My name is Manisha Phadke and by mistake, having Airtel prepaid no [protected]. Airtel is cutting pockets of its own consumers who by mistake have shown trust in this company. In April 2010,I had placed a request at Airtel Relationship Center,Khatipura.Jaipur for converting my existing post paid connection into pre-paid one.

I am subscriber to Airtel Land Line phone No.[protected] but the instrument installed at my place is out of order since long. My complaint in this regard is not being addressed hence I am facing a lot of inconvenience. It is also causing monetary losses as calls are not materializing. So please look into the matter and take corrective measures by repairing/ replacing the instrument.

I have made several requests/complaints to deactivate DSL Usage Charges (Gaming Calls) since Feb, 2010. My initial complaint was to deactivate and deduct the last 3 months usage charges and the issue was rectified and I was promised to deactivate the charges.
