Dear Sir/madam

I visited the airtle show room in vizianagaram and subimited the plan change request he have taken the request and even he didnt give any kind of receipt and after two months i checked that my plan was not changed and contacted the customer care for the help they took the request and complaint on the concern staff and even paid Rs1450/- for not get default but the customer care not show much intrest on my concern in the next month i got Rs 1350/- as my bill which i feel bad on this issue for whole month they have not rectified the amount. i stopped using the number by this day it is almost 6 months nothing was rectified and they are calling to my alternative number regularly and lisiting the whole story but no one is resonding solve the problem. They are only calling to collect the money rather than to solve the issue and even they are calling to my contact list which i have dailed previously and tell that i have made a fraud and asking them to give my alternative no even though i they were approaching me regulary.

Plz take my issue and resolve the same

    I have air-tel D TH service. I had 160/RS monthly plan.In September, I rechage my account with 500 Rs.mean while I went for touring for few days. when I came back, I got a SMS about my negative account from company. When I contacted to Customer Care,I came to know that,my plan was changed in 260/Rs.
    Company has changed my monthly plan without my permission and pre- information.
    Sir,
    I think it cheating with customer, If we have prepaid account,it Dose not mean that the company has right to steal money from customer account.
    Yes,
    Company, steal money from prepaid account of the customer.

      I got this message in my airtel pre paid connection in Bangalore.

      Thanks for downloading Game Pack from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 1.

      I contacted customer care number 121 and talked to them for minutes. Initially they repeated statement saying that request came from my mobile number ( I said I dont go to Airtel Live, the only point from where these service are activated). But I pointed out that the same deduction happened on 13th and I stopped all value added services (including FnF, I never opted for this by the way). They confirm this on 16th of Dec. But the same message again came to me on 18th Dec at around afternoon. I called them and in the end they raised a complaint to look into this (Rovad[protected] and told me that they would revert in 2 days. I already spent 3 Rs for this complaint for my 1 Rs deduction.
      I am sure they are deducting easy money without customer knowledge or consent.
      I started noting down my balance and the outgoing calls and SMS to watch the deductions happening in my sim.
      Equation: Randomly enable services and deduct money from customer. For most services, there is no operational costs for Airtel. But even if they get 1 Rs each from each customer (100 Million now!), it is easy 10 Crores per month to Airtel. I know they are doing it to keep them running in telecom industry.

        My Airtel Fixedline no. is[protected].

        This no. is in name of Mr. Harish Chand who is visually challenged person. He was getting 50% concession (given to visually hanicapped person) in rental for last four years.

        last year this concession discontinued on this number. We contacted customer care and Person from retention team assured us again n again (since jan.10) that this concession will be reactivated on your no. but till date situation is same.

        With reference to our latest conversation with Ms. Manjeet Kaur on 11.11.10, we again got assurance that this concession will be activated on our no.
        and she told us to submit Handicapped certificate to airtel office. We visited to airtel office but representative denied to accept the same and Till date we are getting no concession.

        Yesterday , all facilities had deacivated from our no. without informing us.

        I request you, plz look into matter and help me to get proper solution and compensation for false assurance.

            i m using airtel pre paid connection [protected]. from last month i m contineosly reciving call from unknown number and they all say that i miss called at thier numbers . plz find solution to this problem . i ve manually barred my outgoing calls but the miss calls to unknown number is still contieous from my number . i m just fet up of this . i ve complaited about it to customer care many time but problem contineous .

              Dear Sir

              I am a paid costumer of Airtel Broadband service since last month (15nov) and the connection was working good in the first week. But i am regret to tell that on 26nov at 4:30pm approx I found that my downloading speed has been disabled and after an hour I found my connection dead. So I registered a complaint by dialing to customer care number. He ensure me to solve the problem within 24 hours .But the problem was not solved.Thus after two days I again talked to the customer care and asked for the actual problem ,but he was unable to tell me the problem and advised me to visit the customer care center near my residence.
              So after 7 days I went there and registered a new complaint and asked for the problem then he said that this connection is bared from Delhi by mistake and advised me to wait for 2 days.And now the condition is too poor,in the center (at Ganga Nagar,Meerut) everyone is ignoring me and my problem.I was provided 4 service request reference no.they are :

              Actually,I am a web designer and started a new project which is very important for me and my carrier.But due to this problem I have to suffer a lot and have to spend my money and time in cyber cafe.

                From past 2 days, i.e, 16th and 17th Dec'10, my account is getting debited Re.1/- saying "Thanks for downloading Airtel Game Pack". It seems I've activated some hungama game pack which I've not done at all.

                Enough is enough.. cut this crap..., I've using my airtel connection for past 5 years and I very well know which services I've activated.

                Moreover my calls are not connecting to 198. Whenever I call to that no.. some music plays, then it asks for the option, and when I select option for raising complaint, it says use *121# and disconnects...!!!!

                I want these issues to be resolved ASAP.

                Bharti Airtel.... this is definitely not the way to do busniess, please show professionalism and maturity or your're definitely gonna a loose a customer.

                Airtel Charged me Rs.75 for downloading some game via airtel live. I dont have the Airtel live APN on the mobile phone in the first place. I only use Mobile Office

                I registered a complaint with much difficulty and I have not got the amount refunded as promised.

                I try to call 198 and i can never get through. I got through once and the call got cut half way through.

                Even at night it is impossible to connect to 198.

                Why is Airtel Cheating its customers like this??

                I wish i too would get a reply like above

                  I am having Airtel prepaid connections (Mobile No. [protected] & [protected]).

                  On 15/12/10 from Airtel Company I got a call from Nos.: [protected] & [protected] regarding lifetime prepaid scheme as below
                  Scheme: Lifetime scheme upto 2032, 200 minutes & 200 SMS free for every month. Above 200 minutes Airtel to airtel-15 Paise/minute, Airtel to other-30 Paise/minute, Airtel to STD-50 Paise/minute & Free calling to above nos. from each other.

                  Afterward Mr. Qureshi Airtel Executive came to my home at evening and after taking Rs1000/- (2x500/-) he gave me the customer copy (Customer relationship form) bearing Serial No. 146713 and told me that I will be receiving a call for confirmation from Airtel office where I have to say the above serial No. after which the scheme will get activated within three hrs.

                  Today it is 17/12/10 but no such scheme has been activated and when I ask Airtel customer care they said that no such scheme is there with Airtel company.

                  So will you please look into the matter so that I will be highly grateful to you.

                  AirTel — NON ACTIVATION OF SCHEME

                  i have recharged my mobile with RS .395/- for using unlimited internet, on 01 dec 09 (20.30hrs) at my no.[protected] and still i have been charge for using internet on my cell,that should not be happen after being recharged with 395/-.i called customer care number of times but negative response from there side . being a defence personal i m not getting time to contact customer care everytime so plz resolve my problem bcoz i m in field area where mobile is only source of information,i m giving my full particulars for further refrence,

                      i used airtel connection long back and i disconnected it .now nov 2010 i planned to reconnect it again .but they ask me charge for installation.I said it has been installed already so that charge is not neccesary .they said i have pay activation charges then . I was told by airtel like nothing i need to pay while reconnecting thats why i allowed them to keep that dp box on my premises after disconnecting also,but today they were not ready to do that service for me .but they were using my premises for the past 12 months without paying any rents .i called custmer care so many times to remove dp box .they were not so responsive and i mailed 121airtel.com and also ,no reply till now . Airtel was not providing service to me but they wants to enjoy service from me at free of cost (note:im the first person got airtel connection in my places,so the entire new customer are getting connections through my junction box)

                          I called Airtel 543211 to choose song, they are playing songs, but they are not giving chance to select that song and wasting our valuable money. I called so many times and lost money.

                          Previously I used this option and selected songs. Now, every time I calls they are playing songs, but not giving option to select song and asking us to type 9 to spend 3 rs per minute to discuss with their executive and he is not in a position to give that particular song, he is asking us to go here and there. It is completely nonsense, AIRTEL service is useless.

                            I have baught new nokia C3 mobile phone.There is a scheme of free Internet usage of 2GB per month(upto 6 months) if I insert a Air Tel Sim into the Nokia mobile phone.

                            On 3rd Dec 2010 this scheme is activated on my hand set. But on 15th Dec 2010 this is automatically deactivated.

                            just to inform you that on 15th Dec 2010 I just update in cell phone "restore default setting" . after I m unable to use the internet scheme.

                            Kindly activated this scheme again on my hand set.

                              Another Scam in India with Bharti Airtel.

                              I have purchased postpaid connection from Airtel Bharti GSM phone company in India.
                              The service was so quick in terms of activation and selling- by Airtel. I got my number and SIM right at my door step and was happy on first day of its usage. For getting connection I provided all the documents ( indian resident proof) to the satisfaction of the Airtel Agent who came to our door...

                              I applied for a online dth connection vide order no 2832069 & form reference no. 2999314 & deposited an amount of Rs 3090 online around 15 days back selecting HD setup box & mega pack. I was promised that the connection would be installed in 48 hours but to my utter surprise that took nearly 8 days(8X24 hours).

                              when the man for installation came he went back leaving the material at my place& saying that the signal strength is not being achieved. He assured coming the next day but never turned up for next 4 days.Since the material was lying with me being an engineer by profession i installed the dish myself & called up the dealer at shimla to activate the channels.

                              The dealer responded the next day & my channels got activated. But again to my utter surprise many channels listed in the mega pack were missing. It happended around a week back & i have been running pillar to post for activation of my channels. I called up the helpline nos etc umpteenth times & the final respone is the customer ID coming on my TV set ([protected]) is registed in the name of some other customer. My original customer Id is [protected] which has already been activated but the channels i am receiving is for other customer id.

                              I really shudder to think about future. Till date no solutions no calls. If i call up i am told it will take time. please help

                              Actually I was changed my address from Villivakkam to Avadi and that time i was miss my smart and i have requested for the new smart.

                              Every installation has been completed in my new address.

                              But new smart card was not issued till now and this issue is pending for 4 months.

                              Could you please take necessary action to issue smart card

                                This is my number,[protected]. On December 15th, 2010 at 5:44 pm, Rs. 99 were deducted from my account balance and I received a message from the company.

                                "Thanks for downloading CricketChampionsTrophy from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99. Join games club at http://gclub.in."

                                But actually, I hadn't downloaded any game from any website. On contacting the customer care, I didn't get any satisfactory answers from their side, they are not even trying to understand the problem. This is not the first time that I am facing such a problem with Airtel. This is becoming a frequent problem that I am facing with my Airtel number. I would be very grateful to you if you help me out with this problem.

                                  I think they have developed a new strategy to cut the money from customers pocket. I had missed call from air tel whose number is like any other local number, obviously I think that it may be a call from my friend or relatives so I called on this number...they directly activate the service of hello tune without asking for me and cut the money from my account. And this thing happens for two times in last three months. When I called the customer care he said that we cannot refund..it's your fault because you callback...

                                    Extra Money being charged or services which were never requested

                                    Dear sir/Madam,

                                    I, Someshwar Parate, Airtel's postpaid customer under corporate CUG scheme and availing your services under Bill Plan - ALC 149 Plan - MH, since April-2008 in the city of Pune.

                                    I never wanted to escalate against such reputed establishment on this Public Forum, but since last couple of months, I have been observing that charge of Rs. 30/- being lavied for some services under "SMS Others to # [protected]". I am not aware of this service rather never requested for any or dialed/SMS this number.

                                    Seeing this charge on my Oct-10 bill, I have called CC and got this charge reversed and was really thankful for their cooperation. But, the same I am seeing in my Nov-10 bill as well. I againg gave a call on 198 and registered a complaint (#[protected]. But this time, charge hasn't been reverted but asked to wait till resolution about this complaint comes and I was told that somebody would call you about this.

                                    It is really frustrating and I don't see any way to understand, what AIRTEL is expecting by doing so.
                                    Charging for unnecessary reasons or for those services which were never asked is something like harrassing the people.

                                    I request “Airtel Top Honchos/Concerned Authorities/Circle Authorities” to look into matter and stop being fooled customers.

                                    i m just waiting when my airtel sim's validity gets over.airtel has exceeded limits.it has started givin me ipl updates though i have nt subscribed to it...n aur kya..purani aadat...it is charging me 3rs..i just hate AIRTEL..biggest thie[censored]...IF I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE NO 121 I ONLY HEAR ADVERTISING STUF[censored]NABLE TO CONNECT TO THE EXECUTIVE.................

                                      I am Amol Shinde. My Mob. No is [protected].

                                      I am using Airtel Prepaid Service from last 6 year. But from last 10 days, Airtel gives me very bad service. and It gives mentally/ Psychological tension to me.

                                      Firrst they stop my friend plan . and Now They stop my service (incoming and outgoing calls also). They give reason that your validity will be expired. But my service validity will be up to 13 NOV. 2013. and I have a mail from airtel service [protected]@airtelindia.in, In that they also said that your validity will be up to 13 NOV. 2013. So Can they stop my service.

                                      If call to them that time they said that we can't help you about this. and in their mail they suggest me new recharge option.

                                      If my validity will be up to 13 NOV. 2013 then Why I recharged again.

                                      Airtel gives me more mentally stress during last 10 days.

                                      Please give me option to take action against Airtel.
