i'm an airtel customer for post paid for the past three years, i've paid my bills in time, until recently when i've shifted my home to jubilee hills, i'm unable to find a proper place to pay my bills, i've asked several collection executives to collect the money, they do so for one month and the next they move to other companies and again i've to call the customer centre to send me another executive. this takes a min. of two onths and again it goes into record that i'm defaulting. everytime some call centre people call me when i'm extremely busy and they keep wasting our time, asking for the confirmation of our billing address and so on all non-sense stuff...
so i made a request to the customer care to arrange for the collection executive, instead they've disconeected my connection and now they warn and the customer executive whom i spoke threatens that i better pay the amount or the connection be removed.
i'm shocked the way the airtel is working, besides i tried to browse the airtel's website and had tried to get in access with the centres nearby to my place, the website is not working properly( select your region in Reach airtel of Post paid)...
i only hope that they may rectify this problem and not pose me hurdles in my busy life.

Airtel / Prepaid Mobile Connection — Renewing Cricket News Subscription on its own and deducting money
I have an airtel prepaid connection [protected]. Some weeks earlier i started the WeeklyCricketPack, TestBasedService on this connection. It started at that time. After one week i got the message that "You have been renewed for (WeeklyCricketPack, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel STK. You have been charged Rs 10(From Number[protected].After that I compliained to the customer care and asked them to stop this service. They told me that a request has been made and the service will be discontinued from the next week. But again on 17th March 2009 I got the same message and the money deducted from my account. What is this ? Is this the way the company should work ?
