I’ve purchased a new phone and done eSIM process but process can’t be completed also physical sim is not working after that I’ve change my physical sim but still I’m getting the same issue sim reissue two times I’m suffering since 20th may till date facing the same issue visited Airtel store 4-5 times but my query hasn’t been resolved kindly do the needful as I’ve already mailed Airtel customer support nodal officer of Airtel of WB(West Bengal) and trai too regarding my sim block yesterday I’ve visited the store they told me my sim has blocked by cyber police kindly update if anything I can do to verify myself

    Dear Sir / madam,

    Please support for crediting Rs. 239 as re-charging amount to my Son's mobile No. [protected] (Prepaid plan). This amount was online transferred from my bank amount to Airtel on 23rd May-23.

    Please note even my son's mobile plan is not yet activated with required plan. But it is got deducted from my bank account.

    Also, I got the SMS from Airtel that, the Rs. 239 will be refunded to your source account within a day. But this is also not refunded to source account.

    Please look in to this and Support us. Actually we are using total 7 Airtel mobiles in my family. We are loyal customer for AIRTEL from last 15 years.
    This today's incident of Re-Charge amount deducted from my account Rs. 239 while charging mobile No. [protected]. (But not activated with required ). Even my son's mobile plan is not activated.

    Please do the needful.

        Hi, I have my SIM locked due to entering wrong pin thrice. When I call the complaints number for getting a PUK, and when asked for my DOB, I enter in DDMMYYYY format, it says "Wrong DOB". It is not possible. I definitely know my DOB. How to recover my SIM?

          I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

          I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

          They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

          Please help.

            My money was deducted from my account of pnb bank but my recharge is not reflecting. I recharged my mobile number through Airtel UPI on airtel thanks app and money was deducted but recharge was not successful. So I report my issue to customer care but they said that no such transaction occurs even after sharing transaction details with them

                Hello,

                I have raised a complaint regarding the Airtel Xtreme fiber is not working since from 22nd May 2023. I have raised a complaint with concerned customer care, but they haven't responded and escalated the case.

                I have been working from home and there is financial and ethical loss for me if it's not resolved. It happened with me multiple times check the date 1st march to 4th March 2023.

                I have raised it multiple times, but no one has reached out to me and given extension of this request.

                  UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. I'm generated upc code under guidelines, but airtel company doesn't provide me upc code after so many attempts. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have just ported my vi sim to Airtel., my Airtel connection is showing signal but I am not able to connect to 59059 for tele verification due to which my incoming call are not reaching and showing my number as not valid. I have already recharged my prepaid account and still the same.

                    this service very unacceptable.

                    Please look into this if your number are not reachable then why give that number in the first place

                      From Past one month I am trying to port my number. I have been visiting Airtel Store every week and connected with customer care many times. I have been unable to generate UPC code.
                      Initially they told me as your number is part of family plan, first you have to remove it from family plan. I did that and now my number has single plan. Still i am getting this message once I try to generate UPC code for port.
                      "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                          I got an email from Airtel in response to my complaint to the PMO stating that they have made sincere efforts to resolve my issue with utmost seriousness. I disagree with them when they say that Airtel has looked into resolving my issue with utmost seriousness. My internet outage occurred around 5pm on 17th of May. And it was finally resolved around 1pm on 25th of May. After *188 hours*. In all seriousness, this is not the definition of prompt service. I made multiple calls to AIrtel customer service over the time my internet was down. Each time I was assured by their escalation managers that a technician would come soon and look into the issue. Day after day that did not happen. Until yesterday i.e. 25th May. And yet they have the nerve to say it was resolved with utmost seriousness?

                          In all my life I have never seen such apathy on the part of any service provider. I faced the same issue a few weeks ago i.e. on 25th of April. And that time too the response from Airtel was extremely slow. That issue was finally resolved on 1st of May. Two such instances in a matter of 3 weeks and Airtel claims they are committed to prompt customer service?

                            Internet down for 5 days. And counting. No resolution still.

                            My Airtel fiber internet went down around 5pm on 17th May. Even today, after multiple follow up calls to Airtel Customer Support their technical team has not even bothered to visit my home to troubleshoot the problem. Each time I call I am assured that my problem will be resolved expeditiously. But nothing happens. I have made about 10 calls over the last 6 days. The case has even been escalated. But no resolution in sight. I just got a call...

                              I requested Xstream Fiber Broadband Connection on the date of 3rd May 2023 with a payment online from the Airtel app.

                              I got a message from the Airtel "Due to some feasibility constraints in your locality, the New Airtel Xstream Fiber Connection request could not proceed.

                                  I have Airtel sim, due to network issue I want to port this sim to other telecom company but porting code is not generating . It showing " there are subsisting contractual issue with your service provider " and there is no way to contact Airtel as they are not connecting me with customer care and there is no way left to contact them .
