Since april 1st week i have been communicating with local airtel connect people, regarding the change of plan from 999 to postpaid. No action was taken on my request and now i receive number of calls to clear the dues, where i am asked to pay the full amount of Rs.999.

I am residing in Chennai and next to my home, Airtel have constructed their mobile tower with DG set. Whenever power cut happens, next moment DG set starting with heavy noise. When I complianed to Area manager, he is saying that he can't do anything. Could you please advice, what needs to be done to remove the tower from the residential areas....

Within 4 days STD facility was withdrawn as the outstanding bill crossed the credit limit i.e. even before making any STD calls.
