Due to poor network coverage of Airtel, I decided to move on other service provider. I send message to 1900 to port my Airtel number and get a message “UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”so I call Airtel customer care they never respond.

Sir/Madam,
I have used my Airtel sim card ([protected](Tamil Nadu)) for 2 years. Yesterday onwards not working my sim card. showing sim no service and registration failed. please help me to fix my problem. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank You.

I'm staying at Kalyan, my mother is staying at bhyander and is a Cancer Patient, since the Airtel prepaid got corrupted, i visited the Airtel gallery at bhyander to change the sim card from my father's name Kenneth Peterson [protected] to my name Ronnet Peterson, all documents were given and i was told by your representative that i should be present at home at shahad Kalyan on Saturday 24/06/23 for verification, i had to leave my mother who is a Cancer patient, but today is 26 and still nobody is come for verification, tried calling your representative but no response from him, this is how Airtel is giving service. I will be going back to Bhyander tomorrow 27/06/23 as i cannot leave my mother alone at home.

Many times port my number but same message reputed company please Port my number and UPC code generated

I have recharged for Rs. 239 for my airtel no.[protected] through google pay (transaction ID:[protected] on 11 june 2023 for which the amount was debited from my bank account but did not reflect in my airtel account. I have requested for refund the same day and promised to recieve it in the next 10 days. But as on 25 june 2023 i still haven't recieved my refund.
Please resolve this issue.

Hi myself amin dodhia i request for porting from airtel to bsnl today i recevied call from airtel executive he provide me worong information and misguide to cancelled my porting request i had complaint in airtel but i known they wont do anything regards this problem i request you please take nesscary action againts them i have airtel employee is number mob number ;[protected] and i had recevied call from [protected]. this people are working for airtel

I recharged [protected] with Rs. 179 from GPay with UPI ID [protected]@okaxis at 9th June 2023, 9:03 am and order no. for this is[protected] after deduct money.
Same day at 10:02 am I get message from Airtel that Payment of Rs. 179 has failed for mobile No. [protected]. Any amount if debited will be refunded to your source account with in a day, till today its not refunded and order ID[protected] for reference. Please Check it and clear the issue.

Dear Airtel
I am trying to get UPC code via sending a message on 1900 for my Airtel prepaid mobile number:[protected], and getting message from 1901 is "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
Kindly help to get UPC code to port out from the pathetic service of Airtel.

Good day...

I wasn't able to use my modem for the last 5 days. About that issue I already raised the ticket through airtel thanks app and so many times called to the customer care center .

Every time i call to Customer support person told our backend team will call to you and resolve my issue

But your side still didn't receive any call from the backend team and did not resolve my issue .

I wasn't able to do my work due to an internet issue .

If not my annual rental amount I was paid four days back : 3600 inr return back to my original payment .

I was more than 15 years of customer in airtel, but now more suffer through airtel xtream fiber customer support is ZERO

My wifi is not working from last 7 days and I have talked to your customer care about it for 5 days now they always say ground team will contact you in 4 hour but I have never been contacted. You guys have worst service but you are always ahead to take money.

Not getting missed call alert.when my phone switch off or not rechargeable...

Recharge for INR. 239.00 for Airtel Prepaid number *******769 had been done successfully with reference no. HGA9P0D21D[protected] - Axis Bank but the pack has still not been activated yet.

I was recharged by UPI from Airtel thanks apps on 24/05/2023 but amount debited from my account but recharge not successful.by Airtel euronet online recharge.

From yesterday evening I am not able receive and make any call, getting "not registered on network " error while calling.

I have tried with re starting mobile, reinserted sim etc...but still not workinh

I did not receive Amazon prime membership which is included in the 699rs Airtel plan.
I cannot contact Airtel customer service, on their app the chat bot says issue not related and when i contact the customer service phone number, it's an automated bot call which is useless doesn't help in any way
And i even contacted Amazon customer service, they told me to get entitlement ID from Airtel but how can I get it when Airtel doesn't let me ask such thing in their customer service.

As there're no networks in my area so need to port my sim in jio but Airtel is not allowing me to port my sim as I have visited artel service centre they also didn't helped me out

My name is Dileep Kumar Singh. I lost my Airtel Mobile number [protected] on 07 June 2023 . I was using this number for about 14 or 15 years. When I had purchased this SIM card I had given my document to the retailer. Now, customer care is saying that it is not of my name. It is on the name of Narayan M. They are not blocking this SIM card as well as issuing the duplicate sim to me. It might be a mistake of the Retailer/Distributer. I know one thing that I had given my documents when I had purchased SIM card in K. R. Puram, Bangalore. This number is connected with my Aadhar Card, Banks, Credit Cards, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, EPF, PAN Card, ITR, EPF, Gmail, Whatsapp, Naukri websites, all the earlier employer and everywhere this number was circulated.

As I am unable to get this number I am facing a lot of issues. This Airtel number is very important for me because I was using this number for more than 15 years.. I need this number, pls let me know what needs to be done.

I recently installed a new Airtel wifi connection in Nainital[protected]. However my account also shows an active DTH connection against my number [protected]-001 which is not mine. The customer care is saying call after a week for amendment.
