Dear,

I have requested for airtel post paid to pre paid connection one moth ago. They were keep on saying need address and asked to submit near by airtel show room. But they are not are not aware of that how to /under which catagery need to collect. I have explained to them.

Last week they said we are considering your first address proof submission and we make conversation.

But today after bill generation thye are again saying they same.' i have requsted them call mutliple times but no repone

    This complaint is just to create an awareness among the mobile users.
    And the purpose is to alert those customer who want to switch to airtel nw from other nws.

    I ported my vodafone postpaid sim to airtel postpaid sim (Plan 499) on 8th jul (Requested on 6th jul).

    I moved from vodafone to airtel with an assumption that the data connectivity would be good.
    Vodafone has very good voice quality but because of moderate data connectivity, i thought of switching to airtel.

    I received multiple messages to my mobile no before porting that airtel 4g nw is active near to my home with exact locations also.
    Even the link-https://gadgets.ndtv.com/telecom/news/airtel-platinum-priority-4g-network-p...
    As well as the advertisement prompted me to switch to airtel.

    But after switching to airtel my problem becomes manifold - in terms of poor voice quality and data nw.
    Currently i am working from home and i am not able to take care my office work properly.
    But below are pain points for me within 1 day of availing the service:

    1-i was with vodafone 299 plan and now 499 airtel plan.
    2-if i compare vodafone is far better wrt voice and data nw
    3-nw is keep on fluctuating with airtel where it was stable with vodafone
    4-call is not continuous and gets disconnected during the call
    5-nw data strength is too week

    Before porting to airtel i visited the nearest airtel store and they explained me that with 499 postpaid plan i will be treated as platinum customer and data quality will be too good.
    I visited another nearest store and even got the same feedback and hence convinced to switch from vodafone to airtel.

    After that i am suffering each day with voice call and data quality.
    Not able open a web page-newspaper and not able to view a image from whatsup.
    Such is the experience with airtel nw.
    If this continues then allow me to port my no back to vodafone or reliance jio.

    Final a complaint i registered on 10th jul and it says that expected date of resolution is 18th jul.

    No comments received from Airtel through SMS, Email, Call or updating here itself.
    This shows how Airtel is treating their customers.
    I feel only good advertisements will not increase the brand value.

      I had recharge my airtail no. For rs.449 and payment made successful but not not recharge my airtel no. And amount deducted from my account. Hence it is requested to refund said amount in same bank account.

        Whenever i am trying to call any of the jio number it is said that the "the dialed number is incorrect".
        What kind of new scam is this from scamster airtel? Fix it as soon as possible.

          Dear airtel team

          It has been two week since i have ported my idea number ([protected]) to airtel. The old idea sim got deactivated but the new airtel sim is not getting activated. I'm receiving messages like we are unable to process your request.
          I tried calling 59059 for verification once i got the network but it doesn't work and shows me network busy or failed. Later it says emergency calls only.
          I tried to enquire about this issue at [protected]@in. Airtel.com but it responded me like this email is not registered against [protected] number and gave an link to verify the mail. When i tried clicking link it's sending otp to [protected] (Which is inactive). How can you expect it?
          I need that number to get activated asap it's my official number.

          This is my alternate number [protected].

          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

          It seems like airtel is very bad at resolving customer problems.
          It's been 2 months but no action against the complaint.

            My name is himanshu singh, i recently ported to airtel from jio and yesterday night it started working but till now first recharge wasn't done by the airtel store, rajapur, prayagraj. I understand that due to lockdown shops are closed but he isn't even picking up the call and i have already given him first recharge money and already informed him 2 days before when there wasn't a lockdown that exactly when and at what time my new airtel sim will be activated and when you need to recharge but still after knowing everything i didn't got any response and when i called airtel customer care then they told me that they don't have any contact number of their own store, did they ever heard database thing which is used to keep a lot of things like these, so that they can use it whenever they need it, i am very angry from airtel, today i got ported to airtel and you are showing me behaviour like this, i think it's better to stay in jio only, atleast they have automatic recharge system when your sim gets activated and packs are cheaper too.

                I have requested airtel broadband and the executive visited my residence and after showed me different plan, i choose plan and paid rs5306 for three months (Txn no[protected] on 27th june (Lalbag area lucknow). The confirmation message received in my mobile. How ever nobody visited my house and one day airtel rep called me and informed me that the junction box at your complex is full and new junction box need to be installed. Since i have no airtel ph connection, i was unable to contact their customer care (121), and airtel apps do not have facilities to register complain. I took the help of twiter and tweet conteneously to airtel official twiter handle. I received one reply and i was asked to share my contact no so that they will call me. Thorugh my contact, i came to know that airtel decided not to connect me due to tech reason and my deposit will be refunded. Till date no refund received by me. I also send repeated mail to up nodal airtel and there was no response. I do not know the outcome of my application. I feel i have been cheated and feeling helpless.

                The same happened to me. I'm still fighting for justice. Airtel is the worst company. Very hard to contact customer care.

                    I am unable to conatcta with any of the custemer care personnel since they have setuo an ivr which commands to user to register the complaint using their app called airtel thanks app and i am facing internet service issues so i am unable access the app, i have mailed my problem but it seems no one really cares about the customers problem since i havent got any response. No toll free number is available which can direct the user to customer care services. It is a matter of great concern since airtel is not responding to my complaints. It seems the company is there to digest our money and gives no attention to customers complaints.

                      Suggestion to airtel that doing unnecessary advertisement on social media and investment on this is worthless until your customer care service not improved.

                          Facing issue related sms.
                          Since feb 2020 facing issue.
                          In lockdown situation visited at airtel gallery end of may 2020 for 4-5 times they changed simcard as well they given only assurance that problem will be resolve by 24 hrs, 48 hrs again same commitments but not issue yet not resolved.
                          Still incoming and outgoing sms not working.

                          Airtel Gallery Executive name - Tanaji Contact Number - 9987234865 Airtel Gallery Address - Shop No 18 & 19, B Wing, Building No B, Usha Commercial Centre, Kalyan Village, Kalyan West, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421301 Complaint - Since Feb-March 2020 not able to receive and sending SMS service not working for airtel number using.in the lockdown May Month we visited Airtel Gallery at kalyan west 421 301, executive only giving false and wrong commitment that your problem will be resolved by 24 hrs, 48 hrs etc, in the loackdown time even we visited 4 to 5 times within 10 days, we suffer a lot to meet airtel gallery people to resolve the problem of SMS related. we wait for 30-40 minutes every time in Que to meet airtel people even pandemic situation because banking and other works we are doing from home only but we are anot able to recive OTP and other task which depends on SMS. we are very unhappy with the Airtel Kalyan Manager and Executive as they are not taking seriously to help and resolved the problems of customer.                                 My landline number is [protected] which also has an active internet connection.

                                This was a prepaid plan which i took by paying the advance rental of 6 months and it expired on 13th march 2020.

                                As it was a prepaid plan the services should have ended on 13th march 2020. But it did not and airtel fraudulently kept it active.

                                Airtel is still charging me even when there is a national lockdown in the country and therwcis no way one can have access to the services.

                                My concern is that when there was was no verbal consent of mine for the account to be active then why did airtel without my consent kept the account active and still charging me.

                                Almost all day i keep reciving the calls from airtel from many diffrent numbers and it is really a harassment.

                                I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against airtel.

                                How can a prepaid account be active after the tenure has been completed and automatically be converted into a postpaid account without any kind of consent from the customer.

                                The coonection itself is not valid and as soon as the prepaid time ended the company should have contacted me regarding keeping the action active or not.

                                All my efforts to dissconnect have failed as airtel first wants a payment for the non valid connection and then only accept the dissconnection request.

                                This is purely a fraud and such practices should be notified and my full bill be waived off as well as my connection should be discontinued.

                                A mail regarding the same has also been forwarded to gopal vittal the ceo of airtel but no response as of yet.

                                      I've paid for the broadband connection 4 days ago and yet there's no connection. Airtel has the worst customer care service on the planet. Every technician doesn't answer his phone.

                                        Hi i have complaint multiple time regarding my wifi device
                                        1. Speed is very very slow.
                                        2. Frequently calls are dropped and internet connection goes away.

                                        I did changed the sim for this but no improvement.
                                        I have registered complaint also[protected] last week
                                        It was told that it will take 8 days. Now 8 days are also over but not improvement.
                                        Please resolve the issue it long penidng.
