Hi

I was using airtel broadband, and I have placed a disconnection request on 28 september 2010. After that it was disconnected and I am not using it. My bill cycle was 17 to 16. For the usage of 17 sept 2010 to 28 sept 2010 they generated bill of Rs. 1209 on 17th Oct 2010 and I payed it.

Now bill for oct 2010 of Rs 1874 also generated on 19th Oct 2010 and sent to me. But the connection was closed in sept...

i took airtel postpaid connection in the year 2007 and used that phone for 3 years. in 2010, i found that there were loads of discripensies in the phone bill, for which i contacted airtel office time and again. i also contacted airtel relationship centre where it was found that the discrepensy in the bill was of Rs. 8500/- for which they offered settlement of Rs. 2000/-. i finally settled off with that amount and closed my postpaid account...

I received sms from Airtel saying that, your account has been charged for McPack downloading costs Rs. 50/- (time 4:02 p.m. on 04/11/2010

I have never heard about McPack before that sms, and didnt download anything from my mobile (sim) account also not interested to use McPack.
