I recharged via Net banking on 13-Jul 2022 for an amount of Rs 455, the amount was debited but the recharge was not successful. I got a message from Airtel stating a refund will be processed, but to date, I haven't got the refund.
Transaction date -13-Jul at 6.30 am

On 13th Jul, I made 2 transactions towards Airtel. One was @ 6.30am failed but amount debited, second @1.30pm which was successful.
First transaction amount is not credited.
I have been complaining Airtel team via call, escalated on facebook, and visited the store and via email, all the time they are saying the funds are held by HDFC, but my bank replied the funds were settled to Airtel.
Airtel team cheated by taking my money.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In all my life I have never seen such apathy on the part of any service provider. I faced the same issue a few weeks ago i.e. on 25th of April. And that time too the response from Airtel was extremely slow. That issue was finally resolved on 1st of May. Two such instances in a matter of 3 weeks and Airtel claims they are committed to prompt customer service?
