I (Prem Rattan Ahuja Chief Manager)have been posted at Oriental Bank of Commerce Gomti nagar Lucknow as Branch Incumbent from Bathinda w.e.f. 11.01.2010, I took post paid connection. I gave PAN, Copy of Passport, Account statment of Bank account and Employer Identity Card. But my call was barred after 7 day due to negtive report of address verification(Which is of my colleage where I stayed. After some days I got my accomodation and applied for change of address. Instead of changing the address my out going call has been barred. I have already given my new Number to my clients([protected]). My new address is 3/228 Vikas Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow(proof of same has been already submitted to dealer. I also tried to contact Mauri [protected] but she did nothing to help.So get it verified and my connection be reactivated.
More Over I am existing customer of Airtel and using Two Numbers for the last 5 years these are [protected] and [protected].

    To whom it may concern.

    Hi,

    I really don't know whether this is going to help in anyway.

    This is regarding the Airtel Broadband connection. I have inquired regarding the Broadband connection to [protected] on 31st of January '10. As a followup they have sent two executives to my place to check the feasibility. They left saying there is some problem in the BOX so they need to speak to their manager. After 2days a guy(Karthik) from Airtel called up and told that he is going to come to my place to collect the documents and the amount for the connection. He came and took the money giving me a Receipt for the payment. Since then this guy has gone missing.

    Now, the Airtel people is telling they cannot do anything regarding this matter and they are not able to trace this guy. I have given them(Airtel) all the details for this Karthik including Mobile Number. But, they said they cannot traced the person as the number is switched off. But, to my belief, there is no chance that this person could be from other company other then Airtel itself.

    My Question is,
    1). Why do they recruit people if they cannot take down proper information at times of recruitment?
    2). Why they don't know who this person is and where is he from?

    Any help regarding what can be done would be highly appreciated.

      Subject:- Claim of refund deposit.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I have taken two new sim cards from our satara road office from Miss Sweta. She told me that you will get a bill of Rs.249/- for both the numbers [protected] & [protected] , but when I asked the helpline they told me, that it is for one number, so I reached to the airtel satara road office to Miss Sweta, here lied & said that she didn’t say any thing. On the spot I said to cancel both my numbers, then she said that u have to use atleast until first bill is generated. I went to her the same day when I received the bill, then se said you have to pay both the bill & u will receive the deposit of one thousant by cheque with in 40 to 45 days. But till date I have not received the cheque.
      So please return by one thousand rupees by cheque or cash immedietly.
      While disconnecting Miss Sweta to me that she will return my refund amount in cheque, there fore I have confirm her twice verbally.
      I don’t want my refund amount in recharge form.

      As per your telephonic conversation with Miss Sweta on 19th November 2009. She told me to send a mail Miss A.Chivate

      now when i went to the airtel office,they told me that Miss Sweta & Mr.Swapnil both left the job, they have taken your money & we cant do any thing.But my saing is that they both were employes of your organication. Bring both of them in front of me. Company says that this who people have given false commitment to me. But they were the employes of your company, so company have to suffer the loss why me. & why the company is giving the loss to the geniune customer

        Hi,
        airtel is a complete cheater b'coz it charges for the ringing time also in its pay per second plan. For example i[censored] call someone and he/she attend ur call after 30seconds of ring and you talk for 53 seconds then you will be charged for 30+53=83 seconds instead of 53 seconds.
        Please help it because this company is charging to its customers without even telling full plan details and lots of people are being cheated daily.
        Airtel is cheating its customers. It made customers to recharge with 64 to avail pay per second offer (1p/sec for AIRTEL and 1.2p/sec for other ) in kerala.
        Now AIRTEL reduced the call tariff of AIRTEL freedom plan (1p/sec for all local and std calls). Now also existing customers need to recharge with high amounts to get the new tariff. This is crazy.
        Being the largest telecom company AIRTEL should not do this.

          I was getting message that you have downloaded the games for Rs 99 , Rs 50 etc. I thought the msgs were spams and ignored initially. But after 3-4 days when I got the msg that I crossed my credit limit , I realized that these download messages were real. But as a precautionary measurement I called airtel on the same day and raised this issue and deactivated the airtel live ( which is in activated state by default). But I was still getting those download messages for 2 days even I deactivated airtlel live. I was automatically getting registered to some game downloading services game club etc.

          My outgoing calls were stopped as I refused to pay the bills until these download issues were not cleared. I had to wait till feb 14 to get my online bill generated.
          Now it is showing that I have downloaded games worth of Rs 620!!. I dont know how to use airtlel live neither I downloaded any games. !! Even my mobile may not support Java game. ( Not sure as Java is not supported in my mobile) They are simply saying that the bill shows that you have downloaded it.

          It was great inconvenience to me as messages were comming continuously for every 2-3 min. And no one cared for the solution even after 15 days. I had to raise the complain only after getting my online bill . Now they are saying wait 2 more days.

            Airtel Pre-paid Mobile Number: [protected]

            Cricket alerts have been automatically subscribed for this number and I keep receiving alerts from[protected] and I am being charged Rs. 5/- per day. I had sent unsubscribe SMS (UNSUB SPO) to 54321 as per their web-site and received a confirmation SMS that the alerts are de-activated. However, I still keep receiving the alerts which is very disturbing and also money gets deducted.
            I tried reaching out to customer care on 121/[protected], but did not find any option to talk to a customer representative, just some IVR messages.
            Also, wrote to customer care at [protected]@airtel.in but still no action has been taken.

            I request these alerts to be de-activated immediately and stop deducting money from the pre-paid account.

            Airtel — joke alerts

            [protected]i received a call from airtel and then on my no.jokes get alterts.then my balance also get reduced then i call to 121.then my service get deactived and i receive a call from same no.at that time my service get deactivate rather than that my balance get reduced.i already complained to 121 at more than 5 times i said that give me my complaint no, but no i ready to give me my complaint no, then i can email to airtel, but finally i get the complaint no.please replace me my balance my complaint no. is

            Airtel — Jokes alert

            My mobile number is [protected]. I recieve jokes from rediff in my airtel mobile (Kerala) for which i have not subscribed. I had spoke to customer care regarding this issue. Even though, everytime they told me it was rectified, i still get those jokes msgs and each time i get them i'm being charged Rs 1 per msg. Every day i recieve about 3-4 of them. Kindly help me in this matter. I was thinking of changing the connection when i came across this site. i hope it will be solved.

            Im a resident of vasai, would like to your notice the miseries Airtel customers are facing. We have an Airtel cust service office at Ambadi rd vasai which is not able to provide cust service as there are no pc. The place is worth having a look at. No computers just3 chairs and a long table.Any system related issue they done even take an initiative . they give u a no and ask u to call999 from a phone placed outside the off. Anther thing to add... now my mom and dad are Airtel users and suddenly some sort of jokes and cricket service is activated on their phone widout their knowledge and their charged 30 each . On calling cust service they say they are deactivating the service and will reimburse this amt again.. now the service is deactive bt the amt is not reimbursed... then we have to again call up then the do the needfull...then after another two days the service starts again... and again the same circle repeates.... this has happened almost 3 to 4 times now... this really is so irritating... can something be done abt this....and moreover when we visit these cust service off they dont listen to u but ask u to call that 999 no ..... where my resolution ... can your reputed reporters team work on piece of info and bring peace and solution to us.. plz reply.... hoping to see some investigation on this matter

            Here is an easy way to disable all the sneaky paid services that AirTel has automatically subscribed you to.

            Send a SMS saying “STOP” to 121.
            You will receive a reply acknowledging your request.
            Right after that, you should receive a list of services currently activated on your phone.
            If there are 1 or more services active on your phone, reply immediately to the message (send to 1210) “STOP” with the index number for the service you want to stop (see the example below).
            AirTel will ask you to confirm that you want to stop the service by replying with “1″.
            Reply with “1″ to stop the service (send to 1210).
            Repeat step 1 for the remaining services.
            You should get a message that no services are active on your phone.

            For example,

            Services active:

            1. AirTel Talkies (code number)

            2. Job tips

            3. Jokes

            Simply reply by sending “STOP 1″ to 1210 in order to disable “AirTel Talkies”, or “STOP 2″ to disable “Job Tips” and so on.
            I just disabled the cricket ads. But they came right back! This is ridiculous! Can someone please fix this asap???

            step 3) selct the option you want to stop in reply
            step 4)confirm with 1
            step 5)you will get a message that withing 4 hour you service will be stoped.

              My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. Without my consent/request I am being forcibly charged Rs. 30/- per month because I have been informed that I have become a member of Mitti Ke Rang. This is utter false. This must stop forthwith and the earlier charges given back to me by through addition of balance in my Mobile account. Since when Airtel has started these unfair trade practices? Can they be punished for this?

              Airtel Mobile — forced charges

              I hold an AIRTEL mobile number. Very often once a week Airtel charges me for unwanted and non requested services like ring tone and what not. I have called them several times ( It takes more than 2 hours to contact a customer service !!! sometimes the whole day) to leave me alone, but to no avail. After a month they do the same,

              Can you suggest me how to go about it to stop this rip off by Airtel. Are they allowed to force charge you for services which you have not asked for. Please suggest.

                CELL NO/ SIMCARD - [protected] WAS DELIVERD TO ME, BY YOUR CHANNEL PARTNER OF AIRTEL - HYDERABAD WHO IS LOOKING AFTER CORPORATE ACCOUNT OF STATE BANK OF PATIALA-HYDERABAD, AFTER COLLECTING NECESSARY APPLICATION AND FULFILLMENT OF KYC NORMS. HE HAS CHECKED THE APPLICATION AND IDENTITY PROOF ETC AND DELIVERED THE SIM CARD. I ALSO REQUESTED TO MENTION MY CORPORATE ACCOUNT CEEL NO [protected] ON THE APPLICATION FORM OF CELL NO [protected] FOR ADDITIONAL IDENTITY PARTICULARS. THEREAFTER I WAS USING THE CELL NO [protected] FOR INWARD CALLS.
                MY WIFE WAS IN APPOLA HOSPITAL AT JUBILLE HILLS HYDERABAD WITH THE CEEL SINCE MY BROTHERS SON WAS HOSPITALISED . TO MY SURPRISE I OBSERVED THAT MY CELL NO [protected] WAS BARRED BY AIRTEL DESPITE MY FULFILLING ALL THE KYC NORMS WHICH WERE CHECKED THAM.
                DUE TO BARRING OF THE SAID NO , THE COMMUNICATION COULD NOT BE DONE TO THE HOSPITAL SITE WHERE MY WIFE WITH THE SAID NO WAS PRESENT. THIS HAS CAUSED DAMAGE AND LOSS OF REPUTATION TO ME AT THAT CRITICAL JUNCTURE .
                THIS IS NOTHING BUT HARRASEMENT AND CAUSUNG DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER . UPON CALLING SH SATISH ,CHANNEL PARTNEL ,AIRTEL HYDERABAD ON 03.02.2010 HE ASSURED THAT THE NO WILL BE ACTIVATED WITH 12 HOROURS BUT SO FAR IT IS NOT RECTIFIED DESPITE MY PLEASE AND SMS MESSAGES TO HIM AT HIS NO [protected].
                KINDLY DIRECT THE COMPANY OFFICIALS NOT TO CAUSE SUCH DAMAGE AAND LOSS TO SUCH GENUINE CUSTOMERS WHOSE KYC WAS ALREADY ESTABLISDED AND EVEN AGAIN GIVEN ALL THE NECESSARY KYC DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY IF SIM CARD.                   I am forced to address this email to as I think Airetl customer service has been inefficeint to solve my complaint.I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for Wasting my time and giving me mental torture for the following matter.

                  Problem 1:I took a postpaid connection from Airtel by the number [protected] in jan 2007 and since then the name on my billing account is wrong.My connection is in the name of Miss Rakhi Jain but my name is Miss Priya Jain.I have called customer services several times in last 3 years but no one has resolved my problem.I have submitted proof of my identity at customer service center in Lajpat Nagar but still the issue is same.I am unable to show my Bill as address proof as it is in wrong name.Each time I call customer service advisors proactively escalates the call to supervisor who promises call back which never happens and always gives me refrence number which no one takes care of.Airtel customer service is Horrendous Appalling and Diabolical.I want this telephone account to be changed in my name without effecting my services at all.

                  Problem 2:I am on paper free billing for last 3 years.All of a sudeen without my permission Airtel decided to send me paper bills.I have to call every month and request to stop paper bills but the situation is same for last 6 months.I do not want paper bills at all. i have harrassed by the nodal officer as I have escalated the issue to them.

                  I have no faith on Airtel's credibility and intergrity. I have also now decided to file a complaint in the District Consumer Court against this after I approach the Telecom Regulatory Authority.

                    My mobile no is [protected] and i'm receiving an SMS from 54321 every day that costs me a rupee. I have never subscribed to this service. Please DEACTIVATE me from this service IMMEDIATELY. I don't want to be ripped off by a service that is of no use to me.

                    It had gotten worse now. I just received an SMS from 543216 that 30 rupees had been deducted for the renewal of Chat service. I had already sent two STOP SMSs to 121 to stop all services and i received a confirmation back.

                    THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T GO FOR AIRTEL EVER AGAIN.
                    Airtel customer support was kind enough and refunded the 30 rupees. Thanks a lot folks. I really appreciate it.

                    First of all, WHY and HOW this service gets automatically subscribed in my mobile without my consent. I didnt subscribed to any services. There should be at least a msg saying "customer, you have subscribed to **** service. And call *** to unsubscribe at any moment" etc. This calls and sms are coming even in the midnight. It is really irritating, annoying. The reason I stopped using vodafone and started using airtel is to get rid of annoying vodafone calls.

                    Now I guess, it is time to say good bye to airtel and switch to some other customer centric service provider. Thank GOD, MNP is activated in India...
                    YES! I AM ALSO GETTING THE SAME SMS FROM AT-54321 CHARGING ME 1 RUPEE PER MESSAGE. PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE THIS SMS, I DO NOT WANT IT.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I had taken the Airtel prepaid service in Mumbai in December 2009
                      Initially i had a balance of Rs 50 after the activation. I made a few calls and my balance was reduced to around 34. Then suddenly the next day my balance is reduced to Rs. 0
                      On inquiring i was told that all the amount was used up in GPRS transaction. I dont even know how to use GPRS. So i thought may be because i dont know i must have done something which might have used GPRS.
                      Then i recharged my phone with Rs 275. and soon with in 3 days my balance got reduced by Rs. 50-60.
                      I understood that its done because job alerts and some other alerts were activated.
                      I called up customer service they said that i have activated these alerts. I was told that these alerts might have been activated when the automatic calls from airtel comes and some button might have been pressed.
                      Then i was told if thats not happened what might have happened is they start the free trial service and after trial it continues and to stop it we have to send a message which i guess is total violation from the TRAI guidelines which states that unless The Consumer gives direct consent no value added service or any alerts should be activated.
                      I made a complaint and was told that i will be getting a call from their concerned department in 4 working days for the complaint i made with the complaint number [protected]
                      Then i called up to ask for the status after some days they refused to pay me back the money they stole from me.
                      Then i told them i do not wish to get any message from Airtel or any other company so they said they would activate the DND facility for me with the request number W[protected].
                      After this the service provider didnt send me any message.
                      My phone had been switched off for last 3 days.
                      Then when i start my phone today i got around 8 messages from Airtel with cricket updates.
                      I called up Airtel again about this and they said this might have happened by mistake and accepted their mistake and said they are returning the money they charged for this service.
                      In the evening again i got another cricket update and my balance was deducted again.
                      This time they said the balance is not deducted. I asked for information that when was the service activated and they first say on 16/2/2010 at 4AM
                      I asked him you believe that i got up at 4AM to activate this service he quickly corrects it by saying sorry its not AM but PM. But the question is how can i activate this service with my phone switched off.
                      To this he says i must have pressed some button when i got the automated call from Airtel.
                      Then i asked him to tell me if my DND service has been activated. To which he replied yes.

                      Now what i cant understand is
                      1. How can i get a call from Airtel when my phone i switched off.
                      2. Why i am getting calls and messages from Airtel as they claim that is how the service got activated when my DND is active
                      3. Why is TRAI guidelines being ignored so blatantly and these people having the guts to say that you wont get your money you want you can go to consumer court. (This was told to me when i was making a complaint for money being deducted for services which i didnt activate first time.)

                      Again he has give me a complaint number which is [protected] and i am very sure they will deny it from happening.

                      Seriously speaking i feel since the revenue per person has gone down this is the tactics they are using to extort money from us. I Hope some Airtel management sees this complaint and replies me with a solution

                      Also i would request everyone and anyone who has any information about where to make the complaint about the violation of DND and TRAI guidelines officially as i believe that by making an official complaint with the TRAI is the only way they can stop cheating clients who are supposed to be kings but treated like criminals and asked to pay for faults which they are responsible and not us.

                      Airtel — Activate DND without my consent

                      Sir, i am an airtel customer. My number is [protected]. I bought an airtel sim on january 2009. I called customer service for not getting any offer, but they are saying that you have activated DND service on 2007. For a newly started pack it is free from all service. By activating DND service they blocked my offers without my consent. For deactivating this i called several times and spent my precious time for this. At last i asked compensation from them for activating DND without my consent and spending lot of time with customer care. Please take action and ask them to compensate me Rs.1000. Thank you.

                      Airtel Prepaid — Activation of JOB Alerts without consent

                      VAS - Jobalerts was activated without my consent on my Airtel Prepaid Number - [protected]. The service has been bugging me for the last two daily moths without fail. You always somehow manage to send an sms while I am doing the only important work of the day.

                      Kindly Deactive the service. I am very content being jobless.

                      I have not opted for hello tune services but when i start my mobile after three days at 7.00am on 24-11-09 a message came from hello tunes saying thanku for subscribing hello tune service you have been charged Rs 30.                       I would just like to bring to your notice that if you have really gone through the complaint i made with all the description given by me there are atleast 3 reference numbers from where you can get my information from the Airtel Customer Service. The only thing is you willing to do so.

                      Secondly i guess this is the standard response given by Airtel Customer Service team as this is the same response give to all the complaints regarding airtel given in this site with none of them which i got through given any response about why the problem may have occurred.

                      And lastly we need to bring all our grievances at this public platform for the simple reason that your customer service is not actually of any customer service as all the information which they give are either rubbish or what all we already know. For ex I was told that the cricket alerts has been activated on the day my phone was actually switched off. On insisting to know why was i contacted for this service the response was may be some problem with the server which is another strange reason for which we are being charged when actually we should be given compensation for being disturbed while i am a registered DND client.

                      So i would like to request you to first give me some satisfactory reply here so that i should give you my other details (i dont understand why my address would be required as i dont think these alerts are concerned with my address. So i would also like to know the reason for your need of this information also)

AirTel is only interested in exploiting people, rather than giving them good service, their customer care executives are useless, they only give redundant or wrong information, put us on a never ending hold and never get back with a proper solution, just saying humme iske liye khed hai, we are sorry and what not. They were good when they were only into telecommunciation, but now after trying hands on everything, they are spoiling their name. And the funniest thing is after 31st May 2010. The customer care service on 121 will be chargable !!! how lame??? We need to pay to speak to your executives... Get a life

                      Airtel — Activation and Charging money for Alerts without my permission

                      I have called airtel customer care seven times and all seven didn't gave any solutions to Refund my money. For your kind information i did not activate the Alert option. It got activated by Airtel and they charged me for these alert without my permission. The details of Alerts activated by them and my money deducted them is as follows,

Here I briefly writing my complaint because, the Aitel company has 13 cores customers and I calculated that if they deduct money from each customer illegally 10 Rs. each, they can earn 130 cores yearly. I know that they earning by this way, on my fathers mobile they activated number of alert without their permission.                         it was showing NO NETWORK COVERAGE/SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED.I immediately contacted your customer care at Delhi.I had been informed

                        Accordingly I met Mr Salim of your Malviya nagar Delhi outlet on15.02.10.He could not solve the problem and informed the above said phone had been
                        permanently disconnected and only Kolkata office could solve the problem.I contacted Kolkata office on 15.02.10.But they could not solve the problem.
                        From 16.02.10 evening the phone was showing LIMITED SERVICE.May I know the reason for this permanent disconnection?My phone was a life time connection with a balance of Rs 70 .I had received SMS up to
                        24 dec 09 and I called my daughter at USA in the first week of January 2010.

                            Myself and my family uses the AIRTEL telecommunication service.(Six connections) since more than a year.
                            Three of them were provided with unexpected additional paid service. The facts were communicated to the customer complaint section. The unexpected loss of money was partly credited on the account.

                            My complaint is-

                            1) Why the company hits the unexpected service on the head of the customer?
                            2) Is it the responsibility of the customer to be vigillnt against such practice?
                            3) Why cant' be the attitude of such companies should be caring of customer rather than DOUBTFUL?
                            4) Why the company adjusts the loss only that - related to the LAST RECHARGE ?
                            5) Why the honourable people on the back end customer care service cuts my call without satisfactory explanation of doubts?
                            6) What is meaning of 'sufficient chance given' (paryapt moka) for getting the doubts cleared when I call the customer service without getting the satisfactory understanding about what has happened to my money?
                            7) Is it a TECHNOLOGICAL FAULT or DELEBERATE unacceptance of complaint call of a customer, as i placed the complaint after the experience the facts mentioned in my complaint NO.-5 as mentioned above..? I do not get access to the customer care executive after the DROPPED (CUT...?) CALLS IN THE MIDDLE of communication.

                            8) Why should I continue with their service?
                            The complaints are very valid.
                            I my self have faced these problem.

                            I have given a detailed information of all the malpractices done.
                            Infact what i had forgotten to mention is.
                            You can talk to the call center executive at the max 3 times and after then you cannot talk to the executives but have to be content with the automated computer recording and have to wait for a day to get a chance to talk to these so called executives again to get a resolution to your problem.

                              I have recd an intimation from 5919823 saying that i have recd MMS from[protected] and i should open internate browser and log on tohttp://125.21.241.88/mms with login[protected] and password provided . but inspite of putting all my efforts i could'nt ope the mms.

                              Airtel — regarding non receipt of MMS

                              My friend has send me as MMS on my mobile but i didnt recieve it and recieved a message that ''You have recieved a MMS but it can not delivered on your phone. Retrieve the MMS at http://125.21.241.88/mms. Use your number to login with given password ###### '' but when I logged on to this site it says invalid user name or password.

                              What should I do to see this MMS now? Please help.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I enrolled for Airtel IPTV Service on 04 Feb 2010 vide at my residence in Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi. The Triple play Service launched recently caters to Telephony, Broadband Internet and TV over a single line.

                                For the installation of service, I’ve paid Rs.1750/- as installation charge with a monthly pack of Rs.999 per month which includes unlimited broadband at 256kbps speed and a landline connection. This amount paid vide cheque dated 3/2/2010 to Bharti Airtel and the same has been encashed on 9/2/2010.

                                My experience so far has been VERY FRUSTATING, full of agony, mental torture and all my communication is affected which has deeply hurt my family, my aged parents and my profession/patients.

                                The service worked initially for 2 days only. Since my complaint on 06 Feb 2010, the service has not worked at all. Me and my father's repeated calls to Airtel service centers are either disconnected by CSRs or not logged at all. I am always told that either the Server is down or the Server is getting upgraded. I’ve been talking to Airtel technical contact Mr. Anand Agarwal ([protected] – system installer) almost daily (for last 8 days) to get the service working but everyday he tells me system upgrade is not over yet.

                                If the service was launched recently, I fail to understand the need for a server upgrade. Why has the service been commercial when the basic infrastructure is not ready to support the triple service.

                                As if this harassment was not enough, I’ve received my first bill (Bill No.[protected] dated 09 Feb 2010) for the amount of Rs.2072.43/-. Airtel has mischievously added Rs.1750/- again (the same amount I already paid for installation) in this bill alongwith applicable tax charges to hike the amount of bill. This is nothing but duping the customer and using false and cheating methods to extract the money out of the consumer. I will be filing a separate complaint for the same with TRAI to bring this issue in limelight as I won’t let Airtel take consumers for a ride by not providing the service and charging doubly.

                                My family members are deprived of their entertainment needs as the TV is down. My kids school assignments are affected as they cannot do their research on internet and they have to spend money on cyber cafes and a family member has to accompany them for the same which causes lot of inconvenience and has upset the family schedule. My profession is affected since I cannot contact my patients for their problems or after-care since last 10 days which is adding to my loss of income.

                                By subscribing to this Airtel service, I seem to have enrolled for agony, if nothing else.

                                I want Airtel to restore my service, confirm that the service will run uninterrupted as the whole communication gets affected with this service, refund me the installation amount and compensate me for the denial of services, false hope and false promises, non-functioning of Telephone, Broadband and TV and for the harassment, mental agony and loss of income it has caused to me, my aged parents, my kids and other family members.

                                Also, Airtel should be directed to put in a geographic redundant system so there are no further excuses like service upgrades the whole communication needs are affected by an untested system/service. Allowing such services on one pipe is catastrophic itself in nature and such services let Airtel monepolize and take the customer to ransom by not committing to restoration of services. No Telecommunication services should be allowed to run if the Operator cannot restore it in 2-3 hrs.

                                I've complaint on 8.3.2010 that our IPTV is not working properly but till date nothing is done by airtel. They send their people who just do some formal check ups and tell that it can't be done here, or some optical fgibre problem and go back. So please do take care of it .

                                i stay in North Delhi region of Delhi... We are having worst experience of IP TV installed at our place and it doesn't work most of the times and now it is not working at all since a week ...CCO has come to our place to rectify it but problem is still the same ... It is just 1-2 months we had it ... I find that it is waste paying 1800 for the installation and then every month as it doesn't work prperly at all... Our local cable operator's connection works better than this IPTV...

                                Airtel Broadband IPTV — Agony with Airtel customer care

                                I got airtel 2 IPTV connection installed in Dec 2010, since then I am undergoing a mental trauma. My Dec'10 phone bills were blown out of proportion. Even after making an initial payment for the Set Top Boxes(1750x2), the same was not reflected in my first bill and they added the amount to the bill. Later when I called the customer case I got a confirmation that I can reduce the amount and pay the bill. But my agony doesn't end here, next month's bill (Jan 2011) they added the late payment fee even though I made the payment well in time. Mid month my call services got blocked and even after raising multiple concerns, the customer care did not help me in reinstating my services. I am totally fed up of the services and got stuck up with a useless box here. To make any call I need to use my cell or my family needs needs to rely on local PCO.
                                My suggestion for any new subscriber is to think twice before opting for Airtel IPTV services.

                                For past one month there is f..king change in Airtel IPTV. When I purchased it six month back, I was happy as I was not seeing banner when channels are changed, now some f..king manager at top decided to copy TataSky or similar service and every time you switch channel it'll be jammed for next 20 seconds until that banner disappear. Some f..king s/w engineer did this development and some f..king tester cleared it. I'm f..king and waiting for banner to go away and can only change 3 channels in a minute now. I'm forced to see some f..king scary scene in front of my kid and some f..king love scene in front of mother as channel does not switch even if I change the channel. If they had shown me this feature first I would have never dropped TataSky. I talked with Customer care, some of the guys even came in but they say it is back-end problem and they cannot do anything. Airtel are you hearing it? if you really want to remain in business, get this fu.king mess resolved. Dont try to fool me talking to me or me as you can fix this problem from backend only. I'm going to sue you for the mental harassment you've given me in last one month.

                                  Dear all,

                                  This is to inform that I was availing Airtel facilities. Mr. Deepak called me and said that the amount was due and he will send someone to my office to collect Rs. 5381.00. The actual bill asked for is Rs. 5125.00, which included GPRS charges. On asking the bill details were mailed to me from "Sarabjit Singh Batra" <sgfs.[protected]@gmail.com> address. I was surprised as he asked for Rs. 5125 as it should have been Rs. 5381.00 as the due date was over. After discussion with Mr. Deepak, Collection Agency, 5 Phase Mohali it was found that in the month of Nov. 09 no GPRS was activated and no charges were included. In Dec, 09 and Jan, 10 suddenly GPRS charges were included for both the months. Mr. Deepak was unable to answer me whether My GPRS was activated, when and where? After discussion Mr. Deepak happily aggreed that Rs. 500 can be waived off as I have not switched on the GPRS facility. After I pressed that my GPRS service charges was Rs. 299 + 299 = Rs. 598 and the same should be waived off, he then aggreed. So he agreed that Rs. 4500 may be remitted to him. The amount (Rs. 4500) is handed over to Mr. Rajpal. I was surprised that is it a vegetable market where if you argue you can get a discount sometimes of Rs. 500 and sometimes Rs. 600. According to me the amount should be Rs. 4783.00. Earlier the same thing happened with me and they said the GPRS must be switched onn by chance and the amount was charged for one month. The question that arises is if there are so much discripancies with the bill, is it safe for the customers to take airtel connections.

                                      deactivate all 54321 services

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My number is [protected]. For the past few days i am experiencing that i have been charged for unwanted 54321 services. I have never subscribed any of the services. Whenever i stop any service, another services automatically gets activated. I feel like cheated. Please stop all this.
