Kind Attn: AIRTEL DTH Complaints are not being attended, customers are being neglected,
Want the refund of money and compensation for making lose my peace of mind.
I am an existing customer , " Customer ID : [protected]" , am very sorry to say that I have done a big mistake by choosing AIRTEL DTH.
I recharged my A/C on 14/07/2010 to upgrade my existing DTH connection to HD. As on date 25/07/2010 the HD set-top box has not been installed.
I have called minimum 50 times to C.Care executives[protected]. Service is horrible. Very pathetic service.
Complaint number is 3374887, i have repeatedly called to c.care on dated[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] .
They say ur problem would be resolved today, tomorrow, within 24hrs etc. It’s been six days there is no response from technical persons and there is no action taken from airtel till date.
I am frustrated on Airtel DTH services and their irresponsibility and considering customers granted.
I want the refund my money in my A/C (Rs 2300/ )and remaining four months yearly subscription amount.
NOTE: I have already ordered Tata sky DTH. They have already installed the set-top box has been installed just within four hours.
Thus I have decided to lodge a consumer complaint against Airtel DTH service for making me lose my peace of mind. I want compensation for that.
I will surely post this on internet Facebook, DTH buying forums...f

dsl broadband — disconnection of services
pl refer to my complain no 22922532 today from my phone no [protected]. hence i request yourgoodselves to disconnect the dsl broadbend services immidiately. please send me the confiramation of the same aong with the usage bill amount till today onmy email and on my mobile no [protected] at your earliest .
