Refund not happened

Address: Mysore, India

I recharged the mobile number [protected] on 31st may 2023 using Airtel app and received a message that it failed and received a message that refund will happen within a day.

I again recharged successfully for the same number on 1st May 2023.

I didt get the refund and approached the nearest Airtel office on 1st evening and they asked me to wait for some more days for the refund to happen.

Airtel giving this reply: "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for the assistance.

Trying this since 29.05.2023. Please help.

    I have a number [protected] (airtel prepaid). I am trying since May 29, 2023.. Visited airtel. Customer care center in Jaipur too, he says complaint has been raised and you will get a message for your complaint resolution.

    Apart from this, customer care guy says to lodge complaint in consumer court, what a fun.

    Kindly take some urgent still action on Airtel Co. It is hard to deal with them.

        Dear Support,

        There is a ongoing issue with wifi network being down from past 24hrs in Ravet area, celestial city phase 1, Pune 412101

        Please help resolve the priblem as most of members work from home and depend on airtel home wifi.

          I replaced my sim card with new one. Store representative told me 24 hour but it's been more than 50 hours still my sim card not activated. Not even showing network. I contacted customer care but he is saying my sim card is active. I changed the sim to another mobile but no benefit. Now I can't go to store because it is 250 kms far from my town. Please help me out of this. Thank you.

            I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of response from your end regarding the outstanding payment of ₹363 for my 2 mobile numbers [[protected]] and[protected]. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any acknowledgement or resolution for this matter.

            I made the payment on 11th June 2023 and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, the payment has not been reflected in my account numbers[protected] and[protected]

            I kindly request your immediate attention and a prompt resolution to this issue.
            Please ensure that my payment is credited to my account and provide me with a confirmation as soon as possible.

              I would like to raise the same complaint for my Airtel prepaid phone number bearing [protected]. Inspite of having sufficient balance I am unable to make calls and I am also getting an automated reply as ‘U HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE A CALL and gets disconnected. I have faced a lot of problems because of it, unable to make important calls at most urgent times.

              I tried contacting airtel helpline and even that gets disconnected, because of insufficient balance. It requires a minimum balance of 50paise.
              I called up customer care services so many times but nobody is taking the responsibility and no one ready to take up this issue seriously. Sometimes i was put on hold for some 15 min or more than that saying they are transferring this call to somebody else and they never come back. Sometimes they themselves cut off the call.Sometimes they say its a problem with your handset and on other occasions they say that they will rectify the problem within 2 days, but there was nothing done. I am highly disappointed with the way you guys are responding.I am facing a lot of problems because of this.

              Please make sure that this doesn’t happen again.

                  Sir, I am a Airtel telecommunication service user since 15+ years residing in Chennai.
                  My airtel sim mobile number has been tapped. All my calls & messages (normal and whatsapp) are being tapped. My calls are being forwarded to unknown number. I am very much distressed due to this. Please help me in this regard to reach the right person to resolve this issue.

                      I recharged my number using my airtel app on March 20. but the payment status is still in progress since the last 3 months. I tried to raise the complaint in the myairtel app but to no avail. Attaching the screenshot of the same.

                        I have recharged my wife's mobile with ₹479 packs in Morning at 07.06.2023 but the pack was not activated & and I tried to call Airtel executive by their customers service number 121 but it was not working and also tweeted them and sent messages on Instagram but they not responded.
                        I need either the pack to be activated or refund my money.

                                    Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard. I cannot park my Four wheeler in front of house. It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest. Thanking You.
