Data and network service provided under Airtel sim. Now it comes to this end that I will have to port my sim to JIO for better network. The internet is so poor that it stops working during rain and normally it is slow that I am not able to open any site because of the poor quality.

      1) I was committed Netflix free with Xstream plan Rs699/-
      2) I was committed land-line free but during installation it was found to be only the connection and not the set.
      When I callled the concerned salesman (Name:-Sreetam Phone no:-[protected]) the salesman said he had committed none and asked for recording of the call.
      I have worked in Sales profession for more than 23 years with the world's largest food company and had a better understanding about integrity of a Sales Person.
      I tried to complain to his line manager but he simply cut the connection.

        I'm a user of Airtel FastTags which I purchased in Dec 2019 for two vehicles. One of these Tags on my vehicle no. UP42S5926 was not functioning properly and causing delay at Toll Plazzas. I talked to the Airtel helpline no [protected] regarding this for re issue but they suggested that I may apply for a new one. As per their instructions, I removed the Tag, cut it into two pieces and sent the pic to their customer care portal [protected]@airtel.com for further action on 30 June 2023. I was informed that a confirmation call will be made. Subsequently, few calls, all labelled as Spam were there in my call log! I was not able to respond as all the calls were made from spam numbers. I sent emails regarding this explaining the issue and repeatedly called to the helpline no. Till date my FastTag has not been deactivated and I'm unable to move on National and State Highways in absence of FastTag!
        As a premier telecom service provider, they are unable to connect me for a simple verification! The same can be done through email verification also! Sometimes the private enterprises function worse than the gov organizations!

        No words/actions regarding my FastTag deactivation from Air Tel Payments Bank. Even today on 11 July 2023, I called on their helpline for the redressal of my problem but got the same response : we are looking into the matter, you will get the required response in two working days ! My FastTag is still active.

            I’ve ordered a mesh pod almost a month ago. Haven’t received any call or update regarding the same, inspite of repeated calls, emails and online chats. This is completely unacceptable.

              My compliant was raised on 3rd or 4th Jul 2023, but I have not heard from the service engineer or customer. I have been experiencing this problem for the past four months, but they aren't ready to resolve it.
              I had already discussed with Mrs.Niketha and Mr.Israhia for 2nd Level escalation/Supervisor but the problem wasn't resolved.
              My work has been interrupted for the past few months due to insufficient/inability broadband/poor connectivity, but you had provided me with the workarounds whenever I raised tickets.
              While you promised a permanent solution, you only provided a workaround.
              This month I was depressed by my passions and mentally distraught so I couldn't pay the broadband bill.

The installation of DP is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction I cannot park my Four wheeler in front of house. It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest.

                  Airtel claims that for Black users they have dedicated relationship team. They provide priority resolution. However they do not create service request in 4 hours itself. Their xtreme box stop working in every few days.
                  Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Its more then 30 hours and still no service. No help.

                    I am Ranjit Kumar. I have been a customer of airtel since 2015. My personal number +[protected] was deactivated recently.
                    After reaching out to the nearest airtel store, they are telling us that your number is not registered with airtel and we can't do anything about it.

                    I have all my bank accounts, Aadhar card and Pan Card attached to the same number. The number is very important to me.
                    I am attaching you the Screenshot of the last recharge that I made and my SIM card that I am using.
                    It has been less than 90 days since I last recharged (24 April 2023) my number. Still, they have disconnected my airtel account.

                    Hope you understand my situation. Please do the needful and reactivate my account as soon as possible.

                        Postpaid International Roaming False Billing

                        I had opted for a One Day International Roaming pack on my postpaid (account no.[protected] which was activated on 28th May.
                        However in my bill for May and June I have been billed multiple times for the "one day" pack which was supposed to be valid only for 24 hours.
                        I had opted for Rs. 649 pack however my bill is for 5772Rs.
                        My phone was switched off most of the duration of my stay and there was no usage made...

                          Postpaid International Roaming

                          Airtel has an International Roaming pack with validity of one day (Rs. 649). I had purchased the same as I needed the service only for 24 hours after landing in a foreign location.
                          I received a bill where the same has been charged to me multiple times even though I had never requested for it. The total bill amount is 5772Rs. The phone was switched off and there was no usage in roaming from my end.

                          The sim suddenly stopped connecting to network during my stay in Finland though I had a valid roaming service for a year.Upon following up through multiple channels it was deduced that only way was to re-issue a sim. The whatsapp consumer executive laid out the documents required and NOC and asked us to visit nearest Airtel Branch by my chosen blood relative as I am Abroad. My father visited the Tata Benz Branch, Berhampur, Odisha; where the manager again asked my father to send the documents via email rather than hard copy. I again sent the required documents via email there was no response. Again my father had to visit the branch to persuade the Almighty Manager Mr Ashish Jena to look at his email and reply which again delayed the process. Also the behaviour by the Manager trying avoiding to meet my father or hear any concerns via email. After much time delay of weeks the Physical sim was handed over but was not activated. Upon reaching out the Manager is asking for my video snapshot which was not intimated to me earlier. I asked for any official document where the criteria is mentioned but he did not give any. I asked the contact of escalation manager did not receive any. I am a cybersecurity professional and I am concerned about misuse of data by storing my video snapshot.Consumers are not random fools.I had provided all other necessary documents.The Manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever interacted which makes me wonder how is the hiring Criteria when the person has no basic communication skill nor any ability to write a professional email.There is no sense o[censored]rgency to my case no reply or follow up to my mails, my father being harassed time and again.I am unable to carry out my submission of forms to GOI as my Aadhar is linked to this number.I hope this is resolved soon.If required I can share the email thread as well.

                            I want to port my number to another cellular network provider, when i am trying to generate porting code I am getting below message
                            "UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider." contacted customer care many time none of them are able to provide any resolution. this is extremely disappointing and frustrating for me as those executives dont know how to resolve my complain, airtel is unable to resolve my issue what a shame for company.
                            All the want to get my UPC code generated so that I can port out.

                              I am an NRI, USA citizen with OCI card. Few month back I added a prepaid mobile phone number from Mumbai airport. Now I am in USA, and trying to recharge it to keep this number as I need this number for UPI banking. UPI banking is only possible using Indian Mobile phone number currently.

                              But I am unable to recharge the Airtel prepaid mobile number using my ICICI NRO debit card. It is asking me to use UPI method. But I do not have UPI facility on my ICICI NRO account. Right now I am kind of like egg and chicken issue as I am unable to resolve this. Please let me know how to fix this.

                                I am NRI with OCI card and citizen o[censored]SA. I have taken a prepaid number few month back so that I can one day link it with UPI using my ICICI NRO account for UPI banking.

                                Currently, I need to recharge this number to activate UPI on ICICI NRO account.

                                So I tried to recharge it online using ICICI NRO debit card and it failed to process. How can a NRI retain an Indian mobile phone (prepaid) number using NRO account...

                                I have raised a request for wifi installation over the phone and i also paid to 3500 rs to the airtel service online . But from last 5 days vender are fooling that sir we will be there in an hour after some time they are not picking my call that happens every day from last 5 days but still it is pending and to the airtel managers they told they are facing technical issue thats not possible because they are visiting to my home how they can say a technical issue please do something on that

                                  I have purchased a airtel xtreme fibre under airtel black scheme for Rs.4000/- in which his sales person have promised me to give unlimited internet with 16+ OTT including Amazon Prime and after installation when I am not able to see amazon prime then I called to sales person he refered to other person and finally got no solution then I called Airtel customer care 121 on 18th and they have told me to wait for 24 hours to activate the plan then I again called to customer care on 19th then they again ask some time and assured me that my issue will resolve soon. I also told that if Amazon prime is not available then I am ready to surrender but they ask me some time to resolve the issue and assured me that if it is promised then you will get Amazon Prime and they have send me this message.

                                  But still my issue not resolved then again I called them and they again send me this message.

                                  But still my issue not resolved then again I called on 24th and spoken to their supervisory team and she admitted that sales person have given me fake promise and advised me to discountine the plan and assured me that I will get my full amount refund I.e .Rs.4000/- after discountiue so I have given my consent after her confirmation that I will get full amount refund. On next day my DTH services deactivated and received call for broadband deactivation and the representative has asked to continue the plan and requested me to send mail to
                                  [protected]@in.airtel.com citing my issue of Amazon prime and assured me that it will resolve then I send mail on 25th June but got no response then again send mail on 27th and received mail on 28th they send me mail mentioning this-

                                  This is in response for your email regarding refund for your Airtel black account [protected].

                                  As per your concern, I regret to inform you that you will be not receiving the refund of Rs.4000/-, the excess amount in broadband account will get refund and the amount posted on your DTH account will not be refunded it will be deducted as one time installation charges.

                                  Inconvenience is deeply regretted. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
                                  After receiving the mail I immediately called 121 and forwarded my call to manager team (senior to supervisory team) he told me that no installation charge will deduct only uses charge will deduct then I urged him that your supervisory team assured me that I will get full refund. After my perusal he lodged my complaint and told that my complaint is forwarded to dedicated team and they will listen the recording (I requested them to listen) and resolve my issue but again my issue has not resolved and again I called 121 on 2nd July then they told that I am again accelarating the issue and it will resolve within 24 hours but again it has not resolved and I did not received any communication then again I called on 4th july after get frustrated with all these thing and requested to transfer my call to manager team (after spoken to supervisory team).Now manager team member Mr.Tarun has spoken very rudly and threaten me to do anything I want but I will not get my amount refund as it is not in their policy.
                                  It is requested to take necessary action to refund my Rs.4000 along with mental harressmment amount upto Rs.10000/-.
                                  I am ready to produce all the recording I have spoken with airtel team and same can be ask to Airtel team also.
