I have recharge ₹598 for no. [protected]. But the amount deducted was twice from my bank account.

Only one transaction is successful (Id [protected])

But the other amount of ₹598 is nowhere to be found. But the bank details show that the amount has been deducted (Ref no[protected] from it.
Please help me out.

    Hello,

    From last 3-4 days i am facing same network issues which i was facing before in april and that time also didn't get amy solution. Whole day i am not able to use internet all the time it shows e symbol on network bars can't even send simple messages. Day before yesterday i contacted airtel customer care where i got another experience of your worst services. Customer executive said your problem will be solved till 8th july so the thing is if i can't use my data till 8th july yesterday also i called and got same reply that wait till 8th july which is more than 15days so what about that
    15days data which i can't use so its just waste of money for me and its not about 1or 2 days its 15 days data i just want my data to be transferred to next month or on the days after 15th july or return my money back of that 15 days. I already have sent maill to nodal office and complaint mail id still not got any response thats why i have to file complaint here i have that call recording with csr also so i hope here i will get proper solution of my problem

    Today is 8th july and still my problem is as it is. I haven't got any call from airtel yet.

      Sir, i came to my village kothi in uttarakhand from mumbai in the lockdown due to covid-19.
      As my company allowed me for work from home however i am not able to do so because of the no network issue in airtel.

        My airtel sim with number [protected] is suddenly stopped working (No service). So i bought a new duplicate sim from airtel service center yesterday (27/06/2020). It's not activated till now. Kindly do the needful.

            I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through hdfc net banking for rs. 399 on 27th june 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 399 bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Next day i recharged again and got success. But need money back for first failure transaction.

              Recently i recharged my airtel mobile number with a plan of rs 129 that should provide me with benefits for 28 days. I got benefits for just 20 days even though it's showing recharge successful.
              Airtel being such a good company too has these bugs in there system, shocked but true and also sad at the same time.
              Has airtel started cheating for these small small amount?
              For this 129, i have wasted my nearly 10-12 hours on customer care, where no one responds.

                  I am very sorry to say that, i have been a part of this pathetic service since past 6-7 years. After attempting numerous calls to the customer service executive, i have been forced to make a consumer court complaint.
                  Even after disconnecting the service on 27th of april, i am getting bills around 1178 rs, and as we have requested for disconnection, how are we still getting bills.
                  Finally after waiting for 3-4 days of rigorous calls i finally succeeded to connect with one of the airtel customer executive, shivani taneja, she confirmed that she will be transferring her calls to her senior executive and made me wait for 30 mins, after waiting for 30 minutes she told me the senior executive is busy and consoled me that i will receive a call in another 24 hours, but no call till now.

                  Its been 2 months now since I made the complaint for disconnection after that many times tried connecting with Airtel customer executive, but no one is taking any steps further.
                  [protected] This is the complaint Id that I registered on 27th of April for disconnection request . After that as per IVR the issue was resolved, I don't know how. After that I got broadband bill for the month of May, even though I haven't used a single MB of this pathetic Airtel broadband service.
                  [protected] - This is the log id related the conversation done between me and customer service executive, wherein I was kept on hold for 30 mins and then told that the senior can't attend my call. This shows Airtel's capability to handle escalations.
                  Even though I was told that I would receive call from the airtel regarding the issues, but I waited for 72 hours (3 days) and made a call and asked them about the status of issue.
                  Senior executive (Ruchi) then told me that disconnection will be lodged from the same day not from the day, which I initially raised the disconnection request (i.e on 27th April), Asking for clarifications they told this is the process which they need to adhere to.
                  I want my complete resolution along with the mental torture these Airtel executives have made upon me.

                  I am not getting any resolution, I am getting multiple calls even after we made the disconnection request regarding why you want to disconnect.
                  This is one of the most pathetic connection or customer servicer that we ever received.

                      bad service from airtel on network

                      I am sreekantha reddy and my post paid mobile number is [protected].

                      I have lodged complaint to airtel support using airtel customer service due to poor/ bad network and internet connectivity but no one provide solution/fix yet.

                        I have recharged my prepaid mobile number: [protected] on 26/06./20 for inr598. The amount has been deducted from the bank account. On returning to the airtel portal it said: error.

                        I tried to call airtel customer service 121, they said to go to airtel thanks app which is not showing this transaction on last 5 transaction list.

                        I tried the customer complaint number 198 which could not resolve the problem.

                          I am holding a airtel number for a long time. The number is [protected]. Last couple of years facing problems with call as well as mobile internet connection. Airtel asked me to change handsets and sims. This is done couple of times but no respite. Calls gets dropped frequently. Their customer care number 121 always not reachable. Sometime its prompt the number is invalid. Despite my repeated complain nothing gets improved but i do bill payment every month. Some bsnl landline numbers are not reachable at all. I get prompt all routes to this number is busy. This is true for any appliances toll free customer care numbers too. Internet speed is horrible from the begining. Mostly speed lies 0.15 mbps mostly. The issue always remains irrespective of places. On top of that, when i reach customer care, airtel says download their airtel app and raise complain. I stuck in a loop. I will not get internet speed but i need to download airtel app using 2g speed and install the app. What's the solution? I feel airtel is cheating. If required i have all details to submit about airtel.

                            Help airtel,
                            I initiated an recharge from airtel app which is registered to number [protected] of 558rs on number [protected] and made a payment via phonepe and my money got deducted but recharge wasn't done.
                            I contacted phonepe and according to the the payment is received by the merchant (That is you).
                            I am complaining via e-mail only because on airtel aap... I can't find a perfect options to help me... If you can't help via e-mail.
                            . Can you please give me a coustomer care number where i can talk to them directly... Because on 121 i can't find an option to contact to coustomer care.
                            And the main problem is that i have make a payment to airtel hdfc upi master login from airtel aap via phonepe... On phonepe the transaction is completed and my money is deducted... But on airtel aap... It's not even showing in the last transactions.

                              Me and my wife both operate mobile with airtel sim. For the last 15 days we are observing that since morning the speed of internet goes very much down. We are not able to open any video or get down loaded any app etc. We both opted for airtel after discontinuing jio sim, due to it's poor performance. As we find that your tower is only at 50 m from our house, we expact an excellent network but it is not happening.
                              If the problem persists for a long, we would be compelled to drop your service and opt for some other operator.

                                  The airtel sanctioned/extended post paid family corp cug 20 plans @ 499+18% gst monthly on parents/prime mobile no. [protected] and @ 399+18% gst p. A. On 3 child's mobile no.'s [protected], 26 & 27 by duly taking of advance money up to 28.06.20 on 3 child's no. @ rs. 399/- + 18% gst total rs. 1413/- (471 x3= 1413, 471 of each no. S) for 1 years up to 28.06.20.in which total usage 1620 minutes std+ local calls, 200 sms and 10 gb data allowed per months for the utilizations on any mobile no.'s.

                                  We are utilising plans very well up to january 2020. Suddenly we have received huge bills of rs. 1009.69/- dated 24.01.20 for pes. 23.12.19 to 22.01.20 by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 356.87/- + 18% gst?

                                  I have represented against illegally and wrongfully generated bills. Airtel concerned officials corrected the bills in accordance with sanctioned/ extended plans and i have paid rs. 618/- on due date 12.02.20.

                                  Same was also again happened in the next generated bills dated 24.02.20 for rs. 1, 161.04/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 484.96/- + 18% gst? I have paid rs. 572.22/- on due date as per corrected by airtel.

                                  Again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.03.20 for amounting rs. 1, 154.90/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 479.70/- + 18% gst but not corrected even after my repeated representation? I have paid rs. 600/- on due dates against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/-.

                                  Same was again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.04.20 for amounting rs. 1614.10/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 298.60/- + 18%, illegally late payment fee rs.100=18% gst and previous illegal balance rs.554.90/- but not corrected even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on due dates 12.05.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/-. Total excess amounts rs 22/-

                                  Same was again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.05.20 for amounting rs. 1408.10/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 21.80/- + 18%, illegally late payment fee rs.100=18% gst and also added previous illegal balance after adjustments rs.338.42/- but not corrected the entire bills even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on due dates 11.06.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/- through airtel payment bank. Instead of credited the amounts against payments of my mobiles bill they have not credited nor returned in my banks. Total excess amounts rs 33/- has been paid.

                                  Same was also again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.06.20 for amounting rs. 1868.40/- without crediting of duly received rs.600/- through airtel payments bank on 11.06.20, by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 338.47/- + 18%, and also added previous illegal balance rs. 1408.22/- after adjustments rs.529.94/- but not corrected the entire bills nor credited the duly received rs.600/- of transection dated 11.06.20 even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on 24.06.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/- through airtel payment bank. Total excess amounts rs 44/- already have been paid for the adjustments of my bills up to 28.06.20 in accordance with my plans sanctioned/extended by airtels up to 28.06.20.

                                  It is therefore requested to please issue instruction to concerned airtel officials for the corrections of illegally and wrongfully generated bills dated 24.03.20, 24.04.20, 24.05.20 and 24.06.20 for 4 pes i. E. W. E. F.23.02.20 to 22.06.20 in accordance with sanctioned/extended my plans by airtel himsel[censored]p to 28.06.20.

                                  Also requested for the crediting of duly received rs.600/- on 11.06.20 through airtel payment bank vide transactions no.[protected] dated 11.06.20 at 01.01 hrs.

                                  Airtel officials corrected their illegal and wrongfully generated bills and i have paid rs.

                                    I am an airtel customer since 11 years. I have no complaints till now. But, since the last 5 months my internet speeds are 'pathetic'. I always use the phone on my bed after coming back from my work, suddenly my internet became slow one day and since then it remained slow. My download speeds are not more than 0.4 mbps now, 5 months back the download speed was approx 6 mbps. I don't know what went wrong.

                                      Hi,

                                      My mobile number is [protected], and i am an old customer of airtel. I have been living outside india in oman, for last few years and taken the free isd pack to keep my number active. However out of nowhere, for the month of may 2020, i was suddenly charged international roaming charges of 3000, 999 inr per day charges for 3 days in a row. I am not getting any response after i put up a complaint and simply asking me now to pay the bill charged. I need to get charges waived as first step and then use mobile number portability feature if available online to switch to another service provider.
