My airtel prepaid mobile [protected] service stopped working from past 1.5 month due to the error simcard registration failed. Tried using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting airtel customer care many times and none bothered to look in to this matter.
Since it is too late i want some higher authorities from airtel to look in to this and do the needful asap. I want airtel to compensate for the loss that they have made to me and should pay for the difficulties i had to gone through because of their poor service.
This company is really very deceptive. I recharged a yearly plan. But i have lost almost 20-25 days because i sim failed before the expiry of the package and noone bothered to notice or address the issue after contacting many times.
My number was official and till date they havenot issued a new sim. Already facing a lot of trouble and loss of money too. I felt really cheated by this company.

    Sir, thirteen to fourteen years ago, i bought a sim card with mobile number [protected] by sending my attested documents to the company through a local distributor.

    I have been using this number from the last 13 to 14 years, for business contacts, banking, email & other use like otp, google, online payment, verification, aadhar card, pan card, etc...

    Sir, but 15 to 20 days before my sim card is faulty & local distributors say this [protected] number is in someone else's name.

    Sir, please confirm with called & received contacted number, online recharge details, mobile imei, sim iccid, received old email from my [protected]@gmail.com id,

    My mobile number [protected] is attached to aadhaar card, pan card, bank account, online payment, e-mail, twitter, & business contact number for my business, etc. So i really urgently need a sim card with this number. Now all are stopped

    Please early solve my problem. I want to use airtel service. Recreate [protected] number and (Replace faulty sim) give new sim card with my name & email id.

From which i have received it was[protected] on 12.19 pm. Please don't keep such person who can let your image down in the market. I have attached proof call recording with her. Please listen it as it is in gujarati.

        This complaint is regarding prepaid sim card connection. I am using Airtel sim card from past 10 years, two days back my sim card suddenly lost connection, while checking I came to know network connection is lost from my sim card.
        Then I came know the similar issues identified by my other colleagues also. There is no response from Airtel office. Due to Covid 19 situation I cannot able to travel to any where.
        My Register Airtel phone is [protected]

        I would like to know the reason, why my phone has been disconnected.

            I have gone to Airtel Express in Savedi center Ahmednagar for enquiry of dongal.
            They told us plan for the dongal of 999₹ nd said that device is included in this plan. So I get ready for this plan as he said device is included with 3 sim port nd 1 additional airtel card nd device card. So we ported our card into Airtel. The. He told to pay 2750 ₹ total. For all this process . But he told firstly 999 so get ready for this. They have cheated us and ported our sim into Airtel nd now we have to pay 999 every month it's not possible for us.
            Please see to it nd escalate our request to provide them device to us in this plan.
            Nd additional 250₹ has taken from us for doing such process.
            This is seriously disgusting.
            Can't expect from Airtel like this.
            Take action ASAP.
            Otherwise will complain in Police station.

              I switched to Airtel about a month ago and i notice airtel always reports wrong HIGH data usage and send me 50% usage alert very quickly.

              I have a prepaid plan for 2Gbs/Day and also added a 12GB data pack a 10 days ago. I use this as hot spot for my laptop. I DO NOT watch video on my phone

              1. I watch youtube only @ 240p or max 360p resolution for 10 mins when i get a break and the data plan does not even last an hour of video. Please see attached rate of youtube data = 300MB for 1Hr of 360p video.
              2. Mostly, i use VPN for remote work, that uses remote terminal.

              I have also attached my laptop Windows Data Usage Monitoring app snapshot, reporting 16GB o[censored]sage for PAST 30 days.

              As per my prepaid plan (on 7/17), I have 2GB/day x 20days + 1.5GB/day x 10days, plus the 12GB data pack = 67GB. And windows says i have used only 16.02GB, whereas airtel account says 0gb remaining and my internet browsing slows down to halt.

              The discrepancy of data usage between laptop network interface statistics and reported by airtel is very very large. Based on my experience of laptop data usage, I strongly suspect Airtel is reporting wrong usage. I had Jio before, which reported a fair usage.\

              I have also attached the Airtel transaction / receipt that shows the details.

                I have a compliant on a recharge of Rs 98, which did not reflected into my no. That is [protected]. I cannot see any data balance in Airtel thanks app. Please resolve my query.

                  My prepaid Airtel no:[protected]

                  I have 3 days left on my pack and yet the sim is showing no service available .
                  It shows i have data on the AIRTEL APP but I cannot use it and their is no /servi/ce. It was all fine till 15/07/2020. But t has stopped since then. My expiry is on 18/07/2020.
                  On enquiry with general population, I found out that is a systematic behaviour by Airtel and it keeps shutting down random sims (my friends faced this too) . Then we go to airtel office near us and then they give us a new SIM for a charge of 25/- .

                  So has Airtel stooped so low ? You need to make revenue off our leftover data and take 25/- for marginalising profits. It is really diffcult for us now as we are in lockdown and also I cannot make and recieve calls.

                    Broadband speed only 2mbps

                    Airtel website says 999₹ plan of airtel broadband gives upto 100mbps but when I enquired airtel stores they say it’s only 2mbps. ( I live in city centre)
                    How can someone accept 2mbps speed paying 999₹ + tax.?...

                    I've ported my no. from Vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                        On 12th july, i did online recharge of my mother's airtel number ([protected]) of amount rs. 379. I selected upi and amount got deducted but recharge didn't happen. The screen showed error message that recharge didn't got completed and it was written that amount will get refund in few days.
                        However i haven't receive any refund yet.

                        Transaction reference number:[protected]

                        I dialed the customer care number today 121. They admitted that deduction happened but they will not refund this. I was shocked to hear this. His name was vivek singh.

                            My air tel number not working suddenly. Some body told airtel old mobile numbers digitalized to new tech knowledge that is the reason may be.

                            But lot of communication stopped now due to sin not working

                            How we can get it back for this sim we can not go india right to get it back

                              Airtel in August 2019 started charging me 400/- plus gst every month in lieu of extra bytes.From September 2019 I’ve been writing them several mails complaining about these charges and to stop charging me 400/- every month as I usually used to have data bytes left over carried forward each month.
                              Also have complaint several times to the customer care number.At least 15-20 times I’ve requested them to reverse theses charges but no one bothers.
                              finally in June 2020 I received a mail from them saying that the plan has been changed and these charges shall be stopped from June onwards.Yesterday I received my bill again with 400/- plus gst charges.Really pathetic and horrible services...I’ve been charged 472/- every month for the last 12 months...

                                We are facing problems with your services. We did our payment on last rs 2, 140.61 for the landline number[protected] on 03.06.2020 through your website our services activated on 05.06.2020. But several days our outgoing service are barred saying that we are not paid the amount. We paid all the outstanding bills but it still not updated in our system [protected]. This is the second time we are facing this issue last time was 27th september 2019. Complaint number was (Sr[protected]. We need a payment confirmation asap. Airtel customer care is so irresponsible and they have not provide the compliant number.

                                      I'm buy the airtel xtreem 6 month plan, but airtel engineer mr. Sunil prajapati ([protected]) me every day by saying today we install. But he not come for installation for the last 5 days. Please don't buy the plane or airtel extrem very poor survive. And the airtel costumer care also not respond.
