I got my Airtel Landline No.[protected] disconnect in 1st week of Feb 2010. I approached their then office in DLF Galleria, DLF IV, Gurgaon and interacted with their executive named Govind.

When I asked him to get this number disconnected, he told me to give a written letter stating the request for discconection, which I did there and there itself. The next step, as directed by Govind, was to wait for 48 hours, to get a callback from Airtel and they will follow up on this.

I got a call from their Udyog Vihar Airtel Office the very next day, and the guy tried to pursue me not to connect the number, rather he would migrate me to a low rental plan, low tariff plan, etc. After several failed attempts by the executive persuade me, he asked me to deposit the THE THEN FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT OF RS. 1282 at the nearest Airtel Office.

I went back to the same Galleria office, and made a cash payment of Rs. 1282 (Cash), and again confirmed the whole process with Govind, present at the office.

He then made a note of this, and called someone at the other office, and notified the executive about the disconnection request for my number.

Till that point, I was satisfied that the process has been done. But after around a month, I started getting calls from the Airtel office stating the outstanding payments for the following months, which made me furious. I was literally running from pillar to post, and had to again go back to the same Galleria office. Luckily, Govind was still there and he could recall me and my request for disconnection. When I briefed about the ongoing calls, he apologized for the inconvenience and he called up one of his managers and asked him to kindly disconnect the account.

Govind reassured me, and told me that it has been registered and the issued was already resolved before, but was surprised why the Airtel people were calling me. He forwarded a note, and told me, that everything was in order, and I have completed all the formalities, and have nothing to worry.

Now, after 10 months, suddenly, out of the blue, I have started getting rude calls from Airtel office in Okhla and Noida, stating that I have Rs. 2010 due for last so many months, as the number was never disconnected, and it has been billed for all these months.

When I narrated the same story to these tele-callers, I was told, that either make the payment or face legal actions. These pathetic and rude executives are the testimony of how Airtel can cheat people on their face.

After a lot of confrontation with this telecaller, I was told by him to return to the same office, with the last payment receipt and ask them for the NOC.

When yesterday, I went to Galleria, the Airtel office has been shifted, and the new office in the same market, told me that though we are Airtel office, but we only address mobile accounts, and not landline accounts. Instead he gave me a number [protected] to call (Udyog Vihar) or visit that office.

I called that number and got Naved on phone. After listening to my side of the story, he gave me a reference number[protected], and thats it.

I think Airtel needs to be look into these kinds of matter with more concern, because sooner or later, increasing customer grievances would bring this brand down.

Now that that telecaller has challenged me to impose a legal case on me, I would perhaps see what you people do, as from my side, I have done everything the right way, as stated to me from your executives.

I understand the consumer rights, and you people simply cannot start giving accusations on phone. if you have the guts, correct your processes and your people first.

I got a call from some Amit from Airtel[protected] and he just told me that the waiver I'm looking for, cannot be offered to me.

Excuse me, but firstly, I am NOT ASKING for an waivers. I DO NOT OWE a SINGLE PENNY ANYMORE to Airtel, ever since I got my number disconnected in Feb '10.

The biggest fake of Airtel came out today. While on the call, Amit told me taht my number was never disconnect in Feb '10, and it was only disconnected after 4 months, and that do due to non payments.

This is the truth of Airtel inefficiencies. He did not had any answers to my questions, and could not answer me back on why my number was never disconnected inspite of my giving a written request in Jan '10, and clearing all the outstanding payments as of that date, that was 1282 as the full and final payments.

Mr. Rakesh Ranga, no need to write copied texts here. If you are seriously concerned, solve this error and let me live in peace.

Seemed just a solidarity call, and the executives wanted me to narrate the whole damn story again, and then said, "We're sorry for the Inconvenience Sir, we'll check it and call you back"... That was it... no callbacks, no reverts... I'm a very meticulous individual and I do not leave any of my work incomplete, and did not left any undone work even during the time of getting the number disconnected in Feb 2010. Please mind that.

Mr. Ranga, I'll be waiting for the next communication.
I dont know when this curse will end. Airtel, if you're listening, why don't you stop practicing your irresponsible acts and behaviours.

To update Airtel, I got a call today from some Sunil ([protected]) and he offered me a waiver of some 1600 or so, and my response to him was that I am NOT seeking any waiver. The bottom line is that I paid my full and final payment on the date of disconnection, and if Airtel executives have not disconnect my number after that, I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THEIR IDIOTIC ACTS. So, I am not seeking a waiver Sir, I need the justice.

After 90 mins, another call from Rishi ([protected]) comes to me, and he saks me to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 2010, and then I when refused to do it, and asked him to escalate and read the logs, he just ended the call.

I am warning you, if you people do not take this seriously and resolve this issue, I would be forced to escalate this issue.

I am a respectable professional and a responsible social individual. I would never ever get into these petty things, and therefore it is a humble request to you to get the records straight.

To add, remember, today the customer is damn knowledgeable and people like me, would never fall in trap like these, and surrender to your erratic and rudy behaviours. Get a life, Airtel, and let me live in PEACE!

Airtel Landline — Harassment despite clearing all payments

I recently (couple of months back) disconnected my Airtel Landline.[protected] At the time of disconnection I had personally handed over the handset at their Koramangala official store. I was told I will get the final bill via email as I had CLEARLY specified that I was changing address.

A month later I got no bill via email, but got an SMS on my registered phone that the due was Rs 1254. Despite not getting the bill, I went to the same Koramangala showroom on May 3rd and made the FULL PAYMENT in cash against receipt number 05708769. I was also told that the account was closed and the full and FINAL payment received.

I get a call today saying that COURT NOTICE has been sent to the old address regarding non payment. On giving the telecaller the details of the receipt number etc, she could not confirm the same. This is complete act of DEFAMATION. How can a payment made more than a week back not reflect in the same. Would like a full and final closure confirmation from Airtel in WRITING. Or I will have to make a defamation court notice and send it to Airtel in a week's time with Penal Damages.
My no [protected] has wiring issue..I complained to airtel online, call centre and without resolving the issue has been closed..

    Sir ,this is to inform you that ,i had got my new prepaid sim of airtel on 18 November and it was stolen on 9 December .Later i had asked in airtel office to transfer my old number to a new SIM and i was said that the sim will be activated within an hour. But its been a day ,i have awaited my sim to get activated and still my cell phone displays INACTIVATED SIM.

    So its my kind request to activate my sim.

      My customer Id No. [protected] and the dth connection was given by air on 18.5.2010 after taking a sum of Rs.3400/- from me. (S.Sangameswaran)The cable was working for the past 4 months without fail. From 1.10.2010 till date it gives an error (according to AIR TEL DTH ERROR CODE: 2.The message appear in my TV Screen is:" INSERTED VIEW CARD IS NOT AN AIR TEL VIEW CARD. PL INSERT VALID VIEW CARD CORRECTLY AGAIN". Due to this error, we were losing nearly 10 to 12 hours in a day. Many of the program we missed due to this error. For past two months we lost nearly 250 Hrs due to this. After spending several minutes and days , the Customer Centre in tel No. [protected] - ad dh gave service No. 4475237 for vc issues, code 180R on 15.11.2010. Till today no person has come to set right the error and when contacted one Mr. Vinay of customer service centre told me that it is broadcasting problem. Not connected with Air Dth. On enquiry with my neighbour who is having the same AIR TEL DTH connection informed me there is no broadcasting problem. I am fed up by contacting the useless and irresponsible AIR TEL DTH Customer Services. I am at a loss not only 12 months I paid in advance and got no service for the past two months. I would be very thankful and grateful if you do to attend my complaint and get the refund from AIR TEL DTH.

      The DTH connection was installed on 18.5.2010 by AIR TEL ONLY.

      I am find this problem for the past 5 months. Till now nobody come for service the Air Tel Dth. My Tv set is getting spoiled because of duplicate part fixex by Air Tel. I could not view any program due to error No. 2 . This is a deficient service by Air Tel. I would like to cancel Air Tel Dth and ask for the refund of amount paid by me in full and compensation for fixing duplicate part. I want a compensation of Rs. 3500/- as refund and Rs. 2000/- as compensation for spoiling my tv.

      Air Tel had closed my complaint on its own without giving any respect to this honourable consumer forum. It should be severely dealt with. They should not think that the hon'ble consumer form will not take any action against them. Please take action on AIR TEL DTH towards contempt of this hon'ble forum.

      Airtel Dth is cheated me by fixing a fake/duplicate/ingenuine view card and thereby i could not view any of the program.

      Action should be taken by hon'ble forum towards contempt of forum and under IPC 420 - cheating the customer.
      MY CUSTOMER ID [protected] AND CONNECTION WAS GIVEN ON 18.05.2010. FOR FOUR MONTHS THE PICTURE WAS OKAY AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. AFTERWARD THERE WAS A MESSAGE APPEARING VIEW CARD IS NOT GENUINE SUPPLIED BY AIR TEL. DUE TO AT REGULAR INTERVEL THE PICTURE GOES AND THE MESSAGE ONLY APPEAR ON THE SCREEN OF TV. I MADE A COMPLAINT TO THIS HON'BLE FORUM ON 24.11.2010 AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE FORUM AT ALL. THE STATUS QUO IS MAINTAINED TILL TODAY AND I AM THE SUFFERER DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF AIR TEL AS WELL AS THE CONSUMER FORUM. HOPE U WILL DO SOMETHING TO RECTIFY ATLEAST AFTERA PERIOD 4 MONTHS.

      Airtel DTH — View card & replaced set top box not paired Error no 14

      Dear Sir
      I have done number of complaint against error no Code 14 while uses of Air tell DTH cable network due to replaced set top box & old view card not paired, till last 7 Days I am complaining to Air tell customer care against this but nobody looking after as well as attending the issue. Latest complaint no to Air Tel is 11943788 & my customer ID is [protected].Please look into this & resolve issue asap.

        i am working for Del services & i purchased a new cooprate sim for my wife under my name . Ihave submitted all the legal documents . i had purschased the sim in 1st week of december. The verification people had come to my offfice & hoem address. Since i was in meeting i was not able to meet the person who had come for verifcation . On 3rd december i called the Airtel customer care & infomred that i was not able to meet the person so please donot block my sim . Supervisor by name Gopinath had taken my complaint & he assured me that this wil be taken care off. On monday that is on 6th my out going & sms were banned stating that address verification failed . I called once again to the customer care they said it wil be resolved in next 24 - 48hrs & they wil send for re verifivcation . At the same time my shift changed to night shift & my work timings is ftrom 9 pm - 6 am . I also told him that i am working at night . they said they cant do anything & i have to be there in teh morning when they come for re verification .
        I wanted to escalate this again so they gave me a Nodal officer number i spoke to Mr. Asif the nodal officer . I was surpirsed that they are least bothered about the customers he said he can arrange the verification only in his business hours . I remined him once again that i work at night shift but he said he culdnt help me much . so i agreed for a reverification but also gave him a time period informing him that i wil be in office between 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm . He agreed to that . Next day again i get a cal from vereification department at 1 pm asking me to sign the documents in 5 mins ion my office . I ahd already told those supervisor that in teh miorning i wil at home sleeping . I dont knwo what language i need to speak with them & make them undesrtand . Even when i agve an appointment they couldnt do it . I escalated te issue to applet officer thats the highest point of escalation in Airtel thats what they claim . I spoke to Ashwini they said it wil be taken care off but stil no go . i called again on thursday they said Ashwini was on leave for 4 days & ramesh wil take care of it ,. However til now it has not been resolved
        Being a customer it me who sis usffering . I got a Sim whihc is of no use . I have shared teh number with everyone but still i cant use it . I dnt knwo what needs to be done . Can anyone please heklp me

          I am extreamly sorry to say that tuesday evening I have wasted my 3-4
          hour just by calling costumer service and following there advise.
          I was traing to activate internet service on my blackberry mob to
          use in lap top.I tried all customer service number and they told me to
          activate Rs 899 plan on my mobile,
          After doing that I was trying to connect to my laptop but it was not
          getting connected, no body given relevent information and atlast one person
          said that in prepaid connection it is not possibe.
          After confirming all these only I activated, I want to deavtivate this
          service immediately and want my money back,
          Actualy I cancelled my chennai trip from bangalore thinking that I can
          connect it and access internet in my home,
          Please call me back as I have wasted lot of money by talking to ur
          costumer care executives.

          I contacted Airl Tel Noida for Broad band Internet connection and the same day their executive with name : Rinku Tyagi, employee No: 53234 visited my plae in Secotor-27, noida and collected all the requried documents along with the initial payment of 500/-. At the time of filling up the form he told me the internet connection will be enabled with in 24-48 hours. It was already 72 hours and i did not see any action. when i am trying to call the guy he is not even picking up the phone.
          the airtel wala prematurely terminated the internet service even tough he has charged 15/- and did not stand on his word of giving service for 24 hours he just gave it for 9-10hrs

          I had bought a MOTO G (2nd Generation) mobile phone via flipkart.com that was delivered on[protected].
          There was an offer on it, that once an airtel prepaid sim was inserted and the offer at airtel.inoffers was activated 1 GB 3G internet for 30 days for two month for free was to be provided.

          On 31st January, I activated that offer and received a message from airtel of confirmation. (Snapshot Enclosed)
          I received that 1 GB internet for first 30 days but after that for the second time it is not provided which was supposed to be activated from 3rd March. Have called several times to airtel customer care but they are not entertaining properly and also misbehaving some times by terminating the call in between.

          Hi,
          I have been using Airtel for more than 5years and Blackberry Internet for a year and a half, My Internet plan was 399, but few months before the plan was changed to 397 without prior notice, I was told to recharge once again for 397 (same month) at brookefields mall, Airtel showroom, after which my net started working. And this month on 05.05.2015 my Internet plan had expired by 12.00am. I had recharged for 397 again on 06.05.2015 in airtel showroom, brookefields, coimbatore, yet my net is not working. I lodged a complaint on 06.05.2015 by 1.50pm, blackberry tech executive promised me to resolve the issue WITHIN 24hours.
          There was no response to the complaint lodged. I again called by 4.00pm on 07.05.2015, the executive had said the grace time till 5.47pm on 07.05.2015. But, The issue is still open as the server from airtel is low, for which they have been charging for my Internet usage, 0.09MB notification(without any usage being done). I again called up the customer care by 6.15pm 07.05.2015, the xecutive asked me to type *123*50# for which proved my Internet was on activation which had 299.07MB left for the month, yet I was not able to use it on my mobile. The validity was also mentioned to be 04JUN 2015, where the interenet was not used in my mobile at al.
          I kindly request to look into this and sort the issue ASAP.

            We have retailer counter but airtel network has very poor,
            Costumer tell me we have no indoor service in airtel but other network are good
            signal in patrapada village indoor services sir kindly arrange betar indoor
            services in patrapada village Our village address patrapada,near
            khandagiri,Bhubaneswar-19,our village has AIRTEL signal strength very low in
            indoor services so we call any number very difficultly pleases provide good
            signal in indoor services patrapada village ,

              My Airtel Mobile # [protected] using last 3 months in Pondicherry. Unwanted ad, promotional distrubance too much. We request for DND so that by 45 days these will stop. Certainly they charged Rs 7.00 and put one hallow tune in Tamil Language, then we are sending sms please stop hallow tune to 121 ( customer care), but they are sending sms the same we sent them to all my contact numbers.
              Is it right thing they ( Airtel) are doing?
              Our sms -Please stop hallow tune. Do not start charging without customer acceptance.
              This sms sending to all my contacts. Who authorise them to do this thing??
              Please tell them to stop Hallow tune immidiately and stop sending sms to my contacts.
              We can not get right service from Airtel? Are they authorise to collect all my contacts and send sms on my behalf?
              Kindly help us and take necessary action.

                I had the Airtel 6 months free GPRS pack for Nokia C3-00 activated in my phone. Few hours ago I had to delete all the GPRS setting on my phone due to some problem. Later I called the customer services more than 5 times to get the setting. They sent the settings but I am still getting charged for browsing. I called then too many times about the same. They do not do anything else other than sending the Mobile Office settings which never worked. And they ask me to call the GPRS technical service number 12118. From the day 1 I bought this number I am trying to call this number but it says I am calling an invalid number.

                Airtel trying to fool us...even i am facing the same situation..the customer care personnels are not responding in an positive manner..only option is to throw the Airtel card away...Try for some other reliable Telecom service provider...

                Airtel — mobile office gprs pack

                I have a prepaid connection and subscribed to airtel mobile office gprs pack by recharging for 98rs.. I got mobile office the settings from customer care 12118 three time by downloading as well as manually. I even got the settings done by customer care guys itself. But my balance is being deducted while browsing and the customer care is telling that my internet is going through airtellive even though im using mobileoffice settings.. I dont even have airtellive settings but even then its going through it.. I have registered a complaint regarding this but got no response.. I request the problem to be rectified or refund the 98rs... Or I will have to port out my number.. And register a complaint with consumer court... [protected]
                I am also facing the same issue. i have activated the Mobile Office. But after selecting having setting for Mobile Office in Setting> Configuration> Preferred Access Point, I am not getting the Mobile Office setting in Internet> web setting. Also when I am launching the browser, its Airtel Live option instead of Mobile Office to chose.

                  Sir, I am Airtel Prepaid Mobile no.([protected])customer for approx last 7years with life long validity and approx Rs300 as balance.In Dec2010 Airtel has discontinued my no.and sim has been locked without notice. At present i am on roaming and no call has been made from said no since sim is out of my mobile. when i insert sim in mobile in dec2010 i came to know that my no.([protected]) does not exist. though i have again submitted my verification documents on 7dec2010in name of (RAVINDER JIT SINGH CHOPRA)&address proof(9/3209,gurdwara gali no.5 gandhi nagar,DELHI-31). I have also called customer care on 7dec2010 with request no-5655803 &on 8dec2010 with request no[protected] for reactivication of my no.([protected]) but all in vain .I am a Bank Officer and i have very problems because of dicontinuation of my no. without notice,since it is a lifetime no. and has balance in it.
                  Kindly, ask the airtel to restore /reactivate my no.([protected]) at the earliest.

                  I am the user for Airtel number [protected]. I have converted the number to Life Time and due to unavoidable circumstances i could not use it for about 13 months. Now when i approached Airtel, they say this number is been blocked and cannot be reactivated.

                    It's being 2 weeks now that i registered for Airtel broadband for my house from a person who had made frequent visits to my home to have a Airtel broadband connection but as soon as i filled the form, that guy has disappeared and with him my broadband connection too.
                    Name of this disgraced person is Dinesh Gaur ( mobile no - [protected] ) who promised to me that i'll have my broadband in 2-3 days but after 14 days, each time whenever i called him, he said "mere manager se baat karlo, technical fault hai thode dino mein hi lag payega". I live in Seemant vihar, kaushambi, Ghaziabad and my form no is 2484849.
                    Even talking to customer care was a waste. I had spoken with Sr Executive Mr. Rehman Khan and Floor supervisor Nilesh but of no use. both gave me assurance that i'll be getting a call by technician regarding the issue but i never received any call.

                    This show how insensitive Airtel is towards its customer and what they best is to frustate and harass the public.

                    I don't how this forum can help me in getting my problem solved but if anybody listening my problem, please do whatever is required to get my broadband connection else revoking my connection order and filing a case in consumer court will remain the only option to me.

                    Airtel Broadband — Disgrace to get a new airtel broadband connection

                    I am terribly upset and shocked ! I applied for Airtel broadband (Application number: TBLR230493) on 28th of March 2011. Guy named Santosh (Cell ph no: [protected]) came to my house, took documents along with cheque of Rs. 1100/- and promised to give connection between max. 3 working days. I waited for 4 (not just 3) working days and called him up. He appologized and said that there is some connectivity issue in my area and giving connection will take time! To my horror, the cheque was encashed on 2nd april 2011. I called up again, saying why was the cheque encashed if connectivity is not being given. The reply that i received is that connection shall be given but it will take time !! I logged complaint with Airtel (Complaint no :[protected], was told that the problem shall be resolved withing 8th April else money shall be refunded. NOTHING HAPPENED!! I called up AGAIN, escalated the matter to so-called supervisor Mr. Praveen (cell number : [protected]), who in return appologized and promised again to work on it! Needless to say nothing happened again!! I called up Airtel again and another complaint was logged (Complaint no:[protected] assuring a solution!! I am shocked at this mockery made out of customers by Bharati Airtel !!
                    Is this how we should be treated for trusting a Brand? This is a Sheer DISGRACE! I dont need ANYMORE appologies, I need a SOLUTION!

                      Airtel Prepaid — Outgoing ring do not pass to BSNL LL

                      Outgoing ring do not pass to BSNL LL telephones of Aligarh city from my Airtel Prepaid mobile Number [protected].
                      Today I received a call from [protected], the person speaking from Airtel office of Delhi, who instead of looking into my complaint, thrown my complaint on BSNL saying that this is fault of BSNL. When I met with local customer centre of Aligarh A madam, accepted that this is the problem of Airtel nos. starting from 897, but she could not solve the problem. When I asked that if this problem can not be solved then should I close this number, she kept mum. I want to know from the higher authorities of Airtel company, Is this way to provide the servise to the customers. This attitude of the company representatives is likely to compell the customers to knock the door of consumer court. I hope responsible persons of the company will take it seriously and will solve my problem, failing which I shall be free to go to the consumer court.

                        I purchased airtel prepaid connection having no. [protected]. i already submitted my id proof twice to there dealers in market , but my connection get barred .

                        i talked to airtel customer care , they said we didnt received any documentation for this no. , so thats why my no. get in barred situation. one of the senior give his clear statement to me that they have no dealing with any dealers or retailers , they deal only to their established offices in various cities.

                        Again i submitted my id proofs to their office at sangrur (janta radio)on[protected], Miss richa (tele customer care employee) assured me that your no. will b in working in between 24 hrs. today is[protected] , but my no. is still not working , now airtel customer care are saying " sir your no. nvr b in live mode".

                        Is this the way to deal to their customer , i lost my 300-400 rs balance in that no. hope any one can help me,

                          This is Jaiganesh Srinivasan. I was applied for an Airtel
                          internet connection last month. My Application number is CH1098611.



                          I ask the marking person Mr.Jagadesh to give the internet
                          connection in 2 day. But he side; "it is difficult to provide you in 2 days,
                          but i will try my best". So, i was put off for up to 1 week.



                          After the 1 week i was pressured Mr.Jagadesh to provide the
                          internet connection; but he has given the lot of technical reasons for
                          non-providing of internet. So, I and my father had decided to cancel the airtel
                          internet connection and we found another service provider also. Then we called
                          to Mr.Jagadesh and informed to cancel the airtel internet connection.



                          On the next day, one of the guys from airtel was come to
                          connect the internet. But we refused. After some time, I was got a call from
                          Mr.Jagadesh and he requested too much to have the airtel internet connection.
                          So, again I and my father had decided to take the airtel internet connection,
                          due to the tremendous request from Mr.Jagadesh.



                          Each an everyday, we used to call up Mr.Jagadesh and he always used
                          to tell one Sentence daily, that is ¿You will get the connection within this
                          evening¿. Not even a single DB box has fixed in front of my house.



                          From that day he was request, your internet connection is keep on extending by
                          many numbers tomorrows.



                          So, I was contacted to your call center on 19 November 2010 and
                          logged a complaint against on my internet connection pending. As per the call
                          center guy, the request has been sorted out within 5:30 PM on 20 November 2010.
                          But, still there is no response. My compliant Number is 39988678.



                          So, now we are not in a position to give you the ¿n¿ number of days
                          for providing a single internet connection.



                          And the hole, we got the excellent support from airtel. Keep it up.
                          It will keep you improve in very poooooooooor service.

                              Hi Everyone it is a request to all my odiya people not to use airtel gprs.I was a airtel user, a few months back.....airtel offers 2GB plan for Rs 98 for 30 days whare as idea,aircel,smart,tata docomo offer much more data usage than airtel...so i thought to use airtel ...because of its GPRS/EDGE speed and service.

                              But from last two months(oct and nov 2010)....airtel is fooling people in odisha ....its gprs/edge speed is very poor ...many of the times there is no connection at all.When it launched its gprs ...the speed was good to attaract people but now when he got customers ...he is just cheating them.

                                complaint: sudden deduction of rs 282 from my balance,
                                sir i have called the customer care people and registered a complaint regarding sudden deduction of amount (rs 282 ) from my balance and i have neither used mobile office nor opted for any new service.. complaint no [protected].. i was told the exact cause for the above issue is not known and was promised rectification within 48 hours..
                                2 have passed and no feedback either from the the technical people or the customer care people came.. and once again called back to cus care ..
                                this time a gentleman named rudhramorthi(tech head on duty on 8.12.2010) spoke and is tellin u have used mobile office for 2 hours and that has caused the amount deduction.. which IS TRUELY UNFAIR . the reply was not at all satisfactory and irritating.. no one there knows wat exactly wat is going around ..

                                the responce to my complint was handled poorly.. which reflects the bad quality of the people woking there and the MANAGING DIRECTOR 'S poor administration..


                                i am FEELIN BAD AND SHAMEFUL in using this airtel network because of few unprofessional people sitting there..

                                kindly take this as an issue and see to tat necessary actions are taken.

                                airtel mere account se paise chura rahi hai. bina kisi karan se, har baar customer care kehta hai aapke sath galat huya hai par paise wapsa nahi kerti hai. jayada kehane pe 121 pe custumer care se bat kerna hi band ker deti hai. fir bar ba 121 pe sms kerte raho. kuchh nahi hota hai. mein kanha complain karu jis se kuchh suvai ho?
                                ye ek bahoth bada scam ho sekta hai main akela nahi hun jinke sath aisa hotha hai. paise walle log hai kuchh bhi ker sakte hai. peechle 3 months mein mere 300 se jyada paise gayb huye hai

                                This is Kaushal Pathak.... I have a Airtel's prepaid card.I am using it from over an year now.On Februray 27, 2008 an amount of Rs 25 was dedcuted from my account and when I called up the Airtel Customer care.....it was a horrible service..After waiting for a long time when the call got connected they told me that it was connected because of activation of service... you have to deactivate that I asked him when did it get activated he has no answer and said "Airtel mein call karne k liye dhanyvaad"

                                I again made a call this time they said their system is not working and again the same punch line.....

                                I again made a call that person said that I have enabled voice mail... and gave me a number to call. when I called instead of dectivation I was charged again....

                                On a whole it was bad expereince.....bad service...only thing I want to say that Airtel is a big FRAUD.... they do not know to treat with the customers.....they cheat their customers.They do not know how to behave with their customers...


                                Through this channel I only want to say that please take an action on this...this is very harrasing for the customer... we are paying for our services and then they are treating their customers like this....

                                If this is the way you will keep on behaving very soon you will loose all ur customer base

I have inquired from the customer care, but different reasons i got from them at different point of time. Some time they had cutted the phone also. Day before yesterday, I received a phone call from Airtel that my Hallotune about to activate for 90days and it will be charged Rs. 60/- and also advised me to recharge the phone so that the amount can be charged. I immediately replied that no need to activate the HT. The caller said O.K. But surprisingly I received a SMS from Airtel that my HT has been renwed and naturally Rs. 60/- has been deducted from my ballance.Most surprisingly I got anothore sms within few hours that my HT has been deactivated on the basis of my request over phone. To day I again received a sms from Airtel that my HT has been renwed and similerly Rs. 60/- has been charged. Now, my question that, how my HT has been renewed without my consent and why Rs. 60/- has been charged? and on 14th Dec. after charging Rs. 60/- why my HT has been deactivated? I think this unathical and injustice to a customar. Please take necessary action and do the needfull at your earliest otherwise every Airtel customer will loss their faith from the company.                                 After about 5 days of my complaint. I received a call from Airtel (Mr. Dinesh). Once again I had to narrate the whole story to them once again. I told them that without any reason Rs. 100 was deducted from my prepaid account. After a long wait I was informed that it was for 100 minutes free talk time that I had requested for. This is totally lie since I have never asked for a free talk time recharge. Neither did I ask for nor did I get Rs. 100 free talk time. I did not even receive any message informing about the Rs. 100 free talk time being alloted to me. This is ridiculous. But the person from Airtel consistently informed me that I had requested for Rs. 100 free talktime recharge, which is not true. I have asked for all the details through email, to which he as promised. I doubt very much that he would send it to me. I think I need to look for other means of getting my money back. I anyone knows kindly let me know.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Since 5th February 2011, I have been complaining about the excess deduction of Rs. 100 from my prepaid account, but except from receiving calls and enquires nothing has been done about it. Few of the reference number are as follows : CBDCC[protected], CBDCC[protected], CBDMO[protected], COVWC[protected], CBNRA[protected].

                                I am absolutely frustrated about the response from AIRTEL.

                                I recharged again on 6th March 2011 of Rs. 205 /- but to my surprise without making any calls, nor using GPRS there is once again a huge deduction within less than 24 hours and the current balance is Rs. 166.67. I really fail to understand for what reason the amount is been deducted at regular intervals. In a day atleast 15-20 times there is a display on my mobile informing me about 0.30 to 0.50 amount being deducted. I called up 121 and checked, I was told no services are active on my number. After that I have been trying regularly to contact on 121 and 198, but abruptly the line is cut. Kindly look into the matter urgently and inform me about the status.Also I would be obliged if you could email me the listing of all the call/charges that I have incurred since 3rd February 2011.

                                2) I TRIED THAT TOLL FREE NUMBER[protected]TOLL FREE) .HOW EVER THE REPLY REQUEST THAT PLEASE CHECK UP THE NUMBER AGAIN.

I have not subscribed for any services. When I called them and asked, they said they will not return the money back as the option is not available to return money back.

He gave me solution that further money will not be deducted, but deducted money will not be refunded to my account.                                 Dear Sir/Mam,

                                Firstly 99 rupees were deducted, on asking to customer care they gave the reason of charges for downloading of a game but none of the game was downloaded. Then 26 rupees were deducted for message renewal charges but 3 times earlier itself I had messaged not to renew. Even then it was done.When I tried to complain it to Customer Care they were not even ready to answer my call and when they answered, I told them to make me speak to their senior. For 15 minutes they kept my call on hold which was chargeable.

                                Is this attitude towards a customer correct?

                                  On 6 Dec, received a call from customer care regarding activation of caller tune. Replied as not required. Then said another msg will follow then reply in negative for that, caller tune will not be activated.

                                  Next day 7 Dec received a Msg at 1545 h that caller tune has been activated and Rs 30 has been deducted for service.

                                  Since then called customer care three times on 7 Dec and every time same reply "system under updation" cannot process request, contact after one hour . Mean while the call is being charged.

                                  On 08 Dec same thing happened, two times replied same (system updation in progress". After a request to talk with supervisor , Mr Tarun Karmakar came online. When explained the problem he siad it cannot be so, as we will not activate unless a request is placed from customer.
                                  When told It happened that caller tune was activated from your end, he refused that and stated that it happened as customer (I) requested. Moreover, facility can be deactivated but money will not be refunded. .I[censored] want u can complaint.
                                  Finally the facility was deactivated around 2315 h but the Rs 30 charged was not refunded.
                                  Now I have to paid Rs 30 was deducted for activation, every time calling charges amounting to Rs 5-7 deducted. Is it fair,

                                  SIR,
                                  My mobile No is [protected] (air tel prepaid) maharashtra. On 03 Nov 09, the caller tune (song ) was activated on mobile without my request or demand. I called up on 05 Nov09
                                  airtel help line and the supervisor in airtel call centre has assured that the activation has been done mistakenly and the Rs 45/- was wrongly deducted my account, also she said the said amount would be returned to my account. On 13 nov 09 the deaction of caller tone was not done and i called up the help line . The operator said that I have activated myself and the money cannot be refunded back. I insisted that I would talk to their manager .
                                  The manager on duty mr Arif mohammed said that the amount of Rs 45 canot be refunded back and the service will be deactived immediately. After 3 hours i checked that the service was not deactived and I called up again and demanded to deactivate it.

                                  The airtel has of its own has activated the caller tone servie on my mobile and they say that I my self have activated it which is not correct. This is not fair and a necessary action may please be initiated against them

                                    I am fos from meerganj bareilly up west. Our 6 retailer complete january 2016 booster but retailer payment not reached .I complend my tsm (raman raj pal) but no response by the tsm.

                                      I was using the Airtel Data card. The monthly rental was 599/- plus ST and CESS. The service was good for the 1st year but from 2nd year onward they were started charging extra amount saying late payment and so on. Initially, they have reversed the wrong charges, but after some time instead of committing by Airtel Executive the charges were not reversed. I did many call to customer executives and everytime they said next month amount will be reversed. But when the bill come it was keep on adding. I send the mail, to 123airtel and nodal officer Mumbai look into the issue and revert me with the solution. But they were not reverted to me. Even I have informed the customer executive to disconnect the line, if they will not provide me correct bill and reversed the charges. The line was disconnected but the bill keep on generating every month.
                                      Now the bills which are showing as pending of Rs.2386/- (approx.) is invalid as I had never used the services, then it not my obligation to pay the amount which are showing pending with them. I am ready to pay the actual amount which comes to nearly 900/- for 45 day as after that the services was closed.

                                      Kindly have a look into the issue and advice me what can I do to resolve the issue. I am keen to close it down. But at the same time, I am not ready to pay the charges which I had never used.

                                        I am from Tamtalao, Vasai (W) Area. I have taken a New Connection of Airtel 3G Data Card 5 Days before. I am getting very Low Internet Speed. Because of Low Internet Speed it takes 4-5 Minutes to open any Website.
                                        So my request to you is please take up the issue & solve my Internet Speed Problem as soon as possible.
