Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my Airtel Wifi connection. On March 9th, I made an advance payment of Rs. 2829 for the service. However, since March 10th, the connection has not been working properly, causing a lot of inconveniences.

I raised a complaint with Airtel on March 10th and have been calling them regularly for resolution. Despite numerous calls, the issue has not been resolved...

I am writing emails since 07th Mar 2023. Till date no resolution found as promised to be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs.

I am sorry to say you have a very lousy mechanism in resolving customer complaint.

I have ported my sim from bsnl to airtel and after 5 days still I don’t get the network even i have recharged that number. This is very pathetic experience over airtel...

Greetings !

This mail is a reference to a fraud transaction done through my credit card. On dated 19/12/2022 through
a fake website my money debit (19986 Rs) from my credit card.

and credit in a broker account, which name is No Broker technology.

When i discussed with team of No Broker they said me that the money already settled in the beneficiary account...

I am using airtel postpaid mobile number, since august 2022 and payed my all bills lately or timely with penalties now on 11 march 2023 airtel suspended my number without any reason and when i call to 198 customer care they only telling me a single reason that your amount is due thats why suspend pay the dues then it will be activate automatically. I told them before i payed every bill your company never suspended my number now my outgoing,...

I am having Airtel T, V, connection in my house but at 10 A, M, everyday signals interrupted and received message signals disturbed due to bad weather or some other reasons. In Bhopal weather is good .'Let me know how to resolve this problem

I recharged my mobile number ([protected]) using UPI in Airtel Thanks app for Rs.549 on 17th of Feb 2023 and received an SMS with Order Id[protected]) and Transaction Id[protected]. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile recharge failed. After that I got another SMS stating that my recharge failed and the debited amount will be refunded in 7-10 business days, but its been close to month and the amount is not...

My airtel money was blocked for unknown reason .am requesting you to unblock it...

I want to change the current operator from current operator to another but i tried many times get UPC code but even not getting UPC code it shows error mentioning "There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. I see that whenever I try to call a Jio number from my Airtel, the phone does not even go through to a ring. It just disconnects without even connecting to a network and I do not even get a message of not reachable etc. While on the other side the phone is within network, and I can call to a BSNL on my friends dual sim. Also, the same time my friends are able to call back if I send an SMS stating I am not able to call. This is not an issue...

Recently i have been to india and requested for airtel postpaid sim at your center near splendid towers secundereabad with customer care guy vijay . He has supported me with the sim for activation but had to leave the same day to usa could not activate my sim...

Airtel Dth fellows are calling every day many times as offering new Dth connection. I was rejected many times and told them to not call again. But they repeatedly calling from this number +[protected]. Please take some serious action on this fellows. Thankyou...

I was not able to dial/receive any calls from 5th march.I called Airtel customer care and they informed me that may be my sim card is corrupted due to some reasons requested me to visit Airtel store.

I visited Airtel store and explained the issue. They asked me to pay 50 INR and provided me the new sim card. Also they took the photograph of my original aadhar card and also capture the photo in their mobile app..informed me...

My airtel sim is with my sister who is outside india currently and that sim has stopped working without any notification now she is stuck there for any bank related transaction which suppose to pass through OTP to check the issue we even did reacharged it with roming pack but its not working trying on other mobile also its not working...

Hello Team.

My name is Rabnawaz khan & I'm living in Dubai, holding airtel sim +91 [protected] along with international Roaming pack but still there is no network even after trying manual network selection.
Please look into this and help me to keep my sim active.
