Hello team,

I wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. And this junction box is causing a lot inconvenience as i could not park my four wheeler in front of my house and more over because of this junction box many are keeping the garbage bags near this box which is creating a mess daily.

According to the internet plan which I am paying for the internet speed should be 200mpbs. But the the actual speed I am receiving is far below that, sometimes it goes as low as 5mpbs. I tried lodging complaint to through their app and email. Its been over a week and till now I have not even received a single response....

Complaint about: airtel mobile bill (1799 rs family plan);
Five numbers connected under it.
Airtel has charged isd calls in my mobile bill. No isd calls were made from my numbers but they had very well presented the charges with fraudulent call details. They have given details of the isd calls in itemized bill, but those all are fake as no such calls were made from my numbers. I have been extra charged for 3 isd call (3356 rs)....

I recently got a postpaid number [protected]. Once it got activated, I started getting a lot of calls from unknown people wanting to speak to some Sonawale. I kept saying wrong number and blocking the calls. Still I got calls from new numbers on daily basis. I send email to Airtel ([protected]@in.airtel.com) to cancel my number and also requested a refund of the initial amount for the same. They completely ignored that and did not respond. I tried...

I have added international package of 3999/- for Switzerland.
I have able to make and receive calls since last 5 days. But today all my incoming calls are failing.
I am able to make outgoing calls....

myself was the customer for airtel broadband and used the connection as prepaid customer and taken service and airtel was charged me as prepaid customer and now bill is generated for not using the connection and harrasiing me for bill payment in sence of telecalling genrated with any time sence and distrubing my personal life..

please take an action and give response
