i made call to customer care regarding the complaint they told problem will be resolved with in 24 hours, i again made a call after the given time, but answer was the same, now i am making call to customer care my call is not been answered they might be given my call in black list, Sir i cannot change my service b'coz i am using since 9years the same number i am in a great difficulty plz resolve my problem
First she said the complaint will attended "now", then "immediately" and finally said "you will get a call by 6.30pm today".
AIRTEL has wrong processes and systems and instead of correcting them their officials push back the complaints back to customers who made the complaint.
This itself shows these are deliberate one and they do not want to resolve the complaints.
Even after 5 days of raising the complaint, Airtel is not rectifying the defects in their bill. Issue had been taken up even with Appellate Authority but no resolution till this day.
