/12/2010 they said same as before. I tell please u can deactivate this service with your hands. they said we can't. They said you can remove your sim card in your mobile or delete internet setting in your mobile and wait mid night, this service automatically deactivate in your mobile. I did the same. In the Morning, when I insert the AIRTEL sim in my mobile and open my mobile my rupees again deducteded my 5 Rs. balance at the date of 01/01/2011. I complaint in the AIRTEL customer care helpline no. 121. They said you can call our GPRS helpline no.12118. I said you can also tell me this thing before when I call you.
                                      Then I call GPRS helpline no. and registered my complaint no.[protected]. they tell me that your request resolve within 48 hours i.e. till the date of 03/01/2011 at the time of 12'O clock. But my complaint did not resolve at that time. So, I call 3 P.M that day. They says that your problem is not resolve at time. You can wait only 4 hours. We can deactivate your service with our hand. So, I waited 5 hours, after that my service did not deactivate that time. So, I call again customer care.


                                      Matlab kul milakar maine unhe kai baar phone kiya lekin wo kabhi apne technician officer ko call transfer kar dete to kabhi ye kehtey ki hum aapki problem ko apney hand par le kar aapki service ko deactivate kar detey hain. Maine unse kaha ki ye maine pehley bhi sun chuka hoon. Lekin meri service abhi tak deactivate nahin huyi hai. To unhone kaha ki Is baar jaroor ho jaygi beliveve me. To maine kaha thik hai, maine 04/01/2011 ko apna balance check kiya to usmein se phir 5 Rs. deduct ho chukey thy. Maine again call kiya to uhoney kaha hum aapki complaint ko apni taraf se deactivate kar detey hain. Maine kaha aap is kaam ko 6 se 7 baar kar chukey ho lekin meri service deactivate nahin hui. Unhone apney Officer ko call transfer kar di aur Unhone kaha ki 5/01/2011 tak apki service deactivate ho jayegi. Maine Till date ko night tak wait kiya aur customer care ko call karney se pehley apna balance check kiya to pata chala ki merey balance mein se 30 Rs. aur deduct ho chukey thy. Maine phir customer care ko call kiya to unhone kaha ki meine aapki service deactivate kar di hai. Ab ye Atomatically activate nahin hogi. Jab maine unhe ye bataya ki evening ko mera balance mein se 30 Rs. aur deduct ho chukey hain to unhoney kaha ki iski hamarey pas abhi koi bhi jankari uplabdh nahin hai. Aap 5 Hours baad hamarey pas call karkey iski jankari ley saktey hain. Maine kaha Jab 29/12/2010 ko meine apney balance mein 126 Rs. thy tab maine 5Rs. internet kiya aur aap logon ne tab tak mere balance se paise katey jab tak ismein 10 Rs. nahin reh gaye. Aur unkey ye kisi bhi complaint ka koi bhi reply nahi aata hai. And mein jab balance nahin raha to unhone sari service deactivate kar di. Aur maine kaha ki iska koi refund hoga ya nahin to unhon kaha hamarey yahan aisa koi rule nahin hai.


                                      So please sir, meri balance ke refund ke liye Aap is par action jaroor lijiga.

                                      Airtel India — deduction of money

                                      Sir
                                      I have prepaid account with AIRTEL no [protected] there have been deduction of money from my account many times for the services not requested by me. This puts me in very embarrassing situation when I speak to customer care. I have requested many time to start DND(Do not disturb) service but no action has been taken so for. Please look in to the matter.

                                        I ALREADY SUBMITTED MY ADDRESS PROOF DOCUMENT FOR NEW AIRTEL PREPAID CARD I BOUGHT FROM NEAREST SHOP IN AVADI FUE DAY BEFORE (30DAYS) ,ITS ACTIVATED ON NEXT 2 DAY .BUT LAST 10 DAY MY NUMBER IS LOCKED BECAUSE OF NOT PROPER DOCUMENT I HAD GIVEN MY PAN CARD ,DRIVING LICENCE XEROX COPY WHILE BUYING THE NEW CARD .BUT NOW AGAIN THERE ASKING MY SAME ADDRESS PROOF,OK I HAD GIVE THAT PROOF BEFORE 5 DAY STILL THEY DONT TAKING ANY ACTION MY PREPAID CARD IS BLOCKED .MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected].AIR TEL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD ………..
