I am not able to transfer airtel wallet money to sbi savings account.

I've loaded cash in my airtel money wallet more than 50 hours ago from now. But now they don't allow me to transfer some amount to my savings account at state bank of india. Though their system says i have been completed kys details successfully. Even when i called customer care surprisingly they are speechless and avoid me. What kind of bank is this! They did not inform me before all this they could do. Rather they somehow force me to recharge...

double payment of bills

I was paying my bill of rs.335 from airtel mobile app. On first time of payment i didn't get an update so i did second time again. After that i got a message of amount being deducted twice from my cbi account... Please refund my excess account. I haven't recieved any update from airtel side regarding my payment. high postpaid bill

Airtel is now looting their postpaid customers by sending high bills.. I am on 499 unlimited plan for a month, where as they are giving unlimited paln for 399 for three months to their prepaid customers.. Don't understand this policy of airtel, 1st they push u to go for postpaid connection saying it has more benefits n later on they send high monthly bills... no network coverage at pampa

I write this complaint to inform you that customers don't get network coverage at Pampa, (sabarimala) during the off-season. Even though there is mobile tower the mobile company deliberately cutting the network. During the Sabarimala off-season thousands of pilgrimage uses the airtel network for there communication....

We have connection - circuit id - 9078919, for our company. We sent a request on 9th of feb for shifting the lease line in the same building same floor just to a different room. network problem in mathura refinery nagar and mathura refinery

I've been in mathura since 2016. We are facing terrible network problem in aurangabad area specifically in mathura refinery township where we reside has got so much problem that we lose the full signal when we move from one room to another in the same house. port request cancelled

I applied for porting request on my current operator which is airtel postpaid.
I wanted to port it with vodafone prepaid service. As per the process, i sent port requesting message as 'port ' to 1900. Then, port code is generated.
And, further procedure followed for the application of new operator.

Few days later, i got message from vodafone saying that 'your porting request has been rejected by your current operator...

airtel 4g sim stopped working suddenly

Suddenly on 3rd feb, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

making an outgoing call shows invalid number

fake registration for airtel payments bank without consent. fake registration for gst india

outgoing calls barred in saudi arabia

I am in saudi arabia and i can receive all incoming calls but i am not able to make any outgoing calls. I have activated an international roaming pack of rs 3996 for 30 days. The pack includes a talk time of 500 minutes but i am unable to get any. Whenever i dial a number first a notification pops "airtel:outgoing calls barred" my mobile no. Is [protected]

international roaming data pack balance

Am looking for option everywhere and trying to connect airtel customer service so many time to know what is my data balance in international roaming... I don't knw how much i have used... And once my data pack is finished my main balance start going... I have loast so much because of this... Airtel don't send any sms or mail that data pack is over... my amount deducted from my account

I did online recharge for my no. [protected] for rs. 120/- talk time of rs.98.90/-, after accepting all the information of debit card of my canara bank, & the transaction process of otp also, the transaction failed with error message, but the amount was deducted from account, the amount is not reflected in to my airtel account, put back the amount into my bank a/c or else to airtel ac. wrong information provided and misguided customer

I visited airtel store in itpl asking to change my postpaid plan to prepaid, submitted my documents and they promised me its done. Now after a week i got to know that its not processed yet. Fake promises will result in loosing customers. Change my connection to prepaid asap. Airtel experience is worst experience.
