I had subscribed to Airtel DTH (Ultra Pack) on Feb 1, 2010 and paid Rs 4250 for installation and 1 year subscription fees.
In the month of September I received an SMS from Airtel that my subscription would expire in about a month and that I should recharge. I called up the Customer Care and informed them about it. They said that it would be taken care of.

However, on October 4th, i received the same SMS and this time when i contacted Customer Care, they told that the dealer to whom i had paid the money had paid the money to wrong subscription package and that it would be taken care of in about 72 hours. On October 13th, my subscription was terminated and for 2 full days i remained without DTH service. I immediately called Customer care and they said that they would temporarily restore my connection until it is fully resolved. I kept getting pop up message about 'recharge' every 20 minutes on my TV. As requested by them, i even sent an email giving all the details of my payment to [protected]@airtel.in

I have been calling their customer care regarding this problem and everytime i had spend 30 minutes explaining the same issue. And everytime they would assure me that within 48 hours it would be rectified.
Even now, i get an SMS about 'recharge' every day and the 'recharge' pop-up on the TV. I have told them that i need a proper and complete resolution to that problem so that i can view DTH without any annoying messages till January 31, 2011.

I am completely frustrated by the inability of Airtel to resolve this issue once and for all.

I disagree completely with you that i have not responded back. i had sent an email that the problem was not resolved yet and i got an acknowledgement for the same from Airtel through email.

Anyway, as of today, my problem is Resolved completely thanks solely to the work done by Mr. Nitesh Sharma. He talked me more than 10 days back and told me to hold on until he got the necessary high-level approvals to recharge my subscription internally.
And indeed, Mr. Nitesh Sharma was true to his word - he followed it up diligently and he ensured that my subscription has been restored till 26th Jan 2011. It is really rare as a consumer that I have come across a Customer Care executive like Mr Nitesh Sharma to follow through without promising the moon and yet complete it within reasonable amount of time.

      I am working in IT industry, and normally don’t have time to watch TV. As my parent was coming to stay with my for couple of days, so I have thought of taking a TV and connection. Finally on Last Sunday 10th October 2010, I have purchased Airtel DTH through web, and paid 1690 online payment.

      On 11th October I got sms saying your account have been created installation will be done in 24 hours. On the same day afternoon at around I got a call for the engineer. first question he asked "can I come now", he was not able to speak English properly(I don’t know why airtel hire such engineers). I said I am in a meeting will call you after some time. After some time I called him and asked him to come for installation after 6:30pm or before 10 am. I got a reply form him, he can only come between 11:30 am - 5 pm. Then I asked him what is your office time, he said 9am - 6 pm, then I asked why couldn’t you come before 10 pm. He said I have to take equipments form dealer and then come to you. Then I requested him to try to come at least by 10:30-11am. Next Day my parents come. On 12 the morning I waited till 11:45am(I was 3 hours late to office), but the engineer didn’t came. So I finally decided to go to office. then after reaching office, I got a call from engineer, saying I am at your doorstep, and can I do installation. I said I installation will be done on my supervision. My Parents were in home so, I asked him to drop all the equipment in my home.

      As, I am staying in rented house and the house was fully furnished, so I don’t want to take chance. Last time during airtel broadband installation, the installation engineer have mistakenly removed my Telephone cable (owner). So this time I wanted to supervise the work of the installation engineer. If something is damaged, then I have to pay for that damage.

      The same day, I called up call center and enquired about this attitude of engineer regarding installation,i.e. why he is not willing to come at my convenient time. customer care said they couldn’t help in this. Then I said ok.

      Next day, again waited for the engineer, till 11:45 am, h didn’t came, so I left office. again I got a call around 12:30 form engineer. I said I am going to lodge a complaints against you, he said you can do that. Then I called to customer care made a complained against him. the customer care then said engineer would come at your continent time. I asked schedule installation between 9-10 am in the morning.

      Same thing repeated today on Wednesday, the engineer called at 11:20 am, and asked me when can He come for installation. I asked him to come after 8 pm, he agreed. Today I left at 11 am, so I have to say in office till 8. It takes 1 hour to reach my home form office. so I had left office around 7 pm, and reached home before 8pm. I waited for the engineer and after 8:30 I called up him and asked him, what happened. He said sorry sir, I forgot, and will come tomorrow by 8 am.

      After this I gone fully mad, what is this service, Airtel cannot maintain quality. For installation, I have to take leave and install Airtel DTH. I think airtel can reimburse me 2K, my one day salary.

      After this I again called up the customer care, they asked me give us a last chance. Then I again agreed and asked them for installation before 9 am Thursday.

      Same thing happened again. I waited for call from engineer but no call came till 10, so left office. Every day I cannot go late, and get banging form my manager for late coming. We have to maintain timing in office. At 10: 10 I got a call form the engineer asking for installation, at that time I got into bus, and left velachary bus stop. I said him I am going out of station today evening with my parents and I will be back on Monday so please call me by Monday.


      Today is Monday, I have called customer care for cancellation of my connection and refund me my money as installation has not happened. The customer care then connected me to their supervisor. The supervisor then asked me for 24 hours time. I said I am done with Airtel DTH, and not willing to take this pathetic service form you. so please disconnect it. I my life I will never opt for airtel in Chennai.
      Then He agreed for disconnection, but said you are not going to get money refund. Then I asked why? he replied, when are ready to provide you connection but you are not so, its your fault. Then I asked why you are not going to refund money when the installation is not done, only thing you have done is created an account that has not been activated. He again replied its not our fault take the service or forget the money. We are ready for the service, you are not agreeing because of the differences you and installation engineer, it not our fault. Then I said I will be going to consumer forum, he said you can do what ever you want. after hearing that, I said ok and disconnected the phone.

      I don’t know whether I am going to get refund of money, but am dam sure I am not taking Any Airtel service in Chennai. If I compromise with this, then I don’t have any dignity. If I don’t get my money refunded I will assume I have donated to poor Airtel.


      Now I am writing this post in this forum, hoping that somebody will be benefited form this and stay away form Airtel DTH.
      Airtel Please Stop fooling people about your better service. This is the service you provide to customer. if you claim to be best service provider then, give us a money back option.

      Airtel Broadband — Airtel DTH Not Refunding Money

      Hi,

      I have registered a complaint regarding cancellation of your status and asked for refund on 18th October. details available in a forum

      I have called again on 20/22th October and Mr. Rupesh told me that, I will get full refund of money, complaint no was 4180860 / 4210911.

      After not receiving my refund, I have called again your customer care on 20th November. I had talk with Mr Vikas & Mr. Mahaveer Verma (Supervisor).
      Mr Verma told me that, I will get full refund, and regarding the same I will get call from their back-end, with in 2 hour, but as usual no calls till now.(Pathetic Service)


      I am tired with this sick game of Airtel, every time when I call, the customer care says that I will get no refund, later when I speak to supervisor, they say I will get full refund.
      But later on nothing happens.

      I don't want to continue this any more, remember I have switched to other service because of the poor support of Airtel DTH. I am not at all interested to speak to Airtel customer care any more.

      So please respond me the status of of my complaint, and refund my money as soon is possible.

      Airtel DTH — Not refunding money and cheating customer

      Dear Sir,
      I am very much annoyed with the service I am getting from Airtel and looks like it is simply cheating.

      Here are the sequence of events



      1. On 3rd June, I called Airtel Customer Service and they said they have cancelled the order and I will get my money back with in 24 hours as a DD in my home address. So far nothing happened in this

      2. On 7th I reached your Customer Support after almost trying 10 to 12 times (the phone was disconnected deliberately after saying hello). The person named Amit said it will be processed. When I asked him about the complaint number, he was not giving, after a lot of arguement I got the complaint number and was promised that it will be resolved by 12 noon today and somebody will call me

      3. Today I got a call from your customer support and after a lot of arguement they confirmed me that they will look into this today and I will get the money back today EOD.

      4. So far I have not got any update on the same, but got a sms that it is resolved and if I have any concern I need to call the numbe[protected]

      5. When I called this number the person told me that he can't help me in this matter.


      Request your kind help in getting this sorted out. I can be reachable @ [protected] incase any more information is required from my side.

      It is really surprising.
      Your person Naveen Kumar called me and discussed on this 2 days back and again asked for the copy of the invoice, which was already sent to him. How can you claim that my contact number is not reachable?
      Can you let me know what is the resolution? So far I have not yet received the draft as promised nor received a return call from you on resolution. So what is resolved and what action is taken!!!

        I have airtel dth connection from past year.My Airtel DTH I.D is [protected] It started giving problem about six months back of no signal every fortnight.for getting service we have to really run from pillar to post , frantic calls to airtel cusotmer care and executives are good for nothing. Airtel engineers close the calls without even speaking or visiting customer forget about solving problem.Airtel DTH was bought by me on goodwill of Airtel in broadband service and Airtle Mobile service which i enjoy from apst many years. I am repenting my decision today. Again it is not workjing from 12th of October 2010 and till today i.e 18th october 2010 i must have done atleast 20-30 calls to cusotmer care . I laugh at the name cusotmer care.There is nothing called as customer for them and care is not their in their dictionary.Due to brand name of Airtle many people will keep falling in their prey and their business will keep on running. Cusotmer care is doing great job in closing customer complaint to make their numbers in uptime gurantee.

        Hi Pankaj,
        I am also facing the same problem. And the worst is the engineer is charging 100 Rs for each visit and every month i am calling the customer care for this issue..
        It seems that i am paying for faulty equipment and even for bad service..They are just looting... Planning to file police complaint and to the consumer court..but thinking to escalate the issue to the higher authority before doing this..
        Do you have any mail id of their higher authorities?
        Please share if you have.

        Mai Raj Kamal Singh Custmor id [protected] Sunday 20/05/12 ko Shaam ko achaanak kaal baishaki aane ke karan mera connection no signal ho gaya.Monday subah maine customer care ko phone kiya un logo ne mera complin lock kar ek complain number 18969913 diya aur kaha ki shaam ko 3.19 tak aapka problem short out ho gaya ho jayega.un logo ne ek number mujhe diya tha jispar maine continue phone kiya but koi responce nahi milne ke karan maine fir se custome caere ko phone kiya un logo ne meri baate suni aur jitni jaldi ho sake engineer bhejne ki baat kahi but engineer 4 dino tak nahi aaya mai bahut pareshaan ho customer care ko phone karta raha but unlogo ne mera call atend karna band kar diya.Mai afsos kar raha hu ki maine airtel ka conection hi kyu liya aur v company thi aaj tak 23/05/12 mere koi engineer nahi aaya.Ho sake to aap log Airtel Digital TV se dur rahe to hi aapke liye achcha raha rahega.

          Hi,

          I applied for an Airtel broadband connection on 28th September 2010 and as per the representative I was supposed to get the connection within 3 working days i.e. by 1st of October 2010. I paid a 3 months advance also (Rs. 3300/-) which will offer me a free installation on 1 Mbps plan. As I was not fit enough to make to office (was hospitalized for 1 month) I have an option to work from home for which I required the broadband connection, so I was desperately looking for the connection. On 1st October I called the Airtel care and they told that October 2nd is holiday and 3rd is Sunday, as the technical guy wanted leave I have to wait till Monday. The next week I called to customer care as the connection was not set up and as per them there was no port available in my locality, following that I got a call from the channel manager that some approval is required for the port to be set up which will be done in 2-3 days. After that I was keep on following till today (18th October) and the response is like it will be done by end of the day, the next day I used to call again and the same response. When talking to the channel manager ([protected]) he told that the connection is done and he told to call later, for the later calls he is telling he is busy at some other location and will call back, but I didn't receive any calls. I have filed a complaint at the Airtel customer care which has not been taken care yet.

          I wrote an email to Nodal officer 'nodal.[protected]@airtel.in', 'appellate.[protected]@airtel.in' and 'care.[protected]@airtel.in' which were the escalation points Airtel has provided in their portal but I didn't get any reply or response.

          If it was a port problem they could have informed (before collecting the money) that there is no feasibility for connection in my location so that I would have gone for a different service provider with wired or wireless. It’s really paining as they promise that the connection will be done by end of the day and they never kept their word.

          I asked for refund of the amount and the executive is telling that it will take 15 days . .

          My Airtel application number is 171580.
          The representative who collected money from me is Fayaz ([protected]).
          My compliant number at customer care is 38431106.

          The opinion and comments on Airtel broadband from my friends and colleagues are really good (I was using Airtel broadband in my previous room), but I really felt to make this in notice as I am still struggling for connection.

          If the connection is impossible I request help for refunding the amount as soon as possible.

          Airtel Broadband — Delay in re-connection

          For around 2 years i had Airtel Broadband connection at my home, then later i had disconnected it bcoz i wasn't using it....after 2 years or so later i wanted the connection back for my landline number[protected] for which i had called them on September 18 and they said they can get back my connection by September 26, then later i again called them, they said they need 4 working days to activate it....again on October 6 i called them asking for cancellation of their service or reactivation within one day, again they said they need 4 days for reactivation....i really can't figure out, whether they were sleeping all these days. I regret to say Airtel broadband is the worst service when it comes to customer satisfaction. Henceforth, i wuldn't suggest Airtel to any of my friends or relatives...More over they don't hav proper bill collection centers....I rate them 0 on a scale of 1 to 10.....the utmost worst service one can possibly imagine...

            Airtel Post Paid : Airtel has not returned the deposit money
            This is regarding a very bad experience with Airtel.

            I took the airtel conection [protected],in 2008 but because of my personal problem I decided to close the subscription. I paid all the outstanding bills and convert this no. in prepaid in nov 2008.

            the customer care said me that they will send the refund of the security deposit after 45 days by DD or BY CHEQUE .BUT I never received any cheque from the airtel. Also the relesationship centre is not there on spot.


            Could someone help to me get back my security deposit that airtel has sallowed ?

              I received a message from 54321 on 17-10-10 at 8.20pm regarding a deduction of Rs 20/- for some game downloaded from airtel. since I never downloaded any game I called the customer care to know the details and the name of the game I have downloaded. they were unable to give any proper information and on further query transfered my call to their supervisor. If airtel is asking charge to talk to their customer care attendants then they should be prompt to attend the customers. But unfortunately I called thrice and every time my call was transfered to the supervisor keeping my phone on hold and he never received the call. For a query of Rs 20/- I spent Rs 4/- without any result. my phone number is [protected] and I want the company to give my balance back.

                To whom it may concern:

                Please be advised that all bills have been paid, we've received acknowledgment from the AIRTEL customer care and the account in question has been converted to pre-paid. The SIM card is not in activation! There is been no usage and there has been a permanent deactivation of post-paid services.

                Since I am not using the SIM even for pre-paid services, I can't SMS 121 and get the password and hence, can't see and access the fake/usurious and cheating bill that you've generated.

                I have already paid the excess three times --- due to AIRTEL'S (absolutely unacceptable and annoying) Negligence at the call centre level - to not close the postpaid account. Each time you insisted that there is a balance that is being paid despite the fact that we have paid the balance that you asked for and created.

                Your MIS at the franchisee office and the Call Centre don't match. We had to do the running around and negotiationgs for that. Getting converted to pre-paid was hell!!

                Please don't harass people and make them run around while you extract huge amounts of money. WE have other work to do as well.

                I promise you that if you continue to trouble me by generating bills long after they have been paid for and cleared and settled - full and final - I will complain to Ombudsman, TRAI and consumer court as well.

                I want to get rid of all relationship with AIRTEL and this is extortion. You refuse to close the account and keep asking for charges each time promising that this is full and final payment.

                Please don't send any more emails, calls or extortionist messages. This is exploitation. I don't want your service and I have already paid more that all outstanding amounts - three times over. Please don't get nasty on this.

                Look forward to an apology stating that this email was send by mistake along with the confirmation of closure of account (for account details, contact me on [protected]@gmail.com).

                    I have an Airtel pre-paid connection for more than 2 years now. Now suddenly I am getting message, when I am trying to make an outgoing call, to resubmit my documents for verification again, other wise my connection will be disabled. Infact, in a day arbitrarily the outgoing connection is disabled, I guess as a warning. The message does not state what all documents to be re-submitted. Infact, my father who has also has an Airtel pre-paid connection is experiencing the same issue.

                    It should be noted that the pre-paid connection were issued to only after submitting all the requisite documents. Why is the company then asking for the same documents again?

                    As consumers we are left with no choice but to give-in and re-submit the documents, how many ever times the Service Provider demands. But is it not the responsibility of the Service Provider to ensure that the documents submitted to them to be verified within a reasonable amount of time. Today, it is more than 2 years, and the call for vertification comes now, says a lot about how the company customer information processing department operates. Further randomly disabling outgoing calls is an arm-twisting practice on Airtel's part.

                    I feel they are harassing the customer for their inefficacy. This is not expected of a company like Airtel, who spends so much on their brand image, surely needs to look at their process loopholes.

                      Airtel DTH was installed at my place(B-15 Kehkashan Complex Phase 2 Koh-E-Fiza Bhopal) by M/S Laxmi DTH World ,21 c Ratangiri Raisen Road, Bhopal wide invoice no. 1110 dated 22 July 2010.It has taken me a weeks time to obtain my ID no. from the dealer by making innumerable telephone calls.(ID no:-[protected])

                      It is regretted to write that inspite of following repeated requests made to the Airtel Call Centre,signals have not been restored yet:-

                        I applied for a airtel sim card and this number([protected]) was assinged to me but when i got the sim the number was diffrent.I started using the number([protected]) which sim was given to me and the previous number was alloted to another person , but bill is still coming to my addres under my name and the number is still being used by other person till date.

                          Am receiving unwanted SMS from airtel. Offlate too many in number (8-10 per day).
                          When i try to regster fro DND service i get the followig issues (might be a deliberate attempt from the provider)

                          1) when i try to send an SMS to activate DND service the mesage deosnt go.
                          2) when i try regidtering my number on the website it pops an ero message dispaying that my number is not an airtel number.

                          Also i dont find any way to connect to customer care executive the CC numbe doesnt give any option to speak to a customer care executive leaving millions of customers hanicapped.

                          Some action needs to be taken on such grivences

                          Unwanted sms comeing from 1 august 2008. i have been talk with airtel customer care & i have 6 compalint number which are given by the employee who are working with airtel.

                          I Satish kanchan having Airtel prepaid no [protected] has been harressed with unnessary sms sent through no 290603 the complaint has been lodged with [protected] (Mr.Sagar, Mr.Indrajeet, Ms.Ratanmala) every time they have promised to deactive the same and credit the amount deducted from my account but in vien the service is still continued and for every sms Rs.3/- has been deducted

                          I am getting many unwanted messages on my mobile [protected].
                          Secondly, through some net advt. i have been provided a wall paper activated on the mobile for which, immediate recovery was made, though there was message in the net displaying FREE.
                          I have sent messages to 121 to stop the Wall peper service on my mobile. For this repeated messages came without accepting my complaint. I WANT THIS FACILITY OF PROVIDING WALL PAPER ON THIS MOBILE SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
                          The activation was made through code 69441 and message was sent from 64611020.

                          I am getting regular cricket updates from Airtel prepaid sms services which i never asked for. They are cutting Rs.7per week. I tried to stop. But they don't receive the message deliberately. They send sms from 1210 and the next second when you reply they are not available. All my colleagues in the department also have this problem. This is going on for months. This is cheating in broad day light.

                          Second problem that I have is one day I found my balance Rs 30 less than it should be and I called costumer care. I talked to Mr Jagmohan, Miss Priyanka (Mohali Chandigar Costumer Care). and I got negative response from both. Mr. Jagmohan was not ready to talk politely. He was talking very rudely.

                          What I found was I have visited some link related to "webactress" but I haven't visited that link and my cell phone was Nokia 1210 which is not GPRS compatible.


                          Seriously I am not happy with Airtel service. I am getting disturbed by these irritating sms alerts..

                          Airtel — Receiving too many unwanted sms

                          My airtel mobile no. is [protected] and I am registered with DND. Even then I receive too many unwanted SMSs on my mobile every day. I had on19th May called up at 121 and had spoken to one Mr.Sandeep Kumar and requested him to help me in stopping receiving these SMSs and even after that I am receiving the same amount of messages which is really very irritating. For example : on the 8th of June 2011, I have received 10 SMSs from Kosmos Jaypee Greens, LM-Homes, DM-Gr8 Deal, DM-Aditya, LM-INVSCLNC, LM-Bestdeal, KM-MAKAAN,, DM-AgniProp, DM-INCHES, LM-LOGIX. Please help me.

                              I am using Airtel Prepaid Service ([protected]) since past few years and I have submitted my documents long back. On 15 October when I was making an outgoing call, I received an IVR message that my Outgoing Calls have been barred due to incomplete papers. I was astonished to hear that, IVR was transferring my call to Customer Care Executive but it was all in vain. After many tries, I got a chance to speak to Customer Service Executive, I said that my OC has been barred she said I didnt submit the proper document. I said that I have been using Airtel for more that 7 years and the phone was registered under my name. She asked my name, I said its Rizwan Shaikh she replied that the phone number is under some Prakash Sawant. It was really very shocking for me to hear that. This was not the first I spoke with Customer Service, when ever I used to speak with them, they used to acknowledge my registered name and my number. I bet they should have the record in eCRM. I said that I was working for Airtel Postpaid (M&G circle) I asked her how come its showing different name, she replied you should know how it works. I really didn't get that point. She asked me to visit Airtel Outlet and submit the documents. My question is how come the SIM which was registered under my name was switched under somebody else name, how can Airtel be so negligent, and why should I re-submit the documents when I was having an uninterrupted service for years. I really need this to be rectified and seek your help in order to scrutinize this matter. There's something fishy!!!

                              I am also experiencing the same issue, of outgoing calls being barred. In fact, my father who also has a pre-paid connections is getting the same issue. Me and my father have been having the Airtel pre-paid connection for years now! Please note that we have got connection only on submitting all the documents. Why is the verification call coming after such a long time. Something is definitely not right.
                              Even I am experiencing the same problem. I have been using Airtel for past 5 years after submitting all the documents. I am getting a message that "Sakal dvara jaari kiye gaye Nirdeshanusar aapke Dastavej poore nahi hai?" hence outgoing calls are blocked.

                              I tried to call customre care and the lady told me to resubmit the documents.

                              What the hell is this? Why is the verification call coming after such a long time. Something is definitely not right.

                                  I am apalled at the kind of trickery Airtel seems to be playing.

                                  I was charged Rs 10 for some kind of subscription that I did not authorize. On calling customer care they blame me for it. On asking them how was the subscription made they just say it’s showing on their system that the service has been activated and that I activated it. And the funniest thing is they charge us, customers, for calling their customer care numbers at 50 paise per 3 mins earning money in every which way they can. I spent Rs 2 while on hold listening to that stupid music and when the customer rep gets to me he says he can't do anything about the matter. Whatever be the case one thing is certain - I am not going to stay with Aitel anymore.

                                  Oh by the way the sms I received was from their very (ill)famous number 54321 - complaints of which are in abundance on consumercomplaints.in. If any government authority can do something about it and are willing to look into this matter, I implore you to please look into this matter.

                                    on 3 rd of oct i wrote this given below e mail and many other reminder e mails to all airtel e mail ids like nodal officer, appletel, [protected]@airtelindia.com etc but till now they have not given any suitable reply and airtel has charged rs 1377/- within two days from my prepaid mobile no [protected] stating that i have used the gprs services where as i have never used any gprs services. i request all airtel users to keep trak of their prepaid mobile balance as that can get washed away one fine morning and you will be kept running behind airtel company. as they have not at all considered to my request yet.the e mail which i have sent to airtel is :

                                    dear sir,
                                    my prepaid mobile no is [protected] ( chennai ). on 1st oct 3 pm i
                                    recharged
                                    my mobile with rs 777/- ( full talktime of rs 777/- ) and i received the
                                    message that the recharge is sucessful.
                                    on 1st oct and 2nd oct i hardle used my mobile for 10-12 calls. but when
                                    on
                                    3rd oct i dialled my mobile on 3rd oct i was just shocked to listen that my
                                    account does not have any balance. on 3rd oct my balance became zero.
                                    kindly check how my balance got zero. we never hoped such a big act of
                                    cheat by such a reputated company AIRTEL. i do hope you will consider this
                                    issue on priority and give reply. if my usage was for rs 777/- from 1st oct to
                                    3rd oct pls give complete breakup with calling list of numbers. in other case
                                    i
                                    will sure pass on this issue to our legal advisor for our right.
                                    pls reverse my balance of rs 777/- less the amount of calls made
                                    imediately

                                    We would like to inform you that basis of your complaint we have investigated
                                    the possibility of the same. As per our records we have found that you have
                                    been charge for the calls which has made your number to other number from
                                    01/10/2010 to 04/10/2010 for the same you can avail details for above call
                                    dates.

                                    Airtel Chennai — False Deduction

                                    Sir,

                                    My AIRTEL Mobile number is [protected] and I am using lifetime incoming free prepaid card.

                                    On 25th Sep’08 at midnight 3.18am I received a SMS from 64611015 AIRTEL number that “Thanks for downloading animation from AIRTEL live WAP service and you have been charged Rs.15/-. This is absolutely ridicules and unacceptable.

                                    This is an example but every time when recharge with top up the amount has been swallowed with some reasons even some time without reasons.

                                    If this is been continuing, I will not go to consumer court but I will change to some other network.

                                    I have not requested for any subscription of any service of funclub. but unnecessarily my Rs10/= per day are deducted from 26th dec till date.Also a message is given to me daily in this meanwhile that "Thanks for subscribing for funclub service. you have been credited Rs.10/=. Enjoy http://m.igfun.com."

                                    unnecessarily my balance is deducted every day and i am facing very inconvenience.

                                    Please do the needful to remedy this problem as soon as possible.

                                    My name is vikas & my mobile no [protected]. there is deduction of 27.21 rs from my mobile on 3rd march 2009 . On talking to custmer care they tell you make a ISD call, but i didn't make any such call.

                                    Hi, The chennai airtel service is very bad, today also they deduct Rs.30/- from my account due to talkies, but i"nt any service. what the next step to stop and recovry it.

                                    My airtel number is +[protected] and has been purchased from Siliguri. From the past couple of days there was a Rs 5 (daily) deduction for some VAS called Hungama Videos on Demand and a Rs 1(daily) deduction for job alerts.

                                    I have not activated any such VAS's on my number and was totally unaware about it until 12th June, 2011 when I spoke to a customer care executive about the deduction and she told me it was for some video download and was activated since 21st May , 2011.

                                    I tried explaining her that no such request for activation was made from my end and I have not even utilized the service even once. She told me that all she can do is deactivate, but couldn't reimburse my money back.

                                    I asked her to connect to her senior colleague and upon such a request the call was put on hold for 20 minutes and I was unable to speak to the senior person. After that I tried calling back again and found that I am unable to speak to the customer care executive. I have been polite enough to present my case again and again but there has been complete negligence on their part.

                                    I am writing this mail to you with a hope that some action will be taken from your end and you will ensure that the false deduction is reimbursed back to my account since the amount slowly has increased to approximately Rs. 144 ( 5* 24 + 1*24)

                                    After doing all this , i have waited for two days and still they continue to deduct my balance . Cant even connect to the customer care.

                                    Waiting in anticipation and look forward to some quick action

                                      I am regular user of airtel mobile since 2007. Some time I face network problem so I want to change my mobile orpeter. I sent message to airtel & I also recived port nu. After 2 days I call from airtel executive, asked me why u change airtel orpeter. I tell all about but his agersive nature didn't agree with me. Passed 1 month airtel didn, t change my orpeter else he started many paid scheem with my no.I am compline many time to airtel but no reply. I want to change my sim orpeter but airtel didn't support me. Plz help me.

                                        I am Yogendra Sontakke. I was a customer of Airtel Broadband. I got a bill in excess of 8000Rs, when my normal bill used to be in range of 1200 Rs.

                                        I called Airtel and registered complaints regarding the huge bill, they said they will check. No conclusion was reached in these complaints. Finally they gave me a letter of final negotiated settlement.

                                        Now again I and my family members get threating calls from Airtel to pay the remaining amount.

                                        Numbers from which I get these calls are Advocate M.K. Singh -[protected] and Yadav - [protected]. They keep saying that they are forwarding a case in Delhi Court against me. I said I have a proof of settlement. He said now is it possible for me to come to Delhi and show the proof and that would require expenses to the tune of 20000 Rs. Its better to pay off. People keep coming to my house and create drama.

                                        I decided to pay 4637 Rs what they are asking because I don't want to get in trouble. I am really afraid for my life and my family members. Since these people swear and say they would beat me up on the call.

                                        Please help me. I am living in fear. Atleast please make sure they wont hurt me or my family.
