Already i am a beneficiary person of "consumer complaint forum".
So this time also i hope same,that i will get solution of my problem.

Above mentioned all 9 mobile numbers under CUG connections in the name of CHOPRA TIMBERS.
Past almost one year we are facing a problem for not paying some outstanding amount of 6900/- rupees approximately(currently it is going on increasing because of late fee).
This problem has been started before one year with only amount of 1800/- rupees,which is wrongly added to our account.
With this problem we went to Mr.Veerabahu(SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER OF WHOLE TAMIL NADU)in TRIPLICANE office in chennai,he told us that this amount is wrongly added to your account.
He gave us assurance that this amount will be adjusted in next billing cycle,but till now it is not adjusted and we are facing this problem from one year.
And now from 2 months Mr Veera bahu is not picking up his mobile phone,and not giving any reply to our call,we caught in serious trouble.
So pls advice us what to do with this problem?
If possible pls ask your senior authority to speak with Mr Veera bahu(Mobile no:[protected]),because from past one year he is playing a game with us,and not responding properly,due to Mr.Veerabahu only we caught in the problem.
pls note his colleage number also Mr.Balachandran [protected].
Many times we are getting a calls from call centre and asking us to pay the outstanding amount,we are not able to give a reply,due to Mr.Veerabahu,and currently we do not have any type of proof to show the airtel people becuase it happened more than one year.
So we request u to pls take necessary serious action against Mr.Veerabahu,so this thing should not be happened with others.

Airtel, Prepaid Connection — RELATED TO DOCUMENTS
My Mobile No. is [protected] from Bharthi Airtel. I have been using this No. since 1998. I have requested for migration from post paid to prepaid on 17.02.2010. I have been told to submit a fresh address & id proof for the same. I submitted the same on 18.02.2010 & got the ack from the Airtel representative. After submitting everything, it was not happened. When I called the customer care, they told me that it is not possible to solve the issue through the customer care; you need to drop in the place where you submitted the documents. After visiting the place where I submitted, they replaced the sim card which they were given me earlier for post paid to prepaid & told some problem was happened, it will be solved with in 24 hrs. After this also nothing was happened & again I spoke to the customer care. I heard the same reply from the customer care executive. Again I went to the place whare I submitted the documents & took one of the persons phone number by request. After this the migration was happened on 26th February 2010. On 08.03.2010 I received a massage stating that, “As per TARI guidelines, outgoing calls on your Airtel Number will be restricted as we are not in receipt of Airtel Enrolment form & supporting documents. Submit the same at your nearest Airtel Relationship Centre to enjoy continued service. I called the customer care again. Again they told me the same, Its not possible you need to drop in the place whare you submitted the documents. Again I went to the place & re-submitted the documents & got the Acknowledgement from the representative. On 08.03.10 at 8PM.Again I am receiving the massage from Airtel, stating that I need to submit the documents. Fails my incoming calls will be barred in 48 Hrs on 12.03.2010.
How many times should I have to go the Airtel office for this issue? I am business man. About 25 people are working in my company. If I running behind them who will monitor them. Its difficult to deal with these kind of companies. Known people like me harassed like this. What about the ordinary people.
In the same way I have been billed about Rs. 3000.00 for the month of March 2009. When I contacted the airtel told me that your Bill is not available for the month of March 2009. Contact Airtel for the same. I received SMS also for the same. When I approached the Airtel, there was no proper response from them. I have still the stored massage with me.
