      I have recharged my mobile number through Ibanking credit card app for Rs. 2999 on 23th may 2023 and received an SMS of succesfull transaction from ICICI bank. but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

      Recharged RS.2999 on mobile number ×××××41048 from ICICI Bank's mobile app on 23rd May, got the message of bank's recharge successful but recharge not done. I recharged again it was successful. When I complained about this in the bank, the reply came that both the transactions were successful. bank reply by mail - As per our record your credit card ending with XXX9008 your transaction has been settled on 2 times 1 2023-05-24 2023-05-23 CDNA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED - DB 2999 2 2023-05-24 2023-05-23 CDNA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED - DB 2999 We request you to kindly contact for your merchant help me

            I Dr Vinita Dwivedi, working as AGM in medical services in Aditya Birla group. I want to register complaints about my mobile number [protected] is that someone from your company share my call details and leak the data of my call details without my consent to unknown persons. I request you to do proper enquiry that who has done this and to whom he shares all confidential details of mine. I have filed few court cases so my call details are important, and this should not share with anyone. please give proper reply within three days otherwise i have to escalate matter to superior authorities.

              I purchased two sims from Mayur Vihar Phase 3 in 2010.
              1. 9650xxxx86 - in use (Stopped Working)
              2. 96502xxxxx - in use

              Since then I have been using a 9650xxxx86 sim, now suddenly the sim stopped working, I visited the Airtel Store to reissue the SIM card but they informed me that the sim is not registered in my name but in another person's name, and so they can't reissue the sim to me. I purchased this number after submitting my documents, but the sim has been registered in another person's name whom I don't know. This SIM is used everywhere and even for financial transactions also and it's not possible to purchase another sim card because it's linked everywhere. If I remember correctly then I had registered this SIM with Aadhar also, but I'm not sure. I need the same no as soon as possible, so please let me know how I can get this. Also, I don't know about the other person the sim is registered with.

              This no (9650xxxx86) number is linked with my Primary no: 75037xxxxx.

              This no is also linked with my Aadhar no.
              I have raised complaint to Appleat and Airtel Twitter, but no response from there.

                    Airtel pole have installed infront of my house without my permission.Now we are dismantling the building and starting new construction .It was very shocking that the pole was within my boundaries.so I request your team to take immediate action.

                          I am a long time customer of airtel company but the recharge money is wasted due to not good network in my area.

                              My email id ([protected]@gmail.com) is used many of Airtel numbers without getting any confirmation/my knowledge. 90% of the connections/customers are from Jammu & Kasmir. After repeated requests to [protected]@airtel.com, they sent me apologise mail, but the same issue continues. Also sending may Airtel customers postpaid bills.
                              Why Airtel is misusing my email id.? Why don't they ask confirmation of email from their customers?
                              Is Airtel's staff are uneducated? or they purposfully used this for helping some terrorists?
                              PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DELETE ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S EMAIL ID WHICH ARE LINKED WITH MY EMAIL ID BY YOUR STAFF.

                                  Unable to use my International roaming plan on my airtel number. I'm currently in Phillipines and my number is of India. Neither the calls are working nor the internet. For the past 3 days I'm contacting to customer service, applied each and every step they told but nothing solved the issue. I have paid 899 rupees and when I asked for my refund they were saying it's not possible. What a spam!

                                    The sim which i was using for a long time got damaged and i went to my nearest airtel store( ganapathi nagar, opp sathya stadium ). the sim ([protected]) belongs to father ( V. Thamilarasan ) who passed away in 2021. So i want to change the name to my self and also a new sim for that number. its almost 45 days over and my issues is not yet solved.

                                      I have done a prepaid unlimited recharge (INR 181 for 30 days) on 25th May 2023 for my mobile number (+91 [protected]) using Airtel thanks App, because my existing pack validity was expiring on same day, 25th May 2023. But my unlimited recharge is not reflected in my account and my outgoing is deactivated on 25th May 2023.
