I purchased two sims from Mayur Vihar Phase 3 in 2010.
1. 965025xxxx - in use (Stopped Working)
2. 965025xxxx - in use

Since then I have been using a 965025xxxx sim, now suddenly the sim stopped working, I visited the Airtel Store to reissue the SIM card but they informed me that the sim is not registered in my name but in another person's name, and so they can't reissue the sim to me. I purchased this number after submitting my documents, but the sim has been registered in another person's name whom I don't know. This SIM is used everywhere and even for financial transactions also and it's not possible to purchase another sim card because it's linked everywhere. If I remember correctly then I had registered this SIM with Aadhar also, but I'm not sure. I need the same no as soon as possible, so please let me know how I can get this. Also, I don't know about the other person the sim is registered with.

This no (965025xxxx) number is linked with my Primary no: 750372xxxx.

I have sent my complaint to Appleate, but there is no response.

I have sent my complaint to Twitter also, but no response from there also.

    I am not able to call anyone form this number ([protected]) this is my airtel number. i am facing this issue from today please resole this issue by EOD.

      Airtel pole have installed infront of my house without my permission.Now we are dismantling the building and starting new construction .It was very shocking that the pole was within my boundaries.so I request your team to take immediate action.

            Sir,

            I am a long time customer of airtel company but the recharge money is wasted due to not good network in my area.
            So I have applied for the port many times but airtel is not giving me the UPC number at all.

                My email id ([protected]@gmail.com) is used many of Airtel numbers without getting any confirmation/my knowledge. 90% of the connections/customers are from Jammu & Kasmir. After repeated requests to [protected]@airtel.com, they sent me apologise mail, but the same issue continues. Also sending may Airtel customers postpaid bills.
                Why Airtel is misusing my email id.? Why don't they ask confirmation of email from their customers?
                Is Airtel's staff are uneducated? or they purposfully used this for helping some terrorists?
                PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DELETE ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S EMAIL ID WHICH ARE LINKED WITH MY EMAIL ID BY YOUR STAFF.

                    Unable to use my International roaming plan on my airtel number. I'm currently in Phillipines and my number is of India. Neither the calls are working nor the internet. For the past 3 days I'm contacting to customer service, applied each and every step they told but nothing solved the issue. I have paid 899 rupees and when I asked for my refund they were saying it's not possible. What a spam!

                      The sim which i was using for a long time got damaged and i went to my nearest airtel store( ganapathi nagar, opp sathya stadium ). the sim ([protected]) belongs to father ( V. Thamilarasan ) who passed away in 2021. So i want to change the name to my self and also a new sim for that number. its almost 45 days over and my issues is not yet solved.

                        I have done a prepaid unlimited recharge (INR 181 for 30 days) on 25th May 2023 for my mobile number (+91 [protected]) using Airtel thanks App, because my existing pack validity was expiring on same day, 25th May 2023. But my unlimited recharge is not reflected in my account and my outgoing is deactivated on 25th May 2023.

                            I’ve purchased a new phone and done eSIM process but process can’t be completed also physical sim is not working after that I’ve change my physical sim but still I’m getting the same issue sim reissue two times I’m suffering since 20th may till date facing the same issue visited Airtel store 4-5 times but my query hasn’t been resolved kindly do the needful as I’ve already mailed Airtel customer support nodal officer of Airtel of WB(West Bengal) and trai too regarding my sim block yesterday I’ve visited the store they told me my sim has blocked by cyber police kindly update if anything I can do to verify myself

                              Dear Sir / madam,

                              Please support for crediting Rs. 239 as re-charging amount to my Son's mobile No. [protected] (Prepaid plan). This amount was online transferred from my bank amount to Airtel on 23rd May-23.

                              Please note even my son's mobile plan is not yet activated with required plan. But it is got deducted from my bank account.

                              Also, I got the SMS from Airtel that, the Rs. 239 will be refunded to your source account within a day. But this is also not refunded to source account.

                              Please look in to this and Support us. Actually we are using total 7 Airtel mobiles in my family. We are loyal customer for AIRTEL from last 15 years.
                              This today's incident of Re-Charge amount deducted from my account Rs. 239 while charging mobile No. [protected]. (But not activated with required ). Even my son's mobile plan is not activated.

                              Please do the needful.

                                  Hi, I have my SIM locked due to entering wrong pin thrice. When I call the complaints number for getting a PUK, and when asked for my DOB, I enter in DDMMYYYY format, it says "Wrong DOB". It is not possible. I definitely know my DOB. How to recover my SIM?

                                    I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

                                    I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

                                    They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

                                    Please help.

                                      My money was deducted from my account of pnb bank but my recharge is not reflecting. I recharged my mobile number through Airtel UPI on airtel thanks app and money was deducted but recharge was not successful. So I report my issue to customer care but they said that no such transaction occurs even after sharing transaction details with them
