i had got my msg recharge,RC 80, done on 22 feb 2010.since then i hav made several complaints with no response from ur side.today on the 18th of march i tried to contact ur customer service again.on this occasion not because of d msgin recharge,but regardin d 300 rs worth of talktime i lost because o[censored]r FAILURE TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOLVE THE DAMN PROBLEM.i spent 3 hrs on phone ,half an hour talkin to ur customer service executives and rest 2.5 hrs waiting for your supervisor to pick up the phone.on 1 of d 6 calls i made,when i refused 2 let ur customer service executive 2 transfer 2 your supervisor,after arguing i let her make d transfer only wen she promised me that she would pick up the phone when d supervisor would fail to do so.OBVIOUSLY,my call wasnt answered,but the customer service executive picked up d fon..n assured for a call back.I was so happy to receive a call,but again shedared to put me on hold.I called up again n this time i refused to talk to the customer service executive,and asked him to transfer the phone directly, he ABUSED me ,a girl,and hung up.SINCE THEN MY CALLS HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED
UR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO INEFFICIENT,ILL MANNERED,UR SUPERVISOR INCAPABLE,I WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE ACTIONS..AND WOULD LIKE NO LESS THAN 600 RS OF TALKTIME.FOR THE INCONVINIENCE AND HARASSMENT CAUSED BY YOUR SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE.ITS A SMALL AMOUNT FOR YOU.BUT CERTAINLY NT FOR A COLLEGE-GOER LIKE ME.
P.S-I GOT ANOTHER RC 80 RECHARGE WHICH IS STILL NOT WORKING

AirTel — Mis-Behave of Customer Care Executive
My Name is Hoshang Sharma and I am using an airtel connection[protected] from last 2 years. I am preety happy with the services with the provided by airtel.But the incident which was happened last night is creating now a question in my mind that why Me and my friends will conntinue to use with airtel. Might be airtel have more than 10 Millions customers in INDIA and I am a very small part of it. But if the problem will continue Airtel may start losing their customers.
And I am that much of disturbed and dissatisfied that now I am thinking to open a web-site so that everybody can register their complaint because now I am realizing that you are not worrying about anything just because you have that much no. of customers.
yesterday evening My connection was de-activated and my services was bared. I wasn't aware that time that this was just because I had raised a service request to change my no. to prepaid. Your customer re-presentative suppose to inform me before deactivating my services. There was so many important calls which I was not able to attend just because of this deactivation.
This is not the case only. I wanted to speak with the postpaid helpline to activate my services so I called from a prepaid no. thrice to customer care for airtel. (The No. which I called from is[protected] First person who picked up my call gave me the no. for postpaid help line [protected] which was incorrect. I called again. The very next person who called me I didn't remember the names now. gave me another no. which was[protected] which is again incorrect, third time I was so dis-satisfied with the asistance.
I called third time and this my call was transfered to a senior person. But nobody was replying my questions. I said hello hello so many times. But I was only able to listen only some music and the conversation which was happening that time between the seniors. This is the way they handle to the customer.
No One was interested to solve my problem. One of them told me that please call us after 6.00 AM, It's our sleeping time.
as I remembered the name was Sunil and Rajendra.
When I called 4th time Rajendra told me that the correct no. is[protected]. and you need to call from a postpaid no. till the time I wasted good about 45 minutes. and I am so dis-satisfied with the services which has been provided by you.
Now I need justice.
I want all these 3 names to be taken care of and strickly action has to be taken.
I want the company name where airtel send their business to who are not deserve.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER WITH AIRTEL.
Reply me with the fax no. of airtel office and e-mail address for nodel officer and their seniors too.
I am waiting for your reply. If You will not take this e-mail seriously My next e-mail will go to TRAI and I will ask them that this is the way airtel is handelling their customers.
