I use Onlinesbi.com (SBI Site often). I have two connections - Airtel and Jio.
Via Jio I am able to connect to the site. If i try connecting thru Airtel Link, I get a connection time out message. I have tried various possibilities and convinced now that there is something wrong in the way Airtel Connection is configured. I haev been raising tickets with Airtel since April 2023 and each time the ticket is closed without resolving and except for one occasion, no one in Airtel seem to be taking any sort of action. I was adviced by 121 (Telephone based customer support of airtel) to write to [protected]@airtel.com and I did that also. I just get mails saying the issue is being resolved. Today is July 3 and the problem still remains and several calls to 121 and to even the local engineer (Pandiayrajan or Karthik) or the zonal head (Mr.Vijay) - has not earned enough attention. I am really frustrated with Airtel for their callous approach towards customer service.

Summary: Help me use www.onlinesbi.com via my Airtel Connection.
No engineer has even tried to check what is the issue.

EVen after many calls no action has been taken. No one has bothered to even visit our home to check.

TOday is July 6 and still no action has been taken. Is this portal effective? Airtel is totally blind to customer issues.

I dont know if this message gets any attention at all. Problem remains even after several months and I have raised it with airtel several times still no use. I submitted my issue in this forum and here also I find the same poor response or no response

    Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard. I cannot park my Four wheeler in front of house.
    It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest.

      I recharged with an amount of Rs 1799/- on 1 Jul 2022, at around 5:30 PM. The plan validity was for 365 days. That is, it should expire on 1 Jul 2023.

      But Airtel keeps sending me a message that my plan expires on 30 Jun 2023.

      When confronted, they say that I am in anguish and again reply with the same message that "your plan expires on 30 Jun 2023".

      I know it's only 1 day or even a few hours difference, but if you let the companies do whatever they want we as consumers will suffer a lot in the future.

          I have DTH Connection at my home, which is prepaid. On 25th June inspite having recharged for 300 Rs, the connection got disconnected within one day and the balance went down to Negative. Currently my balance is -1, 500
          I haven't subscribed for any extra services (broadband, xstrem etc) nor Im using Postpaid.

            I have recharged successfully but not got the benefit on 23rd june so did it today ( 28th ) as well and got the benefit now . My kind request is that I should get my 23 rd june recharge money of Rs 181 back as early as possible .Thanks .

                I have call with airtel customer care and their supervisor, they are not taking complaints about the store which is present in 504208 and below address.

                Problem : Change of SIM costing 50/- as per the airtel customer care and the terms of AIRTEL, but these store is charging 150/- and talking very badly with the customer. This is my second time i am experiencing the such issue with this store and no action has been taken till now by the airtel.

                  a week before i lost my secondary sim ([protected]).. i went to nearby store location (link added) on 3.00pm, 22nd june 2023 named KT Communication run by Sathyan in SH 102 Uthamapalayam, Theni District 625533

                  The store workers demanded 150rs for sim lost procedure to deliver a duplicate sim. i conatcted airtel customer care 198 from there itself and the airtel customer care person told me that the charges are upto 100rs only and told me to get a bill for any additional charges that the fixed charges. . then i demanded bill for the said amount 200rs, the store worker refused. Then the store worker put Mr. sathyan on phone call and i spoke and demanded receipt for the sim lost charges .he also denied and refused to give the bill and he added that if i want the bill, i shall go out and buy duplicate sim wherever. he told that the service is available in that store only without bill and that is the store's usual procedure...
                  He spokes in a very rude way.. not even he knows how to deal with a customer.
                  Take action against the distributor and the duplicate sim charges must be as same fixed by the airtel charges.

                    Due to poor network coverage of Airtel, I want to port my number to other networks but got message like UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                      Due to poor network coverage of Airtel, I decided to move on other service provider. I send message to 1900 to port my Airtel number and get a message “UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”so I call Airtel customer care they never respond.

                          I'm staying at Kalyan, my mother is staying at bhyander and is a Cancer Patient, since the Airtel prepaid got corrupted, i visited the Airtel gallery at bhyander to change the sim card from my father's name Kenneth Peterson [protected] to my name Ronnet Peterson, all documents were given and i was told by your representative that i should be present at home at shahad Kalyan on Saturday 24/06/23 for verification, i had to leave my mother who is a Cancer patient, but today is 26 and still nobody is come for verification, tried calling your representative but no response from him, this is how Airtel is giving service. I will be going back to Bhyander tomorrow 27/06/23 as i cannot leave my mother alone at home.

                              I have recharged for Rs. 239 for my airtel no.[protected] through google pay (transaction ID:[protected] on 11 june 2023 for which the amount was debited from my bank account but did not reflect in my airtel account. I have requested for refund the same day and promised to recieve it in the next 10 days. But as on 25 june 2023 i still haven't recieved my refund.
                              Please resolve this issue.

                                    I recharged [protected] with Rs. 179 from GPay with UPI ID [protected]@okaxis at 9th June 2023, 9:03 am and order no. for this is[protected] after deduct money.
                                    Same day at 10:02 am I get message from Airtel that Payment of Rs. 179 has failed for mobile No. [protected]. Any amount if debited will be refunded to your source account with in a day, till today its not refunded and order ID[protected] for reference. Please Check it and clear the issue.

                                      I am trying to get UPC code via sending a message on 1900 for my Airtel prepaid mobile number:[protected], and getting message from 1901 is "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.                                       Kindly help to get UPC code to port out from the pathetic service of Airtel.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Good day...

                                        I wasn't able to use my modem for the last 5 days. About that issue I already raised the ticket through airtel thanks app and so many times called to the customer care center .

                                        Every time i call to Customer support person told our backend team will call to you and resolve my issue

                                        But your side still didn't receive any call from the backend team and did not resolve my issue .

                                        I wasn't able to do my work due to an internet issue .
                                        My issue ticket ID: [protected]

                                        Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible with immediate effect.

                                        If not my annual rental amount I was paid four days back : 3600 inr return back to my original payment .

                                        I was more than 15 years of customer in airtel, but now more suffer through airtel xtream fiber customer support is ZERO
