From 2nd july 2020 till date everyday their network have gone down and their customer care executives are helpless. I have paid 12 months amount in advance and now cannot even switch to other isp

            I bought a dongle from airtel showroom, and chose a plan of 749/- after 6 months, airtel themselves changed one of my numbers into prepaid, when i complained about it to the salesman he kept putting of things for 15 days and when i loose my patience n asked him about till when he's gonna fix the issue he misbehaved on phone saying "hosh mein reh ke baat kro. Tumhara naukar nahi hu".

            Neither i able to call the customer service executive.

              On july 5, 2020 i recharged my grandmother's number online and then i realised that one number was incorrect. So some other person's phone got recharged by me accidentally.
              I e-mailed airtel, and they told me to give details. I gave them all details like wrong number, transaction id etc.
              They told me to call 121 and talk to the customer executive for providing more details. So i called them, but the customer representative asked that they cannot help me.
              So what is this happening? Resolve my issue, i need my money back. I also called the person whose number i recharged accidentally. He said that he has already a yearly plan so that plan is totally waste for him.
              Kindly resolve this issue asap.
              Also i am sending screenshot of the wrong recharge.

                I took one broadband connection from you in feb 2019. That was advance rental plan and i paid you 3000 for 6 months (Inclusive all).

                I believe advance rental plan means, pay amount in advance and use then like pre-paid services.

                1. I took advance rental plan.
                2. You changed plan from advance rental to post paid without my permission (Its forcefully selling your product which is against law)
                3. My services are de-activated and still you making bills of deactivated account. (Its harassment and dadagiri)
                4. Your executives calling me and threading me to kill me if i won't make payment. Why should i make payment when i didn't use services and its deactivated.
                5. I already have mailed you on this concern and i am not interested in your services told you on mail in may. But i am not getting revert and still you all making bills and abusing me.

                I am again telling you to stop making bills as i am not interested and you can't sell something fretfully to customers. I didn't ask you to change my plan so you can start making bills of deactivated account.

                  I am using airtel number since 2011 and last week i lost my phone.
                  When i go to airtel store for duplicate sim, my request got rejected as document mismatch.

                  I don't understand how can this happen.in 2018 i have also linked this number with my aadhare card but still information mismatch.
                  Also the reference number is matched with my alternate number but not document.

                  Can you guide me how can i will get back my sim. Document mismatch is your mistake not customer.

                    When my data is off i can see in display on full 4g network with volte. But when i turned on data connection then network are convert to 2g or 3g. So i can't use data please check it.

                      I made an advance payment of rs:4434 for airtel xstreme new connection but haven't received any receipt from airtel rather there was an error showing site can't be reached after payment.
                      Now they are saying transaction was failed with txd[protected].
                      But amount is still not reverted back to my account.

                              Hi,

                              Airtel representative turned up in our society to provide Airtel all in one plan and requested 1741 to be paid for providing the connection.

                              Later I got a message that connection is not possible in our society and request got cancelled.

                              When I requested for refund no one is responding.

                              Even I raised a complaint to his supervisor who told they will return the amount but not responding after that.

                              The person who took amount was Vijay and his supervisor name is Dwaraka.

                              Even I raised an online complaint on [protected]@in.airtel.com but there is no proper response.

                              Attaching the communication happened with him and the amount transferred details.

                                  I ported my no.[protected] from idea to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service. I tried to call customer care but there is no option to connect. My sim is OFF from last 6 days. I am trying to recharge it but it didn't work as well.Please help.

                                    On 03rd July 2020, at 12:03 AM I recharged 638 INR to Airtel Money from my bank account through Phonepe App. The amount has been deducted, but the recharge was unsuccessful as it did not reflect in airtel app. It's been 2 days and the money hasn't been refunded, although the company promises to refund by 24 Hours. Please kindly note that, since the recharge was unsuccessful, I recharged for the second time at 10 AM on the same day again for 638 INR, which was succesful. When I wrote to [protected]@airtel.com about the issue via e-mail. They have replied negligently without cross verifying properly by saying that the recharge was successful (referring to my second time recharge). Therefore I demand by money which got deducted at the first unsuccessful transaction to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                      I have ordered a fasttag for my car on airtel payments bank with trust and belief that, i will get it on expected timelines of 14- 16 days. I have ordered it on airtel thanks app on 15 june 2020. I got a sms saying on 3 July that my fasttag is generated and shipped. Since 3 july, the status showed as "shipped" in airtel thanks app, but it is not delivered even after 1 week since the status is marked as "shipped". I called airtel bank customer care multiple times, mostly i got ivr message saying that all customer support execuitves are busy on other calls. With much difficulty, i reached airtel customer support 4 times till now. Every time they are replying me to wait for 1- 2 working days, but i never got the fasttag till now. I have mailed the airtel bank support email id [protected]@airtelbank.com, pno, grievance. Officer etc, but it is of no use. Every time they are providing some ticket number (Upto now i got 3 ticket numbers (4711728, 4693740, 4682797). Every time they provided some consignment number to track with dtdc courier (Consignment number - x[protected] with comments saying that the consignment number is ready for tracking in 1 - 2 working days, but i was never able to track the consignment number in dtdc. Always i get no data found message, if i track in dtdc website. Today, i called airtel bank customer support again and got reply saying that dtdc has some issues, so they will deliver fasttag through india post. I asked for exact timeline when i will get fasttag as already 1 month passed. The customer support said as soon as possible. I am very frustated with this kind of delay / worst service provided by airtel payments bank. I started loosing trust in airtel. Can you please help to escalate this issue to some senior officer in airtel?

                                        I have raised the issue with airtel customer care on the same day under ref [protected] & followed by emails to 121 desk however nothing has happened. When I checked the issue with the Amazon customer support team & I received a response that amount was successfully sent to merchant/vendor Airtel.

                                        Could you please look into this matter urgently since it has been two months I am chasing airtel customer service team but unfortunately i am not receiving any kind of positive response.
