The airtel sanctioned/extended post paid family corp cug 20 plans @ 499+18% gst monthly on parents/prime mobile no. [protected] and @ 399+18% gst p. A. On 3 child's mobile no.'s [protected], 26 & 27 by duly taking of advance money up to 28.06.20 on 3 child's no. @ rs. 399/- + 18% gst total rs. 1413/- (471 x3= 1413, 471 of each no. S) for 1 years up to 28.06.20.in which total usage 1620 minutes std+ local calls, 200 sms and 10 gb data allowed per months for the utilizations on any mobile no.'s.
We are utilising plans very well up to january 2020. Suddenly we have received huge bills of rs. 1009.69/- dated 24.01.20 for pes. 23.12.19 to 22.01.20 by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 356.87/- + 18% gst?
I have represented against illegally and wrongfully generated bills. Airtel concerned officials corrected the bills in accordance with sanctioned/ extended plans and i have paid rs. 618/- on due date 12.02.20.
Same was also again happened in the next generated bills dated 24.02.20 for rs. 1, 161.04/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 484.96/- + 18% gst? I have paid rs. 572.22/- on due date as per corrected by airtel.
Again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.03.20 for amounting rs. 1, 154.90/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 479.70/- + 18% gst but not corrected even after my repeated representation? I have paid rs. 600/- on due dates against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/-.
Same was again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.04.20 for amounting rs. 1614.10/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 298.60/- + 18%, illegally late payment fee rs.100=18% gst and previous illegal balance rs.554.90/- but not corrected even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on due dates 12.05.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/-. Total excess amounts rs 22/-
Same was again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.05.20 for amounting rs. 1408.10/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 21.80/- + 18%, illegally late payment fee rs.100=18% gst and also added previous illegal balance after adjustments rs.338.42/- but not corrected the entire bills even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on due dates 11.06.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/- through airtel payment bank. Instead of credited the amounts against payments of my mobiles bill they have not credited nor returned in my banks. Total excess amounts rs 33/- has been paid.
Same was also again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.06.20 for amounting rs. 1868.40/- without crediting of duly received rs.600/- through airtel payments bank on 11.06.20, by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 338.47/- + 18%, and also added previous illegal balance rs. 1408.22/- after adjustments rs.529.94/- but not corrected the entire bills nor credited the duly received rs.600/- of transection dated 11.06.20 even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on 24.06.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/- through airtel payment bank. Total excess amounts rs 44/- already have been paid for the adjustments of my bills up to 28.06.20 in accordance with my plans sanctioned/extended by airtels up to 28.06.20.
It is therefore requested to please issue instruction to concerned airtel officials for the corrections of illegally and wrongfully generated bills dated 24.03.20, 24.04.20, 24.05.20 and 24.06.20 for 4 pes i. E. W. E. F.23.02.20 to 22.06.20 in accordance with sanctioned/extended my plans by airtel himsel[censored]p to 28.06.20.
Also requested for the crediting of duly received rs.600/- on 11.06.20 through airtel payment bank vide transactions no.[protected] dated 11.06.20 at 01.01 hrs.
Airtel officials corrected their illegal and wrongfully generated bills and i have paid rs.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
