sim card not activated - mnp (prepaid)

Hi,

It has been more than 10 days since i have applied for portability from aircel to airtel. Breakdown of aircel was disappointing and i opted for airtel with a belief that it is a renowned telecom service provider and will definitely make my life easy.

As soon as i inserted the sim card i got the initial messages from "atdsa" on friday, 23rd march 2018 which said "your services have been set. Please restart...

balance deduction of rs. 25

GAMEZ4FUN service has been activated @ Rs25.0 for 5day(s).Txn ID S[protected], 07Apr18 03:52 on my airtel number. I don't know how this services got activated as No request was given be my side to start such service.
Please immediately STOP the services activated and kindly return the amount of rs. 25 which got deducted from my airtel balance.

unable to call toll free number starting with 000-800 through airtel

Hi, I have a Airtel postpaid sim. I was trying to dial 000 800 xxx xxxx that allows connecting to my company conference call. But I am not able to mak ethat call, its saying -" dialled number does not exist ". Contrastingly, my collegue too has a Airtel mobile. He has no problem connecting to the call.
Question: Is there any specific service for this? Please let me know how to resolve this issue....

wynk not working

I was using wynk app for last 2 months and had a yearly subscription. Suddenly it stopped playing or downloading songs which were not downloaded. I restarted my phone but the problem continued. I reinstalled it but now it won't even open. I have a wi-fi and airtel 4g mobile data. Please provide a solution aa i was loving the app and using it daily. I will eagerly wait for the reply and hope the issue gets resolved.

visiting charges charged by the technician

recharge done twice to airtel prepaid

Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 399 and had activated a pack for next 84 days.

Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 448 and pack for next 82 days.

I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done...

temporary suspension of outgoing facility

Despite repeated attempts at trouble shooting and even changing the sim i continue to be unable to make any outgoing calls from my number. Whenever i try to make a call i get the ivr tellingbme that outgoing facility on this number is temporarily suspended call 121 for more info.
Customer support executives seem clueless about why this is happening. My guess is that it is a glitch in one of their servers.
Clearly airtel needs...

regarding charging rs.15 as late fee

Hi,

Dth recharges are done as prepaid.
On prepaid recharge, why do airtel charge rs.15 as late fees?

My account got stopped due to insufficient balance on 12 am and i recharged the same account by 10 am today.
But still they have recovered rs.15 from my account.
And these amount recovered from our balance is also not being notified to the customer.
So, i would like to seek information...

But even after 2 weeks it didn't activated & recently came to know...

I am not able to transfer airtel wallet money to sbi savings account.

I've loaded cash in my airtel money wallet more than 50 hours ago from now. But now they don't allow me to transfer some amount to my savings account at state bank of india. Though their system says i have been completed kys details successfully. Even when i called customer care surprisingly they are speechless and avoid me. What kind of bank is this! double payment of bills

I was paying my bill of rs.335 from airtel mobile app. On first time of payment i didn't get an update so i did second time again. Airtel is now looting their postpaid customers by sending high bills.. I am on 499 unlimited plan for a month, where as they are giving unlimited paln for 399 for three months to their prepaid customers.. port request cancelled

I applied for porting request on my current operator which is airtel postpaid.
I wanted to port it with vodafone prepaid service. As per the process, i sent port requesting message as 'port ' to 1900. Then, port code is generated.
And, further procedure followed for the application of new operator.

Few days later, i got message from vodafone saying that 'your porting request has been rejected by your current operator...
