The retail store of airtel are making me run everyday from one store to another since two weeks and after 3 sim swap attempts the sim does not register to service the rep at store tells me everything was successful but from backend they have some "problem" which they do not know of??
What the hell am i supposed to do? Can someone from higher authority tell resolve this issue im just trying to get my old number back because it was damaged coming out in this pandemic is really risky

    It's been 2 weeks i've been running from one airtel store to another to get my sim swap in this pandemic, and after all the procedures my sim does not get registered to the network and the retail store always say "sir please buy another sim and try again" i e totally bought 3 sim cards and this problem does not go away, they say everything is right but from back end issue is there now someone tell me what the hell am i supposed to do when it's not even my fault who is disabling my sim.

            This is for bringing you to notice that your Airtel customers including me, are so frustrated to your company airtel dth service as I always pay 1000 on time for dth so that we family can enjoy to watch various serials but your company service and customer care doesn’t care about your customers and we couldn’t see a serials from past 5 days as it is showing weather condition error.
            Sorry to say that you lost your another customer.

              I had recharge my airtel no. [protected] online with an amount of rs.449 from bharti airtel web site itself on 29.06.2020 and payment made successfully by my bank account through net banking but my said no. Not recharge neither deducted amount not return to my bank account. Payment reference is [protected]igaiwflaq3.
              Kindly do the needful as due to prevailing situation due to covid-19 my financial condition is not good.

                I have already registered a complaint regarding amount deduction. I was about to recharge my prepaid pack through airtel thanks app, amount was deducted from my sbi account but recharge was not done. The complaint status shows that it is been notified to the service provider and said amount will be refunded within 7 days. But till today i did not receive the refunded amount.

                Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                  Since airtel isn't providing good network i wanted to port my number to idea, but i'm unable to generate upc each time i send sms i receive an text stating
                  Upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
                  I have tried to resolve the issue with airtel representative of my city and by contact ing customer support too.
                  No one could providing me the solution so i'm stuck with the issue and airtel
                  I had previously ported from idea to airtel and it's been more than 90 days but each time i tried to generate upc i loose 1 rs only and receive the same message as attached below

                  Pls advice and provide me feasible solution

                    I recharge my account yesterday (I. E., 2nd july 2020) of rs399 (Truly unlimited pack). The amount had been deducted but thr recharge had not been initiated yet.

                      Recharge done through my airtel app but failed due to technical issues and transaction was also not showing in transaction history i am trying to customer care due to covid 19 no one is responding i understand the situation but recharge done on[protected] and amount debited is 558 time was 4pm and i had received from customer care transaction failed they told that amount will be credited by[protected] and amount not credited and also i again raised query they told that amount credited on[protected] till now it had not credited to my account i had already send the statement to airtel customer care [protected]@airtel.com now they are telling refund already processed

                      Notified but not received refund already 3 months has elapased actually recharge was done on march 18 th resolve the issue

                        My wife's mobile no.[protected] was recharged on 2.7.2020
                        (17.35 pm) through bhim upi, using my icici account, for rs.598, the transaction id sent was[protected]. Eventhough, today is 3rd july 12.25 pm, my wife's mobile has been recharged by them. Eventhough i tried airtel customer number many times, there was no response. Please do the needful, since the validity expires (D) on 02.07.2020 and before the amount was received by bharatiairtelltdtnprepaid155.

                            I have done prepaid mobile recharge of ₹399 on the before day through google pay, at first, the payment was processing and after few minutes it said transaction successful. But its been 10 hrs, i didn't receive any recharge.

                              I have insured my iphone x using airtel secure to get peace of mind

                              On june 28th, my handset fell from my hand and its screen broke. I immediately raised a request on airtel secure and uploaded all the necessary documents required, after 2 days time, i was informed that this claim is rejected as it is considered mishandling and is not covered under accidental damage.

                              This is extremely frustrating to me and airtel is losing all my trust. When a phone slips out of hand it is by accident and this cannot be considered user negligence. I would have accepted this as negligence if i was using the phone in an improper manner.in fact your tv advertisements, airtel shows a person walking on the stairs when the phone falls down.

                              It seems to me that airtel and the service partner is creating scenarios to not process the claim by unfair means. This is causing me a huge amount of frustration that airtel in whom i trusted telecom network

                                My Digital TV ID [protected] is registered with mobile no [protected]. Now I want to change my RTN. I have tried atleast 50 times in last 4 days and struggling to get this changed. On my one of tries I managed to change my registered mobile to [protected] which was acknowledged by the website informing that my new no will be updated in 24 hours which has not happened yet. I do not know whether this is 24 hours or 24 days. As per your fancies you change the scheme, all my subscribed channel went offline. Due to lock down I am struggling to get connected and have my new no updated so that once again I can subscribe the required channel required by my family members. Your IVR is useless for people like me nor I can find any other options to contact you. I do not know whether this complaint also will be attended. I have scanned QR Code and send SMS from my new number atleast 20 times but all in vein. Will somebody bother to call me or respond to me

                                      Airtel does not carry SVBC 2 tamil channel, we put up with it. Now they want to discontinue SVBC on the whole. Does not make sense. Looks like Airtel only wants to cater to northindian customers
