I have purchased airtel digital tv on 2.6.2010, within one week complaints started. U2 and Astha channels disappeared with error code B001. Booked complaints, spoken to local dealer as well as customer care for 63 times. No use. Nobody cares. Since yesterday, not even a single channel is coming. Error code B001. Local dealer is not bothering to send anybody. Solve this problem otherwise i will approach consumer court. This is a very worst...

I purchased Digital TV along with LCD TV, They took more than 15 days in delivery then 1 week in installation After installation I went on summervacation and Foreign tour but I informed the local dealer that I will recharged only after return from abroad. When I recharged after returning from abroad they are telling one and other thing but my Set Top Box is not being activated by Air tel.

The complaint is that i am not able to receive calls but outgoing calls are made. Any body trying to reach me feels i am busy all the time. I am surprised at the pathetic service being extended by Airtel DTH Team to the consumers. Being a product from a reputed organization like Airtel , it’s really a surprise.

I am using Airtel prepaid card NO.[protected]. On july 14 2010 7:51 PM I received a SMS from Airtel Number 54321. RS. 15 deducted from my account but i never did that activation .but when i called custumer care, he said("aap ke no me jab ye activate huwa hai tho aap is ka labha uthoo ") .
