'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
Please file a complaint against Airtel Bharti Ltd. (Mumbai Circle) and send
me the form for dragging them to Honourable Consumer Court.

I am unable to understand how the number was deactivated
without being informed. I had network problem even when I
was in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu circle. When I visited Airtel office
there I was told it was roaming issue. After I returned to Mumbai
I had network and even Blackberry service was available.

After calling the Airtel customer care I was told that the number
was registered in Some Mr Ashish's name. I had given copy
of passport and photo of mine to the dealer in Nerul. When I
contacted the dealer he informed me that he had given my documents
only to the person who comes to collect. The mistake was done by
Airtel only. I think there should be a balance of Rs 700-800 in that.
How can you just forfeit that for no fault of mine. Due to sudden
deactivation of the number and blackberry I have gone through very
difficult time since I had given this number to many for my work.
I request you to give a proper solution or I will have no other alternative
left than to go to consumer court. It is not just matter of some money.
Service providers can not just take us for a ride causing inconvenience
to the customers.

Now I have taken another number [protected] in pune in Vikram Venu's
name on 12th July and trying to activate Blackberry but not able to do so.
When called customer care am told that it is still not registered in his name
and I have to visit Airtel gallery for the same. What is happening in Airtel?
Most of the galleries are closed down and we have to go far in search of gallery
and even we visit no proper response from them.

    I am using Airtel prepaid card NO.[protected]. On july 14 2010 7:51 PM I received a SMS from Airtel Number 54321. RS. 15 deducted from my account but i never did that activation .but when i called custumer care, he said("aap ke no me jab ye activate huwa hai tho aap is ka labha uthoo ") .
    WHAT A SERVICE GIVEN BY AIRTEL!!!

    airtel prepaid of M P — Cut my account money

    Sir ,

    i m prashant jain from amarpatan Distic - Satna M P.

    i m customer of airtel prepaid compney.
    My problem is that

    1) Automatically Subcribed Gprs Facility of Internet and Cut my money 10/Rs Daily .
    2) Automatically Change my hello Tune and cut my money 20 Rs Two Times.

    Sir ,
    i m in a fix how i can finde my rightes or money .
    I have collected proper Reason and proof of in my favour and i can give any proof of my less of account.

    Please Give me some advise please.

    AIR TEL/prepaid — cheating

    my self hussain raza i purcased AIRTELL prepaid card the no.is[protected] i purcased this no.1&1/2 month before this card i purchased from THE MOBILE STORE andheri (E) i submite my all the document but after that my mobile NO.[protected] is not working is shows change sim when i meat the customer care excutive & said all my quiries to them he said you have to buy new sim cards this no.is concell i asked them why he do not have proper answer of that.?

    Airtel Prepaid Card Customer — Airtel is fooling their customers!

    Very sad to bring to your notice about Airtel fooling customers through fake promos. Airtel sends promo message which are not valid just fooling people, Sorry to say but the customer care is not having proper knowledge about the services which you offer tese shows you all have unprofessional & unknowledgeable staff, so request you to please train your people & stop sending your nonsense message which is not valid, I received several message about a new promo that recharge for Rs. 275 & you get validity for 6 months & Rs. 75 Talktime, believing on the same I went to the nearest distributor & recharged for Rs.275 , but the message what i received gave only 2 months validity.

    I am sorry to say but I have been facing lots of inconvenience from Airtel for my every Visit to Europe your network is having some or the other problem & i am unable to call back to any one just to carry your Sim of no use.

    Your customer care is not having any answer for the same.

    Sorry to say but I am planning to go ahead with some other service provider because of your fooling services to customer & will take the necessary action professionally.
    I am using Airtel prepaid card. On March 11 2008 9:00 PM I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543214.I just opened first SMS immediately 30 Rs deducted from my account .

    First SMS content is
    “Congratulations! You have subscribed to Background Music and Rs20 has been charged. Now talk to anyone with your favourite music in Background .Just dial 57775”

    Immediately I called customer care 121 and asked about this stupid thing, they said this service will be activated if we open the SMS. And to unsubscribe this service we have to call the same number from which the SMS sent. But it is not free call Airtel is charging 1.50 Rs per minute. I didn’t want to do it from my side .So I logged complaint. Two days on Mar13 around 5:05 PM the service has been deactivated after I called customer care and asked about it, though the money not been credited to my account. Again I called customer care (121) they logged complaint and it is expected to be solved on Mar 17th end of the day. But I was not convinced so I asked call centre executive for customer care email id. He given me the Airtel web site and asked me search, finally that call terminated by him.

    I am going to wait till Mar 17th.If it is not solved I want to take this issue legally. If any one knows how to approach the things further please tell me.

    Friends don’t open and SMS coming from 543214 or any similar number.

    Subject :- I have been mischarged with Rs 25 due to Airtel's fault.

    date of balance deduction 11th march at night
    before deduction of balance my actual balance was 374.14, of which I have mentioned to your customer care executive.

    Dear Airtel,
    I activated the mobile office service on the mentioned number, on the 10th of March 08. On the 10th of march when i wanted to deactivate my mobile office service (by dialing *444 *2#) before 12 am (11th of march) I could not do so because of weak server or some other fault of Airtel. The screen displayed “.........plz try after sometime”.(note that on 10th of march08 i already had been charged Rs. 25 For using the mobile office services). Then, when i called up the customer care department and complained to deactivate my mobile office service before 11th march. Customer care executive promised me an automatic deactivation within the next two hours, and Rs.25 would be refunded in case it doesn’t.

    On 11th march morning around 10am Airtel messaged me - “We apologize for the unfortunate turn of events. We would request you to dial *444 *2# (toll free) to deactivate GPRS daily decrement service).” Then i deactivated my mobile office service on 11th of March 10:30am.
    BUT Kindly note that i did not use mobile office on 11th march at all but still my Rs.25 was deducted from my balance.

    It has not been possible for me to directly talk to the customer care executive by dialing 121 and Airtel advised me to use the sms service for any complaints. I have messaged several times but they are not agreeing to refund my money.
    I know that you would know what exactly happened with my network and why i was mischarged without any fault of mine.

    I would hereby request a refund of Rs.25 and being an Airtel subscriber for more than the last 3yrs , I hope you would not break my trust.

    I am Mr. SAUMYA MAJUMDER a customer of AIRTEL service. My mobile no. is [protected]. I download a song for my hello tune by calling customer care on 18/March/2008. The customer care executive said that only Rs.15 will be deducted from my main account for download this song. But after some minute near about Rs.105 was deducted from my account & my main account balance will come Rs. -7.27. Then I call to customer care & talk with Miss POUSALI near about at 2:23pm. She told me that for some technical problem this Rupees was deducted. She took a complain against this & told that the Rs. 60 which was wrongly deducted will submitted in my main account within TWO hours. My complain no. was :[protected]. TWO hours gone but my rupees did not submit in my main account. Then I again call to customer care near about at 4:35pm. At that time another customer care executive said that for some technical problem the Rupees was not submit. It will be submit within 7:00pm. As same way 7:00pm was gone but my Rupees was not submitted in my account. Near about 7:15pm I again call to customer care
    & the customer care executive Mr. SUBHAJIT told me that I have to wait more TWO hours for my money. Is this a nasty game? i dont understand. Please take a step against AIRTEL Your co-oparetion is highly solisited.

    I have problem with gprs last one month.when connect to pc in gprs to my handset then show error 31 & also my 121 is barrad.

    Airtel Prepaid — Cheating the customers by providing less information

    Despite of bringing such facts of irregularity "Airtel" doesnt take any action.Nor does the customer service calls back with the progress of the case or how does it intend to resolve the issue.In cases where customers are lured / trapped for getting immediate recharge to seek the benifit of double talk time etc loose out the money alredy paid to the Airtel by means of promos during that specific duration. How pity, such organisations take the customers for a ride and they find several ways to avoid querries and usurp the customer pockets.

    Today I sent Rs.500/- to Dealer to recharge my cell no.[protected] at Ranchi.
    My balance showed Rs.643.00, after recharge I find the balance to be the same.
    When asked the dealer said that he recharged sent his mobile with sms showing -
    successful recharge, I fail to understand the whole situation.
    Please let me know the balance and what should I do to recharge get uninterrupted services.

    Airtel Prepaid — my balance of tht card is been shown negative

    callers tune r not required then also by their mistake we have to pay 30rs extra charge.although we talked to customer care to mr nitin bhai.so he should be responsible for tht such complain he didn't gave our balance 30/-rs back.complain was on 20th may 2008.i request u to stop calers tune from ourprepaid connection.our number [protected].and the last complain was to mr.sohail he was also irresponsible for us.
    On 8-6-08 i activated my mobile office on daily rental basis at around 10am Rs. 25 deducted the next time charge will be reduced at 8am next day i.e. 9-6-08, as told by CC. But at around 5am they have reduced the rental rs. 25. when i asked CC for this they say we don't have any data now, please call after 10hours.     Airtel/Prepaid — Cheating the customer/no response from customer care

    I am holding a prepaid connection and landline, my prepaid number is [protected] and my landline connection number a/c no 13627412. I have recharged my mobile on friday 13/06/2008 for Rs333/- used Rs 4/ and change and was travelling to Ooty for a important business trip. The balance showed zerro and incoming & out going calls have been barred. i immediately called customer care and raise a complaint. On action was taken. On monday I reached bangalore and again launched a complaint and i was told the money will be refunded by 3pm which didn't happen. I called the customer care and raised the complaint up to the manager level like a parrot they kept say we will be able to refund only. By 18/6/2008, but they agreed to they have encounter a technical problem but not will to refund the money. The manager with who i spoke was kumar who had disconnect the call again I called the customer care wherein Agent James called I am expressing my fustration no empathy and no concern at all. So what i conclued is that using Airtel is unsafe any you balance can vanaish for no reason and even if you raise complaint it will taken care.
    If my money is not credited by tomorrow I am going to sue Bharhi Airtel in the consumer court.
    I am claming compensation for the delay.

    300 sms card for 35 rupees — 300 sms not credited after successful charge

    I had charged card no[protected] on 10 jul and till date have not got the credot of the 300 sms to my cell no [protected].All complaints is dealt by a standard answer wait for 4 hrs ...software is being updated.

    2. Charged another card no[protected] on 21 jul and again same results.

    Is your service terminated ..if yes why are you selling the cards.

    Airtel(prepaid card) — Worst customer care and cheater company

    I am using this airtel prepaid card from 4 years.i have activated NOP(net on phone) service from 5-6 months.It costs Rs 2 per day.10 days ago they deducted 45 Rs.when i called them, they replied that they rightly deducted, as your MMS, AIRTELLIVE service activated.BUT i never activated that services as i am using NOP on my phone.The customercare lady was so arrogant and refused to deactivate that services.3 months before also they deduct 40+50=90Rs from my account unnecessarily.My dad also using airtel prepaid.He never activated halotunes yet, and airtel deducted 30+30=60Rs for two months.Now its too much.anybody getting same problem, please discus with me on [protected]@gmail.com.we can make a complaint against them.

    I am an Airtel pre-paid subscriber from Mumbai. Few days ago I got an SMS from Airtel that if I do an e-recharge of Rs258, I will get talktime of Rs300. It was mentioned that this offer is for limited period but didn't mention any date or time any where. But when I rechrged after 4 days with Rs258 e-recharge, I got talktime of Rs131. When I contacted customer care, I didn't get any convincing answer.
    I couldn't understand that even if you are not giving extra talktime, how could you cut Rs 127 from
    Rs258 when you are not giving extra-validity. This incident was really unfortunate. I have lost faith in airtel. If this complain of mine is not redressed in 15 days, I will change my service to Vodafone from 1st September. Therefore, kindly look into the matter and give me a logical response.

    Airtel Mobile Services — Airtel Charging Rentals for Services Not Subscribed

    Hi,

    Airtel customers beware! Airtel has come up with a rather sickening plan to fleece your balance through monthly rentals for value-added services like missed call alerts and news alerts.

    Airtel had sent me an offer saying if I send an SMS to a toll free number, I could try out the new service called missed call alerts for free for a week or so. I did so and thought it would've expired naturally after a week. Now they have deducted a monthly rental for the stupid alert without informing me in anyway that they are providing me the service. They are doing this cheating on all the stuff they introduce new. It's particularly harmful for prepaid subscribers as they cannot do anything about it other than call customer care, who assure you that you are taken off from the service but you would still get messages saying your money is gone.

    Airtel Postpaid — Shobby service

    Hi,

    I have been an airtel customer since long and though people used to complain about the service, I just realised how bad it is.

    1. My all online account details where scraped and i was told that its a policy if there is change in plan they do this. Now my plan was changed in march and they got this intelligent idea only in june after me visiting there outlet for almost 18 times and calling and mailing them innumerable times.
    One positive that they did waived off 690 rs which was due to wrong billing but i am still waiting for my transaction details which i had from my last account and i was promised will be sent on e-mail.

    2. After they restart my number there is again bill problem. I go to pay the bill at there outlet and since there system is not working and my phone not working too i ask them what to do. On there suggestion i pay 1000 with assurance that rest will be paid in next bill.
    I receive 2-3 call from there head office and even after explaining the same thing they disconnect my phone without any prior call. that was ridiculous.

    Now to reactiviate it I call them almost 8 times but havent yet got it reactiviated.

    And getting fed-up of this I m simply thinking of scraping off my card.

    Isnt that what a normal person would do after facing so many problems???

    I hope there are some sane people in airtel who realise that geting customers is easy but retaining them is tougher.

    Happy that MTN dint go to airtel. So many people would have suffered the samy shobby service.
    Airtel customer service is very poor. If you dial 121, only automated voice will respond. It will tell you to type 1, 2, 3 etc for language selection. after that it will ask you to type 198 for customer complaints, which will not provide you any help at all, for other queries it will ask to type the appropriate number!.How do any one knows what the appropriate number is?. One of the worst kind of service by Airtel.
    For migrating from my post-paid to pre-paid I had to wait for a whole week to get it activated. I have to run various places to get it done. Nobody, be it Airtel office, or retail outlets, or the Call Centers knows what is happening. Airtel is under utter chaos. Don't go by advts and get your fingers burnt.
    The best thing to do with mobile is hear FM, see video, take photos and never ringup to anyone!!!
    i have airtel friends prepaid connection, i have create group for 24 hour 10 ps calling on 14aug. night but i have been charged 1 Rs/min till today. airtel customer care says thereis no such group creatted on my no.but after dialing *110#, airtel shows group members and group password. so i cant understand where is problem exactly, and i cant able to break from group also.
    One of my friend also facing same problem, and airtel customer care unable to solve this though i have called many times.
    sabse aage niklne ki hode me airtel ne customer ko bhula diya hai, unki servise bahut ghatiya kism ki hai, ye log apni manmani se customer ke account mese paise kat lete hai, jinki koi sunvai nahi hoti, aitel ki galary me bhi customer ke sath galat vyavhar hota hai, ye log dada giri se pesh aate hai, humne airtel esliye chuna kyunki yah indian company hai, lekin es company ne mere sath dhokhe pe dhokha kiya, mene 15 complen di lekin koi sunwahi nahi, enhone mere A/c. se 1 month me 2 time hello tune ka subscribe kat liya, enhone meri 121 service 5 bar complen dene ke baad bhi chalu nahi ki, enki hello tune ki jagah airtel dhun bajti hai fir bhi ye log monthly Rs. 30 le lete hai, ye log etne ghatiya ho gaye hai ki customer ki taklif sunne ko enke pass time nahi hai.
    i am send a mgs to 170 for recharge information of rs. 197 recharge
    airtel reply mgs to get Rs. 50 other talktime and 1000 rs. airtel to airtel
    but when i recharge with 197 then i get only 1000 rs airtel to airtel
    talktime
    i call to customer care but he says this scheme is old
    in new scheme only 1000 rs A2A talktime available
    even i am sending a mgs today then airtel reply the same information without any change

    i thing airtel shut down this service instead of provides wrong information
    how can believe in other information service of airtel like customer care, retail outlet, dealer information.
    it all above are should be given wrong information

    In reference to above sim card no. my wife is holding this # I had bought the said card about 5 to 6 month back in June -08. On 2nd sep.08 she has received a call from Airtel that the said Mobile No. (91-[protected]) is not in the name of her though we had submitted all necessarry documents like Photo ID & Address Proof at the time of buying from the shop from where iwe had purchased. Since yesterday (02/09/08) I had called to your customer care 4 times for enquiring for what neccessarry procedure should I comply to register the said # on my wife"s name but no one has guide properely. As a best of my knowledge there may be a data entry error at your end of may be interchange between two sim numbers.

    Now you are requested to please register my complain & do the needfull as fast as possible.

    I regret to say that I am very upset by your customer care services though we five members of my family holding the Airtel prepaid cards.

    My airtel mobile bill comes around[protected] per month, so i decided to reduce my cost by change my airtel plan.( High value plan which includes high fixed rental and lowest call cost). so i contact one airtel executive in the name of Santhosh[protected]. He says one plan of ( fixed rental of 4000 and some special offers- Super value plan) so i purchase the sim card but now i check with airtel customer care they say there is no plan in the name of super value plan.

    So request you to send one airtel executive to my office we have 10 mobile numbers & 6 land line numbers in my office so we can change some new plans.

    also rewuest you to send some new plans to reduce my cost.

    i am giveing complaint last three months..still any remedy has not been given to me...my incoming calls in roaming have been stoped from three months..please help me out...my mobile no. is [protected]
    its a CHEAT company !...Fraud people !...Sunil Mittal is a fraud !
    my mobileNo. is [protected], post paid and occured some problem under live airtel .I have not used to this facility but bill is above faicility charged me Rs.500/-extra, please close it .
    one SMS received every day N0.6411011 called dada something please stoped them, and as soon as solve above problem.

    AirTel Prepaid Phone — Deduction of Rs.10 every six hours

    I get messages from AirTel every six hours that an amount or Rs.10/- has been deducted from my account. so far AirTel has deducted Rs.220/- from my account for no fault of mine. They say that Message from 6461010 "Thanks for using dada resub 10 service on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Rs.10". I have 22 such messages so far - god forbid I do not know what is this Dada resub is? I did complain to AirTel and they assured me that this problem will be solved by 30th October - but they did not take any action as of now. I even got a message of deduction about 5 minutes ago. What is my FAULT? Can anyone from AirTel get back to me and stop this nonsense once for all please.

    Airtel — to bar service messages

    I keep getting at least 10 to 15 service messages of all kind of nonsense which I am not interested in. I would like to these service messages barred from my mobile phone (No. [protected]).
    These messages are a nuisance because whenever I open my phone I have to first delete these messages and only then I can use my phone. I did not ask for these messages to be sent to me. And once my mistake I opened one message and AIR TEL deducted Rs. 150/- from my prepaid account. I am getting fed up of these messages. Please do something about it. Thank you

    Airtel Prepaid — Cheating Customers

    Hi,

    I had taken a prepaid connection with Life time validity. recently due to technical issues on Airtel( As per Customer Support executive), the validity of the SIM card had expired. When I gave the complaint, they told it will be resolved in 3 days. They had also taken my alternate phone number stating that they would update me on this. Its now 5th Day, the issue is not resolved. I had to call back the Customer support again, only to be told that it will be resolved in half a day..Even after period, there is no news. I had to call back again, now the customer support executive told me to approach the nearest Airtel outlet. I don't understand if I had to go to outlet centre, why didnt they tell me on first day and wasted 5 days. The issue is not yet resolved. The Customer support keep saying, " We are sorry for this inconvenience", DO they really mean it...I dont think so they understand the meaning of "Sorry". The Customer support executive was so rude that she kept me on hold every 2 min..When I insisted on speaking to her manager, she hung the phone and I am trying to contact the customer support, I am unable to get to speak to the customer support.

    Is there any law that can penalize Airtel for providing such a pathetic service and also wasting my time in calling them repeatedly. The amount I paid in getting life time validity and also the full talk time recharge I have done 1 day prior to getting disconnected is lost. Airtel has cheated me. Can you guide me to the right contacts to get justice

    Airtel — cheating customers - denying to refund money

    Hi,
    Im an airtel mobile holder. I faced so many issues with air tel services.
    TO be frank, airtel service i s the worst service than any other.

    problems I faced :
    I activated GPRS in my mobile and have put per day pack which charges Rs.20.
    I faced a lot of issues regarding the GPRS activation. Then they refunded Rs.20 since they are not able to resolve my issue.
    Then, later without my knowledge, so many packs have been activated. And the amount also got deducted.
    I spoke to them 4 a day, and finally I got my amount back.
    But unfortunately, the moment I got the money back, the amount was again deducted by the same which I mentioned above.
    The problem is "without my knowledge, the packs getting activated and amount has been deducted".
    Thank god, i didnt top up further, if i would have topped up then surely my amount around "800" would have deducted.
    Earlier they accepted that their fault it is, but now they are denying to pay me.
    They took five days to resolve this issue and denying to refund money.
    I never faced such issues with any other service.

    Nokia and Airtel — Cheating while calling

    I'm using Nokia 1650 handset and my network service provider is Airtel...since I am using this handset and service provider combination...I'm going through the problem of this kind...pls read the following ..

    Whenever I am making a call and disconnecting (even by presetting the end time of calling time) it at exactly 1:00 mintue or 2:00 min or 3:00 min whatever..the service provider(airtel) debiting one more Rupee above the limit. From next time onwards I disconnected the call at 0:58 sec or 1:58 or 2:58..
    even though they continued to debit one more rupee above the limit.

    For an enquiry over this malfunction I contacted the Customer Care Center (airtel) and They are telling that "Sir your calling time here in our database showing that you have talked 1 or 2 seconds more than the roundabout time..that is why you have been charged one more rupee extra or above the limit.hearing. This is the story they have been telling whenever I call the CCC when the same instance occur.

    I don't know whether this time problem lies with Nokia Hand set or with the service provider(airtel). Due to this I have lost a lot of money since I purchased this mobile on 16/03/2008.

    So I want a clarification from both side of the hand set maker and from the service provider(airtel). Please let me know how can I find a solution for this problem

    Airtel Prepaid Card — Money getting deducted for non subscribed SMS

    I am writing this mail in absolute frustration, where useless sms's like love tips, jokes, thought of the day …etc are sent to my prepaid mobile no - +91-[protected], even when I have not subscribed any of these services.

    Rs-3 is getting deducted per SMS.I have called Airetl customer care atleast 4 times in the last 24 hrs & always the money is reverted & a promise is made that this SMS service is discontinued. But again after 1-2 hrs I receive same service SMS & money gets deducted.

    I request Airetl to pls check into this & reconcile my account balance for the last 1 week & refund appropriate amount that was deducted for these service SMS's.

    Airtel Prepaid — New paid servce charged for all prepaid clients by default

    I am a subscriber to the Airtelprepaid mobile service. Starting yesetrday 15th August, they have started debiting all prepaid customers for their new sms service on health tips. This is totally uncalled for and done without the request and permission of the customers . When i contacted the customer service they informed that this paid service was activated by default for all without informing or getting the customers permision.I had the service stopped and amount reversed but millions of people who fail to notice will be charged for a service which they didnt opt for and their balance being debited automatically.
    This practice from company like Bharti to impose a paid service on unsuspecting customers and expecting them to revert back and only then stopping it is unfair and illegal. Would request the authorities concerned to take up the matter seriously and make sure this kind of illegal methods of profiteering is stopped and not repeated again.

    my wife was using an airtel prepaid connection a few months ago. from the second week of july she started getting messages from airtel customer stating that she had downloaded some games using airtel services. she was using a motorola phone which was bought straight from the company and it had games like criciket, sudoku and they came loaded along with the phone. she in two weeks almost three hundred rupees got deducted from her account. when complained airtel customer care just maintained that according to their data she has downloaded. repeated complaints to the customer care and even to the manager failed.
    we deleted all the proloaded games and our trouble didnt stop with that. messaged started coming saying" you have been charge rs.10 for using subscription services" or even rs. 5 was deducted saying that she has subscribed to something. as it is known to the world that "my today" was a so called free service by airtel she has also been using the services .
    she had to change her number as she was not able to talk to anyone. it was as if someone in airtel is waiting for her number to be recharged so that they can charge her for something and deduct right upto the currency in which she wont even be able to send a message.
    airtel cheats. it wants to suck the blood of hte customers. it may provide good network, but the service is far from good.
    and to top it all her connection to the airtel customer care was barred as she kept on calling them with complaints regarding the deduction. cheats!!!
    hi i just recharged our number [protected] for the std plan. recharge for 77 and get std calls at 50. after recharging i made an stdn call which lasted for 6 min and 26 sec. even if you calculate for 7 min it should come to only 3.50 but i was charged 10 plus. i have not subscribed for any othe plan. ive been reading complaints about airtel services. now iam beginning to doubt myself

    AirTel — continuous SMS and cost deduction

    I have given complaint through call centre regarding I receving SMS through that number 55381,64611007 and deducted the money contineously.I have also registered several time to your call centre still I am getting the same message deduction.
    I once again request to stop this particular message immediately after these mail and refund the amount what ever it is deducted in my account.

    Airtel is a real cheat. For the past two months, i have been getting messages from this CHEAP Airtel that... "You have been renewed for Bikinirichalert- 3day free subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re. 1."... I hadn't activated any such things. Now this has been happening since last more than two months, that means calculating Re.1 for 30/31 days, these people have charged me more than Rs. 60 in little more than two months.     I have been an airtel customer since the past 3 years and i have faced similar probs.
    Once Rs.99 were deducted from my account saying that i downloaded some game and the funny part was that i didn't even touch my phone when the customer care agent told me that I had downloaded the game which as a matter of fact I never recieved inspite of paying those 99 bucks for free.
    Its ridiculous how they charge prepaid customers for no reason at all.
    I am almost fed-up with Airtel and plan to change to vodafone or idea.

    This is ref to the prepaid no: [protected]. I have taken this connection on 6th December’09. From the very same day I am unable to receive any national SMS. I already talked several times with the Airtel Customer care, already lodged my first complain on 11th Dec’09, complain no:[protected], they informed me within 16th Nov the problem will be resolved and from their side they will inform me, but unfortunately I have not receive any call from their side, as a result on 17th evening once again I have a talk with them, that day they told me as per their record the problem was resolved, but as I inform them that the problem has not rectified yet once again they lodged a new complain and they will send the complain no, but I have not received any complain no from their side. Next day once again I called them then they provide me the second complain no:[protected] Dt: 19-12-09 and inform me with in 24 hrs the problem will be resolved, but unfortunately that was not happened, after called once again they told me within 22nd the problem will be resolved, the same story was continued. As a result I lodged my 3rd complain on 22 late evening, complain no:[protected], they inform me if this is not resolved within 24 hrs then definitely it will be resolved within 28th Dec’09. Yesterday evening I received a call from them and they told me to check the Message center no and once switch off and on the handset, I already done this activities before two times as suggested by your customer care executives, as a result the problem is not solve till now. I am not at all satisfied with the service.

    This AIRTEL is cheating prepaid customers a lot.. They took 20 ps per day for me for many days and I didnt got it noticed.. When I didnt used mobile for one week and saw the balance it got reduced.. When I contacted cust care, they spoke like stupids and told Add on is activated in your mobile. I never activated any such thing. when I asked to which number i have add on service, they are telling a number which is totally irrelevant.. None in my family/frns are using that no. then I dunno how add on service would be there for that no..       Sir my airtel tv customer Id is [protected],and i am not getting any channels from past 15 days ,i gave call to customer care so many times but no one has taken proper action also,they are not giving concerned person number also, their service towards customer is very bad and I am highly disappointed, also daily rentals are deducting from my account ,i am facing lot of problems from this Dth service so please help me regard this

      Airtel DTH Service — NO DTH SERVICE

      My ID No-[protected],Sir I have a problem in my dth service since 03 oct 09,i have complaints twice,complaint no. are 1171288,1174180,I also contact to my dealer but still the problem is not solved.Now tell me what should i do in such type of problem which is creating mental disturb.
      I have been Airtel customer for long time and i have given a request to activate movies now channel from my registered mobile. i have got a confirmation but no one has responded for two weeks, I have spoke to customer care executive on 25th march 2011 and after speaking to the customer care executive, all my channels are lost and it says installation error please contact customer care executive.

      when i contacted i was asked to wait for two days to solve the issue and they cut the call sudenly. i even tried calling the mobile no of service engineer [protected] but no one has responded.

      I took me three hours of my time to register a complaint and nonthig has been done, nothing has been done with installation, only after speaking customer care executive all these things has been happended and they were not responding.

      Airtel DTH — NO PROPER SERVICE

      I HAVE TAKEN AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION CLOSE TO 6 MONTHS NOW, ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE AND MONEY MINDED, PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS CONNECTION I RECOMMEND, I LOST MY SIGNAL FOR PAST 4 TO 5 DAYS NOW, AND I RAISED A COMPLAINT MORE THAN 20 30 TIME I CALLED BUT NO ONE CAME CAME TO SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I RAISED COMPLAINT.

      AIRTEL IS ONLY NAME SAKE BIG COMPANY, BUT VERY BAD SERVICE, THEY DONT VALUE THE CUSTOMER FEELINGS.

      I'M ONLY THINKING IF YOU COULD HELP ME IN THIS REGARD OR ITS A NAME SAKE COMPLAINT FORUM. IF POSSIBLE PLEASE MAIL ME OR CALL ME.

      Good luck if you choose to subscribe to any of Airtel's services/products. Mr Mittal and associates are not interested in hearing consumer complaints.

        My mobile no is [protected].I have registered my DO NOT DISTURB facility on 11.05.10 and the reference no. is S[protected].The customercare people said that this will be activated within 45 days.But it didn't.Then I have called again the call centre and they have given me the reference no[protected].But still I am receiving lots of SMS and promotional calls from the various sector.I am very much angry with this improffesional activity.

        Airtel Postpaid — Do Not Disturb (DND)

        Hi,

        I am using Airtel service from last 3 years with the number [protected].

        From the last 1 year i am getting lot of promotional SMS messages and call. From from the day one i am logging call with Airtel Dialing 121.

        Today also i have logged call Call ID:29490097

        Till date i haven't got any help

        The call logger will say he will call back and update the status and they never call back

        Airtel Postpaid Mobile — GPRS not opening in mobile

        Several time contact on121but unable to solve my problem,my mobile no is-[protected] and GPRS service not openinig on my mobile from three days.Please do needful

          I am having the Airtel landline with Broad band connection in Delhi number[protected].

          I am getting the bills in the range of 600 plus only with the plan of 555. This provides the 2GB of free usage for broadband.

          Since last 3-4 years, my usage of the internet has been in the range of 200-400MB only.

          For June 2010, Suddenly the bill of amount 2126 has been generated in my name.

          I talked to the customer care executive and they told that it is because of the internet usage. You can check the records the usage has never exceeded 200-400 MBs while I am having a 2GB free internet usage available.

          I see a major problem in this bill. I can not accept this bill and pay for the same.

          I had faced several other problems with Airtel like adding charges for some premium calls which we never used.

          Airtel has been indulged in the malpractices of inflating the bills using various ways.

          Please look into the issue.

          Airtel Broadband — Inflated bills

          I have been receiving inflated bills which seem to intentional on the part of the company. Some charges are added to the bill almost every month which once I complain to the company are waived off without much fuss. Only thing is it causes lot of inconvenience in contacting the company, explaining the discrepency and providing whole lot of information to get the corrections made. I am forced to keep records of bills received and payments made during previous months to be sure that I have all records to prove my claim which I would like to get rid off. The billing practice seem to be inethical to me.
          Hi,

          I Took the Airtel Broadband connection for [protected] . The Terms and condition was given to me as follows

          1. 3GB Downloadable from (8 AM to 10 PM) after 10 PM to 8 AM unlimited usage .
          2 He took my 5 Months rental in Advance .
          3.I have received my second bill, saying that i have to pay Rs 473 .00

          After complaint :

          1. Your customer care executive explained me 3 GB Data Transferable .
          2. When Modem is Switched ON . Download is countable .

          I have receive the amount Rs .473 is not to me . No one is useing the connection in day time . Un fortunately some time modem may swited on . because of that Download is counted . charge has been made against that .

          3 . Now my conncetion is not working during unlimited hours only works in day time .

          4 . i have made comliants many ...not responding in time .
          due to above reasons i am suffering a lot . kindly help me to get resolved this bill and internet related problem as eraly as possible .

                It has been very frustrating service by Airtel DTH. We recently relocated from Bangalore to Pune. We have called customer service several times within these 6 days to reinstall the Airtel DTH, but every time executives and supervisors from Airtel DTH gave excuses and assurances that the engineer will come and reinstall. Airtel DTH promises the service to be completed within 24 hrs after the call.
                We had very bad experience with them, we would suggest not to go with Airtel DTH to others, at least in Pune. We never thought that Airtel would do such kind of cheap services.

                I have written a mail to them regarding this issue but they never got back to me. Please refer the below mail.



                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am Dhananjay Dige, customer id: [protected] . We are recently relocated from Bangalore to Pune. We had uninstalled the Airtel DTH while coming to Pune, and wanted to reinstall Airtel DTH to my new address. We had balance of Rs. 324/- when we uninstalled. We have raised request to reinstall Airtel DTH. Yesterday, 09-Jul-2010 the engineer were supposed to come to my home, but he hasn’t come.
                Then we called Airtel DTH customer service around 5 times to get the engineer , but they kept on giving new SR No.’s and new timings.

                SR numbers are ,3245805, 3257097, 3262876, 3277745
                Also, the balance which was Rs.324/- while un-installation is now decreasing which ideally should not happen unless reinstallation is done.

                Feedback that I can give at this point of time is, the service was excellent in Bangalore and worst in Pune.

                Could you please look into it, we are waiting /expecting the engineer to come today for reinstallation.

                  I am a customer of Airtel DTH and i shifted my residence from one place to other place in vasundhara,Ghaziabad.I have given request to the customer care 4 to 5 times from last 7 to 8 days but still Installation is PENDING.

                  Installation pending since last three weeks in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai!!!
                  I took a new Airtel Digital TV connection from Audio-Visual Electronics, Vashi and was promised installation within 7-10 days. It has been now more than three weeks and there is no sign of any body to install the dish and receiver. I have been following up with the dealer who has directed me to Mr. Ledvin of Airtel who is in-charge of installations. Both Mr. Prakash Wadhwa (dealer) and Mr. Ledvin seem to be hand-in-gloves and I have been running pillar to post to try and get the installation done. As of 14/07/2010, I was promised positively and confirmed that installation would be done but to no avail.
                  Their constant excuse is that local cable operators are causing problems for installation and they need to come during late night to install to which also I have agreed. If they cannot install, let them tell so and give back my money for the activation kit.

I have opted "Airtel 149 Plan - AP", But, your people are charging 100 rupees more every month in my month bill, so, many times reminded to your local office, even though, every month charged Rs.100/- as 249 plan, why this happend in your compnay, are you cheating your customers? I need your clarficaton and revert back the money whatever you have charged against my account for the same.

                    I hope this query will resolved on top priority & pl check the bills for latest 18 months bills and update my account accordingly.

                      I have made a credit card payment of 23rd June, 2010 but still have not recieved the tv installation. i have made at least 13 calls to the airtel customer care, and have written to airtel at least 4 times...but still my problem remains unresolved. i am not getting any resolution or cooperation from airtel, and all my requests have been ignored.

                      You can see all my written complaints in the trail mail below, with all the required details. I request you to please look into the matter urgently and help me. I am very disappointed and harassed by airtel.

                      Refering my customer id : [protected], and despite writing to you 3 times
                      complaining about non-installation of a 2nd Digital TV connection under
                      Multi-connection scheme of AirTel, I hereby am complaining for the 4th time
                      that the installation has still not been done, where as I have made the
                      payment of Rs.1750/- via AirTel IVR through my ICICI Bank credit card on
                      23rd June, 2010, transaction id: 9447008.

                      1. Since 23rd June, I have called the AirTel digital TV helpline at least 12
                      times and everytime I have been told that someone will get back to me within
                      next 2 days. However, it has not happened.

                      2. I have spoken to many customer care people in Indore Customer Care,
                      namely Ms Harshali (floor supervisor), Mr. Dhiraj (floor supervisor), Mr.
                      Rahul (floor supervisor), Mr. Vikash Pujari (Senior Manager-customer care)
                      over the last 14 days, but none of them have been able to give me any
                      resolution as such.

                      3. On 26th June, I spoke to Ms. Harshali of Indore Cust Care, and she had
                      assured to revert back to me within 24 hrs, but no call came through out
                      27th June. AS a result, I had to call again on 28th June, and spoke to
                      Rahul.

                      4. I was told that my transaction id: 9447008 is not reflecting in their
                      system, and that I need to write to [protected]@airtel.in. When I told them
                      that I have already written a complaint on this mail id, I was told to wait
                      for their feedback for 2-3 days.

                      5. Following which I came in touch with Mr. Vikash Pujari - senior Manager -
                      Indore Customer Care, who spoke to me for over 45 minutes, and assured me
                      that my installation would be done within next 2 days, and that he would
                      also give me a call personally to verify the same.

                      6. After 2 days, I got a call from AirTel digital TV, saying that my
                      transaction ID has been traced, and that my installation would be done only
                      if I pay for 1 full year, since the 3 month package, as initially promised
                      to me, was not available with them. I protested saying that I would only
                      take the 3-month package, since while making a payment of Rs.1750/- I was
                      told I would be getting a 3-month package. The officer told me that they
                      cannot offer me a 3-month package and hence installation cannot be done.

                      7. On 2nd July, I again called up Indore Customer Care, and asked for Mr.
                      Vikash Pujari. But I was told by Mr. Vijendra, that Mr. Pujari is not
                      available in office, and also that he cannot help since again my transaction
                      id 9447008 is not visible, so I need to wait for another 2 days for
                      feedback.

                      8. On 3rd July, Mr. Vikash Pujari called me up from his personal desk number
                      ([protected]), and told me that he was not in office for last 2 days since
                      he was sick, and that he will ensure I would get the installation done
                      within next day i.e. 5th July. But I waited for the whole of 5th and 6th
                      July, again no installation was done.

                      9. On 6th July evening, I called up Mr. Vikash Pujari's desk number
                      ([protected]), when Mr. Jitendra picked up and said that he will contact
                      me in 30 mins and inform Mr. Pujari accordingly to give a feedback. However,
                      till now I have not received any call or feedback from anybody.

                      Let me tell you that I am very much offended and disappointed with this kind
                      of behaviour, service, response and this kind of callous and irresponsible
                      attitude towards resolving a problem, despite me calling up so many times. I
                      have been given assurances and promises, but none of them were met. I made a
                      payment of Rs.1750/- on 23.06.10 and today is 08.07.10, and after 15 days of
                      payment I still do not have the installation at my residence. The customer
                      care officers and Managers are way too much irresponsible, with no respect
                      of their commitments towards a consumer, and ignoring all my please and
                      requests.

                      I have recorded most of the phone conversations of Mr. Vikash Pujari and
                      other Customer Care officials, which I can furnish if & when required to
                      prove the case in front of the consumer forum authority. I am going to take
                      action against AirTel DTH, and file a legal complaint with the Consumer
                      Forum for such a harassment, waste of my time, and of fraud, when my
                      transaction id 9447008 is not getting reflected in AirTel's system.

                      Referring to my previous mail dated 26th June, 2010, I have still not got
                      any solution to my complaint.

                      On 23rd June I had made a payment for an AirTel DTH connection under my
                      existing customer id [protected]. I was told I would be getting the
                      connection installation within 3 days.

                      However, till today I have not received any installation. On 26th June, I
                      had spoken to Ms. Harshali of Indore customer care and I was assured of a
                      feedback by 27th June afternoon. But I did not get any feedback as promised.
                      This is an absolute violation of customer promise as made by your team.

                      Yesterday, on 28th June, I again spoke to the Indore customer care floor
                      supervisor and he confirmed to me that he is unable to see my payment of
                      Rs.1750/- (transaction id : 9447008) in his system, due to which it is not
                      reflecting at his end. I had applied it under the Multi connection scheme of
                      AirTel. I was shocked to hear this since for last 5 days nobody told me
                      this, and teh payment is not reflecting in your system despite me being
                      given a transaction id # 9447008, is totally unfounded and a bad example.

                      For your information, please find below the transaction detail as per my
                      ICICI Bank credit card statement dated 23.06.10 towards AirTel DTH.

                      Airtel — Neither got connection nor my deposit back

                      I have deposited Rs.1000 on 14th dec, 1009 to airtel executive for the connection of broadband internet.
                      At the time of taking money they didnt told me that there is no cable line in my area.
                      They took money and after a week when I got fedup of calling that person I told him to return my deposit.
                      The executive told that he will return.
                      but till now neither I got connection nor my deposited money is refunded.

                      Airtel DTH — No respect for time

                      Hi,

                      I ordered an AirTel DTH connection and the guys who install the set top box turned up 12 hrs after the promised time. I waited for them from 4 in the evening to 10 without getting out of my house and each time I called them up they said "Today sir, sure sir". I postponed all my commitments just for this but in vain.
                      I asked a couple of my friends and they told this is their (Aritel's) usual drill

                      When will these people learn to respect the time of Indian Customers!

                      Right now I am very unhappy with Airtel. I called two days back on 12150 from my Airtel mobile and said that I wanted to get Airtel Digital TV Multi - Room Connection for my other room. I was then transferred to another department and I made the payment through credit card over the phone. The person I spoke to mentioned that the installation would be done in 24 - 48 hrs. I was also given the confirmation number: 11260512. The installation is not yet done nor has anybody called me to setup an appointment. When I called Airtel Digital TV call center today, nobody was able to pull up any kind of information. I called three times and one of the person (I don't remember the name) was very rude as well. I disconnected and called back again and spoke to another lady who then transferred me to some higher team who took my complaint without even checking what I am talking about. I was supposed to get a callback from somebody regarding the complaint, but haven't got it. I am frustrated to the core with this as I have made a payment of Rs. 1750 and nobody is able to help me when I call.

                      Please look into this with priority and help me get the Airtel Digital TV Connection for my second TV.

                        I bought an Airtel Digital TV with 3 months south mega pack in dec 2009 . It was installed in our bed room and working fine . At the end of the 3 month period i re-charged my package for 1 year when Airtel offered a discount of 2 months sunscription free .Durig the period of June 2010 my Airtel box stopped working and my family informed me the same as i was travelling out of India . I came back and mafde a formal complaint with Airtel on 12th July . I was informed by the customer care executive that they will register a complaint for my box and replace it but my service had been de-activated as my account balance had gone negative due to my neo plus top-up. They informed me that i need to re-charge my account and make it positive for them to re-activate my service . I was shocked and amused by this . I tried to reach out several times on 12th july to their technical staff beyond the customer care Executive but ended up with frustration and statements like "Sorry we are looking into your problem" etc but no solution forthcoming till today morning(13th July). Finally they replaced my box around 07.30 PM in the evening but refused to re-activate my account stating that i need to raise a fresh request for the same

                        With no solution forthcoming from Airtel i lodged a seperate complaint again on today (13th july) to re-activate my account and waiting for that to happen by 06.00 PM .

                        I and unable to understand the logic of my entire service being disconnected because of my top-up expiring .I felt that it is illegal for Airtel to disconnect my entire service for which they have received one year fees in advance and would like to seek legal recourse through the consumer forum. Would also like to ensure that Airtel changes their system of disconnection so that no other DTH consumer suffers similar pain from Airtel .

                        May i seek you guidence on how can i go with this issue to the consumer forum and file my compliant against Airtel .

                          Hi,
                          I have been a fan of Airtel ever since I was young. I have been using it for 8 years at least.
                          Sorry to say, the recent events have made me their worst enemy.

                          This is in Gurgaon.... Delhi NCR.

                          First complaint was for the caller tune. I wanted to unsubscribe it. I caller the customer service. They told to call a toll free number and it will be unsubcribed. ( The number was neither toll free nor for unsubscribing). I called that number he gave many times only to get an option to subscribe.... and no valid option for unsubscribing. Each time, I was charged for the normal 6.99/ Min.

                          I called the Cus care back. they simply refused to believe what I was experiencing and assured me that I am lying. "Aise ho hi sakta" is their pet dialogue. After a lot of fighting ..... 30 minutes of hot firing..... he agreed that he will unsubnscribe it for me in 24 hours....


                          Lucky, I thought. But I never knew that the airtel has their customer service from the Saturn and so their 24 hours would strech to three months.

                          After numourous calls to the cus care, pleading, firing, fighting and begging, conferance call with the supervisers, and of course, the rental for the service each month, It got unsubscribed in 5 months.

                          I am very much satisfied with the services, must say i was satisfied.Yesterday some retailer did a recharge of 64 on my number by mistake...and my all plans got messed, i was using airtel frnds plan and now it got changed.called up customer care but no use no help provided only answer i am getting u have to use it for 1year.its better than i change the number and start using some other provider but i don't want that.please help me out to get my previous plan back...

I beg the company to discontinue these mal-practices and please discontinue these 'extras' whatsoever that is currently active on my no. which is, [protected].

                            i santhosh V J taken no from the Bharthi airtel phone no; [protected]. postpaid connection which i having facing lot problems like call drop, network error , call not connected. i given the compaint airtel In november-2009. which nobody address the compaint after 5-6 month which i losssed the 3-4 lacs business becauuse of that. issue is it pending. now i stopped the useing the no. but the airtel people asking money some monthly rental and service they have.

                              This is Ravindra P and I requested to cancel out my Airtel postpaid connection [protected] in the month of October, 2009. In the month of December 2009, I came to know some illegal ECS transaction from my credit card account to Airtel account and I called 3 to 4 times to inform regarding this. Always they used to give some wrong commitments. After informing also they generated bill on January 2010. February I called them and blasted regarding this. They took the complaint and till now I didn't get my money. They don't have any rights to block my money for such a long time. I really lost my patience after calling more than 20 times. Now also they are saying some cock and bull stories. They are really bad in handling Customer Relationship and they should learn a lot. In this respect others are better than Airtel.

                                Airtel — deactivation of biknibabes service

                                airtel has activated biknibabes subscription service (may be be they and their family members know it better, i do not know ) on my mobile no. [protected] from Airtel. i have have sent 30 sms to stop this but no reply.
                                so far Rs. 30have been deducted.

                                  I am using airtel since the month they launched the service in punjab..... neva had any issues except with the ailing gprs and so called edge( as airtel people call it)..... the download speed??? Horrible!! On average my xperia handset should provide me around 20 -26 KBps of download speed on EDGE......... I get not more than 5 or 6... why si that??? call up teh cux care and no resolution so far.......... and one more thing....... seems like airtel's not bringing 3g to punjab as per the spectru bidding results........... so do u plan to keep your customers on such slow and aged speeds??? i am sorry u gna loose customers if nothing is done about the issue........... hope this reaches the concerned department...

                                    Kind Attn: Airtel Digital TV customer care.

                                    After making online payment on 7th July 2010 through credit card and being promised an SLA of 48 hours Installation and activation.

                                    My Experience is that after more than 10 follow up calls, I had practically to beg for an installation which happened yesterday 11th July 2010 at 12 PM, was informed that activation would be done by 5 PM, as “Reason for New HD Airtel TV was with view of Football world cup”.

                                    Present status: Still Activation is not done and I am not able to view anything beyond pre formatted demo.

                                    Is there a timeframe when my activation is done or I would have to wait indefinitely and its sole description and mercy of Airtel Ditail TV?

                                    My decision for opting for HD has no meaning as you are not providing any HD channel beyond 12th (ESPN Sports), which I have missed despite making online payment on 7th July 2010.

                                    It’s hard for me to justify why I opted for HD when Airtel had failed to deliver, being a premium service. It’s not the matter for Money but ethics.
                                    Why I am paying for HD? When there is no channel provided by Airtel as of now.


                                    I am terribly upset with the service provided by Airtel digital TV.

                                    I need an explanation for my case and slippage for SLA, I am not looking for any apology.

                                    Please let me know the escalation process, as I would like to take it up to the highest level.

                                      I have been using Airtel DTH service since July 2009 cust id # [protected]. My set top box stopped working on 10.07.2010. I was not able to reach the cutomer care as no one was picking the line up. It was only the IVR one can listen to. On 11.07.2010 I registered a complain for which turn around time was 05:10 pm evening. An engineer was supposed to visit my place as per the tech support. When no one called me till 05:30pm I tried calling customer care. I called twice however as soon as I was identifying myself and giving them the complain # they were either releasing the call or saying that the systems are not working. The next day I registered a complain again, CCE apologized and said I would receive a call in 2 hrs and problem would be resolved the same day. To satisfy me he gave a phn#[protected] for Mr. Pawan whose team was supposed to work on my complain and align an engineer for visit. When I called this # Mr. Roop after listening the situation asked me to hold and swiftly disconnected the call. After which I was trying to call the # for next 2 hrs however no. was on buzy tone. In addition to a paralyzed tech support Airtel has also managed to train people to offend a customer to an extent which encourages him to either switch to other brand or take a legal action for his rights as their customer.
                                      The problem was resolved yesterday i.e. 28.08.2010. A small issue took around 50 days to get resolved wherein I was calling almost every alternate day to Airtel. Moreover they closed the complain several times without attending the issue.

                                        I recharged call cutter booster of 195 plan which i recieved in mobile showing 195 for 4 months offer valid till july 12th, i recharged on sunday 11/07/10 but the validity i got is only 3 months , it is mentioned that it will charge 50 paise for other mobiles and all other landline but it costs 55 paise/ min ,(few months back i recieved a messsage from airtel that all std calls for my mobile no will be charged 50 paise only and no charge for it, special offer for u, but now it costs 55 paise). why such problems occur frequently , i want it to be corrected as soon as possible. and i want the std offer back.........
